Composition for improving thousand seed weight of wheat
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a composition for improving thousand seed weight of wheat.
Background
Wheat powdery mildew is a worldwide disease caused by the specialization of wheat (Blumeriagraminis f.sp.tritici) of powdery mildew, a transitive parasitic infection of wheat. Yellow spots are visible in the early stage of disease, and a powdery mildew layer is formed on the surface of the disease gradually develops into a disease spot along with the serious disease. When the illness state is lighter, the mildew spots are distributed in a dispersed way; along with the aggravation of the illness, the mildew spots are gradually expanded into pieces and finally covered with Quan She; the lower part of the disease spot and surrounding tissues fade, and the disease She Fahuang and early blight, the involvement of stems and leaf sheaths can lead to the lodging of the whole plant, the dwarf, the fine and weak plant, the small spike and small grain, the obvious drop of thousand grain weight and finally the influence on the wheat yield.
In agricultural production, the disease-resistant variety is the most economical means for preventing and controlling wheat powdery mildew, but the disease resistance of the disease-resistant variety is lost after a plurality of years of large-area popularization and planting due to the rapid propagation variation speed of the wheat powdery mildew. At present, the most important measure for preventing and treating wheat powdery mildew is chemical prevention, and the commonly used chemical agents are triazole agents such as triazolone, but the powdery mildew has different degrees of drug resistance to a plurality of existing chemical agents due to long-term unreasonable use of single effective component chemical agents. In order to improve the control effect on powdery mildew, reduce the influence of powdery mildew on thousand seed weight of wheat, and reduce the development speed of pathogen drug resistance, it is necessary to develop a novel medicament.
Murrayone, CAS number: 19668-69-0, molecular formula: c 15H14O4 is derived from a plant of the family Rutaceae. The molecular structural formula is as follows:
CN201510815853.5 discloses the use of a natural compound murrayone as an agricultural bactericide, and in the specification, murrayone is disclosed to have control effects on a plurality of diseases such as sclerotinia rot of colza, sheath blight of rice, gray mold of strawberry, scab of wheat, anthracnose of chilli, early blight of tomato, and the like.
The inventor finds that the murrayone, metconazole, tebuconazole or prothioconazole have synergism for preventing and treating powdery mildew of wheat in a certain mass ratio range after being compounded by indoor biological activity experiments. At present, no report on the compounding of the murrayone and the metconazole, the tebuconazole or the prothioconazole exists yet.
The information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and should not be taken as an acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to a person of ordinary skill in the art.

A fifth object of the present invention is to provide the use of the bactericidal composition in increasing thousand kernel weight of wheat.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) When the murrayone and other effective components in the bactericidal composition are compounded, the bactericidal composition has a synergistic effect on pathogenic bacteria of wheat powdery mildew within a certain mass ratio range, can improve the control effect on the wheat powdery mildew, reduces the influence of the wheat powdery mildew on thousand seed weight of wheat, and further is beneficial to improving the thousand seed weight of the wheat.
(2) When the murrayone and other effective components in the bactericidal composition are compounded, the development of drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria can be effectively delayed, so that the drug resistance risk brought by the application of a single effective component can be reduced.
(3) The bactericidal composition can reduce the application amount of active ingredients and the control cost, and can provide support for developing novel medicaments.
