The device has certain defects when in use, the flashboard is generally fixed in a welding mode, so that the flashboard has the defects of complex structure, high weight, difficult replacement and the like, and the flashboard shaft is generally a through shaft, and the flashboard can only be disassembled in a cutting mode when being replaced, so that time and labor are wasted, and the maintenance cost of the flashboard is increased; secondly, the device does not have an auxiliary adjusting structure, the specifications and the lengths of the flashboards of different types are different, and the flashboard structures of different widths cannot be fixed when the device is used; meanwhile, the device is not provided with a pressing auxiliary structure, so that the flashboard is easy to damage when being lifted, meanwhile, the closed flashboard is easy to leak, and the using effect is reduced.

The invention aims to provide a locking device capable of quickly replacing a flashboard, which can solve the existing problems.
The invention solves the problems that:
1. the flashboard is generally fixed in a welding mode, so that the flashboard has the defects of complex structure, high weight, difficulty in replacement and the like, a flashboard shaft is generally a through shaft, and the flashboard can only be detached in a cutting mode when replaced, so that time and labor are wasted, and the maintenance cost of the flashboard is increased;
2. the device does not have an auxiliary adjusting structure, the specifications and lengths of the flashboards of different types are different, and the flashboard structures of different widths cannot be fixed when the device is used;
3. the device does not have a pressing auxiliary structure, so that the flashboard is easy to damage when lifted, meanwhile, the closed flashboard is easy to leak, and the using effect of the device is reduced.

a locking device capable of quickly dismounting and replacing a flashboard comprises a fixing frame and a locking piece, wherein extension rods are movably mounted at two ends of the fixing frame, the fixing frame is movably connected with the extension rods through telescopic arms, a pressing arm is fixedly mounted at the end part of the extension rod, the locking piece is fixedly mounted at the lower part of the side edge of the pressing arm and comprises a shaft sleeve and a fastening sliding block, an expansion shaft is fixedly mounted on the outer surface of one end of the shaft sleeve, the expansion shaft is integrally of a milling sheet structure, the fastening sliding block is movably mounted on the inner side of the expansion shaft, a bolt is movably mounted at the middle part of one end of the fastening sliding block, a fixed clamping sleeve is fixedly mounted at the middle part of the outer surface of the upper end of the fixing frame, fixed clamping fixtures are fixedly mounted on two sides of the outer surface of the upper end of the fixing frame, and the bolt drives the fastening sliding block to apply force to the expansion shaft end of the shaft sleeve through an adjusting bolt, and further the shaft sleeve can be fixed on the steel pipe.
