Therefore, in view of the above disadvantages, there is a need to provide a sanitary absorbent article having a high liquid-permeability, high absorbency, and good dryness.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the technical problems in the related art. Therefore, the invention provides an absorbent article and a manufacturing method thereof, which have the characteristics of high liquid infiltration speed, high absorption performance, good dryness, ventilation and the like, and improve the comfort of users.

According to another aspect of the present invention there is provided a method of manufacturing an absorbent article as hereinbefore described, comprising the steps of:
punching the foam material layer to form a punched foam material layer, and compounding the punched foam material layer serving as a first absorption layer and a second absorption layer;
and compounding the surface layer above the first absorption layer and compounding the bottom layer below the second absorption layer to obtain the absorbent article.
The implementation of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the absorbent article comprises a surface layer, a first absorption layer, a second absorption layer and a bottom layer from top to bottom in sequence, wherein the first absorption layer is made of at least one perforated foam material layer, the perforated foam material layer comprises a first surface and a second surface which are oppositely arranged, a plurality of through holes are formed in the first surface, the through holes extend from the first surface to the second surface, and the through holes are obliquely arranged relative to a central axis of the first surface in the length direction; therefore, the perforated foam material layer with the structure can be used as the first absorption layer to quickly infiltrate, and the infiltration speed of liquid is improved more effectively. And the second absorption layer is made of at least one layer of super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer, so that liquid (such as menstrual blood or urine and other liquid) which is not absorbed by the first absorption layer can be quickly absorbed, the quick absorption, instant absorption and instant drying of the liquid can be accelerated, the dryness of the product can be ensured, the reverse osmosis is effectively reduced, and the use comfort is good.
(2) In some preferred embodiments of the absorbent articles of the present invention, the absorbent article is an hourglass-shaped absorbent article, and the absorbent article with the hourglass-shaped structure can increase the absorption area and increase the absorption capacity, so that the absorption capacity of the absorbent article is further improved, and the absorbent article has a large absorption capacity, a high absorption speed and better dryness.

Referring to fig. 1-5, in some embodiments of the present invention, an absorbent article is provided that includes, in order from top to bottom (as can be understood from a direction closer to the skin of a person toward a direction away from the skin of the person), a topsheet 1, a first absorbent layer 2, a second absorbent layer 3, and a backsheet 4;
the first absorbent layer 2 is made of at least one perforated foam layer, the perforated foam layer comprises a first surface 201 and a second surface 202 which are arranged opposite to each other, the first surface 201 is closer to the top sheet 1 than the second surface 202, a plurality of through holes 211 are arranged on the first surface 201, the through holes 211 extend from the first surface 201 to the second surface 202, and the through holes 211 are arranged obliquely with respect to a central axis of the first surface 201 in the length direction.
The second absorbent layer 3 is made of at least one layer of super absorbent resin absorbent paper.
In the embodiment of the invention, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the absorbent article comprises a surface layer 1, a first absorption layer 2, a second absorption layer 3 and a bottom layer 4 from top to bottom in sequence, wherein the surface layer 1 is the side close to the skin of a human body and is in direct contact with the skin, and the bottom layer 4 is the side far away from the skin of the human body; the first absorbent layer 2 may also be referred to as the upper absorbent layer and the second absorbent layer 3 may also be referred to as the lower absorbent layer, the first absorbent layer 2 being closer to the topsheet than the second absorbent layer 3. In embodiments of the present invention, the first absorbent layer 2 is made of at least one perforated foam layer, for example, the first absorbent layer 2 may be made of one, two, three, four or more perforated foam layers, and in some preferred embodiments, the first absorbent layer 2 may be made of one or two perforated foam layers; the perforated foam layer means that the material of the absorption layer is foam material and is a foam material layer with a pore structure. The perforated foam layer comprises a first surface 201 and a second surface 202 arranged opposite to each other, wherein the first surface 201 is for example an upper surface and the second surface 202 is for example a lower surface, the first surface 201 is closer to the surface layer than the second surface 202, and the second surface 202 is closer to the second absorbent layer 3 than the first surface 201, i.e. the first surface 201 can be adapted to fit the lower surface of the surface layer 1 and the second surface 202 can be adapted to fit the upper surface of the second absorbent layer 3. The first surface 201 is provided with a plurality of through holes 211, for example, 2 to 100 through holes, further 5 to 80 through holes, further 8 to 40 through holes, and the like, and the specific number of the through holes is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. The through-holes 211 extend from the first surface 201 to the second surface 202, e.g. each through-hole 211 may extend from the first surface 201 to the second through-hole 202, the through-hole 211 being a hole through the foam layer; the first surface 201 and the second surface 202 may be, for example, square, and the through hole 211 is disposed to be inclined with respect to a central axis of the first surface 201 in a length direction, that is, the through hole 211 is disposed to be inclined on the first surface, and the through hole 211 and the central axis of the first surface 201 in the length direction are disposed to form a certain angle.
It should be noted that the drawings of the present invention as shown in fig. 1 are stripped from each other to clearly illustrate the position relationship of the structural layers of the present invention, and it should be understood that the structural layers of the present invention are closely attached to each other. In the present invention, the surface layer, the first absorbent layer, the second absorbent layer, and the bottom layer may be bonded together in this order by, for example, a hot melt adhesive. The absorbent article provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of high liquid infiltration speed, high absorptivity, good dryness and the like. Particularly, the perforated foam material layer with the structure is used as the first absorption layer, so that the liquid infiltration speed can be increased more effectively. And at least one layer of super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer is adopted as the second absorption layer, so that liquid (such as menstrual blood or urine and other liquid) which is not absorbed by the first absorption layer can be quickly absorbed, the quick absorption of the liquid can be accelerated, the instant absorption and instant drying are realized, the absorption performance is strong, the dryness of the product can be ensured, the reverse osmosis is effectively reduced, and the use comfort is good.
In some embodiments, the absorbent article comprises at least one of a diaper, a pull-up pant, a sanitary napkin, a pantiliner, or a menstrual pant. Preferably, in some embodiments, the absorbent article is a sanitary napkin or a menstrual pant.
For convenience of description, the absorbent article and the method of making the absorbent article are described in detail in the examples of the present application in which the absorbent article is a sanitary napkin or a menstrual pant. However, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the principles of the present invention may be implemented in any suitably arranged absorbent article and is not limited to sanitary napkins or catamenial pants, for example the absorbent article may also be a pull-up pant, a pant diaper or similar absorbent article. The embodiments of the present application are not particularly limited with respect to the size of the particular product for the absorbent article, such as a sanitary napkin or menstrual pant. Moreover, descriptions of well-known functions or constructions of the absorbent article may be omitted for clarity and conciseness.
Therefore, the absorbent article provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of novel concept and simple structure, has the performances of high liquid infiltration speed, instant absorption (rapid absorption of liquid such as menstrual blood or urine), high absorption speed, high absorbability, good dryness, air permeability, coolness, softness, degradability, leakage prevention and the like, can rapidly absorb liquid, improves the whole softness and dryness, avoids the stuffy and damp feeling caused by the fact that menstrual blood cannot be rapidly absorbed, and greatly improves the comfort of a wearer.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the specific material of the perforated foam layer is not particularly limited, and a foam material known in the art and capable of being used in an absorbent article may be used. Illustratively, the perforated foam layer may be a perforated polyurethane foam layer, for example, although other types of foam materials may be used.
In some embodiments, the hole pattern of the through holes 211 comprises at least one of an oval shape, a semi-circle shape, a square shape (such as a square or rectangle), a trapezoid shape, a triangle shape, a strip shape (a long and narrow strip shape or a linear shape), a wave shape, a heart shape, or a star shape. Preferably, in some embodiments, the hole pattern of the through-hole is preferably elliptical in view of the liquid diffusion speed and the like. The through holes are arranged along the length direction of the first surface to form a row of through holes, at least two rows of the through holes are arranged on the first surface, for example, two rows of the through holes, four rows of the through holes, six rows of the through holes or more rows of the through holes are arranged on the first surface; the number of through holes included in each row is also not particularly limited in the present invention, and each row includes, for example, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or more through holes, etc.
In some embodiments, the hole pattern of the through holes 211 is oval, and two corresponding through holes in two rows of through holes are distributed in a splayed shape; the through holes adopt a splayed perforation design, which is helpful for absorption and can accelerate liquid infiltration. In some embodiments, when the hole pattern of the through hole is elliptical, the minor axis length of the through hole is greater than or equal to 0.1mm, and for example, may be 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, or greater than 0.8 mm; the length of the long axis of the through hole is more than or equal to 0.3mm, for example, the length can be 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1.0mm or more than 1.0 mm; the distance between two adjacent through holes in each row of through holes is more than or equal to 0.3cm, and can be 0.3cm, 0.4cm, 0.5cm, 0.6cm, 0.7cm, 0.8cm, 0.9cm, 1.0cm or more than 1.0cm and the like. In some embodiments, the through hole 211 has an inclination angle a with respect to the central axis of the first surface 201, where a satisfies: a is more than or equal to 30 degrees and less than or equal to 80 degrees, or a is more than or equal to 100 degrees and less than or equal to 150 degrees. It can be understood that the through holes in the two rows have different opening angles due to the splay perforation design of the through holes. For example, a row of through holes is provided above the longitudinal center axis of the first surface, a row of through holes is provided below the longitudinal center axis of the first surface, the inclination angle a of the upper row of through holes may range from 30 ° to 80 °, and the inclination angle a of the lower row of through holes may range from 100 ° to 150 °. In some embodiments, the through hole 211 comprises a tapered hole section 212 with a gradually decreasing inner diameter in a direction from the first surface 201 to the second surface 201, and preferably, the through hole 211 further comprises a through hole section 213 with a constant inner diameter, the through hole section 213 is communicated with the tapered hole section 212, and the through hole section 213 is closer to the second surface 202 than the tapered hole section 212. In particular, the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer is formed by uniformly distributing super absorbent resin between two raw paper layers made of wood pulp through the existing wet-process paper-making process (for example, the wet-process paper-making process disclosed in chinese patent application CN 201710966882.0). The specific forming process of the wet papermaking process can be as follows: (1) respectively carrying out net-surfing molding on the surface sizing agent and the bottom sizing agent to prepare wet surface layer base paper and wet bottom layer base paper; the relative water content of the wet surface layer base paper and the wet bottom layer base paper is 50-80%; (2) respectively spraying the wet surface layer base paper and the wet bottom layer base paper prepared in the step (1) with super absorbent resin, and compounding the wet surface layer base paper and the wet bottom layer base paper which are respectively sprayed with the super absorbent resin to prepare wet raw paper; (3) and (3) sequentially squeezing and drying the wet raw paper sheet prepared in the step (2) to prepare the super absorbent resin absorbent paper, namely the super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer. The raw paper layer is prepared by taking wood pulp and/or fluff pulp as raw materials.
In the embodiment of the invention, the super absorbent resin is added into the wet-process manufactured super absorbent resin absorbent paper formed in the wet-process paper making mode at the early stage of the formation of the wood pulp paper layer, and the super absorbent resin is compounded with the paper fiber at the early stage of the formation of the paper sheet, so that the super absorbent resin is completely embedded in the paper fiber, the contact area of the super absorbent resin and the fiber is greatly increased, and the conductivity of the paper fiber and the super absorbent resin to liquid is enhanced, thereby greatly increasing the liquid absorption capacity and the liquid absorption speed of the wet-process manufactured super absorbent resin absorbent paper obtained by formation.

In some embodiments, the grammage of the wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer is 20-300 g/m2Preferably 70 to 150g/m2. In the present invention, in order to ensure high absorbency and overall strength of the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer as the second absorbent layer, and to improve the absorbency of the second absorbent layer so that the second absorbent layer can maintain its shape after absorbing liquid, it is preferable to use the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer having the aforementioned grammage range.
In addition, the second absorption layer manufactured by the super absorbent resin water absorption paper layer manufactured by the wet method can play a role in guiding and diffusing, can quickly seep down the liquid sucked from the first absorption layer, simultaneously reduces the probability of upward reverse seepage of menstrual blood, reduces the contact time of the menstrual blood and skin, and improves the absorption capacity and the air permeability. In addition, the sanitary towel can also ensure that the absorption and water storage of the bottom of the sanitary towel are better, can meet the use requirements of consumers and has good popularization prospect.
In some embodiments, the surface layer 1 is made of a hot air non-woven fabric, a spun-bonded non-woven fabric or a pure cotton non-woven fabric, which can increase the comfort of use. Preferably, the hot-air non-woven fabric is a fine-denier hot-air non-woven fabric (fine-denier hot-air non-woven fabric), and the denier of the fine-denier hot-air non-woven fabric is 0.5-2.5 denier. In some embodiments, the bottom layer 4 has degradability and breathability, and is made of a degradable breathable material, that is, the bottom layer can be a degradable breathable bottom film layer. In some embodiments, the absorbent article further comprises side leakage preventing layers 5 on both sides in the width direction of the second absorbent layer 3;
the side leakage prevention layer 5 is made of water-repellent non-woven fabric and is transversely widened; the side leakage preventing layer 5 is bonded with part of the lower surface of the second absorption layer 3 to form an overlapping area, the width of the overlapping area is more than or equal to 5mm, for example, the width of the overlapping area can be 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm or more than 10mm, etc.
In the embodiment of the invention, the side leakage-proof layer can be formed by pure cotton spunlace nonwoven fabrics subjected to water repellent treatment. In the embodiment of the present invention, the top sheet and the bottom surface of the second absorbent layer may be bonded together by using a hot melt adhesive, for example, two overlapped side portions of the top sheet and the second absorbent layer may be bonded together by using a hot melt adhesive to form an hourglass-shaped structure. In the present invention, the suspended structure may be written as a suspended hourglass-shaped structure or an hourglass-shaped structure.
In the embodiment of the invention, the hourglass-shaped absorbent article changes the structural form that the surface layer is covered on the absorption layer and the bottom layer is compounded below the absorption layer in the conventional absorbent article, can form a suspended absorption layer structure, so that the surface forms a wrapping structure for the first absorption layer and the second absorption layer, the bottom surface of the second absorption layer is not or incompletely compounded with the bottom layer directly, the upper surface and the bottom surface of the second absorption layer can absorb liquid, the absorption speed is further accelerated, the absorption area is increased, and the absorption capacity is further increased. It should be noted that, the suspension-type absorption layer is a structure in which the surface layer forms a wrapping structure for the second absorption layer, so that the bottom surface of the second absorption layer is not or not completely directly combined with the bottom layer, and the second absorption layer is in a "suspension" structure relative to the bottom layer.
The surface layer forms a semi-surrounding structure for the bottom surface of the second absorption layer, namely the two sides of the surface extending along the bottom surface of the second absorption layer are not closed, and the surface layer completely wraps the upper surface of the first absorption layer and covers part of the bottom surface of the second absorption layer, so that the second absorption layer and the bottom layer of the bottom surface form a half-width composite structure form. punching the foam material layer to form a punched foam material layer, and compounding the punched foam material layer serving as a first absorption layer and a second absorption layer;
and compounding the surface layer above the first absorption layer and compounding the bottom layer below the second absorption layer to obtain the absorbent article.
The preparation process of the absorbent article is simple, easy to control, high in feasibility and easy to operate, and is suitable for industrial mass production. The absorptive article obtained by the preparation method has the characteristics of high infiltration speed, large absorption capacity, instant absorption, instant drying, high absorption performance, good dryness, air permeability, softness, comfort, degradability and the like.
It should be understood that the manufacturing method of the absorbent article is based on the same inventive concept as the aforementioned absorbent article, and the description of the specific structure, material or composition of the absorbent article can be referred to the aforementioned description of the absorbent article, and will not be repeated herein.
In some embodiments, the method of making the absorbent article comprises the steps of:
(1) and (2) punching the foam material layer by adopting punching equipment to form a punched foam material layer, and compounding the punched foam material layer serving as a first absorption layer with a second absorption layer formed by a super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer.
(2) And (3) wrapping the surface layer with the first absorption layer, extending the surface layer from two sides of the second absorption layer along the bottom surface of the second absorption layer, and forming a semi-surrounding structure on the bottom surface of the second absorption layer by the surface layer to obtain the absorption piece A.
(3) And respectively covering the side leakage prevention layers with two widened sides on the degradable breathable bottom layer, and then compounding the obtained absorption piece A on the side leakage prevention layers to obtain the absorbent article.
In order to fully illustrate the relevant properties of the absorbent articles provided by the present invention and facilitate understanding of the present invention, the present invention has been subjected to multiple sets of experimental validation. The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the present invention has been described in relation to only some of the examples and that any other suitable embodiment is within the scope of the invention.
Example 1
An absorbent article (sanitary towel) comprises a surface layer, a first absorption layer, a second absorption layer and a bottom layer from top to bottom in sequence; the absorption article is an hourglass type absorption article, the surface layer in the hourglass type absorption article covers the upper part of the first absorption layer and extends along the bottom surface of the second absorption layer from two sides of the second absorption layer; the surface layer forms a semi-surrounding structure for the bottom surface of the second absorption layer; the two overlapped side parts of the surface layer and the second absorption layer can be bonded by hot melt adhesive to form an hourglass-shaped structure. The absorbent article further comprises side leakage preventing layers positioned on both sides in the width direction of the second absorbent layer; the side leakage prevention layer is made of water-repellent non-woven fabric and is transversely widened; the side leakage prevention layer and part of the lower surface of the second absorption layer are bonded together to form an overlapping area, and the width of the overlapping area is 6 mm. The surface layer is made of fine denier hot-air non-woven fabric, and the denier of the fine denier hot-air non-woven fabric is 0.5-2.5 denier; the bottom layer has degradability and air permeability, and is made of degradable air-permeable materials (for example, the bottom layer is formed by blending a corn fiber layer, a polyhydroxyalkanoate fiber layer and a wood pulp viscose fiber layer). The first absorbent layer is made of a layer of perforated foam material, the perforated foam material layer comprising a first surface and a second surface arranged opposite to each other, the first surface being closer to the surface layer than the second surface, the first surface being provided with a plurality of through holes extending from the first surface to the second surface, the through holes having a length relative to the first surfaceThe direction central axis is obliquely arranged. The hole pattern of the through holes is oval, and two corresponding through holes in the two rows of through holes are distributed in a splayed shape; the through holes adopt a splayed perforation design, which is helpful for absorption and can accelerate liquid infiltration. The length of the short axis of each through hole is 0.2mm, the length of the long axis of each through hole is 0.5mm, and the distance between every two adjacent through holes in each row of the through holes is 0.3 cm. The angle of inclination of the through hole with respect to the longitudinal central axis of the first surface is a, and a is 45 ° or 135 °. The grammage of the perforated foam layer is 80g/cm3. The super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer is a wet-process manufactured super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer, the wet-process manufactured super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer is formed by uniformly distributing super absorbent resin between two raw paper layers made of wood pulp through a wet-process papermaking process, and the wet-process manufactured super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer comprises two raw paper layers and a super absorbent resin layer clamped between the two raw paper layers. The gram weight of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer manufactured by the wet method is 120g/m2. The grammage of the super absorbent resin used in this example was 150g/m2The particle size is 40-80 meshes, the water retention capacity is 30g/g, and the liquid passing capacity is 35 mL/min.
Example 2
the first absorbent layer is made of an unperforated foam layer. That is, the foam layer in example 1 has a cellular structure, whereas the foam layer in example 2 has no cellular structure.

the absorbent article comprises a surface layer, an absorption layer and a bottom layer from top to bottom in sequence, wherein the absorption layer is formed by mixing fluff pulp and super absorbent resin; the top and bottom layers and the remaining structure in example 3 were the same as in example 1.
Example 4
the second absorption layer is made of dry-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper.
In the present invention, the performance test was performed on one of the absorbent articles of examples 1 to 4, and the results of the performance test are shown in table 1.
The test method comprises the following steps: taking animal blood for 2 times, each time is 5mL, the interval of 2 times is 10 minutes, and recording the time for completing each absorption as the absorption speed in unit of s; reverse osmosis is that after the sanitary towel absorbs the animal blood, 10g of filter paper is pressed by a 1.2kg weight and placed on the sanitary absorbent article for 1min, and the gram weight increased by the filter paper is weighed and is unit g.

As can be seen from the data in the above comparative Table 1, the absorbent article of example 1 has a high absorption rate and good dryness, and effectively reduces the amount of reverse osmosis.

Claims (10)
1. An absorbent article characterized by:
the absorbent article comprises a surface layer, a first absorption layer, a second absorption layer and a bottom layer from top to bottom in sequence;
the first absorption layer is made of at least one perforated foam material layer, the perforated foam material layer comprises a first surface and a second surface which are oppositely arranged, the first surface is closer to the surface layer than the second surface, a plurality of through holes are arranged on the first surface, the through holes extend from the first surface to the second surface, and the through holes are obliquely arranged relative to the central axis of the first surface in the length direction;
the second absorbent layer is made of at least one layer of super absorbent resin absorbent paper.
2. The absorbent article of claim 1, wherein: the hole pattern of the through hole comprises at least one of an ellipse, a semicircle, a square, a trapezoid, a triangle, a strip, a wave, a heart or a star; and/or
The through holes are arranged along the length direction of the first surface to form a row of through holes, and at least two rows of the through holes are arranged on the first surface.
3. The absorbent article of claim 2 wherein: the hole pattern of the through holes is oval, and two corresponding through holes in the two rows of through holes are distributed in a splayed shape;
the length of the short axis of each through hole is more than or equal to 0.1mm, the length of the long axis of each through hole is more than or equal to 0.3mm, and the distance between every two adjacent through holes in each row of through holes is more than or equal to 0.3 cm; and/or

6. The absorbent article of claim 5 wherein: the gram weight of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer manufactured by the wet method is 20-300 g/m2(ii) a And/or

10. A method of manufacturing an absorbent article according to any of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
punching the foam material layer to form a punched foam material layer, and compounding the punched foam material layer serving as a first absorption layer and a second absorption layer;
and compounding the surface layer above the first absorption layer and compounding the bottom layer below the second absorption layer to obtain the absorbent article.
