Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a sterilization composition and an organic fertilizer with dual effects of stress resistance and sterilization. The effective component of the bactericidal composition with the dual effects of stress resistance and sterilization is formed by binary compounding of melatonin and coumoxystrobin, orysastrobin or mandipropamid. The bactericidal composition can improve the control effect on plant diseases, reduce the use amount of pesticides and reduce pesticide residues and environmental pollution. Publication No. CN107318846A discloses a novel application of melatonin in inhibiting plant oomycete diseases and a novel plant oomycete bactericide, and in the specification, the melatonin can inhibit potato late blight or tobacco black shank.
Publication No. CN202110958672.3 discloses the use of melatonin in the preparation of a plant antifungal agent, and in its specification, melatonin inhibits corn small spot, fusarium pseudograminearum, fusarium graminearum, sclerotinia sclerotiorum, black shank of rape, apple rot pathogen, apple anthracnose pathogen, pear rot pathogen, or brown rot of peach. Meanwhile, melatonin can be used as a plant immunity inducer to enhance plant immunity.
Publication No. CN116172012A discloses a bactericidal composition for preventing and treating powdery mildew of bitter gourd, and in the specification, the composition is disclosed as a compound of tetrazolium picolinate and melatonin, which has a synergistic effect on powdery mildew of bitter gourd and can improve the preventing and treating effect on powdery mildew of bitter gourd.

Compounding different pesticide varieties is a convenient way for developing new medicaments, and is an effective way for preventing and treating plant resistance diseases. At present, no report on the compounding of melatonin and coumoxystrobin, orysastrobin or mandipropamid is known.

The invention also provides an application of the sterilizing composition with the dual effects of stress resistance and sterilization or the plant organic fertilizer in reducing the chalkiness of rice.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The bactericidal composition can improve the control effect on plant diseases, reduce the use amount of pesticides, reduce pesticide residues and environmental pollution, and has the potential of developing high-efficiency and low-residue medicaments.
(2) The bactericidal composition can delay the development of drug resistance of plant pathogens and reduce the risk of drug resistance by using single active ingredient.

After the reagent to be tested is dissolved by dimethyl sulfoxide, the reagent to be tested is diluted into a single-dose mother solution by using a tween-80 water solution with the mass fraction of 0.1%, a plurality of groups of proportions are arranged, and each single-dose mother solution and the proportion mixture are provided with 5 mass concentration gradients.
3. Test method
The hypha growth rate method is adopted. Adding PDA culture medium cooled to about 55deg.C into sterile conical flask, sucking appropriate amount of medicinal liquid, adding into the conical flask, shaking thoroughly, pouring into culture dishes with diameter of 9cm, pouring 15mL (volume ratio of PDA culture medium to medicinal liquid is 9:1) into each culture dish, cooling, and making into medicated plate; and a treatment with 0.1% tween-80 aqueous solution was used as a blank, and 8 plates were set for each mass concentration of the drug solution. Cutting bacterial cake with diameter of 5mm at colony edge of tested bacterial strain with puncher, inoculating to the centers of medicated plate and blank control plate, covering with dish cover, and culturing in a 28 deg.C incubator. When the diameter of the blank control colony grows to 2/3 of the diameter of the culture dish, measuring the colony diameter by using a crisscross method, and calculating the inhibition rate of different treatments on hypha growth.
4. Data analysis

5. Measurement results

Example 3
The plant organic fertilizer consists of the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 5% of a sterilizing composition with dual effects of stress resistance and sterilization, 20% of potassium nitrate, 26% of monopotassium phosphate, 1.5% of zinc chloride, 0.75% of copper chloride, 2% of manganese sulfate, 0.5% of ammonium molybdate, 4% of humic acid and 3% of calcium dodecyl sulfate, and supplementing light calcium carbonate to 100%; wherein, the sterilization composition with dual effects of stress resistance and sterilization is prepared from melatonin and orysastrobin according to the proportion of 10:1 by mass ratio.

The plant organic fertilizer consists of the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 8% of a sterilizing composition with dual effects of stress resistance and sterilization, 20% of potassium nitrate, 26% of monopotassium phosphate, 8% of magnesium sulfate, 2% of copper chloride, 2% of manganese sulfate, 1.5% of ferric nitrate, 5% of humic acid, 3% of calcium dodecyl sulfate and 100% of attapulgite; the bactericidal composition with the dual effects of stress resistance and sterilization is prepared from melatonin and coumoxystrobin according to the proportion of 1:10 or 8:1 by mass ratio.
Claims (9)
1. The sterilizing composition with the dual effects of stress resistance and sterilization is characterized in that the effective components of the sterilizing composition with the dual effects of stress resistance and sterilization are formed by binary combination of melatonin and coumoxystrobin, trifloxystrobin or mandipropamid.
2. The bactericidal composition with dual effects of stress resistance and sterilization according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the melatonin to the coumoxystrobin is 1-2:15-1.
3. The bactericidal composition with dual effects of stress resistance and sterilization according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of melatonin to orysastrobin is 1-10:10-1.
4. The bactericidal composition with dual effects of stress resistance and sterilization according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the melatonin to the mandipropamid is 1-12:20-1.
5. A plant organic fertilizer, characterized in that the plant organic fertilizer comprises the sterilization composition with dual effects of stress resistance and sterilization as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.

The plant organic fertilizer according to claim 5, which is composed of the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0.5-8% of sterilizing composition with dual effects of stress resistance and sterilization, 20-65% of macroelement fertilizer, 2-8% of trace element fertilizer, 2-5% of humic acid, 1-3% of dispersing agent and 100% of carrier.
7. The plant organic fertilizer according to claim 6, wherein the macroelement fertilizer is selected from one or more of urea, potassium nitrate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and magnesium sulfate;
the trace element fertilizer is one or more selected from zinc chloride, copper chloride, manganese sulfate, ferric nitrate and ammonium molybdate;
the dispersing agent is one or more selected from sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate, calcium dodecyl sulfate, sodium lignin sulfonate and sodium butylnaphthalene sulfonate;
the carrier is one or more selected from light calcium carbonate, bentonite, talcum powder and attapulgite.
8. Use of the bactericidal composition with dual effects of stress resistance and sterilization as defined in any one of claims 1 to 4 or the plant organic fertilizer as defined in any one of claims 5 to 7 for enhancing stress resistance of plants and preventing and controlling fungal diseases of plants.
9. Use of the bactericidal composition with dual effects of stress resistance and sterilization as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 or the plant organic fertilizer as claimed in any one of claims 5 to 7 for reducing rice chalkiness.
