背景技术
随着科技的进步和现代设施农业的发展,无土栽培越来越受到人们的重视。浮板水培技术简称FHT(Floating Hydroponics Technique),是指植物定值在浮板上,浮板在营养液池中自然漂浮的一种水培模式。
相关技术见申请号为201821901126.6的专利,其公开了一种生态浮板单元、生态浮板以及生态浮床,生态浮板单元包括有中空的生态浮板主体,生态浮板主体上开设有一个种植孔、多个第一透气孔以及多个用于将多个生态浮板单元连接在一起的连接孔,种植孔、多个第一透气孔以及多个连接孔均为开设于生态浮板主体漂浮面上的通孔;种植孔开设于漂浮面的中央,多个第一透气孔环设于种植孔的周围,多个连接孔均开设于漂浮面的四周。
针对上述相关技术,生态浮板一般采用普通的泡沫板或者塑料板,在水中种植老化速度快,裂开形成的微小泡沫或塑料容易造成污染。
发明内容
为了改善目前水培生态浮板抗老化性能不足的问题,本申请提供一种养殖用生态浮板及其制备方法。
第一方面,本申请提供的一种养殖用生态浮板采用如下的技术方案:
一种养殖用生态浮板,由以下重量份的原料经硫化发泡制成:胶片、硫磺、氧化锌、发泡助剂;其中每份胶片的原料组成为:三元乙丙橡胶27-33份、丁基橡胶16-24份、超细滑石粉60-100份、偶氮发泡剂18-22份、石蜡油30-40份、炭黑2-8份、颗粒石蜡3-4份、聚乙二醇0.5-1.5份、防老剂0.2-1.0份、硬脂酸0.2-1.0份、抗氧剂0.1-0.5份、硬脂酸钙0.6-1.0份、硬脂酸锌0.3-0.7份。
第二方面,本申请提供的一种养殖用生态浮板的制备方法采用如下的技术方案:
一种养殖用生态浮板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将胶片原料通过捏炼机混炼均匀,冷却后形成胶片;
S2、利用步骤S1得到的胶片,配合硫磺、氧化锌和发泡助剂混炼均匀后,压制形成胶板;
S3、对步骤S2得到的胶板进行硫化和发泡,然后冷却得到养殖用生态浮板。
通过采用上述技术方案,三元乙丙橡胶具有极好的硫化特性,并且对化学物具有抗性,具有良好的绝缘特性,此外还具有耐老化性。丁基橡胶耐老化性能好,配合三元乙丙橡胶起到基础的耐老化基体。超细滑石粉作为强化改质填充剂,发泡剂使得胶管在发泡阶段分解出气体,该气体在橡胶胶料中渗透性小,形成闭孔的气孔结构,提高养殖用生态浮板的隔热性能。氯化石蜡能够增加橡胶养殖用生态浮板的阻燃性,炭黑能够对橡胶进行补强。颗粒石蜡能够提高橡胶抗老化性和增加柔韧性,防老剂和抗老剂进一步提升养殖用生态浮板的抗老化性能,延长养殖用生态浮板的寿命。
氧化锌可以作为补强剂兼硫化剂,加快硫化速度,减少促进剂的用量,缩短硫化周期。
综上,本申请具有以下有益技术效果:生态浮板用材环保,并且抗老化能力提升,延长使用寿命。
具体实施方式
本申请实施例公开了一种养殖用生态浮板的制备方法。
所有原料来源均为市售,部分原料质量规格及形态见表1。

一种养殖用生态浮板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将胶片原料通过捏炼机混炼均匀,门尼粘度控制在70,冷却后形成胶片;
S2、利用步骤S1得到的胶片,配合硫磺、氧化锌和发泡助剂混炼均匀后,压制形成胶板;
S3、对步骤S2得到的胶板进行硫化和发泡,然后冷却得到养殖用生态浮板。
步骤S3中,硫化和发泡区域的温度设置依次为125℃-135℃-145℃-160℃-175℃-185℃。胶板在硫化和发泡区域的移动速度依次为5-5-5.1-5.5-6.5-9m/min。
每份胶片的原料组成为:三元乙丙橡胶30份、丁基橡胶20份、超细滑石粉80份、偶氮发泡剂20份、石蜡油35份、炭黑5份、颗粒石蜡3.5份、聚乙二醇0.8份、防老剂0.6份、硬脂酸0.6份、抗氧剂0.3份、硬脂酸钙0.8份、硬脂酸锌0.5份。
发泡助剂由苯亚磺酸锌、橡胶促进剂PZ和橡胶促进剂DPTT组成。苯亚磺酸锌、橡胶促进剂PZ和橡胶促进剂DPTT的质量比为(2.5-3):(45-50):(7-9)。

采用对比例1的制备工艺,各对比例的原料配比见表3。

一种养殖用生态浮板的制备方法,与实施例1的不同之处在于,步骤S2中门尼粘度控制在80。
对实施例1-12和对比例1-11制作的养殖用生态浮板取样进行性能检测,检测依据如下:GB/T 17794-2008柔性泡沫橡塑绝热制品。每个实施例和对比例取样三个,有效检测结果取平均值,得到的检测结果汇总见表4。

2.根据权利要求1所述的养殖用生态浮板,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制成:胶片1900-2100份、硫磺1-1.5份、氧化锌7-9份、发泡助剂55-65份。

4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的养殖用生态浮板,其特征在于:发泡助剂由苯亚磺酸锌、橡胶促进剂PZ和橡胶促进剂DPTT组成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的养殖用生态浮板,其特征在于:苯亚磺酸锌、橡胶促进剂PZ和橡胶促进剂DPTT的质量比为(2.5-3):(45-50):(7-9)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的养殖用生态浮板,其特征在于:每份胶片的原料组成为:三元乙丙橡胶30份、丁基橡胶20份、超细滑石粉80份、偶氮发泡剂20份、石蜡油35份、炭黑5份、颗粒石蜡3.5份、聚乙二醇0.8份、防老剂0.6份、硬脂酸0.6份、抗氧剂0.3份、硬脂酸钙0.8份、硬脂酸锌0.5份。
7.如权利要求1-6任一所述的养殖用生态浮板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将胶片原料通过捏炼机混炼均匀,冷却后形成胶片;
S2、利用步骤S1得到的胶片,配合硫磺、氧化锌和发泡助剂混炼均匀后,压制形成胶板;
S3、对步骤S2得到的胶板进行硫化和发泡,然后冷却得到养殖用生态浮板。
8.根据权利要求7所述的养殖用生态浮板的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中,原料混炼均匀后门尼粘度控制在68-73再冷却。
9.根据权利要求7所述的养殖用生态浮板的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S3中,硫化和发泡的温度设置依次为125℃-135℃-145℃-160℃-175℃-185℃。
10.根据权利要求5所述的养殖用生态浮板的制备方法,其特征在于:胶板在硫化和发泡区域的移动速度依次为5-5-5.1-5.5-6.5-9m/min。
