Abstract
The application provides essence water coated with sea buckthorn seed oil and grape seed oil by microcapsules and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of skin care products. A microcapsule-coated essence water containing oleum Hippophae and grapeseed oil comprises skin care liquid and microcapsule beads. According to the application, the microcapsule beads are mixed with the skin care liquid, and the water and the oil are mixed, so that the oil phase substances can be uniformly distributed in the water phase substances, on one hand, the substance distribution in the essence water can be ensured to be balanced, and the essence water can promote the water-oil balance of facial skin when in use; on the other hand, the skin care product can also ensure good skin feel, and has excellent moisturizing effect while ensuring fresh and comfortable skin feel; in yet another aspect, the microcapsule beads are suspended in the skin care lotion, so that the microcapsule beads are uniformly distributed in the essence water, oil phase substances can be prevented from contacting with air, the microcapsule beads are not easy to deactivate, and the excellent efficacy of the essence water can be ensured.

Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to essence water with microcapsule coated sea buckthorn seed oil and grape seed oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Water and oil are important elements for skin care, and the skin with balanced water and oil is full and elastic; skin with more water and less oil is ideal skin in theory, but the skin can not hold water due to the lack of oil, and fine lines and dry peeling are easy to occur when the water of the skin is lost; although the skin with less water and more oil is easy to retain water, the ability of the oil to acquire water from the inside and outside is low because the oil wraps the skin, so that the pores are enlarged, the horny layer is blackened, and skin problems such as blackheads, acnes and the like are easily generated. Therefore, it is important to maintain the water-oil balance of the skin. With the continuous progress of society and economy and the abundance of material life, skin care products become one of the daily necessities indispensable for modern people. It is well known that skin care products are various in variety and function, for example, have the effects of moisturizing, whitening, moisturizing, controlling oil, resisting aging, moisturizing skin, shrinking pores, removing blackheads, removing freckles, reducing fat and the like, and the effects of skin care essence are particularly remarkable. The microcapsule beads are uniformly suspended in the aqueous system, and few products with natural active grease formulation are coated in the microcapsule beads. Therefore, the development of the essence product which is rich in microcapsule natural oil and has the effects of moisturizing and controlling oil has wide market prospect.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide essence water with micro-capsules coated with sea buckthorn seed oil and grape seed oil, which has the advantages of being capable of effectively maintaining the activity of natural vegetable oil and having moisturizing and oil controlling effects.
The application further aims to provide a preparation method of the essence water with the microcapsule coated with the sea buckthorn seed oil and the grape seed oil, so that the essence water can be produced with high efficiency.
The application solves the technical problems by adopting the following technical scheme.
In one aspect, the embodiment of the application provides essence water with micro-capsules coated with sea buckthorn seed oil and grape seed oil, which comprises skin care liquid and micro-capsule beads;
the skin care liquid comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 2-4% of glycerin, 2-4% of butanediol, 0.05-0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 1-2% of ectoin, 1-3% of lactobacillus fermentation lysate, 1-3% of Opuntia ficus-indica flower extract, 0.3-0.8% of chitosan, 0.5-1.5% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.1-0.2% of polyacrylate crosslinked polymer, 0.01-0.03% of disodium edetate, 0.3-0.6% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.6-1.0% of 1, 2-hexanediol and the balance of water;
the microcapsule beads comprise the following raw materials in percentage by weight: acrylic acid (esters)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer 0.01-0.2%, glycerin 1-2%, hydroxyethyl cellulose 0.1-0.5%, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.25-0.5%, octanediol 0.25-0.5%, butanediol 1-2%, triglyceride (ethyl caproic acid) 33-37%, sea buckthorn seed oil 0.4-1.2%, vitamin E0.5-1.5%, grape seed oil 0.2-0.8%, and water balance.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the application provides a preparation method of essence water with microcapsule coated sea buckthorn seed oil and grape seed oil, which comprises the following steps:
dissolving glycerin, butanediol and p-hydroxyacetophenone in skin care liquid raw materials in water, mixing, heating, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a solution 1;
adding water into sodium hyaluronate in skin care lotion raw materials to prepare a solution 2 with the concentration of 1%;
dissolving polyacrylate crosslinked polymer-6 in skin care lotion raw material in water to obtain solution 3;
uniformly mixing the ectoin, lactobacillus fermentation lysate, opuntia Dillenii flower extract, chitosan, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, disodium edetate and 1, 2-hexanediol in the skin care lotion raw material to obtain a solution 4;
mixing the solution 1, the solution 2, the solution 3 and the solution 4, and heating to obtain skin care liquid;
mixing water, acrylic acid (esters) or C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, glycerol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, 1, 2-hexanediol, octanediol and butanediol in the microcapsule bead raw material, heating, stirring and dissolving to obtain a solution 5;
mixing sea buckthorn seed oil, vitamin E and grape seed oil in the microcapsule bead raw material, heating, stirring and dissolving to obtain a solution 6;
heating the triglyceride (ethyl caproic acid) ester in the microcapsule bead raw material to obtain a solution 7;
adding the solution 6 into the solution 7, and uniformly stirring to obtain an oil phase;
mixing the oil phase and the water phase, stirring and cooling until microcapsule beads appear;
mixing the microcapsule beads with skin care liquid, and stirring to obtain the final product of essence water.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the application has at least the following advantages or beneficial effects:

The preparation method is simple and convenient, firstly, after a plurality of substances of the skin care liquid are respectively dissolved and mixed, the water phase and the oil phase of the microcapsule beads are mixed to prepare the microcapsule bead particles, and finally, the microcapsule beads are added into the skin care liquid and uniformly mixed, so that the active ingredients and beneficial substances in the essence water can be wrapped and remain active, the active ingredients and beneficial substances are uniformly distributed in the water phase, and meanwhile, the comfortable use experience and excellent use effect of the essence water are ensured.

Butanediol: butanediol is a polyol with mild texture, can increase the smoothness of the product, and has good moisturizing effect.
Sodium hyaluronate: the hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate is acidic mucopolysaccharide, naturally exists in cornea skin, can absorb 1000 times of water by weight, can prevent water from losing through epidermis, can repair skin barrier, can improve skin nutrition metabolism, and can make skin soft, smooth and elastic.
Rickettsial: can have good protection effect on cells under the conditions of high temperature, severe plugging, drought, extreme pH value, high pressure, high salt, high radiation and the like. The ectoin has the effects of enhancing skin immunity, repairing ultraviolet injury, maintaining skin water locking capacity, resisting aging and wrinkle, and can be used for treating diseases such as atopic dermatitis.
Lactic acid bacteria fermentation lysate: contains thalli and all active ingredients synthesized in the fermentation process, contains peptidoglycan, phospholipid, sterol, fatty acid, extracellular polysaccharide and the like, provides rich nutrition for skin, and has good anti-aging effect and anti-oxidation effect.

Example 1
A preparation method of essence water with microcapsule coated with sea buckthorn seed oil and grape seed oil comprises the following steps:
the skin care liquid comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 2% of glycerin, 2% of butanediol, 0.05% of sodium hyaluronate, 1% of ectoin, 1% of lactobacillus fermentation lysate, 1% of Opuntia ficus-indica flower extract, 0.3% of chitosan amine, 0.5% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.1% of polyacrylate crosslinked polymer-6, 0.01% of disodium edetate, 0.3% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.6% of 1, 2-hexanediol and the balance of water;
the microcapsule beads comprise the following raw materials in percentage by weight: acrylic acid (esters) of C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer 0.01%, glycerin 1%, hydroxyethyl cellulose 0.1%, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.25%, octaethylene glycol 0.25%, butylene glycol 1%, triglyceride (ethyl hexanoate) 33%, sea buckthorn seed oil 0.4%, vitamin E0.5%, grape seed oil 0.2%, and the balance water.

the microcapsule beads comprise the following raw materials in percentage by weight: acrylic acid (esters)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer 0.1%, glycerin 1.5%, hydroxyethyl cellulose 0.3%, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.3%, octanediol 3%, butanediol 1.5%, triglyceride (ethylhexanoic acid) ester 35%, sea buckthorn seed oil 0.8%, vitamin E1%, grape seed oil 0.5%, and water in balance.

the skin care liquid comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 4% of glycerin, 4% of butanediol, 0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 2% of ectoin, 3% of lactobacillus fermentation lysate, 3% of Opuntia ficus-indica flower extract, 0.8% of chitosan amine, 1.5% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.2% of polyacrylate crosslinked polymer-6, 0.03% of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate, 0.6% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol and the balance of water;
the microcapsule beads comprise the following raw materials in percentage by weight: acrylic acid (esters) of C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer 0.2%, glycerin 2%, hydroxyethyl cellulose 0.5%, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.5%, octaethylene glycol 0.5%, butanediol 2%, triglyceride (ethylhexanoic acid) 37%, sea buckthorn seed oil 1.2%, vitamin E1.5%, grape seed oil 0.8%, and the balance of water.

dissolving polyacrylate crosslinked polymer-6 in skin care lotion raw material in water to obtain solution 3;
uniformly mixing the ectoin, lactobacillus fermentation lysate, opuntia Dillenii flower extract, chitosan, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, disodium edetate and 1, 2-hexanediol in the skin care lotion raw material to obtain a solution 4;
mixing the solution 1, the solution 2, the solution 3 and the solution 4, and heating to 80 ℃ to obtain skin care liquid;

Comparative example 1
This comparative example is substantially identical to example 2, except that: only the sea buckthorn seed oil and the grape seed oil are reserved in the microcapsule bead raw material.
Comparative example 2
This comparative example is substantially identical to example 2, except that: no microcapsule beads were added.
Experimental example
(one), skin irritation test
The test was performed according to the skin irritation test method in cosmetic safety Specification (2015 edition).
15 white rabbits which are adult, healthy, skin-friendly and ungstented are taken and equally divided into 3 groups, the hairs on two sides of the back spine of an experimental animal are cut off about 24 hours before the test, the epidermis is not damaged, the left and right hair removing ranges are about 3cm multiplied by 3cm, 0.5mL of a test object (essence water prepared in the examples 1-3) is directly coated on the skin of the 3 groups of rabbits, then the rabbits are covered by two layers of gauze (2.5 cm multiplied by 2.5 cm) and one layer of cellophane, and then the rabbits are fixed by using a non-irritating adhesive tape and a bandage. The other side skin served as a control. The application time was 4h using the blocking test. No erythema or edema was observed in the white rabbits of group 3, which indicates that the essence prepared by the application is mild in water and has no irritation. (II) moisture test
100 healthy subjects who were in line with the inclusion standard were enrolled, aged 25 to 35 years, randomly divided into 5 groups, respectively, and applied to cheeks after washing the cheeks with the essence water prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2, respectively, the skin moisture content of the applied portion was measured using a skin moisture tester before and after use for 2 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours and 120 hours, and the average value calculated 3 times was measured as a test value, wherein more than 24 hours was recorded each morning and evening every day. And the skin moisture content change rate was calculated from the skin moisture content, and the results are shown in table 1.

Looking at Table 1, it can be seen that the essence water prepared in examples 1-3 of the present application has excellent moisturizing effect, and comparative examples 1-3 can be seen that the essence water prepared in example 2 has the best moisturizing effect; comparative example 2 and comparative examples 1-2 can intuitively show that the moisturizing effect of essence water is remarkably reduced whether the sea buckthorn seed oil and the grape seed oil are directly added into the skin care liquid or the microcapsule beads are not added, which shows that the inventor can improve the moisturizing effect of the essence water by mixing the skin care liquid and the microcapsule beads.
(III) skin oil secretion test
6 healthy subjects were invited to be divided into 2 groups, 1 group using the essence water prepared in example 2, and 2 groups using the essence water prepared in comparative example 1. The experimental method comprises the following steps: before testing, the face of the subject is cleaned, the subject sits still for 30min, the forehead of the subject is divided into left and right sides by using a skin grease tester to test the skin grease of the left and right forehead, each test area is tested for 3 times, an average value is obtained, and data are recorded. After the essence water was used for 8 hours, skin oil was recorded in the same manner. The results are shown in Table 2.

By observing Table 2, it can be seen that the essence water prepared by the application has good oil control effect, and comparing group 1 with group 2, it can be seen that the oil control effect of group 1 is better. The moisture retention test and the skin grease test are combined, so that the essence water prepared by the application can maintain the skin water-oil balance.
In conclusion, the microcapsule beads are mixed with the skin care liquid, and the water and the oil are mixed, so that the oil phase substances can be uniformly distributed in the water phase substances, on one hand, the substance distribution in the essence water can be balanced, and the essence water can promote the water-oil balance of facial skin when in use; on the other hand, the skin care product can also ensure good skin feel, and has excellent moisturizing effect while ensuring fresh and comfortable skin feel; in yet another aspect, the microcapsule beads are suspended in the skin care lotion, so that the microcapsule beads are uniformly distributed in the essence water, oil phase substances can be prevented from contacting with air, the microcapsule beads are not easy to deactivate, and the excellent efficacy of the essence water can be ensured.
The preparation method is simple and convenient, firstly, after a plurality of substances of the skin care liquid are respectively dissolved and mixed, the water phase and the oil phase of the microcapsule beads are mixed to prepare the microcapsule bead particles, and finally, the microcapsule beads are added into the skin care liquid and uniformly mixed, so that the active ingredients and beneficial substances in the essence water can be wrapped and remain active, the active ingredients and beneficial substances are uniformly distributed in the water phase, and meanwhile, the comfortable use experience and excellent use effect of the essence water are ensured. The embodiments described above are some, but not all embodiments of the application. The detailed description of the embodiments of the application is not intended to limit the scope of the application, as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
Claims (9)
1. The essence water with the microcapsule coated with the sea buckthorn seed oil and the grape seed oil is characterized by comprising skin care liquid and microcapsule beads;
the skin care liquid comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 2-4% of glycerin, 2-4% of butanediol, 0.05-0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 1-2% of ectoin, 1-3% of lactobacillus fermentation lysate, 1-3% of Opuntia ficus-indica flower extract, 0.3-0.8% of chitosan, 0.5-1.5% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.1-0.2% of polyacrylate crosslinked polymer, 0.01-0.03% of disodium edetate, 0.3-0.6% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.6-1.0% of 1, 2-hexanediol and the balance of water;
the microcapsule beads comprise the following raw materials in percentage by weight: acrylic acid (esters)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer 0.01-0.2%, glycerin 1-2%, hydroxyethyl cellulose 0.1-0.5%, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.25-0.5%, octanediol 0.25-0.5%, butanediol 1-2%, triglyceride (ethyl caproic acid) 33-37%, sea buckthorn seed oil 0.4-1.2%, vitamin E0.5-1.5%, grape seed oil 0.2-0.8%, and water balance.
2. The essence water with the microcapsule coating on the sea buckthorn seed oil and the grape seed oil according to claim 1, wherein the skin care liquid comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 3% of glycerin, 3% of butanediol, 0.08% of sodium hyaluronate, 1.5% of ectoin, 2% of lactobacillus fermentation lysate, 2% of Opuntia ficus-indica flower extract, 0.6% of chitosan amine, 1% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.15% of polyacrylate crosslinked polymer, 0.02% of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate, 0.5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.8% of 1, 2-hexanediol and the balance of water;

3. The preparation method of the essence water with the microcapsule coated with the sea buckthorn seed oil and the grape seed oil according to any one of claims 1 to 2, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
dissolving glycerin, butanediol and p-hydroxyacetophenone in skin care liquid raw materials in water, mixing, heating, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a solution 1;
adding water into sodium hyaluronate in skin care lotion raw materials to prepare a solution 2 with the concentration of 1%;
dissolving polyacrylate crosslinked polymer-6 in skin care lotion raw material in water to obtain solution 3;
uniformly mixing the ectoin, lactobacillus fermentation lysate, opuntia Dillenii flower extract, chitosan, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, disodium edetate and 1, 2-hexanediol in the skin care lotion raw material to obtain a solution 4;
mixing the solution 1, the solution 2, the solution 3 and the solution 4, and heating to obtain skin care liquid;
