Abstract
The invention relates to an absorption core body and a sanitary product, comprising: the diffusion absorption layer, the middle layer and the anti-seepage absorption layer are sequentially stacked; the diffusion absorption layer is a non-woven fabric layer, and the fiber section of the diffusion absorption layer is arranged in a multi-leaf shape; the anti-seepage absorption layer is a sectional type hollow viscose fiber non-woven fabric. The absorption core body adopts the composite core body, overcomes the defects that the wood pulp core body is too thick and is easy to break and rise, combines the advantages of quick instant liquid capture of the wood pulp core body, air permeability and softness of the existing composite core body and the like, improves the defects of poor temporary liquid capture capability, poor diffusion performance and the like of the existing composite core body, greatly improves the multiple liquid absorption capability of a product, obviously improves the diffusivity of the absorption core body, improves the utilization rate and the dryness and comfort of the core body, and has better absorption performance and anti-reverse osmosis performance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sanitary products, in particular to an absorption core body and a sanitary product.
Background
In the field of sanitary products, such as disposable absorbent products like diapers, sanitary napkins, panty liners, and breast pads, etc., the disposable absorbent products are widely used due to their advantages of convenience, hygiene, comfort, etc., and have very high quality standards, while the absorbent core is the core of the disposable absorbent product and is a determining factor for determining the quality of the sanitary product. Diapers, sanitary napkins and the like as products for absorbing excreta or body fluids rely primarily on their absorbent cores for the absorption and storage of fluids. There are two main types of absorbent cores currently on the market: one is a fluff pulp core body, wherein wet strength paper or hydrophilic non-woven fabric wraps fluff pulp and super absorbent resin, the instantaneous liquid capturing capacity of the fluff pulp core body is excellent, but the fluff pulp core body is easy to deform and slide after absorbing liquid, so that the fluff pulp core body is piled up and easily breaks layers. The other type is a composite core body which is composed of two layers of non-woven materials, a fluffy non-woven fabric in the middle layer and two layers of super absorbent resin materials, the composite core body overcomes the defects that a wood pulp core body is too thick and easy to break, the instant liquid capturing capability of the composite core body is poor due to lack of diffusivity, and simultaneously, gel is blocked due to water absorption and expansion of the super absorbent resin, so that a downward seepage channel is blocked, liquid leakage occurs, the utilization rate of the core body is low, and the liquid is difficult to diffuse all around.
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art is how to improve the structure of the absorbent core in the prior art, meet different requirements of different users, improve the liquid absorption capacity of the absorbent core, and improve the comfort and pleasure of the wearer.
