Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to protective essential oil for a mother and an infant, relates to A61K, and particularly relates to the field of medical, dental or dressing preparations.
Background
With the development of society, more and more bacteria, viruses and other invisible harmful organisms are filled in our living environment, and the microbial infection symptoms such as cold, cough and the like are more and more common, especially for children and pregnant women with weak resistance and lack of exercise, the risk of being infected by the microbes in daily environments is extremely high. Once the medicine is infected by microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses, the medicine needs to be used for treatment, the medicine can reach the lesion part through the digestive circulatory system of the whole body, the medicine treatment has slow effect, the medicine is easy to remain in the body, and the medicine which is not metabolized can cause discomfort of the body in the body, so that the medicine has certain side effect.
Chinese patent No. 202010152776.0 discloses a compound essential oil for treating rhinitis and cold, which has the effects of isolating viruses and inhibiting the invasion of the viruses into human bodies by compounding eight kinds of essential oils of perfume with base oil, but the eight kinds of essential oils of perfume have strong taste irritation, and the fragrance is woody fragrance, so that the olfactory sensation and the irritation of the essential oils are not suitable for pregnant women and infants. Chinese patent No. 02812047.7 discloses a composition with antiviral activity for treating and preventing common cold, which can achieve the effects of killing bacteria and common cold virus by adopting various traditional Chinese medicine extracts, alcohol aromatic, water and surfactant for combination and compounding, but the composition needs to be used in a fixed time period by means of a gasification device, and cannot achieve the protection effect for a long time in a full period.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the action mildness of the protective essential oil and improve the olfactory sensation of the essential oil, the first aspect of the invention provides the protective essential oil for the mother and the infant, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of violet essential oil, 20-30 parts of tea tree essential oil, 10-30 parts of thyme essential oil and 10-30 parts of Uganli essential oil.
As a preferred embodiment, the preparation raw materials comprise, in parts by weight: 35-40 parts of violet essential oil, 21-27 parts of tea tree essential oil, 18-25 parts of thyme essential oil and 15-20 parts of Uganli essential oil.
As a preferred embodiment, the preparation raw materials comprise, in parts by weight: 38 parts of violet essential oil, 25 parts of tea tree essential oil, 21 parts of thyme essential oil and 17 parts of eucalyptus essential oil.
As a preferred embodiment, the thyme essential oil is selected from one or a combination of several of thyme essential oil of golden selvedge, thyme essential oil of broadleaf, thyme essential oil of small leaf, thyme essential oil of lemon, thyme essential oil of uk, thyme essential oil of creeping, thyme essential oil of peach flower, thyme essential oil of linalool.
As a preferred embodiment, the thyme essential oil is linalool thyme essential oil.
As a preferred embodiment, the linalool thyme essential oil is an essential oil prepared by a whole flower distillation extraction process.
The applicant finds that the sterilization and anti-inflammation effects of the protective essential oil can be improved by adopting the compound synergistic effect of the linalool thyme essential oil and other essential oils in the experimental process, and the protective essential oil has remarkable improvement effects on symptoms of cold and cough. The possible reasons for the guess are: the main component in the linaloe thyme essential oil is monoterpene alcohol linaloe and linaloe acetate, the linaloe thyme belongs to a multi-molecular structure, has multiple treatment effects, has good effects on sterilization and anti-inflammation, has good affinity with skin, is easy to volatilize and diffuse around the skin, can achieve a purification effect on surrounding air through the diffusion of the monoterpene alcohol linaloe alcohol and the linaloe acetate, and plays a role in preventing influenza. In addition, the good volatility of the monoterpene alcohol and the agilawood acetate can directly enter the lung through the nasal respiratory tract, so that the effect of quick sterilization is achieved, meanwhile, the essential oil is not easy to remain in the body due to the strong volatility, and the exhaled gas is discharged after the essential oil plays a role, so that the side effect of the protective essential oil on the body is reduced.
As a preferred embodiment, the violet essential oil is selected from one or a combination of several of idazo essential oil, karman violet essential oil, francisco violet essential oil, abbe violet essential oil, and incana violet essential oil.
As a preferred embodiment, the violet essential oil is an abbe violet essential oil.

As a preferred embodiment, the abbe violet essential oil is an violet leaf extract essential oil.
The applicant finds that the storage stability and the effect stability of the protective essential oil can be improved by adopting the violet flowers and leaves to extract the essential oil in the experimental process, and the essential oils in each batch have smaller difference. The possible reasons for the guess are: the extract of the violet leaves contains alpha-ionone, has a certain anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect, and can reduce the oxidative deterioration of other components in the essential oil and increase the storage stability of the protective essential oil by introducing the violet leaf essential oil. The violet leaf essential oil has weaker volatility, can play a certain weakening effect on volatilization of the essential oil in the use process, prevents the volatilization rate of the protective essential oil from being too fast, and avoids the difference of components, so that the protective essential oil has a stable use effect.
And the extraction efficiency of the violet leaf extraction essential oil is higher, and the production cost of the protection essential oil can be reduced when the violet leaf extraction essential oil is applied while the good use effect is kept.
As a preferred embodiment, the eucalyptus essential oil is one or a combination of several selected from Shi Taige eucalyptus essential oil, multi-bud eucalyptus essential oil, blue gum eucalyptus essential oil, peppermint eucalyptus essential oil, australian eucalyptus essential oil and lemon eucalyptus essential oil.
As a preferred embodiment, the essential oil of eugenia is a blue gum eugenia essential oil.
As a preferred embodiment, the blue gel eugenia essential oil is a steam distillation extraction process, and the refractive index of the blue gel eugenia essential oil is 1.458-1.47.
As a preferred embodiment, the tea tree essential oil is Australian tea tree essential oil, the refractive index of the Australian tea tree essential oil is 1.475-1.482, and the relative density at 25 ℃ is 0.885-0.906g/mL.
The applicant found in experiments that the use of tea tree essential oil in australia and euglene essential oil in blue was (21-27): the weight ratio of (15-20) is synergistic, so that the irritation of the protective essential oil can be alleviated on the basis of further improving the antibacterial effect of the protective essential oil, the protective essential oil has a mild sterilization effect, and the protective essential oil is especially suitable for pregnant women and infants. The possible reasons for the guess are: the 4-isopropyl toluene and eucalyptus She Shuchun contained in the Australian tea tree essential oil and the blue gum especially-welt essential oil have good three-bacterium killing effect, and can realize good protection and killing effects on bacteria, fungi and viruses at the same time, so that the sterilizing effect of the protection essential oil is further improved. And 4-isopropyl toluene in the Australian tea tree essential oil and the blue gel euganli essential oil has milder effect of eucalyptol than linalool and linaloyl acetate, the Australian tea tree essential oil and the blue gel euganli essential oil are prepared from (21-27): the introduction of the weight ratio of (15-20) can relieve the strong action and effect of the linalool thyme essential oil and can also keep good balance of sterilization effect.
The applicant finds that during the experimental process, the violet essential oil of the flower leaves, the tea tree essential oil of the Australia, the thyme essential oil of the linalool and the euglena essential oil of the blue gel adopt (35-40): (21-27): (18-25): the weight ratio of (15-20) can improve the olfactory effect of the protective essential oil, and the acceptance of the baby on the protective essential oil is obviously improved. The possible reasons for the guess are: the three kinds of essential oils, namely the Australian tea tree essential oil, the linalol thyme essential oil and the blue gum euganli essential oil, present woody Chinese herbal medicine fragrance, present astringent taste for babies and olfactory sensitive pregnant women, have more pungent smell and lower acceptance for the protection essential oil, but can blend the fragrance of the protection essential oil by introducing the violet essential oil of the flower leaves and adopting a proper weight ratio, so that the taste of the protection essential oil is converted into flower and fruit fragrance, and is easy to be accepted by the babies and the pregnant women.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of protective essential oil for mother and infant, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Sequentially adding violet essential oil, tea tree essential oil, thyme essential oil and eucalyptus essential oil according to parts by weight;
(2) Standing for 6-10h, bottling, and packaging.
The applicant finds that the protective essential oil can exert stable storage and protective effects by sequentially adding the violet essential oil, the tea tree essential oil, the thyme essential oil and the eucalyptus essential oil according to parts by weight and then adopting non-stirring standing. The possible reason is hypothesized that the essential oils slowly permeate, the essential oils have synergistic effect, and compared with the essential oils after stirring, air is introduced during stirring, so that oxidation reaction among essential oil components is accelerated, and the storage stability of the protective essential oil is reduced.
The third aspect of the invention provides a use method of protective essential oil for mother and infant, which comprises the following steps:
the protective essential oil is dripped on the felt cotton piece with the dripping amount of 2-3 drops, and the felt cotton piece is placed on a fixing device and worn with the user.
