Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer and more complete, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings, it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention, and all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts based on the embodiments of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a sanitary absorption article, which comprises a liquid-permeable surface layer 101, a diversion layer 102, an absorption layer 103 and a breathable bottom layer 104 which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom as shown in figure 1;
the liquid-permeable surface layer 101 is a fine denier non-woven fabric added with shea butter essence; the single-filament fineness of the fine-denier non-woven fabric is 1-3 deniers;
the flow guide layer 102 is formed by compounding a PE film with a perforated structure and non-woven fabrics;
the absorption layer 103 is a foam layer or super absorbent resin absorbent paper.
It should be noted that the drawings of the present invention are provided for illustrative purposes only, and the scale of the components in the drawings is not necessarily consistent with the actual product.
In fig. 1 and 2 of the present invention, the structural layers are peeled off from each other in order to clearly illustrate the positional relationship between the structural layers of the present invention, and it should be understood that the structural layers of the present invention are in close and/or partial close contact with each other.
According to some preferred embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, both sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer 101 are provided with a tridimensional containment 105 that is higher than the liquid-permeable surface layer and comprises an inner containment (a) and an outer containment (B).
In the present invention, the outer leg cuff of the liquid-permeable top sheet 101 includes a liquid-permeable top sheet and a breathable back sheet, and at least two elastic bands are combined with the inner leg cuff.
In the invention, the two sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer are provided with the three-dimensional fencing, so that the liquid can be effectively prevented from leaking laterally.
According to some preferred embodiments, the liquid-permeable top sheet 101 is at least one selected from the group consisting of a through-air nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, a pure cotton nonwoven fabric, and bamboo fibers.
At least one of them is a mixture of any one or any several of them mixed in any ratio.
According to some more preferred embodiments, the liquid-permeable top sheet 101 is a through-air nonwoven.
According to some preferred embodiments, the content of the shea butter essence in the liquid-permeable top layer 101 is 0.05 to 5% (e.g., may be 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.6%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 4.5%, or 5%) based on the total weight of the liquid-permeable top layer.
It should be noted that the shea butter essence (namely, the content of the shea butter is 100%) is added to the liquid-permeable surface layer, and the shea butter is mainly because the shea butter is closest to each index of sebum secretion oil of a human body, contains rich non-saponification components, contains phytol and VE, has super-strong antioxidant effect and excellent repairing anti-inflammatory effect, can prevent skin from drying and cracking, is mild and non-irritant, and further has the effects of skin care, inflammation diminishing and bacteriostasis.
Experiments prove that when the content of the shea butter essence added in the liquid-permeable surface layer is lower than 0.05%, the effects of bacteriostasis and inflammation diminishing cannot be achieved; when the content of the shea butter essence added to the liquid-permeable surface layer exceeds the above range, the cost is wasted.
According to some preferred embodiments, the hole pattern of the perforated structure of the PE film in the flow guiding layer 102 is at least one selected from a circle and an ellipse; wherein the aperture of the punching structure is 0.5-1.5 mm (for example, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1mm, 1.1mm, 1.2mm, 1.3mm, 1.4mm or 1.5 mm);
the PE film is positioned on the non-woven fabric.
In the invention, the PE film and the non-woven fabric with the perforation structure are sequentially arranged on the lower surface of the liquid-permeable surface layer, so that the liquid infiltration can be accelerated by the perforation structure, and the phenomenon that the liquid is concentrated on the liquid-permeable surface layer to influence the comfort in use is avoided.
