Abstract

L'invention concerne une cartouche de recharge à utiliser dans un appareil destiné à la distribution de sauces sur des hamburgers et des produits analogues, cette cartouche comprenant un côté remplissage avec un piston et un côté sortie qui peut être glissé dans et hors d'un support, la cartouche de recharge (2) étant caractérisée par le fait qu'elle présente différentes ouvertures d'écoulement (7), réparties sur la surface du côté sortie. <IMAGE>

Description

L'invention est relative à une cartouche de recharge à utiliser dans un appareil destiné à distribuer des sauces du type mayonnaise ou ketchup sur des hamburgers ou des produits analogues, cette cartouche comprenant un côté remplissage avec un piston et un côté sortie qui peut être glissé de manière adaptée dans et hors d'un support sur lequel est agencé un levier pour le déplacement dans le sens longitudinal du piston à l'intérieur de la cartouche de recharge concernée.
Les cartouches de recharge jusqu'à présent utilisées pour la distribution de mayonnaise et de sauces de même type sur des hamburgers sont beaucoup utilisées dans les restaurants express qui livrent journellement en grandes quantités de tels produits.
Les cartouches de recharge utilisées à cet effet montrent une ouverture d'écoulement centrale et cela présente des inconvénients non négligeables dont le principal peut être décrit comme suit : lorsqu'un "shot" de sauce (obtenu par le coulissement mécanique d'un piston dans la cartouche de recharge) quitte la cartouche de recharge par l'intermédiaire de l'ouverture d'écoulement centrale, la sauce se présente sur le hamburger uniquement en un emplacement (limité). Pendant le repas le consommateur en fait l'expérience par une bouchée (petit pain, hamburger et sauce) avec trop de sauce et une autre bouchée sans sauce.
Pour porter remède à cet inconvénient et à d'autres de la cartouche de recharge généralement utilisée à l'heure actuelle, on propose une solution qui est caractérisée par le fait que la cartouche de recharge présente différentes ouvertures d'écoulement, réparties sur la surface du côté sortie.
Toujours suivant l'invention, les ouvertures d'écoulement précitées présentent un diamètre interne qui est réduit dans une mesure telle qu'une sortie sous forme de coulure de sauces ayant une consistance de mayonnaise ou de ketchup n'est pas possible.
D'autres détails et avantages de l'invention ressortiront de la description donnée ci-après d'un appareil destiné à la distribution de sauces du type mayonnaise ou ketchup sur des hamburgers et des produits analogues, suivant l'invention. Cette description est exclusivement donnée à titre d'exemple et elle ne limite pas l'invention. Les chiffres de référence se référent aux figures annexées.
La figure 1 est une vue en coupe longitudinale à travers une cartouche de recharge suivant l'invention qui est montée dans un appareil usuel.
La figure 2 représente une vue en coupe suivant la ligne II-II de la figure 1.
La figure 3 représente une vue en coupe suivant la ligne III-III de la figure 1.
La cartouche de recharge 2 suivant l'invention s'adapte, comme habituellement, dans un support 1. Dans la cartouche de recharge 2 est agencé, le long du côté remplissage 3, un piston 4 qui, d'une manière usuelle, peut être déplacé peu à peu sur une tige non représentée sur les figures, par l'action d'un lever 5.
A l'extrémité opposée, la cartouche de recharge 1 est fermée par une plaque d'écoulement 6 qui présente plusieurs ouvertures d'écoulement 7. Les ouvertures d'écoulement sont formées par des embouchures qui font saillie par rapport à la plaque d'écoulement 6 et qui naturellement déterminent un seul plan.
Les avantages d'une telle structure sont exposés ci-dessous :
  • a) Par le remplacement du trou de sortie central antérieur par plusieurs ouvertures d'écoulement on distribue en un seul "shot" une quantité de sauce toujours ajustée sur la surface du hamburger. On a déjà décrit au début les inconvénients qui surgissent par une répartition non uniforme de la sauce sur un hamburger.
  • b) Par la distribution homogène, on peut réaliser une économie de sauce d'environ 20 %.
  • c) Plusieurs ouvertures d'écoulement présentant un diamètre réduit, en comparaison d'une ouverture d'écoulement unique, n'exigent pas d'éléments de fermeture tandis que c'est bien le cas avec une ouverture d'écoulement unique à grand diamètre.
  • d) L'appareil à cartouche de recharge peut reposer verticalement sur les embouchures des ouvertures d'écoulement, ce qui n'est pas possible avec les cartouches de recharge usuelles.
    • Lorsque la cartouche de recharge 2 est remplie de sauce, le piston 4 peut être poussé très facilement dans la douille parce qu'un certain nombre de gorges 8 sont prévues à l'intérieur, dans la paroi de la douille 2, à proximité immédiate du bord libre de la douille. Ces gorges permettent l'élimination d'air de l'espace dans la douille 2 entre la sauce et le piston. Ces courtes gorges sont nettement visibles sur la figure 2.
    Par mise en oeuvre d'une combinaison de la technique de coulée par injection et de soufflage, la douille 2 de la cartouche de recharge peut être facilement produite. Le corps et l'épaulement de la douille sont produits d'une pièce. Dans ce corps avec épaulement, la plaque d'évacuation 6 déjà décrite est glissée. Cette plaque est bloquée dans l'épaulement de la douille. Dans ce cas, cette plaque d'écoulement peut être fixée au corps de la douille par le procédé connu de soudage par friction ("spin-welding"). Une fermeture hermétique des différentes embouchures des ouvertures d'écoulement 7 est réalisée par une feuille qui est soudée aussi bien sur le bord de la douille que sur les différentes embouchures.

    Claims (5)

    1. Cartouche de recharge à utiliser dans un appareil destiné à la distribution de sauces du type mayonnaise ou ketchup sur des hamburgers et des produits analogues, comprenant un côté remplissage avec un piston et un côté sortie qui peut être glissé de manière adaptée dans et hors d'un support, sur lequel est agencé un lever pour le déplacement dans le sens longitudinal d'un piston dans ladite cartouche, caractérisée en ce que la cartouche de recharge (2) présente différentes ouvertures d'écoulement (7), réparties sur la surface du côté sortie.
    2. Cartouche de recharge suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les ouvertures d'écoulement précitées présentent un diamètre interne qui est réduit dans une mesure telle qu'une sortie sous forme de coulure de sauces du type mayonnaise ou ketchup n'est pas possible.
    3. Cartouche de recharge suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le côté précité, dans lequel se trouvent les ouvertures d'écoulement précitées, est plan.
    4. Cartouche de recharge suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdites ouvertures d'écoulement sont formées par des embouchures qui font saillie hors du côté précité et qui déterminent un seul et même plan.
    5. Cartouche de recharge suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que, dans la paroi interne de la douille précitée, le long de l'extrémité où le piston précité est glissé dans cette douille, un certain nombre de gorges sont prévues pour le passage d'air.
