发明内容
容纳体的实施例具有若干被集成的部件,即,在上部外侧包括将组件防漏地安装在任何包装的颈部中的手段,而在内侧容纳体具有第一集成部分,第一整合部分包括缸体,活塞和相应的管状致动杆在所述缸体内滑动,致动杆的暴露的上端连接到致动按钮/施用器喷嘴,在致动按钮/施用器喷嘴下方固定有致动波纹管的上端,致动波纹管具有弹性记忆,其下端安装到并且支撑在容纳体的相应部分中,由此所述杆可以当致动按钮被按压时向下移动,当不再按压所述按钮时自动返回。因此,活塞以相同的方式上下移动,并且这些运动与下部的阀一起,使得一定剂量的产品能够被置于容纳体的腔室中并在容纳体的腔室中被加压,由此所述剂量的产品沿管状杆向上行进,以通过上述按钮/施用器喷嘴进行排出。

1.一种用于各种包装的抽取流体产品的按压机构,其特征在于,管状的容纳体(1),基本上中空(3)的致动杆(2)可滑动地安装在容纳体(1)中,以借助由波纹管(4)提供的压缩和返回来执行向下和向上运动,波纹管(4)具有弹性记忆并且具有上端,所述上端借助于锁定环(5)耦接到所述致动杆(2)的相应部分,致动杆(2)在锁定环(5)上方还耦接到按钮(6),而所述波纹管(4)的下端支撑在容纳体(1)上,其中,所述致动杆由环形盖(7)可滑动地引导,环形盖(7)被锁定到容纳体(1)的内径中,并且在环形盖(7)的下方,所述致动杆(2)的下端耦接到活塞(8),在活塞(8)下方是止回阀(9),止回阀(9)能够从活塞(8)的下侧离开或以防漏的方式按压在活塞(8)的下侧以打开或关闭形成在这两部分之间的通道(10),所述通道(10)与所述致动杆(2)的内部中空部分(3)连通并且与腔室(11)连通,而腔室(11)的下方又由第二止回阀(12)限制,该第二止回阀(12)的致动通过压力或吸力来确定;换言之,如果为吸力,则产品被吸入并且向上流动通过容纳体(1)的管状的下端,迫使所述第二止回阀(12)向上并且释放产品以积聚在腔室(11)中;在相反的情况下,活塞(8)所施加的压力使得所述第二止回阀关闭,并且所述产品流动通过通道(10)以向上流到按钮(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于各种包装的抽取流体产品的按压机构,其特征在于,容纳体(1)最初呈现有中间管状部分,中间管状部分形成圆柱形套筒(13),活塞(8)沿着套筒(13)滑动,中间管状部分具有渐缩的下端(14),随后是具有较小直径的另一管状部分(15),因此前者的内部截锥表面构成了密封座(16),在密封座(16)下方存在径向齿(17)形式的瓶颈,径向齿(17)以条带(18)的形式向下延伸、保持所述第二止回阀(12)的颈部(19),所述第二止回阀在所述颈部(19)下方具有圆形止动件(20),所述圆形止动件用于抵靠径向齿(17)并且位于条带(18)之间,同时在所述颈部的上侧具有杯状的、截锥密封头(21),截锥密封头(21)打开或紧密地关闭密封座(16),为此,所述颈部(19)足够高以使所述第二止回阀(12)能够在短距运动中向上或向下移动,其中这些运动由径向齿(17)、圆形止动件(20)和截锥密封头(21)限制,从而当腔室(11)中存在压力或吸力时建立或中断产品流。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于各种包装的抽取流体产品的按压机构,其特征在于,所述容纳体(1)具有上部部分,所述上部部分同样为管状且具有更大的直径(22),所述上部部分在下方由外部凸缘(23)限制,并且在此处形成内部台阶(24),并且具有更大的直径(22)的所述上部部分具有内部环形凹槽(25),所述环形凹槽(25)与所述内部台阶(24)一起形成用于环形盖(7)的配合和锁定装置,环形盖(7)又具有外部圆形部分(26),外部圆形部分(26)具有在外部的且同样为圆形的锁定肋(27),锁定肋(27)以干涉的方式插入所述环形凹槽(25),而所述环形盖(7)的内侧被导向孔(28)穿过,致动杆(2)穿过所述导向孔(28)滑动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于各种包装的抽取流体产品的按压机构,其特征在于,所述波纹管(4)的两个端部是圆形的(29)并且包括相应的台阶(30),从而下部的端部能够装配在容纳体(1)上,其中存在由略微陷入的环形盖(7)限定的相应台阶,同时所述波纹管的上部的端部也被装配到锁定环(5)中,所述锁定环(5)在外侧具有用于装配波纹管的上部的端部的目的的呈倒“U”形的圆形套环(31),圆形套环(31)形成了用于波纹管(4)的上部的端部的、同样为圆形的装配部(32),而在内侧所述锁定环具有管状部分(33),管状部分(33)带有用于所述致动杆(2)的相应端部的配合和锁定凹槽(34),从而所述锁定环(5)能够与所述致动杆(2)一起上下移动,由此这种移动也致动所述波纹管(4)来在致动杆(2)的中空部分(3)中建立压力或吸力。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于各种包装的抽取流体产品的按压机构,其特征在于,致动杆(2)的上端暴露在锁定环(5)的上方,并且致动杆(2)在此部分的直径包括用于按钮(6)的、同样为环形的锁定条(35),按钮(6)具有用于装配到致动杆的目的的内部管(36),内部管(36)具有用于所述环形的条(35)上的环形锁定通道(37),同时,所述按钮具有另一同心的外壁(38),所述外壁是顶部(39)封闭的,并且在此处具有水平的内部通道(40),该水平的内部通道径向终止于喷嘴(41),而在另一例其与管状部分(33)的内部和中空部分(3)连接,因此形成产品外流通道。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于各种包装的抽取流体产品的按压机构,其特征在于,致动杆(2)的下三分之一具有凸缘止动件(42),在凸缘止动件(42)下方是可滑动地安装的活塞(8),活塞(8)又具有两个内直径,一个下部较小的直径(43)和一个上部较大的直径(44),它们之间形成台阶止动件(45);所述下部较小的直径(43)可滑动地装配到所述致动杆(2)上,而所述上部较大的直径(44)也可滑动地装配在凸缘止动件(42)周围,因此,所述活塞(8)除了在圆柱形套筒(13)内滑动,还用于在致动杆(2)上进行短程的上下运动,其中所述运动由上部较大的直径(44)的高度以及台阶止动件(45)限定;活塞(8)的较厚的下部具有两个“V”形通道,上通道(46)和下通道(47),这形成了三个环形的密封唇,两个在外径上的密封唇(48a-48b)和一个在内径上的密封唇(49),后者被定位成打开或关闭在致动杆(2)的下端处的横向中间通道(50),横向中间通道(50)连接腔室(11)和致动杆(2)的中空部分(3),其中打开或关闭运动由凸缘止动件(42)和台阶止动件(45)限定,并且环形密封唇的防漏效果是与止回阀(9)共同实现的。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于各种包装的抽取流体产品的按压机构,其特征在于,所述止回阀(9)是常规的杯形,其具有底壁(51)和圆柱形壁(52),前者具有中心孔(53)以配合和固定致动杆(2)的下端,所述致动杆的下端为此具有锁定刺穿末端(52),同时其他的圆柱形壁(52)具有带间隔部段(55)的基部,所述间隔部段被调整至圆柱形套筒(13)的内径并允许产品在它们之间穿过;所述圆柱形壁(52)具有楔形的上边缘(56),所述上边缘被定位成插入在外径上的靠下的密封唇(48b)和内径上的密封唇(49)之间,从而对所述两个唇施加一些压力,以确保中间通道(50)是防漏的。
