Description

Sterilization composition and organic fertilizer with dual effects of stress resistance and sterilization
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a sterilization composition and an organic fertilizer with dual effects of stress resistance and sterilization.
Background
Infection of rice with helminth (Bipolaris oryzae) can cause fungal disease, rice flax leaf spot. The rice Hupeng spot germ passes winter on seeds or field plant residues in the form of conidium or mycelium, and becomes an initial infection source of the next year. The leaf spot disease of the rice can be developed from seedling stage to harvest stage, the overground part of the rice plant can be developed, the most serious part of the development is the rice leaf, and then the grain, the neck and the branch stem, etc. Leaf blight is caused by leaf damage, blighted grains are increased due to ear damage, thousand grain weight is reduced, and rice yield and rice quality are affected.
The chemical agent is a main and effective means for preventing and treating the rice leaf spot, for example, the rice leaf spot can be effectively prevented and treated by utilizing various agents such as carbendazim, propineb, ethylicin and the like. However, with the long-term use of chemical agents, the drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria gradually accumulates, so that the prevention effect of the chemical agents is reduced, and meanwhile, the problems of environmental pollution, pesticide residues and the like are caused. Therefore, development of an efficient and low-residue medicament for preventing and treating rice leaf spot is necessary.
Melatonin (N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine, CAS: 73-31-4) is a naturally occurring small molecule indole neurohormone. In plants, melatonin is widely present and involved in plant growth regulation, environmental and biotic stresses, etc., enhancing plant stress resistance. Publication No. CN107318846A discloses a novel application of melatonin in inhibiting plant oomycete diseases and a novel plant oomycete bactericide, and in the specification, the melatonin can inhibit potato late blight or tobacco black shank.
Publication No. CN202110958672.3 discloses the use of melatonin in the preparation of a plant antifungal agent, and in its specification, melatonin inhibits corn small spot, fusarium pseudograminearum, fusarium graminearum, sclerotinia sclerotiorum, black shank of rape, apple rot pathogen, apple anthracnose pathogen, pear rot pathogen, or brown rot of peach. Meanwhile, melatonin can be used as a plant immunity inducer to enhance plant immunity.
Publication No. CN116172012A discloses a bactericidal composition for preventing and treating powdery mildew of bitter gourd, and in the specification, the composition is disclosed as a compound of tetrazolium picolinate and melatonin, which has a synergistic effect on powdery mildew of bitter gourd and can improve the preventing and treating effect on powdery mildew of bitter gourd.
Publication number CN114246188A discloses the use of melatonin in reducing the chalkiness of rice, in the description of which it is disclosed that melatonin can significantly reduce the chalkiness of rice, and at the same time can reduce the chalkiness of rice to a certain extent, which is beneficial for improving the quality of rice.
Compounding different pesticide varieties is a convenient way for developing new medicaments, and is an effective way for preventing and treating plant resistance diseases. At present, no report on the compounding of melatonin and coumoxystrobin, orysastrobin or mandipropamid is known.
