Abstract
The invention relates to a wireless charging device of an electric automobile, which comprises: the top of the outer frame is provided with a lifting type top frame, the bottom of the top frame is provided with a protection plate, and the protection plate can extend out of/retract into the outer frame along with the top frame; the rotating shaft of the rotating motor penetrates through the sliding block and is embedded on the rotating wheel; and the transmitting coil module is provided with a fixing block in the transmitting coil module, the fixing block can adjust the position of the transmitting coil module left and right, a lifting reflecting plate is arranged on a reflecting cover in the transmitting coil module, the reflecting cover and the reflecting plate can surround to form an ellipsoidal reflecting cavity, and the transmitting coil in the transmitting coil module is arranged in the reflecting cover. According to the invention, the position of the charging port is driven and adjusted through the rotating motor and the second hydraulic push rod, so that the charging port is opposite to the position of the corresponding receiving coil of the electric automobile, and the problem that a driver is required to continuously adjust and align when the traditional wireless charging device for the electric automobile charges, so that the charging process is complicated is solved.

Background

The conventional electric car charging device has the following problems when in use:

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the charging device provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes a frame-shaped outer frame 1, a lifting type top frame 2 is installed at the top of the outer frame 1, a protection plate 3 is installed at the bottom of the top frame 2, and the protection plate 3 may be extended/retracted into the outer frame 1 along with the top frame 2; the two rotating motors 4, the rotating shafts of the rotating motors 4 penetrate through the sliding blocks 5 and are embedded on the rotating wheels 6, and the bases of the rotating motors 4 are also connected to the sliding blocks 5; and the transmitting coil module, the fixed block 7 in the transmitting coil module is installed on the fastening plate (the fixed block 7 is used for adjusting the position of the transmitting coil module left and right), the lifting type reflecting plate 9 is installed on the reflecting cover 8 in the transmitting coil module, the reflecting cover 8 and the reflecting plate 9 can surround to form a variable-diameter ellipsoidal reflecting cavity, the transmitting coil 10 in the transmitting coil module is installed in the reflecting cover 8, and the top of the reflecting plate 9 is provided with a charging port 11.
In the invention, when charging is needed, the top frame 2 drives the protection plate 3 to lift up so as to isolate the transmitting coil 10 from the outside, thereby avoiding the interference and influence of animals, foreign matters and the like on the charging process in the subsequent charging; then, the rotary motor 4 and the fixed block 7 adjust the position of the transmitting coil module from the X, Y axis direction so that the charging port is opposite to the corresponding receiving coil position of the electric automobile, and then the transmitting coil 10 can act and charge. According to the invention, the position of the transmitting coil module is adjusted by using the driving motor 4 and the fixed block 7, so that the problem that a driver is required to adjust and align continuously when the traditional wireless charging device for the electric automobile charges, and the charging process is complicated is solved.
In the invention, the reflecting cover 8 and the reflecting plate 9 are used for forming the reducing ellipsoidal reflecting cavity in a surrounding way, so that a user can adjust the height of the charging port according to the position of the receiving coil, and the problem of relatively high energy loss in long-distance transmission is avoided.

In order to enhance the ventilation and facilitate the heat dissipation, the protection plate 3 can be provided with protection holes 13 in the invention. In order to limit the protection plate 3, a first limiting block 14 is connected to the bottom of the protection plate 3 in the invention.
