In a further embodiment of the present invention, the composite absorbent core 3 has an upper layer 31 of 25gsm to 35gsm ES hot air non-woven fabric, a middle layer 32 of 40gsm to 50gsm 2D-10DES fiber mixed bulky non-woven fabric, and a lower layer 33 of 35gsm to 45gsm spunlace non-woven fabric, the water-absorbent polymer material 30 is bonded to the upper and lower surfaces of the composite absorbent core by the middle layer 42, and the water-absorbent polymer material 30 is a diffusion-type water-absorbent resin.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the composite absorption core body 3 comprises 3-6% of hot air non-woven fabric, 8-12% of fluffy non-woven fabric, 5-10% of spunlace non-woven fabric and 65-75% of water-absorbing polymer material, which are connected with each other through hot melt adhesive, and the proportion of the hot melt adhesive is 1-2%.
The composite absorption core body 3 comprises an upper layer 31, a middle layer 32, a lower layer 33 and a five-layer structure of two layers of polymers, wherein the upper layer 31 is an ES hot-air non-woven fabric of 25gsm to 35gsm, the hot-air non-woven fabric has the characteristic of a sticky non-woven fabric through special treatment, the flow is quickly guided and diffused to the lower layer 33, and the surface layer is kept dry and comfortable. The middle layer 32 is formed by mixing 2D-10D ES fibers, the gram weight is 40gsm-50gsm, the formula is 6D ES fibers and 7D hollow three-dimensional curled PET fibers, the ES fibers are formed by Polyethylene (PE) Plus Polypropylene (PP) or polyester PET fibers, super absorbent resin is arranged in the fluffy layer and should be uniformly distributed, and the phenomenon that the core body sticks due to uneven distribution of the super absorbent resin is effectively avoided. The lower layer 33 is provided as a 35gsm to 45gsm spunlace nonwoven ensuring a soft feel of the bottom layer. The hot melt adhesive is added, so that the whole core body structure can be well connected, the stability is provided, the parameter that the total saturated normal saline of the whole core body can reach 19000g/g after the test is ensured, and the use requirement is met.
In the invention, 35gsm is taken as ES hot-air non-woven fabric of the upper layer 31, 40gsm is taken as ES + PET fiber of the middle layer 32, and 45gsm is taken as spunlace non-woven fabric of the lower layer 33; taking 25gsm as ES hot-air non-woven fabric of the upper layer 31, 50gsm as ES + PET fiber of the middle layer 32 and 35gsm as spunlace non-woven fabric of the lower layer 33; taking 25gsm as ES hot-air non-woven fabric of the upper layer 31, 40gsm as ES + PET fiber of the middle layer 32 and 35gsm as spunlace non-woven fabric of the lower layer 33; the composition of the composite absorbent core body 3 of the three embodiments has equivalent performances in terms of flow guiding speed, bulk density, anti-lumping capacity and softness, and after being conformed to the water-absorbent polymer material 30, the total physiological saline saturation is within the range of 18500-18900g/g after the test, so as to meet the use requirement, in particular, the invention has better optimized values, wherein the ES hot-air non-woven fabric of the upper layer 31 is 25gsm, the ES + PET fiber of the middle layer 32 is 40gsm, and the spunlace non-woven fabric of the lower layer 33 is 38gsm, and the total physiological saline saturation can reach even exceed the parameter value of 19000g/g after the test.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the elastic fiber layer 21 is formed by winding and stacking elastic fibers after being blown out by hot air, and the surface of the elastic fiber layer is scattered with pompoms 210 formed by winding and stacking the elastic fibers, and the diffusion water guide fiber layer 20 is heat-sealed with the elastic fiber layer 21 which is completely dried in a hot air manner when not completely dried to form the water guide layer 2.
The flow guiding layer 2 formed through the above steps can better form the cavity group 22 to exert its effect, and the pompon 210 therein can make the molding of the cavity group 22 more stable and provide good fluffy softness support, and the beneficial effects of other specific flow guiding layers 2 have been described in the foregoing, and are not repeated herein.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the pompon group 10 of the care surface layer 1 is formed by bonding elastic fiber balls on the surface of a surface layer non-woven fabric, the elastic fiber balls are formed by respectively cutting and stacking elastic fibers after being blown out by hot air, and the diameter of the elastic fiber balls after cutting is smaller than the average volume of the single cavities of the cavity group 22.
The nursing surface layer 1 can be better combined and matched with the diversion layer 2 under the support of the structure, the beneficial matching effect of the physical structure and the nursing liquid of the nursing surface layer is exerted, the plant nursing liquid can be more contacted with the skin of a user, the loss is reduced, the adverse interference of excrement such as urine and the like is avoided, and the other beneficial effects are also described in the foregoing, so the description is omitted.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, in the flow guiding layer 2, after being matched with the elastic fiber layer 21, an immovable cavity group 22 formed by seting up the uneven surface of the elastic fiber layer 21 is distributed on the other surface of the flow guiding layer 2 opposite to the elastic fiber layer 21.

Claims (8)
1. A nursing type dry paper diaper is characterized in that a nursing surface layer, a flow guide layer, a composite absorption core body and a bottom layer are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the nursing surface layer is formed by completely dying, spraying and blade coating a surface layer non-woven fabric with a plant nursing liquid, directly mixing and then drying, the flow guide layer is formed by compounding a diffusion water guide fiber layer and a ball-shaped elastic fiber layer, an immovable cavity group is distributed on at least one surface of the flow guide layer after the elastic fiber layer is matched, immovable lint ball groups matched with the cavity group are arranged on the surface of the nursing surface layer, the nursing surface layer and the flow guide layer are mutually connected in a mesh penetrating mode through water-soluble nursing liquid line bodies, and the composite absorption core body is formed by dividing three layers of non-woven fabrics and respectively clamping a water-absorbent high polymer material.
2. The nursing dry paper diaper of claim 1, wherein the plant care solution is prepared by compounding any number of 1 to 12 of gromwell root extract, shea butter extract, jojoba extract, chamomile extract, calendula, vitamin E, wheat protein, fibroin, tea tree seed oil, olive oil, collagen and coconut oil, and at least 40% of the plant care solution forms spheroids with a diameter of not more than 1mm after being compounded with gel.

The nursing type dry diaper according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the water-soluble nursing liquid line body is formed by filling a plant nursing liquid in a suction pipe made of a water-soluble material and then segmenting the water-soluble nursing liquid line body in a link form, the diameter of the water-soluble nursing liquid line body is not more than 2.5mm, the inner diameter of the water-soluble nursing liquid line body is not more than 1.5mm, and the link completely divides the inner cavity of the water-soluble nursing liquid line body.
4. The nursing type dry paper diaper according to claim 1, wherein the composite absorbent core has an upper layer of 25gsm to 35gsm ES hot air non-woven fabric, a middle layer of 40gsm to 50gsm 2D-10DES fiber mixed fluffy non-woven fabric, and a lower layer of 35gsm to 45gsm spunlace non-woven fabric, the middle layer is fixedly connected with the upper surface and the lower surface of the water absorbent polymer material, and the water absorbent polymer material is a diffusion type water absorbent resin.
5. The nursing type dry paper diaper according to claim 4, wherein the composite absorption core body comprises 3% -6% of hot air non-woven fabric, 8% -12% of fluffy non-woven fabric, 5% -10% of spunlace non-woven fabric and 65% -75% of water-absorbing polymer material, which are connected with each other through hot melt adhesive, and the proportion of the hot melt adhesive is 1% -2%.

The nursing type dry paper diaper according to claim 1, wherein the elastic fiber layer is formed by winding and stacking elastic fibers after being blown out by hot air, fluff balls composed of the wound and stacked elastic fibers are scattered on the surface of the elastic fiber layer, and the diffusion water guide fiber layer is thermally bonded with the completely dried elastic fiber layer in a hot air manner when the diffusion water guide fiber layer is not completely dried to form the flow guide layer.

The nursing type dry paper diaper as claimed in claim 1 or 6, wherein the pompon group of the nursing surface layer is formed by bonding elastic fiber balls on the surface of the surface layer non-woven fabric, the elastic fiber balls are formed by respectively cutting and crushing elastic fibers after being curled and stacked after being blown out by hot air, and the diameter of the cut elastic fiber balls is smaller than the average volume of a single cavity of the cavity group.
