Description

分配喷嘴
本发明涉及一种分配喷嘴，特别是涉及一种用于分配乳剂或其它液体的喷嘴，上述液体优选为粘性液体。
已经有这样的申请，该申请适用于将乳剂或其它液体置于理想的较准确的位置。有关染发剂的申请就是这类申请之一，其中染发剂基本上必须置于发根部或发根部区域附近。
通常，用于液体(例如染发剂)的分配贮存器有一单一的喷嘴，为确保染色剂在所有头发上均匀分布，对全部头发进行处理的工序相当长。
本发明的目的就是提供一种分配喷嘴，该喷嘴使液体在所要求区域的分布更为容易。
广义讲本发明包括一分配喷嘴，该喷嘴适合于与盛装液体的贮存器相连，并且其具有一分配头，该分配头有多个与其相连的喷嘴。
最好将喷嘴并行放置，也可将它们沿一条直线或曲线放置以使液体更为容易地从表面流至液体要输送之处。
为更清楚地理解本发明，下面将描述一个根据本发明制成的分配喷嘴的具体实施例。
本发明的喷嘴是由喷嘴模铸的塑性材料制成，虽然结构件不是本发明的一部分，但喷嘴最好有一内螺纹入口，该入口用于与盛装待分配材料的瓶的颈部相连。
为描述本发明，我们将描述诸如用于分配染发剂的喷嘴，但应该明白，上述喷嘴还能用于其它场合，例如将护发剂或洗发剂置于头发根部附近，或其它将液体分散使其覆盖一较大面积区域的场合。
与入口相连的是一增压室或类似装置，其在入口一侧对称地延伸，并与入口相连，这样贮存器中的物质就可进入与之相连的喷嘴。
从增压室向外延伸的是多个传送喷嘴，喷嘴最好有同样的长度，并沿着增压室等间距分布，间距为2至10毫米，并且最好中心至中心的间距为5毫米。
间距与待分配液体的粘度和所需传送的量有关。
虽然喷嘴的数目可以少至4或5个，也可以多至10或12个，一般用于染发剂时，申请人发现8个喷嘴是理想的数目。
增压室本身可以是直的，这样喷嘴的中心沿一条直线放置并且在通过增压室的竖直平面内，但增压室也可是弯曲的，这样喷嘴可沿圆的圆弧周围分布。
该装置在头皮上使用最为满意，通常可以认为头皮具有球型特征，其弧度能使喷嘴沿头皮的整个部分移动，并且每个喷嘴直接与头皮相接触。
在使用中，申请人提供一种染色材料贮存器和在其上安装的喷嘴。
优选地提供一种与物质存贮器相分离的喷嘴，不过喷嘴上装有一个或多个用以盖住各输送喷嘴的盖。
使分配喷嘴与头皮相接触，并且对贮存器施加压力，使液体经过沿传送喷嘴宽度分布的各分配孔，在这种方式中，头皮的主要区域由装置的一个通道覆盖，并且染色剂直接散入头发的根部附近，这样可将染色剂施加到所要求的位置，从而使待分配的材料传送至头皮。
只要重复这种操作则可覆盖整个区域，从而实现染色物质的良好传送。
申请人已发行这种操作比使用单一喷嘴更为迅速和方便。
为帮助理解本发明，下面将参照附图进行描述，附图示出本发明的一个例子。其中：
图1是本发明的分配喷嘴基本形式的透视图；
图2是图1中分配喷嘴通过位置2的平面图；
图3是上述分配喷嘴的第二实施例的透视图，其中所示喷嘴具有用以调整液体流的中心滑杆；
图4是图3中的分配喷嘴通过位置2的侧视图，该图示出液体贮存器与分配喷嘴的连接情况；
图5是与图4同样的视图，但其示出滑杆受压缩因而液体能从贮存器流至分配头的分配喷嘴的情况；
图6是图3中分配喷嘴通过图5中位置4的横截面图。
参照图1和图2，该分配喷嘴1的优选实施例包括一个分配头2，分配头2是中空的，一系列喷嘴3以大于或小于直角的角度从分配头伸出，喷嘴3同样是中空的，这样就有从分配头出来的通道。分配头一端是与液体贮存器相连的连接装置4。在本实施例中连接装置是一有内螺纹的螺帽。
参照图3至图6，分配喷嘴1的第二实施例除具有上述特征外，在分配头内还有一滑杆5，该滑杆用于密封分配头以阻止液体流动。滑杆5的一端从分配头上与液体贮存器相连一端的相反端伸出。
参照图2和图3，滑杆5包括一密封端6，在非使用位置时，上述密封端可靠地密封在分配头的颈部8内。在此位置时，没有液体流入分配头。从密封端6引出一沿着分配头长度延伸的部分7，并且该延伸部穿过分散头一端上的孔通向外侧。延伸部的凸出部分是这样的，当受压的滑杆在分配头内被横向推动时，密封端被推出分配头颈部一足够大的距离，从而使适当的液体流进入分配头和分配喷嘴。

Claims (16)

1、一种分配喷嘴，该分配喷嘴适用于与液体贮存器相连接，并且该分配喷嘴具有分配头，上述分配头有多个与其相连的喷嘴。
2、如权利要求1所述的分配喷嘴，该喷嘴具有基本为直的分配头，上述分配头从与贮存器连接的点处直接向外延伸。
3、如权利要求1所述的分配喷嘴，该喷嘴具有其本弯曲的分配头，所述分配头从与贮存器连接的点处以一种弧状形式向外延伸。
4、如前面任何一项权利要求所述的分配喷嘴，其中多个喷嘴处于沿分配头长度方向的一直线上。
5、如前面任何一项权利要求所述的分配喷嘴，其中多个喷嘴具有不同的长度。
6、如权利要求5所述的分配喷嘴，其中将多个喷嘴的相应长度安排成使液体容易流经其必须经过的表面轮廓。
7、如前面任何一项权利要求所述的分配喷嘴，其中多个喷嘴等间距地沿分配头分布。
8、如前面任何一项权利要求所述的分配喷嘴，其中多个喷嘴当其不用时，能被盖住。
9、如前面任何一项权利要求所述的分配喷嘴，其中分配头与液体贮存器固定连接，并且当使用之后，喷嘴随空贮存器一起被扔掉。
10、如权利要求1至8中任何一项所述的分配喷头，其中分配头可拆卸地连接到液体贮存器上。
11、如权利要求10所述的分配喷嘴，其中分配头用一有螺纹的螺帽连接件连接到上述贮存器上。
12、如前面任何一项权利要求所述的分配喷嘴，其中液体流由一滑杆或类似装置调节。
13、如权利要求12所述的分配喷嘴，其中滑杆一般在分配头和液体贮存器之间形成密封，但若对滑杆的从分配头伸出的延伸部施加压力则可使之不密封，从而使液体无阻地流入分配头和多个喷嘴。
14、一种使液体进入特定位置的方法，该方法使用前面任何一项权利要求所述的分配喷嘴。
15、如权利要求14所述的方法，该方法用于将洗发剂、护发剂、染发剂或其它液体送至与活体相连的头发的根部位置。
16、如权利要求15所述的方法，该方法用于人类使用。
