Abstract
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种持久留香的UV涂料。直接将少量包覆香精的微胶囊添加到涂料体系中形成的香味涂层,其散发的香味很淡,香味体验感不佳。针对上述问题,本发明提供一种持久留香的UV涂料,其配方中添加有自制香精微胶囊,所述自制香精微胶囊表面接枝有长氟碳链,使得所获自制香精微胶囊在涂料体系中具有上浮性,其在涂料红外流平中富集在涂层的表面,光固化之后,得到香味涂层,涂料体系中只需添加少量的香精,就可以实现涂层持久缓释香味。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种持久留香的UV涂料。
背景技术
功能性涂料在当今社会生活中需求越来越多,香味涂料是其中一种,可应用在家居,装饰板上。目前,香味涂料大多是在涂料里直接添加香精等方式实现,这种方式获得的香味涂层可在短时间内散发高浓度香味,但其香味的散发只能维持较短的时间。对此,有研究通过微胶囊包覆香精来缓释香味,以便于达到延长涂层释放香味的时长,例如中国发明专利CN 108774460 A公开了一种基于草莓型微胶囊的芳香缓释自清洁涂层,其采用微胶囊包覆香精并添加到涂料体系中,从而赋予所获涂层具备香味缓释性。然而事实上,只有涂层浅表面的微胶囊才能发挥作用,涂层内部的微胶囊由于受到树脂交联网络的制约,香气要释放到环境里极其困难,基本起不到效果。因此,直接将少量的包覆香精的微胶囊直接添加到涂料体系中形成的香味涂层,其散发的香味很淡(几乎闻不到),香味体验感不佳。若要增加香味涂层释放香味的浓度,必须在涂料体系中添加大量的香精胶囊,这必然会增加生产成本,也会造成所获涂层的综合性能下降。
同时,制作微胶囊用一般都是普通的丙烯酸酯类单体,所获微胶囊外壳的力学性能不佳,容易受到外力摩擦而破裂,导致香精外泄,影响涂层香味的持久性。
UV涂料是一种环保绿色高效的涂料,微胶囊技术与UV涂料结合的专利鲜有报道,本发明针对上述问题,提供一种持久留香的UV涂料,本发明UV涂料中添加了长氟碳链接枝改性的香精微胶囊,香精微胶囊在UV涂料红外流平过程中倾向于富集在涂层表面,UV涂料光固化后,涂层浅表面富集的香精微胶囊缓释香气,而且该香精微胶囊对香精的释放窗口适中,香味释放速度和释放量也满足需求,同时香精微胶囊外壳结构中含有酯环状结构,酯环状结构可以降低光固化涂层的收缩率,同时形成较大的空间位阻,使香精微胶囊外壳坚韧而有弹性,从而提高香精微胶囊外壳的耐磨性。
发明内容
现有技术中存在的问题是:直接将少量包覆香精的微胶囊直接添加到涂料体系中形成的香味涂层,其散发的香味很淡,香味体验感不佳。
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种持久留香的UV涂料,以重量份数计,包括以下成分:
具体地,所述丙烯酸树脂为环氧丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂、聚酯丙烯酸树脂中的至少一种。
具体地,所述香精微胶囊按照以下步骤制备:
(1)取600重量份蒸馏水加入到烧杯中,再依次添加150重量份氯化钠、16重量份纳米二氧化硅、2.4重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌均匀后,滴加硫酸调节溶液pH=3,得水相悬浮液;
(2)将150重量份丙烯酸、50重量份甲基丙烯酸、60重量份TBCHA、40重量份CHMA加入到烧杯中,滴加1.88重量份甲基丙烯酸甲酯,2.5重量份二乙二醇二丙烯酸酯,然后再添加4重量份TPO、60重量份香精,搅拌均匀后得油相;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的油相加入到步骤(1)得到的水相悬浮液中,水相与油相悬浮液的质量比是1:1,在高速均质机中20000rpm下搅拌20min,分散成油相小液滴悬浮液后,转移至带搅拌的反应釜中,N2保护下,将反应釜的温度升至65℃,在波长为395nm,能量为400mj/cm2的UVLED灯照射下搅拌反应2h,过滤干燥得到表面富含羧基的香精微胶囊;
(4)在三孔圆底烧瓶中加入步骤(3)得到的香精微胶囊、对甲苯磺酸、对苯二酚、二甲苯,所述香精微胶囊与对甲苯磺酸、对苯二酚的质量比为7.04:0.01:0.001,所述香精微胶囊在所述二甲苯中的体积浓度为0.2g/mL,搅拌分散均匀后,将圆底烧瓶的温度升至70℃,持续搅拌下,在反应体系中持续滴加PETA,通过FTIR测量监测反应,待反应体系中羧基的吸收峰消失,反应结束后,用正己烷洗涤沉淀,得产物b;
(5)在三孔圆底烧瓶中加入50g产物b、0.1g光引发剂、100mL甲苯,然后将圆底烧瓶的温度升至50℃,氮气保护下,将全氟烷基硫醇持续滴加到烧瓶中,边搅拌边用波长为365nm的LED灯照射,通过FTIR测量监测反应,待反应体系中的双键吸收峰消失,反应结束,之后将反应液离心分离、水洗、干燥后,即得到表面接枝有长氟碳链的香精微胶囊。
具体地,所述香精为茉莉花香精、玫瑰香精、柠檬香精、香草香精、百合香精、薄荷香精、薰衣草香精、古龙香精、艾草香精、桂花香精、紫罗兰香精、依兰香精等中的至少一种。
具体地,所述活性单体包括HDDA、PET3A、TMP9EOTA中的至少一种。
具体地,所述光引发剂包括光引发剂TPO、光引发剂819、光引发剂1173、光引发剂184、光引发剂ITX、光引发剂907中的至少一种。
具体地,所述流平剂为有机硅类流平剂。
具体地,所述有机硅类流平剂包括BYK333、迪高450中的至少一种。
具体地,所述分散剂为高分子类分散剂。
具体地,所述高分子类分散剂为BYK163。
具体地,所述消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂。
具体地,所述有机硅类消泡剂为迪高815N。
具体地,所述的一种持久留香的UV涂料,其制备方法如下:
避光条件下,按照配方量,将丙烯酸树脂、香精微胶囊、活性单体、光引发剂、流平剂、分散剂、消泡剂搅拌混合均匀,即得。
所述的一种持久留香的UV涂料,其应用如下:
避光条件下,将其涂敷在PVC基材表面,红外流平3min后,置于紫外灯下光固化,即得到光固化涂层。
有益效果
(1)本发明所获持久留香的UV涂料中添加有自制香精微胶囊,所述自制香精微胶囊表面接枝有长氟碳链,使得所获自制香精微胶囊在涂料体系中具有上浮性,其在涂料红外流平中富集在涂层的表面,光固化之后,得到香味涂层,涂料体系中只需添加少量的香精,就可以实现涂层持久缓释香味;
(2)本发明所获自制香精微胶囊表面接枝有长氟碳链,香味涂层表面的长氟碳链相互交织缠绕,使得香味涂层表面具有较好的耐水性;
(3)本发明所获自制香精微胶囊外壳结构中含有酯环状结构,是由TBCHA片段、CHMA片段引入,酯环状结构可以降低光固化涂层的收缩率,同时形成较大的空间位阻,使得所获香精微胶囊外壳坚韧而有弹性,具有较好的耐磨性;
(4)本发明所获香精微胶囊外壳的交联程度适中,释放香味的窗口适中,用户体验感较佳。

具体实施方式
本发明以下实施例中所使用的环氧丙烯酸树脂为长兴公司生产的环氧丙烯酸树脂6202。
本发明以下实施例中所使用的聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂为长兴公司生产的聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂6145-100。
本发明以下实施例中所使用的聚酯丙烯酸树脂为长兴公司生产的聚酯丙烯酸树脂6380。
本发明以下实施例中所使用的香精微胶囊均按照以下步骤制备:
(1)取600重量份蒸馏水加入到烧杯中,再依次添加150重量份氯化钠、16重量份纳米二氧化硅、2.4重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌均匀后,滴加硫酸调节溶液pH=3,得水相悬浮液;
(2)将150重量份丙烯酸、50重量份甲基丙烯酸、60重量份TBCHA、40重量份CHMA加入到烧杯中,滴加1.88重量份甲基丙烯酸甲酯,2.5重量份二乙二醇二丙烯酸酯,然后再添加4重量份TPO、60重量份百合香精,搅拌均匀后得油相;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的油相加入到步骤(1)得到的水相悬浮液中,水相与油相悬浮液的质量比是1:1,在高速均质机中20000rpm下搅拌20min,分散成油相小液滴悬浮液后,转移至带搅拌的反应釜中,N2保护下,将反应釜的温度升至65℃,在波长为395nm,能量为400mj/cm2的UVLED灯照射下搅拌反应2h,过滤干燥得到表面富含羧基的香精微胶囊;
(4)在三孔圆底烧瓶中加入步骤(3)得到的香精微胶囊、对甲苯磺酸、对苯二酚、二甲苯,所述香精微胶囊与对甲苯磺酸、对苯二酚的质量比为7.04:0.01:0.001,所述香精微胶囊在所述二甲苯中的体积浓度为0.2g/mL,搅拌分散均匀后,将圆底烧瓶的温度升至70℃,持续搅拌下,在反应体系中持续滴加PETA,通过FTIR测量监测反应,待反应体系中羧基的吸收峰消失,反应结束后,用正己烷洗涤沉淀,得产物b;
(5)在三孔圆底烧瓶中加入50g产物b、0.1g光引发剂、100mL甲苯,然后将圆底烧瓶的温度升至50℃,氮气保护下,将全氟烷基硫醇持续滴加到烧瓶中,边搅拌边用波长为365nm的LED灯照射,通过FTIR测量监测反应的进行,待反应体系中的双键吸收峰消失,反应结束,之后将反应液离心分离、水洗、干燥后,即得到表面接枝有长氟碳链的平均粒径约为30μm的香精微胶囊,所获百合香精微胶囊的形貌如说明书附图1所示。

对比例1同实施例1,不同之处在于,对比例1在制备香精微胶囊过程中使用等摩尔量的甲基丙烯酸甲酯替换TBCHA和CHMA,甲基丙烯酸甲酯的摩尔质量与60重量份TBCHA、40重量份CHMA的摩尔量之和相等。
对比例2同实施例1,不同之处在于,对比例2在制备香精微胶囊过程中采用等摩尔量的TBCHA的替换40重量份CHMA。
对比例3同实施例1,不同之处在于,对比例3在制备香精微胶囊过程中采用等摩尔量的CHMA的替换60重量份TBCHA。
对比例4同实施例1,不同之处在于,对比例4中的香精微胶囊按照以下步骤制备:
(1)在单口烧瓶中加入5重量份正硅酸四乙酯,1重量份十三氟烷基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,0.5重量份十二烷基硫酸钠与120重量份去离子水混合,常温下超声10min后在混合物中再加入0.5重量份氨水,最后磁力搅拌8h得到含氟硅球。
(2)在单口烧瓶中加入5重量份苯乙烯,0.5重量份二乙烯基苯,0.1重量份偶氮二异庚腈,3重量份甲基丙烯酸二乙基氨基乙酯与0.8重量份百合香精混合超声均匀,再加入上一步制备好的20重量份含氟硅球和120重量份去离子水混合超声乳化40min,之后在75℃下磁力搅拌12h,即得百合香精微胶囊。
应用:
避光条件下,将实施例1-6以及对比例1-4所获UV涂料分别涂敷在PVC基材表面,红外流平3min后,置于紫外灯下光固化,即得到厚度为50μm的光固化涂层,然后对所获光固化涂层进行相关性能测试,具体测试结果如表1所示。
耐水性:将基材置于100℃沸水中水煮,记录漆膜开始发白鼓泡的时间。
涂层表面耐磨性:根据标准GB/T6739-2006进行测试。
香味持久测试标准:将涂布好的相同规格的PVC基材,放入密封袋,于60℃下密封1h,闻气味,然后以此为一个循环,循环测试至闻不出香味为止,记录循环测试次数。
涂层硬度:根据标准GB/T6739-2006进行测试。

Claims (9)
1.一种持久留香的UV涂料,其特征在于,以重量份数计,包括以下成分:
丙烯酸树脂 40-60份
香精微胶囊 10-20份
活性单体 5-20份
光引发剂 3-6份
流平剂 0.1-0.5份
分散剂 0.1-0.5份
消泡剂 0.1-0.5份;
所述香精微胶囊按照以下步骤制备:
(1)取600重量份蒸馏水加入到烧杯中,再依次添加150重量份氯化钠、16重量份纳米二氧化硅、2.4重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌均匀后,滴加硫酸调节溶液pH=3,得水相悬浮液;
(2)将150重量份丙烯酸、50重量份甲基丙烯酸、60重量份TBCHA、40重量份CHMA加入到烧杯中,滴加1.88重量份甲基丙烯酸甲酯,2.5重量份二乙二醇二丙烯酸酯,然后再添加4重量份TPO、60重量份香精,搅拌均匀后得油相;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种持久留香的UV涂料,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸树脂为环氧丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂、聚酯丙烯酸树脂中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种持久留香的UV涂料,其特征在于,所述香精为茉莉花香精、柠檬香精、玫瑰香精、香草香精、百合香精、薄荷香精、薰衣草香精、古龙香精、艾草香精、桂花香精、紫罗兰香精、依兰香精中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种持久留香的UV涂料,其特征在于,所述活性单体包括HDDA、PET3A、TMP9EOTA中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种持久留香的UV涂料,其特征在于,所述流平剂为有机硅类流平剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种持久留香的UV涂料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为高分子类分散剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种持久留香的UV涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种持久留香的UV涂料,其特征在于,其制备方法如下:
避光条件下,按照配方量,将丙烯酸树脂、香精微胶囊、活性单体、光引发剂、流平剂、分散剂、消泡剂搅拌混合均匀,即得。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种持久留香的UV涂料,其特征在于,其应用如下:
避光条件下,将其涂敷在PVC基材表面,红外流平3min后,置于紫外灯下光固化,即得到光固化涂层。
