Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of floor disinfectants, in particular to a complex iodine floor disinfection cleaning agent and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The complex iodine is the only iodine which passes through the FDA in the United states, is recognized and widely adopted, and is the only iodine which is listed as a national basic disinfection medicament by the Ministry of health in China. Complex iodine is a high molecular polymer physiologically similar to human plasma protein, and is the best one of nonionic surfactants. It has stable property, no toxicity, no odor, and good effects of film forming, adhesion, removing toxic substance, and sustained release. From the advent to the present, scientists in various countries prove that hydrogen bonds of high molecular polymers can be tightly complexed with iodine molecules through chemical preparation, formulation research, structural analysis, pharmacology, toxicology, drug metabolism, sterilization mechanism and kinetic research thereof, and the intermolecular complexation effectively reduces the corrosivity and irritation of iodine and ensures that products are safer.
Preventive disinfection and sanitation protection measures for families and public places are taken, and the method is important for the health and safety of the public. At present, wood floors are mostly adopted in home decoration, hotel decoration, exhibition hall decoration and the like, but after the wood floors are used for a period of time, bacteria are easy to breed, dirt is not easy to clean, so that the dirt removing capability is strong, and the sterilizing cleaning agent with a good sterilizing effect is an urgent need in the market.
Patent CN201710936360.6 describes a disinfectant special for floors, which is composed of surfactant, wetting agent, bactericide and purified water, wherein the bactericidal component is quaternary ammonium salt, and the cleaning component is nonionic surfactant. The sterilizing component in the patent is a low-efficiency disinfectant, and the added nonionic surfactant is easy to use to generate foam, so that the using effect is influenced. Patent CN201410233430.8 describes a wooden floor sterilization cleaning agent, the sterilization component of which is phthalimide, the sterilization effect on partial bacterial propagules, fungi and viruses is poor, and the product can be only used within the range of 10-35 ℃, and the application range is narrow.

In the scheme, the weight ratio of the defoaming agent to the stabilizer is particularly critical, and if the ratio of the defoaming agent is too small, the defoaming effect is weakened, and the brightness after cleaning is insufficient; if the proportion of the defoaming agent is too high and the proportion of the stabilizing agent is too small, the phenomenon of sudden drop of the sterilization effect can occur; only in the proportion, all the advantages can be considered, and the optimal technical effect is achieved.
Furthermore, the iodine complex is prepared by high-temperature solid-phase complexation of iodine and a polyvinylpyrrolidone homopolymer, wherein the average molecular weight of the polyvinylpyrrolidone homopolymer is 35000-50000, and the preferable average molecular weight is 42000.
Further, the defoaming agent is one of a fatty acid amide defoaming agent, a polysiloxane defoaming agent, a polyether defoaming agent, an organosilicon defoaming agent, a polyether modified organosilicon defoaming agent and a mineral oil defoaming agent, and preferably is a polyether modified organosilicon defoaming agent.
Further, the stabilizer is one or more of potassium iodate, sodium iodate, potassium iodide, sodium iodide and calcium iodide, and preferably potassium iodate.
Further, the aromatic is one of peppermint oil, sandalwood oil, lemon oil, sweet orange oil, rose oil, geranium oil and coconut oil, and lemon oil is preferred.

Wherein the weight ratio of the complex iodine to the defoaming agent is 4:1, and the weight ratio of the complex iodine to the stabilizing agent is 12: 1.
The invention also provides a preparation process of the complex iodine floor disinfection cleaning agent, which comprises the following steps:
s1, placing iodine and polyvinylpyrrolidone homopolymer in a reactor, heating and carrying out rotary mixing to obtain complex iodine;
s2, adding part of water into a preparation container, adding the prepared complex iodine, stirring, adjusting the pH to weak acidity by using a pH regulator, sequentially adding a stabilizer, a defoaming agent and an aromatic into the preparation container, stirring until the components are completely dissolved, adding water to the total amount, and stirring uniformly.
Further, in step S1, the weight ratio of iodine to polyvinylpyrrolidone homopolymer was 8: 1, the heating temperature was 75 ℃, and the rotational mixing time was 18 hours.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
1. the complex iodine floor disinfection cleaning agent can quickly kill bacteria, spores, viruses, fungi and the like attached to the floor, and has a good disinfection effect. Meanwhile, the polymer homopolymer of the product can change the wettability of objects, so that an extremely thin sterilization film is formed on the floor, effective iodine can be slowly released, and the sterilization effect is durable.

3. Cleaning effect test of complex iodine floor disinfection cleaner
The 1.0 percent complex iodine floor disinfection cleaner product (batch number: 210310AS1) and the products with better public praise (competitive products 1 and 2) in the market are subjected to comparative research on foaming performance, anti-skid performance and decontamination performance so AS to confirm the cleaning effect of the product in the actual use of the floor.
3.1 test methods
A. And (3) measuring the foam performance: the foaming volumes of the 3 detergents were measured at 0min and 5min after dilution in the application ratio, as tested by the Ross-Mile method of GB/T13173-2008.
B. And (3) measuring the foam performance: after 3 kinds of cleaning agents are diluted according to the using proportion, a sponge mop or a cotton cloth mop is used for mopping the ground on the glazed tile. The tester wears the flat shoes (rubber soles) and the slippers (EVA soles) respectively and steps on the wood floor with the right foot to move back and forth, and the slip degree of the soles is evaluated. The sole is divided into 5 points when slipping easily, 3 points when slipping slightly and 1 point when not slipping, and the slip degree when mopping the floor with pure tap water is evaluated as 0 point.
C. And (3) measuring the foam performance: according to the detergency determination method of QB/T4532-2013, the detergency of a test soil piece on 3 cleaning agents prepared by hard water and having a concentration of 0.5% is detected. Detergency is expressed as a percentage, with a higher value indicating greater detergency.
3.2 results of the study
The results of comparison of cleaning test effects of the 3 detergents are shown in Table 5, the 0min foam amount of the product is equivalent to that of the competitive products 1 and 2, and the 5min foam amount is 0, 22ml and 26ml respectively, which shows that the product has high defoaming speed and good rinsing performance; the slip scores of the soles made of 2 materials of the 3 detergents are all 1, which shows that the anti-slip effect of the 3 detergents is good. The detergency of the 3 detergents is 96.3%, 95.7% and 96.1%, respectively, and the detergents have better capabilities of removing oil stains, dust, fibers and the like. In summary, this shows that the 1.0% complex iodine floor disinfection cleaner of the present invention has a fast defoaming speed, and good anti-skid, decontamination and cleaning effects compared with the similar products on the market.
