Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to daily chemical products, in particular to a blue ketone peptide repairing essence and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The essence is one of skin care products for face, contains precious effective components such as plant extract, ceramide, squalane, etc., and has effects of preventing aging, removing wrinkle, keeping moisture, whitening skin, removing macula, etc. The essence is usually applied after the skin lotion, before the lotion or cream. The essence is rich in various functional components and has higher concentration, so the price is generally more expensive than other cosmetics.
But currently, most of the essences with skin conditioning adopt chemicals and even antibiotics. Although this method has a fast and good therapeutic effect, it causes imbalance of skin secretion and causes drug resistance and tolerance, so that its side effects are also great. Particularly, the existing essence products with different shapes and colors cannot be distinguished by consumers due to limited knowledge. Even if the pure plant formula is marked, the pure plant formula also has great side effects due to improper selection and proportion of the components.
Disclosure of Invention

the component 2 is used as a humectant, the 1, 3-propylene glycol source is corn sugar, and the corn propylene glycol is called in the industry, and the component is safe and mild and does not cause phenomena such as irritation and discomfort to skin. Can be used as humectant, thickener and solvent in cosmetic.
Component 3 acts as a humectant and solvent, being a mild polyol which increases product smoothness, is widely used in cosmetic applications and may produce a slight irritation, although there is no evidence of sensitization, and both CIR and FDA have been evaluated as safe. The skin care product is commonly used as a micromolecule moisturizing component, can retain water in the horny layer, has good hygroscopicity, can absorb water which is equivalent to 12.5 percent (relative humidity is 50 percent) and 38.5 percent (relative humidity is 80 percent) of the mass of the skin care product, and also has a certain bacteriostatic action.
Component 4 is used as skin conditioner, the lactobacillus fermentation lysate contains thallus and all active ingredients synthesized in the fermentation process, contains peptidoglycan, teichoic acid, protein, phospholipid, sterol, fatty acid, various enzymes, peptide, amino acid, nucleotide, extracellular polysaccharide and the like, provides rich nutrition for skin, and has good anti-aging effect.

Component 7 is used as humectant, glycerin, softening, moisturizing, makeup removing solvent and lubricant. Undiluted 100% pure glycerol can never be used directly, which would have adverse effects. Glycerol has a water-absorbing effect, and is often used in moisturizing skin care products to absorb water molecules in the air, so that the stratum corneum of the skin covered by the moisturizing skin care product is kept moist.
The component 8 is used as skin conditioner, and hydrolyzed soybean protein thereof has high-efficiency moisturizing effect and is used as moisturizing agent and skin conditioner. The hydrolyzed soy protein is helpful for inducing skin to generate hyaluronic acid, commonly called hyaluronic acid, and is an ideal natural moisturizing factor and a natural component for promoting skin tissue metabolism and maintenance functions in female bodies. When the content of hyaluronic acid in human skin is gradually reduced day by day, the skin is matured and the aging process is occurring. The hydrolyzed soybean protein can induce the original role and increase the concentration of hyaluronic acid in skin, thereby achieving the effect of high-efficiency moisture retention.
Component 9 is used as skin conditioner, and is extracted from small broad leaf cherry (SYZYGIUM LUEHMANNII) fruit for scavenging and counteracting free radicals; and plays the efficacies of moistening and preserving moisture through the retention and absorption of moisture; additionally, it can improve the appearance of dry/damaged skin, reduce desquamation and restore skin barrier; can be used as antioxidant, humectant and skin conditioner in cosmetics. The propylene glycol belongs to a small molecular moisture-retaining component. Is one kind of polyol, is almost colorless, odorless and non-greasy, is completely dissolved in water, and also has antiseptic effect. Propylene glycol is used as a slip agent, has strong permeability, can help other components to spread and permeate on the surface of the skin, and has low water-holding ratio when being used as a humectant. The addition amount of the propylene glycol is controversial, in general cosmetics, the addition proportion of the propylene glycol does not exceed 5%, skin of a few people can generate a stabbing and burning feeling after the propylene glycol is used, the American FDA considers that the propylene glycol belongs to a cosmetic ingredient which can be safely used, but sensitive skin avoids using the ingredient better, and healthy skin does not need to worry excessively.
The component 10 is used as skin conditioner, and contains extract of black mulberry (Morus NIGRA) root containing reducing sugar, pentosan and galactoside, tannin, and flavonoids. Can inhibit elastase, and has antiaging effect; promoting the synthesis of fiber bud cell brain amide and softening and moistening skin; can well prevent and treat acne caused by high androgen; has contraction effect on collagen fiber, and can be used for reducing weight; promoting the activation of luciferase, and showing that the luciferase has anti-inflammatory efficacy; can inhibit tyrosinase activity, and has skin whitening effect.
The component 11 is used as a humectant, and hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate is also called as sodium hyaluronate), belongs to a skin conditioner, is an acidic mucopolysaccharide, naturally exists in corneal epithelium, can absorb 1000 times of water by the weight of the hyaluronic acid, so as to achieve the purposes of keeping skin water, preventing water from losing through epidermis and repairing barriers when skin is damaged, so that the skin does not feel dry and glossy after being used, can improve skin nutrition metabolism, make the skin soft and smooth, remove wrinkles, increase elasticity and prevent aging, and is a good transdermal absorption promoter while keeping moisture. The nutrient can be used together with other nutrient components to achieve the more ideal effect of promoting nutrient absorption.
The component 12 is used as a solvent, the 1, 2-hexanediol belongs to polyhydric alcohol, and has a bacteriostatic effect, and only when the addition amount is about 5%, the preservative effect is achieved.
The component 13 is used as a skin conditioner, and the allantoin is white powder which is non-toxic, tasteless, non-irritant and non-allergic, is mainly used as a skin conditioner and a protective agent, and can help skin to resist inflammation, relieve and promote cell repair. Allantoin can reduce the adhesion of stratum corneum cells and accelerate epidermal cell renewal. Some cosmetics containing fruit acid and vitamin A with irritation or after-sun repair products with anti-inflammatory and sedative effects are added with allantoin to enhance the repair capability. However, the addition amount of allantoin is about 0.1% to 0.2%, and the addition of an excessive amount also causes a stimulation reaction. But allantoin is an anti-allergic component in general and has high safety.
The component 14 is used as a skin conditioner, and asiaticoside which is a main component of an asiatic pennywort herb (CENTELLA ASIATICA) extract has the function of promoting the activity of scar fibroblasts, so that the asiaticoside has the function of removing scars, has a good polymerization effect with phospholipid substances, has a remarkable effect of removing acnes, has an inhibition effect on glucuronidase and has antibacterial property and a good effect of inhibiting body odor.
Component 15 is used as skin conditioner, and p-hydroxyacetophenone is a natural plant extract, and is naturally present in stems and leaves of Artemisia scoparia of Compositae, and roots of Artemisia capillaris Thunb, Asclepiadaceae, and caulis et folium Tylophorae Repentis. A multifunctional cosmetic ingredient having antioxidant and soothing effects; the preservative can be used as a substitute of the traditional preservative in cosmetics, has the functions of antisepsis and synergism, can promote the efficacy of various preservatives, and has excellent stability in high and low pH and temperature ranges. Can be used in various formulations, including sunscreen and shampoo. It has good compatibility with various cosmetic components and packaging materials.
Component 16 as skin conditioner contains flos Nelumbinis (Nelumbium SPECIOSUM) extract derived from flos Nelumbinis, and has effects in improving skin dark yellow, reducing dry lines, resisting acid, reducing harmful active oxygen, protecting skin cell, and keeping skin cell healthy and lustrous.
The component 17 is used as a PH regulator, lactic acid is also called propanoic acid, belongs to one of fruit acids, is divided into L-lactic acid and D-lactic acid according to different structures, and the L-lactic acid is used as a natural moisturizing factor to be present in the skin of a human body, so that the irritation of the L-lactic acid is smaller than that of other fruit acids, and the L-lactic acid is usually used for products with mild properties such as eye keratocream and the like, and can effectively remove fine lines and wrinkles. It is considered that the tendency of skin exposed to dryness in the leg, elbow, chest, etc. is due to the decrease in L-lactic acid and other moisture-retaining components. L-lactic acid can replace components lost in dry skin. The amount of L-lactic acid used in the cosmetic is about 5%. The effect of D-lactic acid or racemic lactic acid is much worse than that of L-lactic acid. L-lactic acid is contained in fruits such as sugarcane and olive in a large amount.
Component 18 is used as skin conditioner, tripeptide-1 copper, also known as copper trisepeptide, copper bluepitopeptide. The copper peptide and the copper compound thereof can be used as an activator and an antioxidant for tissue remodeling, and the copper peptide is also a signal peptide, so that the degradation of a large number of collagen aggregates outside the scar, the synthesis of normal collagen of the skin, the generation of elastin, proteoglycan and glucosaminan, the growth speed and migration of different cell types, inflammation resistance and antioxidant reaction are promoted.
Component 19 can be used as skin conditioner, and the sunflower (Helianthus ANNUUS) seed is rich in sunflower seed oil, which is important base oil material for cosmetics and has skin lubricating effect. Has activating effect on peroxidase-activated receptor, and has antiinflammatory effect for promoting skin wound healing; can promote decomposition of fat cells, and has effect of reducing weight; has certain inhibition effect on tyrosinase and certain whitening effect.
Component 20 acts as a skin conditioner which hydrolyzes the natural polymers of which the SCLEROTIUM rolfsii (scleritium ROLFSSII) gum belongs to the group of polysaccharides. Also called scleroglucan, is stable at various pH values at high temperature, is a polysaccharide polymer, has good compatibility with skin, can effectively form a film, and has stability.
Component 21 acts as a skin conditioner, sodium gluconate also acts as a chelating agent, and has exfoliating effects.
Fraction 22 as skin conditioner comprises an extract of Achillea MILLEFOLIUM (Achillea MILLEFOLIUM) having strong antibacterial properties combined with its anti-inflammatory properties and useful for the treatment of acne; the Achillea millefolium extract has effects of inhibiting elastase, proliferating epidermal keratinocyte, restoring elasticity of skin fiber tissue, balancing and accelerating metabolism of skin cell, and can be used in anti-wrinkle cosmetics; the extract also has certain whitening effect.
The component 23 is used as antioxidant, and has strong antioxidant activity for skin decolorization and spot fading in root and rhizome tissue cells of Glycyrrhiza glabra, and is also main component, i.e. Glycyrrhiza glabra extract and Glycyrrhiza glabra L. It is called "whitening gold". Has strong antioxidant activity, and can be used for skin decolorization and color spot lightening, whitening skin, killing bacteria, lightening color spot, and relieving skin.
Component 24 acts as a skin conditioner and acetyl hexapeptide-8 is a biologically active polypeptide that is effective in reducing existing facial wrinkles and also in preventing new wrinkles. The release of the nerve conduction element acetylcholine (acetylcholine) is inhibited to reduce the contraction of muscles, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the generation of dynamic lines and expression lines.
Component 25 is used as skin conditioner, and ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is also called L-ascorbic acid, L-D-vitamin C, L-vitamin C, is natural antioxidant, and can be used for preventing and treating skin sunburn. The human body itself cannot produce vitamin C and must be ingested from the outside. In cosmetics, vitamin C interacts with copper ions at the tyrosinase active part to reduce the multi-step melanin synthesis processes such as dopaquinone and the like to interfere the generation of melanin, and has good whitening and freckle removing effects. Also has anti-inflammatory effect. At present, L-ascorbic acid is still the most biologically active and most studied. L-ascorbic acid is a hydrophilic and labile molecule that is not very permeable in the skin due to the hydrophobic nature of the stratum corneum; again, since L-ascorbic acid is a charged molecule, this instability further limits its transdermal penetration. An effective method is to achieve the conversion of the L-ascorbic acid molecule from a charged to uncharged molecular form by the addition of ferulic acid, while reducing the acidity of the L-ascorbic acid to below 3.5, meaning that the L-ascorbic acid is able to remain stable and penetrate the stratum corneum.
Component 26 is used as skin conditioner, and Kappaphycus alvarezii extract belongs to red algae. Contains multiple vitamins and colloid. Can moisturize, maintain the elasticity of skin, ensure the smoothness and the elasticity of the skin, moisturize and lock water, and nourish the skin.
Component 27 is used as a skin conditioner whose extract of Phragmites communis (PHRAGMITES COMMUNIS) has antibacterial and antioxidant properties. The reed extract has the best effect on inhibiting escherichia coli in various strains, and has higher inhibition on bacteria than mould; the aloe extract has obvious antioxidant effect, and the higher the concentration of the total flavone in the oil sample is along with the increase of the adding concentration of the aloe extract, the smaller the increase of the POV value of the oil sample is when the oil sample is induced for the same days, namely the antioxidant effect is positively correlated with the dosage range.
Component 28 is used as skin conditioner, and Poria (Poria COCOS) extract has proliferation promoting effect on integrin which can represent proliferation of fibroblast and adhesion between cell and fibrin, and can reduce diameter and volume of collagen coated by fibroblast, thereby having contraction effect, and can be used in skin tightening and fine line cosmetics; has antibacterial property, and has good inhibitory effect on various bacteria and fungi; it also has anti-inflammatory and moisture keeping effects.
Component 29 is used as a skin conditioner, and pentapeptide-3 is a modified peptide having lipophilicity, and is effective in alleviating facial muscle contraction, increasing the arrangement of collagen and elastin, thereby preventing the formation of wrinkles and wrinkles in the skin, and maintaining the firm state of the skin.
Component 30 acts as a chelating agent, disodium EDTA has a stabilizing effect in cosmetics, and a mineral chelating agent, which synergistically preserves the preservative effect. And has a certain synergistic effect on an anticorrosion system and an antioxidant system.
The INCI names corresponding to the components are as follows:
