Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a skin care product and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a sunscreen skin care product composition containing composite titanium dioxide and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the aggravation of atmospheric pollution and ozone layer destruction, the damage of ultraviolet radiation in sunlight to human skin is increasingly strengthened, and the use of sunscreen cosmetics becomes the basic requirement of healthy life of people.
When human skin is exposed to sunlight, epidermal cells are damaged, pigment synthesis is accelerated, the skin is sunburned and even sunburned, and more serious pigmented skin cancer can be caused. Exposure to solar radiation causes sunburn, the appearance of edema or wrinkles, premature skin aging, telangiectasia, elastosis, muscle relaxation, age spots (lentigo/freckle), seborrheic keratosis, acute keratosis, skin cancer (basal and squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma, etc.). At the cellular level, solar radiation can produce severe structural and functional alterations of intramembrane proteins and lipids, chromosomes, mitochondrial DNA, and immunologically active factors. UV radiation penetrates the skin to different depths, resulting in different biological effects.
The existing sunscreen products in the market mainly adopt physical and chemical sunscreen, and the products with high SPF (specific pathogen free) sunscreen value tend to bring greasy and heavy skin feeling and poor wiping feeling, and meanwhile, fewer products for sunscreen and whitening are available. A sunscreen product with all-band protection and repair, fresh skin feeling, good wiping feeling, sun protection and whitening is an urgent need for consumers.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sunscreen skin care product containing composite titanium dioxide and having the effects of protection, repair and sunscreen and a preparation method thereof.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a sunscreen skin care product containing composite titanium dioxide, which comprises a sunscreen agent and a water phase component, and is characterized in that: the sunscreen agent and the water phase component comprise the following components in percentage by mass:
2-9% of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, 1-5% of diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate, 1-4% of phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid, 0.5-3% of 4-methylbenzylidene camphor, 4-10% of hydrophobization treatment composite titanium dioxide, and the balance of 3-6% of emulsifier, 5-15% of isododecane, 1-5% of C12-15 alcohol benzoate, 1-5% of cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane, 0.2-2% of octyl polymethyl siloxane, 0.2-2% of bentonite, 5-20% of humectant as an aqueous phase component, 0.5-2% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.5-2% of whitening agent, 0.5-2% of anti-allergic agent, 0.3-0.8% of phenoxyethanol, and the balance of water.
The sun-screening skin care product formula of the invention comprises the following functional substances:
ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate: the ultraviolet UVB absorbent with excellent oil solubility can effectively absorb ultraviolet rays with the wavelength of 280-310 nm. And the ultraviolet absorption rate is high, the irritation to skin is small, and the safety is good. The highest addition amount limited by domestic regulations is 10 percent;
diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate: the oil-soluble ultraviolet UVA absorbent absorbs ultraviolet rays with the wavelength of 320-400 nm. The sunscreen composition has the advantages of no molecular cracking, good light stability, no need of adding any stabilizer, and good compatibility with other sunscreen components. The highest addition amount limited by domestic regulations is 10 percent;
phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid: water-soluble chemical sunscreens, an ultraviolet UVB sunscreen, also absorb a very small portion of the UVA band. Under sunlight, the protective capacity and the protective quality of the sunscreen do not gradually decrease with time, so that the sunscreen can relieve the decomposition of other UVB separants in the sunscreen to some extent. Phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid also converts incident ultraviolet radiation into less harmful infrared radiation or thermal energy. When the sunscreen product is applied to the skin, the water solvent is volatilized, some water-soluble components are locked in the film, ultraviolet rays can penetrate through the windows to reach the skin, and the windows can be closed by adding the water-soluble sunscreen agent to the formula, so that the protection of the ultraviolet rays is perfected, and the SPF value is increased. The highest addition amount limited by domestic regulations is 8 percent;
4-methylbenzylidenecamphor: the sun-screening agent mainly used for protecting ultraviolet UVB has good light stability, and the highest addition amount limited by domestic regulations is 4%.
Hydrophobization treatment of the composite titanium dioxide: two types of titanium dioxide with different particle sizes are selected for compounding, reflection and scattering of ultraviolet rays in a long wave region and absorption of ultraviolet rays in a medium wave region are achieved, and formula fusion degree and use skin feeling are improved. The composite titanium dioxide is compounded by CR-50 AS titanium dioxide with the particle size of 200-300 nanometers and MT-012 titanium dioxide with the particle size of 10-20 nanometers, wherein the content of the CR-50 AS titanium dioxide is 10-40 percent, and the content of the MT-012 titanium dioxide is 60-90 percent. Each initial particle of the CR-50 AS titanium dioxide is subjected to surface coating treatment by using 2% triethoxyoctylsilane through an OMC (organic polymer) process, so that excellent hydrophobicity, sweat resistance and grease resistance are highlighted, the surface waterproof performance is higher than that of powder treated by silicone oil, and the powder is easily dispersed in low-polarity grease; the MT-012 titanium dioxide is rutile type, has no whiteness, good oil absorption effect, and has the characteristics of good heat resistance, water resistance, difficult yellowing and light and thin skin feel.
The conventional cosmetic additive comprises one or more of the following emulsifiers, humectants, whitening agents and anti-allergic agents:
emulsifier: polyglycerol-3 diisostearate, PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane, lauryl PEG-8 polydimethylsiloxane, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, PEG-30 dipolyhydroxystearate, sorbitan sesquioleate;
humectant: glycerin, propylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, erythritol, betaine, methyl glucitol polyether-20, and ALOE vera (ALOE BARBADENSIS) extract;
whitening agent: niacinamide, Tilia CORDATA flower extract, Glycyrrhiza GLABRA (Glycyrrhiza GLABRA) root extract;
nicotinamide: alias vitamin B3 and vitamin PP. Nicotinamide can accelerate cell metabolism, promote the exfoliation of melanocytes containing melanin, and improve skin pigmentation caused by ultraviolet irradiation; in addition, the niacinamide also has the functions of moisturizing, improving the skin barrier function and reducing the damage of ultraviolet rays to the skin;
extract of TILIA europea (TILIA cordiata) flowers: the main functions of the composition in cosmetics and skin care products are sunscreen, antioxidant and whitening agent. Tilia europea (Tilia CorDATA) flower extract has tyrosinase inhibiting effect in melanocyte culture, and has whitening effect on skin darkened by ultraviolet irradiation; inhibition of two metalloproteinases, inhibition of caspase, inhibition of elastase and activation of cathepsin show that it can enhance skin cell metabolism and resist damage of ultraviolet rays to skin; the skin moisturizer can be used for moisturizing dry skin and enabling the skin to be fine and smooth and to be rich in elasticity by combining the excellent moisturizing performance of the skin moisturizer; animal experiments show that it has photoprotective effect and can be used for sunscreen cosmetics;
GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA (GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA) root extract: the skin-whitening essence mainly comprises the components of glabrene and glabridin, is called whitening gold, can penetrate into the skin, keeps high activity, effectively inhibits the activity of various enzymes (such as tyrosinase) in the melanin generation process, and is a quick, efficient, safe and green sun-screening, whitening and freckle-removing cosmetic additive;

Example 3: the sunscreen agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 8% of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, 2% of diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate, 3% of phenyl benzimidazole sulfonic acid, 2% of 4-methylbenzylidene camphor, 6% of hydrophobization treatment composite titanium dioxide, and the balance of emulsifier 4%, isododecane 14%, C12-15 alcohol benzoate 4%, cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane 4%, octyl methyl siloxane 1%, and bentonite 0.3%, wherein the water phase component comprises 10% of humectant, 2% of whitening agent, 0.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 1% of anti-sensitivity agent, 0.4% of phenoxyethanol, and the balance of water.
The results (theoretical values) were calculated according to DSM sun protection index simulations: sun protection factor SPF =45.7, PA + + +, UV filtration efficiency (SPF/% UV Filter)2.2, UV protection/attenuation graph simulated by DSM website, as shown in fig. 3.
Uv filtration efficiency is the ratio of SPF to total uv filtration concentration (expressed as a percentage). The higher this value, the less sunscreen agent is used to achieve the desired SPF value. The UV protection/attenuation chart obtained by DSM website simulation can show that the efficiency of different sun-screening agents collocated before and after sunlight irradiation has no large change, and the sun-screening agent has better protection effect.
Test sample sunscreen efficacy testing:
the test method comprises the following steps: the samples of examples 1,2 and 3 were tested according to the sun protection cosmetic sun protection factor (SPF value) measurement method and the sun protection cosmetic long-wave ultraviolet protection factor (PFA value) measurement method in the test method for evaluating efficacy of human body in technical specification for safety of cosmetics (2015 edition).
