However, most of the sanitary absorbent articles on the market still have the problems of non-dry and comfortable surface after absorbing liquid, easy leakage, easy generation of bacteria and peculiar smell, and the like, so that the development of a sanitary absorbent article with good antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, good dryness and large liquid absorption capacity is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a sanitary absorption article and a preparation method thereof, and the sanitary absorption article has the advantages of bacteriostasis, inflammation diminishing, high absorptivity and good dryness.
In order to achieve the above object, in a first aspect, the present invention provides a sanitary absorbent article, which comprises a liquid-permeable surface layer, a flow guide layer, an absorbent layer and a breathable bottom layer, which are arranged in this order from top to bottom;
the liquid-permeable surface layer is a fine denier non-woven fabric added with shea butter essence; the single-filament fineness of the fine-denier non-woven fabric is 1-3 deniers;
the flow guide layer is formed by compounding a PE film with a perforated structure and non-woven fabrics;
the absorption layer is a foam layer or super absorbent resin absorbent paper.
Preferably, the two sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer are both provided with three-dimensional fencing higher than the liquid-permeable surface layer, and the three-dimensional fencing comprises an inner side fencing and an outer side fencing.
Preferably, the liquid-permeable surface layer is at least one selected from the group consisting of a through-air nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, a pure cotton nonwoven fabric and bamboo fibers; preferably, the liquid-permeable top sheet is a hot-air nonwoven fabric.
Preferably, the content of the shea butter essence in the liquid-permeable surface layer is 0.05-5% by weight of the total weight of the liquid-permeable surface layer.
Preferably, the hole pattern of the perforation structure of the PE film in the flow guide layer is at least one selected from a circle and an ellipse; wherein the aperture of the punching structure is 0.5-1.5 mm;
the PE film is positioned on the non-woven fabric.
Preferably, the non-woven fabric in the flow guide layer is at least one selected from the group consisting of a hot air non-woven fabric, a spun-bonded non-woven fabric and a pure cotton non-woven fabric; preferably, the nonwoven fabric is a through-air nonwoven fabric.
Preferably, the super absorbent resin absorbent paper is prepared by a wet method, is prepared by a dust-free paper, is prepared by a dry method or is prepared by a non-woven fabric bag.
Preferably, the absorption layer is formed by compounding at least two layers of core layer absorption layers compounded by high-water-absorption resin absorbent paper and at least two layers of bottom layer absorption layers compounded by high-water-absorption resin; the area of the core layer absorption layer is smaller than that of the bottom layer absorption layer, and the core layer absorption layer is located above the bottom layer absorption layer.
Preferably, the width of the absorption layer of the core layer is 3-4 cm; the width of the bottom absorbing layer is 8-10 cm.
Preferably, the breathable bottom layer is a PE film.
Preferably, the gram weight of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper is 20-350 g/m2(ii) a More preferably, the gram weight of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper is 70-150 g/m2;
The gram weight of the high water-absorbent resin in the high water-absorbent resin absorbent paper is 10-300 g/m2The particle size is 30-100 meshes, the water retention capacity is more than or equal to 25g/g, and the liquid passing capacity is more than or equal to 0.1 mL/min.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for making a sanitary absorbent article according to the first aspect, said method comprising the steps of:
(1) preparing a liquid-permeable surface layer and an absorbent layer;
(2) and sequentially compounding a flow guide layer and the liquid-permeable surface layer on the upper surface of the absorption layer, and sequentially gluing a composite breathable bottom layer on the lower surface of the absorption layer to obtain the sanitary absorption article.
Preferably, the step (1) includes the steps of:
(11) uniformly spraying shea butter essence on the fine-denier non-woven fabric to obtain the liquid-permeable surface layer; wherein the content of the shea butter essence in the liquid-permeable surface layer is 0.05-5% of the total weight of the liquid-permeable surface layer;
(12) placing a core layer absorption layer compounded by at least two layers of super absorbent resin absorbent paper above the central position of a bottom layer absorption layer compounded by at least two layers of super absorbent resin, and then compounding to obtain the absorption layer; wherein the area of the core layer absorption layer is smaller than that of the bottom layer absorption layer.
Preferably, in the step (2), both sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer are provided with a three-dimensional enclosure which is higher than the liquid-permeable surface layer, and the three-dimensional enclosure comprises an inner enclosure and an outer enclosure.
Compared with the prior art, the invention at least has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the sanitary absorption article provided by the invention has the advantages of high liquid infiltration speed, good dryness, large absorption amount, bacteriostasis and anti-inflammation. The shea butter essence is added into the liquid-permeable surface layer, and as the shea butter has the advantages of super-strong antioxidant effect and excellent repairing and anti-inflammatory effects, the shea butter is mild and non-irritant, and can further realize skin care, inflammation diminishing and bacteria inhibiting.
(2) The flow guide layer of the sanitary absorption article is obtained by compounding the PE film with the perforated structure and the non-woven fabric, so that liquid passes through the PE film and the non-woven fabric in sequence after seeping down through the liquid-permeable surface layer, further seeping down of the liquid is facilitated, the dryness and the smoothness of the sanitary absorption article can be improved, and the experience of consumers is more comfortable.
(3) According to the sanitary absorption article provided by the invention, the absorption layer adopts the core layer absorption layer with a small area compounded by the plurality of layers of the high water-absorbent resin absorbent paper and the bottom layer absorption layer with a large area compounded by the plurality of layers of the high water-absorbent resin absorbent paper, so that the liquid absorption speed is accelerated, and the dryness and comfort of the surface of the sanitary absorption article are further improved; the absorption capacity of the central part of the sanitary absorption article is also increased, so that the absorption capacity of the sanitary absorption article is improved.

Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer and more complete, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings, it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention, and all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts based on the embodiments of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a sanitary absorption article, which comprises a liquid-permeable surface layer 101, a diversion layer 102, an absorption layer 103 and a breathable bottom layer 104 which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom as shown in figure 1;
the liquid-permeable surface layer 101 is a fine denier non-woven fabric added with shea butter essence; the single-filament fineness of the fine-denier non-woven fabric is 1-3 deniers;
the flow guide layer 102 is formed by compounding a PE film with a perforated structure and non-woven fabrics;
the absorption layer 103 is a foam layer or super absorbent resin absorbent paper.
It should be noted that the drawings of the present invention are provided for illustrative purposes only, and the scale of the components in the drawings is not necessarily consistent with the actual product.
In fig. 1 and 2 of the present invention, the structural layers are peeled off from each other in order to clearly illustrate the positional relationship between the structural layers of the present invention, and it should be understood that the structural layers of the present invention are in close and/or partial close contact with each other.
According to some preferred embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, both sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer 101 are provided with a tridimensional containment 105 that is higher than the liquid-permeable surface layer and comprises an inner containment (a) and an outer containment (B).
In the present invention, the outer leg cuff of the liquid-permeable top sheet 101 includes a liquid-permeable top sheet and a breathable back sheet, and at least two elastic bands are combined with the inner leg cuff.
In the invention, the two sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer are provided with the three-dimensional fencing, so that the liquid can be effectively prevented from leaking laterally.
According to some preferred embodiments, the liquid-permeable top sheet 101 is at least one selected from the group consisting of a through-air nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, a pure cotton nonwoven fabric, and bamboo fibers.
At least one of them is a mixture of any one or any several of them mixed in any ratio.
According to some more preferred embodiments, the liquid-permeable top sheet 101 is a through-air nonwoven.
According to some preferred embodiments, the content of the shea butter essence in the liquid-permeable top layer 101 is 0.05 to 5% (e.g., may be 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.6%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 4.5%, or 5%) based on the total weight of the liquid-permeable top layer.
It should be noted that the shea butter essence (namely, the content of the shea butter is 100%) is added to the liquid-permeable surface layer, and the shea butter is mainly because the shea butter is closest to each index of sebum secretion oil of a human body, contains rich non-saponification components, contains phytol and VE, has super-strong antioxidant effect and excellent repairing anti-inflammatory effect, can prevent skin from drying and cracking, is mild and non-irritant, and further has the effects of skin care, inflammation diminishing and bacteriostasis.
Experiments prove that when the content of the shea butter essence added in the liquid-permeable surface layer is lower than 0.05%, the effects of bacteriostasis and inflammation diminishing cannot be achieved; when the content of the shea butter essence added to the liquid-permeable surface layer exceeds the above range, the cost is wasted.
According to some preferred embodiments, the hole pattern of the perforated structure of the PE film in the flow guiding layer 102 is at least one selected from a circle and an ellipse; wherein the aperture of the punching structure is 0.5-1.5 mm (for example, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1mm, 1.1mm, 1.2mm, 1.3mm, 1.4mm or 1.5 mm);
the PE film is positioned on the non-woven fabric.
In the invention, the PE film and the non-woven fabric with the perforation structure are sequentially arranged on the lower surface of the liquid-permeable surface layer, so that the liquid infiltration can be accelerated by the perforation structure, and the phenomenon that the liquid is concentrated on the liquid-permeable surface layer to influence the comfort in use is avoided.
It should be noted that the hole-punching structure preferably has a funnel shape with a large upper aperture and a small lower aperture, which is more beneficial to liquid infiltration. For example, the pore diameter of the perforated structure of the PE film in contact with the lower surface of the liquid-permeable top sheet is 1.5mm, and the pore diameter of the perforated structure of the PE film in contact with the nonwoven fabric of the flow guide layer is 1 mm. The funnel type structure can better gather the penetrating liquid, guide the liquid to be better diffused into the absorption layer, is beneficial to instantaneous absorption, and avoids the influence on the use experience of consumers caused by the moist and sultry of the liquid permeable surface layer.
According to some preferred embodiments, the nonwoven fabric in the flow guiding layer 102 is at least one selected from the group consisting of a through-air nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, and a pure cotton nonwoven fabric.
According to some more preferred embodiments, the nonwoven fabric in the flow guiding layer 102 is a through-air nonwoven fabric.
According to some preferred embodiments, the super absorbent resin absorbent paper is wet-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper, dust-free paper super absorbent resin absorbent paper, dry-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper or non-woven bag super absorbent resin absorbent paper.
According to some more preferred embodiments, the super absorbent resin absorbent paper is a wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper.
In the invention, the absorption layer is preferably the super absorbent resin absorbent paper prepared by a wet method, and the super absorbent resin can be compounded with the paper fibers in the early stage of paper forming, so that the super absorbent resin is completely embedded in the paper fibers, the conductivity of the paper fibers and the super absorbent resin to liquid is enhanced, and the absorption capacity and the absorption speed of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper to the liquid are greatly improved.
According to some preferred embodiments, the absorbent layer 103 is formed by combining at least two layers of super absorbent resin absorbent paper combined core absorbent layers and at least two layers of super absorbent resin combined bottom absorbent layers; the area of the core layer absorption layer is smaller than that of the bottom layer absorption layer, and the core layer absorption layer is located above the bottom layer absorption layer.
According to some more preferred embodiments, the absorbent layer 103 is formed by combining four layers of super absorbent resin absorbent paper combined core absorbent layers and two layers of super absorbent resin combined bottom absorbent layers.
The thickness of each layer of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper is 0.2 to 0.5mm (for example, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, or 0.5 mm).
According to some preferred embodiments, the width of the absorbent layer of the core layer is 3 to 4cm (e.g., can be 3cm, 3.2cm, 3.4cm, 3.5cm, 3.6cm, 3.8cm, or 4 cm); the width of the bottom absorbing layer is 5-10 cm (for example, 5cm, 5.5cm, 6cm, 6.5cm, 7cm, 7.5cm, 8cm, 8.5cm, 9cm, 9.5cm or 10 cm).
According to some preferred embodiments, the breathable bottom layer 104 is a PE film.
In the invention, the PE film of the breathable bottom layer is breathable and waterproof only, so that the comfort level of the leakproof sanitary absorbent article can be kept.
In the embodiment of the invention, the absorption layer adopts the core layer absorption layer with a small area compounded by a plurality of layers of high water-absorbent resin absorbent paper and the bottom layer absorption layer with a large area compounded by a plurality of layers of high water-absorbent resin absorbent paper, so that the liquid absorption speed is accelerated, and the dryness and the smoothness of the surface of the sanitary absorption article are improved; the absorption capacity of the central part of the sanitary absorption article is also increased, so that the absorption capacity of the sanitary absorption article is improved.

In the invention, the gram weight of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper is 20-350 g/m2When the gram weight of the absorbent paper is less than 20g/m2When the amount of the super absorbent resin is small, the liquid absorption effect of the absorbent paper is poor; when the gram weight of the absorbent paper is higher than 350g/m2In order to ensure the quality and the water absorption effect of the paper, the high water absorption resin is added in a large amount, so that the whole weight of the high water absorption resin water absorption paper is large, and the portability of the sanitary absorption article is reduced; therefore, the absorbent paper is thinner and lighter while ensuring high water absorbency of the absorbent paper, and the grammage of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper of the present invention is preferably in the above range.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the sanitary absorption article, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a liquid-permeable surface layer and an absorbent layer;
(2) and sequentially compounding a flow guide layer and the liquid-permeable surface layer on the upper surface of the absorption layer, and sequentially gluing a composite breathable bottom layer on the lower surface of the absorption layer to obtain the sanitary absorption article.
According to some preferred embodiments, the step (1) comprises the steps of:
(11) uniformly spraying shea butter essence on the fine-denier non-woven fabric to obtain the liquid-permeable surface layer; wherein the content of the shea butter essence in the liquid-permeable surface layer is 0.05-5% of the total weight of the liquid-permeable surface layer;
(12) placing a core layer absorption layer compounded by at least two layers of super absorbent resin absorbent paper above the central position of a bottom layer absorption layer compounded by at least two layers of super absorbent resin, and then compounding to obtain the absorption layer; wherein the area of the core layer absorption layer is smaller than that of the bottom layer absorption layer.
According to some preferred embodiments, in step (2), both sides of the liquid-permeable top layer are provided with a stereoscopic apron higher than the liquid-permeable top layer, and the stereoscopic apron comprises an inner apron and an outer apron.
It should be noted that at least two rubber bands are compounded on the inner side apron.
The invention has no special limit to the length and thickness of each layer of the sanitary absorption article, and the conventional length and thickness can be adopted.
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions and advantages of the present invention, the present invention is further described below with reference to the following embodiments.
Example 1
A sanitary absorbent article, as shown in fig. 3, comprises a three-dimensional enclosure 105, a liquid permeable surface layer 101, a flow guide layer 102, an absorbent layer 103 and a breathable bottom layer 104 which are arranged in sequence from top to bottom; the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a liquid-permeable surface layer: uniformly spraying shea butter essence on a fine denier hot air non-woven fabric (the filament number is 2 deniers) to obtain a liquid-permeable surface layer; wherein, the content of shea butter essence in the liquid-permeable surface layer is 4 percent of the total weight of the liquid-permeable surface layer;
(2) preparing an absorption layer: placing the core layer absorption layer compounded by the super absorbent resin absorbent paper prepared by the four-layer wet method above the central position of the bottom layer compounded by the super absorbent resin prepared by the two-layer wet method, and then compounding to obtain an absorption layer; wherein, the width of the absorption layer of the core layer is 4cm, and the width of the bottom layer is 8 cm;
the gram weight of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper is 150g/m2The gram weight of the super absorbent resin in the super absorbent resin absorbent paper is 100g/m2The particle size is 30-100 meshes, the water retention capacity is 35g/g, and the liquid passing capacity is more than or equal to 0.1 mL/min;
(3) sequentially compounding a flow guide layer (a PE film with a perforated structure and a hot air non-woven fabric) and a liquid-permeable surface layer on the upper surface of the absorption layer, and sequentially gluing a composite breathable bottom layer (the PE film) on the lower surface of the absorption layer to obtain a sanitary absorption article;
wherein, the hole pattern of the punching structure on the diversion layer is round, and the aperture is 1 mm;
the two sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer are both provided with a three-dimensional enclosure (as shown in figure 2) higher than the liquid-permeable surface layer; the three-dimensional enclosure comprises an inner side enclosure and an outer side enclosure, wherein the inner side enclosure is provided with two rubber bands;
(4) and (4) arranging an adhesive tape and release paper at the bottom of the sanitary absorbent article obtained in the step (3) to obtain the sanitary towel.
Example 2
Example 2 is essentially the same as example 1, except that:
in the step (1), the liquid-permeable surface layer is fine-denier bamboo fibers (the single-filament fineness is 1 denier) added with shea butter essence (the content of the shea butter essence is 0.05 percent based on the total weight of the liquid-permeable surface layer);
in step (2), an absorption layer is prepared: placing the core layer absorption layer compounded by the super absorbent resin absorbent paper prepared by the three-layer wet method above the central position of the bottom layer absorption layer compounded by the super absorbent resin prepared by the three-layer wet method, and then compounding to obtain an absorption layer; wherein, the width of the absorption layer of the core layer is 3.5cm, and the width of the absorption layer of the bottom layer is 10 cm;

Comparative example 3 is substantially the same as comparative example 1 except that: the flow guide layer is only hot air non-woven fabric, and is not compounded with the PE film with the perforated structure.
Comparative example 4
Comparative example 4 is substantially the same as example 1 except that: the absorption layer is formed by mixing fluff pulp and super absorbent resin.
Comparative example 5
Comparative example 5 is substantially the same as comparative example 3 except that: the absorption layer is formed by mixing fluff pulp and super absorbent resin.
The sanitary absorbent articles of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were respectively subjected to the performance test in the present invention, and the results of the performance test are shown in table 1.
The test method comprises the following steps: taking animal blood for 2 times, each time is 5mL, the 2 times are separated by 10 minutes, and recording the time for completing each absorption as the absorption speed with the unit of s; the reverse osmosis is that after the sanitary absorption article absorbs the animal blood for 5 minutes each time, 10g of filter paper is pressed by a 1.2kg weight and is placed on the sanitary absorption article for 1 minute, and the gram weight increased by the filter paper is weighed and is in g.
And a second testing method comprises the following steps: the sanitary absorption articles prepared in the examples 1 to 3 and the comparative examples 1 to 5 are tried by 20 consumers with gynecological inflammation, and the anti-inflammatory and bacteriostatic effects of the sanitary absorption articles are judged according to the use experience of the consumers. Wherein, the inflammation diminishing and bacteriostasis effects are judged to be good when the inflammation diminishing and bacteriostasis effects are confirmed in the using process.

As can be seen from the comparison data, compared with comparative examples 1-5, the blood absorption speed of the animals in examples 1-3 is higher, the reverse osmosis amount is lower, and the surface layer is drier and more comfortable; meanwhile, the sanitary absorption article prepared by the invention has the characteristics of high absorptivity and dryness, so that the shea butter can fully exert the effect on the premise of keeping the surface of the sanitary absorption article dry, and the sanitary absorption article has excellent anti-inflammation and bacteriostatic effects. Therefore, in comparative example 4, even though the shea butter essence is added to the liquid-permeable top sheet, the absorption rate of the absorption layer is slow, and the flow guiding rate of the flow guiding layer is slow, so that the liquid-permeable top sheet cannot keep dry in a short time, and the anti-inflammatory and bacteriostatic effects of the shea butter are affected. In comparative examples 1, 3 and 5, the sanitary absorbent article prepared without the shea butter essence has no anti-inflammatory and bacteriostatic effects; in comparative example 3, the flow guide layer is only a hot air non-woven fabric, and when the shea butter essence is not added to the liquid-permeable surface layer, the absorption performance is poor, and the anti-inflammatory and bacteriostatic effects are completely eliminated; in comparative examples 4 to 5, when the commercially available fluff pulp and the super absorbent resin were mixed, the absorption performance was poor, and the anti-inflammatory and bacteriostatic effects were affected.

Claims (10)
1. A sanitary absorbent article characterized by:
the sanitary absorption article comprises a liquid-permeable surface layer, a flow guide layer, an absorption layer and a breathable bottom layer which are arranged in sequence from top to bottom;
the liquid-permeable surface layer is a fine denier non-woven fabric added with shea butter essence; the single-filament fineness of the fine-denier non-woven fabric is 1-3 deniers;
the flow guide layer is formed by compounding a PE film with a perforated structure and non-woven fabrics;
the absorption layer is a foam layer or super absorbent resin absorbent paper.
2. A sanitary absorbent article as defined in claim 1, wherein:
the two sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer are respectively provided with a three-dimensional guard higher than the liquid-permeable surface layer, and the three-dimensional guard comprises an inner side guard and an outer side guard; and/or
The liquid-permeable surface layer is at least one selected from hot air non-woven fabric, spun-bonded non-woven fabric, pure cotton non-woven fabric and bamboo fiber; preferably, the liquid-permeable top sheet is a hot-air nonwoven fabric.
3. A sanitary absorbent article as defined in claim 1, wherein:
the content of the shea butter essence in the liquid-permeable surface layer is 0.05-5% by weight of the total weight of the liquid-permeable surface layer.
4. A sanitary absorbent article as defined in claim 1, wherein:
the hole pattern of the perforation structure of the PE film in the flow guide layer is at least one selected from a circle and an ellipse; wherein the aperture of the punching structure is 0.5-1.5 mm;
the PE film is positioned on the non-woven fabric; and/or
The non-woven fabric in the flow guide layer is at least one selected from hot air non-woven fabric, spun-bonded non-woven fabric and pure cotton non-woven fabric; preferably, the nonwoven fabric is a through-air nonwoven fabric.
5. A sanitary absorbent article as defined in any of claims 1 to 4, wherein:
the super absorbent resin absorbent paper is made by a wet method, dust-free paper, or a dry method; and/or
The absorption layer is formed by compounding at least two layers of core layer absorption layers compounded by high-water-absorption resin absorbent paper and at least two layers of bottom layers compounded by high-water-absorption resin; the area of the core layer absorption layer is smaller than that of the bottom layer absorption layer, and the core layer absorption layer is located above the bottom layer absorption layer.
6. A sanitary absorbent article as defined in claim 5, wherein:
the width of the absorption layer of the core layer is 3-4 cm; the width of the bottom absorbing layer is 5-10 cm.
7. A sanitary absorbent article as defined in claim 1, wherein:
the breathable bottom layer is a PE film.
8. A sanitary absorbent article as defined in claim 1, wherein:
the gram weight of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper is 20-350 g/m2(ii) a Preferably, the gram weight of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper is 70-150 g/m2(ii) a And/or

(2) and sequentially compounding a flow guide layer and the liquid-permeable surface layer on the upper surface of the absorption layer, and sequentially gluing a composite breathable bottom layer on the lower surface of the absorption layer to obtain the sanitary absorption article.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein:
the step (1) comprises the following steps:
(11) uniformly spraying shea butter essence on the fine-denier non-woven fabric to obtain the liquid-permeable surface layer; wherein the content of the shea butter essence in the liquid-permeable surface layer is 0.05-5% of the total weight of the liquid-permeable surface layer;
(12) placing a core layer absorption layer compounded by at least two layers of super absorbent resin absorbent paper above the central position of a bottom layer compounded by at least two layers of super absorbent resin, and then compounding to obtain the absorption layer; wherein the area of the core layer absorption layer is smaller than that of the bottom layer absorption layer; and/or
In the step (2), the two sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer are both provided with a three-dimensional enclosure which is higher than the liquid-permeable surface layer, and the three-dimensional enclosure comprises an inner side enclosure and an outer side enclosure.
