低温稳定的单位剂量化洗涤剂组合物
技术领域
本发明属于日用化学工业技术领域,具体涉及一种低温稳定的单位剂量化洗涤剂组合物。
背景技术
目前,单位剂量化的洗涤剂产品(如颗粒状的洗衣凝珠、洗衣珠等),已经得到越来越多消费者的认可和喜爱。单位剂量化洗涤剂产品的主要特点是采用高分子材料制成含有至少一个囊腔的水溶性囊包,囊腔用于容装液态洗涤剂组合物。该单位剂量化洗涤剂产品在洗涤过程中,水溶性囊包溶于水并释放出囊腔中的液态洗涤剂组合物。为了保证该单位剂量化洗涤剂产品的长期的储存过程中保持稳定,则要求包封其中的液态洗涤剂组合物不能含有过多的水,不然高分子材料可能会因被水溶解而导致液态洗涤剂组合物漏出。因此,单位剂量化洗涤剂产品中的液态洗涤剂组合物的含水量一般不超过洗涤剂组合物总重量的15%,并需要添加醇类溶剂进行补充。但是,由于使用了醇类溶剂作为溶剂,这类洗涤产品在低温下会发生析出浑浊的现象。这主要是因为,虽然某些醇类溶剂是常用的防冻剂,但在这类洗涤产品中,由于醇类溶剂中溶解有较大量的表面活性剂,而表面活性剂在醇中的溶解度要低于在水中的溶解度,因此就会出现低温下容易析出浑浊的现象,不利于该类洗涤剂产品在寒冷的高纬度地区进行生产销售。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低温稳定的单位剂量化洗涤剂组合物,以有效解决现有技术的不足之处。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
低温稳定的单位剂量化洗涤剂组合物,包括一水溶性囊包,囊包内形成有囊腔,囊腔内容装液态内容物,所述液态内容物包括表面活性剂体系和溶剂体系,所述溶剂体系包括10-50重量%的溶剂和1-70重量%的增溶助剂;其中:所述溶剂包括水和至少一种醇类溶剂,且水的含量不大于20重量%;所述增溶助剂由如下的式I化合物和/或式II化合物组成:

本发明通过采用上述技术方案,能有效解决单位剂量化洗涤剂组合物中表面活性剂在低温下出现的析出浑浊现象;同时,由于增溶助剂的成本要低于醇类溶剂的成本,而增溶助剂部分取代了醇类溶剂的使用量,因此能降低产品的总体成本。
具体实施方式
本发明所述的低温稳定的单位剂量化洗涤剂组合物,具有一个水溶性囊包,囊包内形成有囊腔,囊腔内容装液态内容物。所述液态内容物包括表面活性剂体系和溶剂体系。所述的溶剂体系包括10-50重量%的溶剂和1-70重量%的增溶助剂;其中:所述溶剂包括水和至少一种醇类溶剂,且水的含量不大于20重量%;所述增溶助剂由如下的式I化合物和/或式II化合物组成:

需要说明的是,本发明所定义的增溶助剂,是基于本发明的液态内容物的含水量低、并以醇类溶剂为主要溶剂的情况下,能够在低温下增加表面活性剂的溶解度、降低表面活性剂析出温度的物质。
所述表面活性剂体系的重量百分比为5-70%,可以任选但不局限于来自《表面活性剂作用原理》第二章(赵国玺,朱瑶著)中所描述、分类和列举的一类组分,具体包括阴离子表面活性剂体系、非离子表面活性剂体系和两性表面活性剂体系中的至少一种。
所述的阴离子表面活性剂体系可以优选自C8-C18烷基苯磺酸盐,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯硫酸盐,C8-C18烷基硫酸盐,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯羧酸盐,α-烯烃磺酸盐,C8-C18脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐,脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯磺酸盐,C8-C18脂肪酸盐,以及它们的混合物。优选各种上述阴离子表面活性剂与单乙醇胺或二乙醇胺或三乙醇胺的中和有机胺盐。

比对实施例2-4和对比例2-3可以看出,通过采用氨基磺酸和/或尿素的组合作为增溶助剂替代部分聚乙二醇溶剂,均大大降低了表面活性剂的析出浑浊的温度,且减少了醇类溶剂的用量,降低了配方的总体成本。
比对实施例5和对比例4-5可以看出,通过采用尿素作为增溶助剂替代部分混合醇类溶剂,降低了表面活性剂的析出浑浊的温度,且减少了醇类溶剂的用量,降低了配方的总体成本。
比对实施例6-9和对比例6-7可以看出,通过采用氨基磺酸和/或尿素的组合作为增溶助剂替代部分混合醇类溶剂,均降低了表面活性剂的析出浑浊的温度,且减少了醇类溶剂的用量,降低了配方的总体成本。
比对实施例10-13和对比例8-9可以看出,单独采用尿素作为增溶助剂,可以使配方的浊点降至最低值。

Claims (5)

1.低温稳定的单位剂量化洗涤剂组合物,包括一水溶性囊包,囊包内形成有囊腔,囊腔内容装液态内容物,所述液态内容物包括表面活性剂体系和溶剂体系,其特征在于,
所述溶剂体系包括10-50重量%的溶剂和1-70重量%的增溶助剂;其中:
所述溶剂包括水和至少一种醇类溶剂,且水的含量不大于20重量%;
所述增溶助剂由如下的式I化合物和/或式II化合物组成:
式I化合物:
其中,R1为氢离子或直链烷基,R2为氢离子或直链烷基;
式II化合物:
其中,R3为氢或直链烷基;X+为磺酸基团上负离子的平衡离子;
所述水包括存在于其它组成分中的水;
所述溶剂在液态内容物中的重量百分比为20%-50%;所述增溶助剂在液态内容物中的重量百分比为1%-25%;
所述式I化合物为尿素;所述式II化合物为氨基磺酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低温稳定的单位剂量化洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述醇类溶剂包括乙醇、二乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、二丙二醇、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇或它们的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低温稳定的单位剂量化洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂体系的重量百分比为5-70%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的低温稳定的单位剂量化洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂体系包括阴离子表面活性剂体系、非离子表面活性剂体系和两性表面活性剂体系中的至少一种;
还包括酶、酶稳定剂、漂白剂、污垢悬浮剂、光学增白剂、染料、香料、流变改性剂、pH调节剂、染料捕获剂和防腐剂中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低温稳定的单位剂量化洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述增溶助剂和溶剂的重量配比为3:1-1:20。
