Abstract
The invention relates to depilatory cream and a preparation method thereof, and the depilatory cream comprises the following raw material components: 63-70 parts of water, 3-5 parts of humectant, 6-7 parts of emollient, 0.1-0.2 part of water-soluble thickener, 1-4 parts of oil-soluble thickener, 2-4 parts of emulsion stabilizer, 7-9 parts of emulsifier, 2-3.5 parts of pH regulator, 0.2-1 part of bisabolol, 0.1-0.3 part of allantoin, 0.2-0.5 part of skin conditioner and 4-6 parts of chemical depilatory, wherein the skin conditioner is a mixture of butanediol, water, centella asiatica extract, polygonum cuspidatum root extract, scutellaria baicalensis root extract, tea extract, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, chamomile flower extract and rosemary leaf extract. The depilatory cream disclosed by the invention has excellent depilatory effect and use comfort, is wide in applicable population and is suitable for large-scale production and application.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to depilatory cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The depilatory cream utilizes chemical substances in the depilatory cream to dissolve the hair structure so as to achieve the purpose of depilation. The main component of the preparation is thioglycolic acid (calcium), which has certain irritation and is suitable for people who are afraid of pain but have low possibility of skin allergy.
CN110812257A discloses a depilatory cream and a preparation method thereof. The depilatory cream comprises a mixture A, a mixture B, a mixture C and a component D, wherein: the mixture A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4-6 parts of cetearyl alcohol; 2-4 parts of mineral oil; 2-5 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate; 93-5 parts of ceteareth-93; 2-5 parts of glycerol stearate; 0.1-0.5 part of butylated hydroxytoluene; the mixture B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of water; 3-7 parts of glycerol; 2-5 parts of potassium hydroxide; 0.5-1 part of betaine; 0.1-0.5 part of hydroxyethyl cellulose; 0.1-0.3 part of methylparaben; 0.1-0.3 part of propyl hydroxybenzoate; the mixture C comprises 6-10 parts of calcium thioglycolate; 5-7 parts of nano activated carbon; the component D is 0.3-0.5 part of essence. The depilatory cream utilizes the nano activated carbon to play a role in absorbing the taste of calcium thioglycolate, has certain effect on preparing safe and odorless depilatory cream, but has poor expectation on the aspect of relaxing stimulation in terms of raw material selection of the depilatory cream.
CN110393673A discloses a small negative oxygen ion group health-care depilatory cream which is composed of the following raw materials: 90-97 parts of commercial depilatory cream, 0.1-5 parts of natural mineral nano material, 0.1-2 parts of auxiliary agent. The natural mineral nano materials in the depilatory cream specifically comprise what, and the mechanism of releasing small negative oxygen ion groups to generate substances and rays beneficial to human bodies and the function of preventing allergy and relieving irritation of the generated small negative oxygen ion groups are difficult to judge.
In addition, because a better depilatory effect may require more chemical depilatory agents to be added, and more chemical depilatory agents bring more obvious skin discomfort, the existing depilatory cream generally has the problem that the depilatory effect and the use comfort are difficult to meet the requirements at the same time, and the prior art needs to provide a depilatory product with good depilatory effect and high use comfort.

The invention aims to provide a depilatory cream which has excellent depilatory effect, is not easy to cause allergy and has high use comfort and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the problems in the prior art.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a depilatory cream is characterized by comprising the following raw material components: 63-70 parts of water, 3-5 parts of humectant, 6-7 parts of emollient, 0.1-0.2 part of water-soluble thickener, 1-4 parts of oil-soluble thickener, 2-4 parts of emulsion stabilizer, 7-9 parts of emulsifier, 2-3.5 parts of pH regulator, 0.2-1 part of bisabolol, 0.1-0.3 part of allantoin, 0.2-0.5 part of skin conditioner and 4-6 parts of chemical depilatory, wherein the skin conditioner is a mixture of butanediol, water, centella asiatica extract, polygonum cuspidatum root extract, scutellaria baicalensis root extract, tea extract, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, chamomile flower extract and rosemary leaf extract.
Preferably, the depilatory cream comprises the following raw material components: 66.3 parts of water, 4 parts of humectant, 7 parts of emollient, 0.15 part of water-soluble thickener, 3 parts of oil-soluble thickener, 3 parts of emulsion stabilizer, 7 parts of emulsifier, 2.8 parts of pH regulator, 0.5 part of bisabolol, 0.2 part of allantoin, 0.3 part of skin conditioner and 5 parts of chemical depilatory.
In the depilatory cream, the bisabolol is extracted from chrysanthemum plants, has the functions of resisting inflammation and inhibiting bacteria, has good compatibility with skin, can reduce skin inflammation, relieve skin acne, prevent acne, improve the anti-irritation capability of the skin and repair the skin with inflammation injury. Allantoin can promote cell growth and metabolism, soften stratum corneum protein, promote wound healing, treat skin injury or infection, and moisten skin, repair and moisturize skin. The depilatory cream is also added with a skin conditioner consisting of 7 plant extracts, is compounded with bisabolol and allantoin, plays a better role in anti-allergy, soothing and repairing, and resists skin inflammation together, so that the comfort in use of the depilatory cream is greatly improved.
Specifically, the skin conditioner is a mixture of butanediol, water, a centella asiatica extract, a polygonum cuspidatum root extract, a scutellaria baicalensis root extract, a tea leaf extract, a glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, a chamomile flower extract and a rosemary leaf extract in a weight ratio of 50:38:5:2:2:1:1:0.5: 0.5. In the skin conditioner, 1, terpenoid compounds in the centella asiatica extract can obviously improve the content of collagen and cell layer fibronectin (fibronectin is widely involved in the processes of cell migration, adhesion, proliferation, hemostasis, skin tissue repair and the like), can stimulate the production of I type collagen for promoting scar maturation, and can reduce the generation of inflammatory reaction. In addition, the centella asiatica extract can reduce the production of proinflammatory mediators (IL-1, MMP-1), and improve and repair the barrier function of the skin. And can significantly increase the hydration level of the stratum corneum, which is mainly associated with triterpenoid saponins in centella asiatica extracts, which are hydrophilic sugar chains, mainly glucose and rhamnose, that bind water in the occlusive layer, improve the epidermal barrier capacity, and enhance skin moisture. 2. The main functional components of the giant knotweed root extract are resveratrol and emodin. Studies have shown that resveratrol and emodin exhibit a wide range of antioxidant properties, such as LDL cholesterol oxidation and lipid peroxidation. 3. The scutellaria root extract can clear heat, dry dampness, purge fire, remove toxicity, stop bleeding and prevent abortion. Modern pharmacological studies show that the scutellaria baicalensis root extract can obviously inhibit rat paw swelling caused by carrageenin, reduce PGE2 and MDA content in local inflammation tissues of rat paw, and reduce NO content in rat paw tissues, and the scutellaria baicalensis root extract is prompted to have obvious anti-inflammatory effect, and the anti-inflammatory mechanism of the scutellaria baicalensis root extract is probably related to reduction of generation of PGE2 in the inflammation tissues, inhibition of lipid peroxide formation in tissue inflammation and reduction of NO activity. 4. The main active components of the tea extract comprise tea polyphenol, caffeine, aromatic oil, water, minerals, pigments, carbohydrates, proteins, amino acids, vitamins and the like. The research shows that: the active substances such as tea polyphenol and the like have the effects of detoxification and radiation resistance, are novel natural antioxidants, have strong antioxidant effect at normal temperature and low concentration, have the inhibiting effect on collagenase and elastase, can prevent the content reduction or denaturation of elastin, maintain the skin elasticity and achieve the anti-wrinkle effect. In addition, the tea polyphenols have effects of sterilizing, resisting skin aging, and reducing skin injury caused by ultraviolet radiation in sunlight. 5. The glycyrrhiza glabra root extract can penetrate into the skin, keeps high activity, effectively inhibits the activity of various enzymes (such as tyrosinase) in the melanin generation process, is a quick, efficient, safe and green sun-screening, whitening and freckle-removing cosmetic additive, and simultaneously has the effects of preventing rough skin, resisting inflammation and resisting bacteria. 6. The chamomile flower extract can dispel wind, clear heat, calm liver and improve vision. Can be used for treating wind-heat type common cold, headache, giddiness, conjunctival congestion, swelling and pain, and blurred vision. Can be used in cosmetics for balancing oil secretion, inhibiting fat, resisting acne, eliminating black speck, and whitening skin. 7. Rosemary leaf extract contains rosmanol, carnosol and carnosic acid as main ingredients. The main components in the rosemary extract have strong antioxidant activity.
The skin conditioner has a good anti-inflammatory effect through the combination of 7 plant components, and in vitro experiments show that the skin conditioner has anti-inflammatory and immunoregulation effects by reducing the generation of inflammatory factors IL-8 and INF-alpha and simultaneously inhibiting the activity of an immunoregulatory factor NF-kB, thereby effectively resisting the skin irritation induced by various reasons.
In order to further improve the comfort of the depilatory cream, the depilatory cream also comprises a humectant, an emollient and other raw materials, wherein the humectant and the emollient can be raw materials conventionally used in the field, for example, the humectant can be any one or more of glycerin, butanediol, propylene glycol, urea and sodium hyaluronate, and preferably urea; the emollient can be one or more of mineral oil, ethylhexyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, shea butter, sea buckthorn seed oil, and tocopherol acetate, preferably mixture of mineral oil and ethylhexyl palmitate at weight ratio of 2-5: 1-5. The preferred humectant and emollient raw materials can ensure that the depilatory cream has better effects of moistening and protecting skin, and further reduce the skin irritation of the chemical depilatory.
The water-soluble thickening agent adopted by the depilatory cream can be any one of xanthan gum, carbomer, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and ethyl cellulose; the oil soluble thickener can be cetearyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate, or beeswax. The emulsion stabilizer is preferably a mixture of sodium magnesium fluorosilicate and magnesium trisilicate in a weight ratio of 4:6, and the emulsifier is preferably a mixture of PEG-100 stearate/glyceryl stearate, steareth-20 and steareth-21 in a weight ratio of 2-4:1-4: 1-4. The chemical depilatory is preferably calcium thioglycolate which is used as a reducing agent to destroy disulfide bonds in hair protein so as to achieve the aim of lightening or dissolving hair, thereby achieving the depilatory effect. 0.45-0.75 weight part of preservative and 0.02-0.1 weight part of aromatic can be further included for respectively improving the preservation performance of the depilatory cream and lightening the taste of calcium thioglycolate, so that the depilatory cream has good olfactory experience in the using process.
The preparation method of the depilatory cream comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing water, humectant, water soluble thickener, emulsion stabilizer, pH regulator, allantoin, and chemical depilatory, heating to 80-85 deg.C, and keeping the temperature to obtain phase A;
