Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a sunscreen synergistic composition and application thereof.
Background
The destruction of the ozone layer leads to a remarkable increase of skin diseases caused by excessive sunlight irradiation worldwide, and the skin sunscreen has attracted much attention. The ultraviolet spectrum in sunlight is in the wavelength range of 200-400nm and can be divided into 3 wave bands, namely short-wave Ultraviolet (UVC) with the wavelength of 200-290nm, medium-wave Ultraviolet (UVB) with the wavelength of 290-320nm and long-wave Ultraviolet (UVA) with the wavelength of 320-400 nm. The penetration depth of ultraviolet light through the skin varies with the wavelength. The penetration ability of UVC is poor, and UVC in sunlight is almost completely absorbed by an ozone layer and cannot reach the ground, so that the UVC is harmless to human bodies. UVA has strong penetrating power, and more than 95% of daily skin-contacted ultraviolet rays are UVA, so that the UVA has the greatest damage to the skin. UVA can penetrate through epidermis to attack the dermis layer, so that collagen and elastin in the skin are seriously injured, the self-protection capability of dermal cells is poor, and a small amount of UVA can cause great damage. Over time, the skin develops problems of sagging, wrinkles, blemishes, and the like. UVB oxidizes the lipid layer of the epidermis with protective effect to dry the skin; further denaturalize nucleic acid and protein in epidermal cells to produce symptoms such as acute dermatitis (i.e. sunburn) and the like, and the skin becomes red and painful. Severe conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, also tend to cause skin cancer. In addition, long-term damage of UVB also causes melanocyte mutation, which causes sun spots difficult to eliminate, and skin sunscreen has attracted much attention.
The most effective and convenient ultraviolet protection means for outdoor activities at present is the correct use of sunscreen cosmetics. The ultraviolet protection technology of the existing sunscreen cosmetics mainly focuses on physical protection, chemical protection or a stage of combining physical protection and chemical protection. The principle of physical protection is to scatter ultraviolet rays by reflection. Its advantages are high light stability, broad range of protection, high molecular weight, and no absorption by skin, so it is safe to sensitive skin. Titanium dioxide and zinc oxide are the most common physical uv screeners. However, it has certain limitations, generally a thick and heavy texture, easily whitened after being applied, and relatively weak protective ability. The chemical ultraviolet absorbent can convert light energy into heat energy, fluorescence or phosphorescence by absorbing ultraviolet rays, has strong ultraviolet protection capability in a certain wavelength range, is light and thin in texture, and is partially soluble in water. The disadvantages are that the molecular weight is small, the skin can be infiltrated, the skin has potential danger, and a plurality of skin problems such as free radical, light allergy, contact dermatitis, cancer cell proliferation and the like can be caused; at the same time, photodegradation, which reduces the uv absorption of the chemical sunscreen, is likely to occur.
With the update of national regulations, products with high sun protection indexes appear in the market, and the current products can only be achieved by increasing the dosage of the sun protection agents or compounding various sun protection agents to achieve higher sun protection indexes. The problem that the use of the sunscreen agent is increased, the irritation of the product is increased, the skin feel is greasy and heavy, and the use feeling is not satisfactory is solved.
CN101721320A discloses a waterproof aerosol sunscreen cream and a preparation method thereof, wherein the sunscreen cream is prepared by mixing special denatured ethanol, aminomethyl propanol, deionized water, octyl methoxycinnamate, methyl anthranilate, cyclomethicone, tocopherol acetate and dimethyl ether according to a certain proportion. Each part of sunscreen cream comprises 40-45% of special denatured ethanol, 0.35-0.5% of aminomethyl propanol, 7.5-10% of octyl methoxycinnamate, 4-6% of methyl anthranilate, 3-4% of cyclomethicone, 0.5-0.8% of tocopherol acetate, 30-35% of dimethyl ether and the balance of deionized water. CN106265171A discloses a skin care composition with antioxidant and anti-aging effects and a preparation method thereof, the skin care composition contains an effective amount of active ingredients and the balance of auxiliary ingredients, the active ingredients include dimethyl methoxy chromanol, winged seed moringa seed oil, squalane, ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, tocopheryl acetate and bisabolol, and the skin care composition with antioxidant and anti-aging effects can effectively remove free radicals on the surface layer of skin, keep the water content of the skin, improve the darkness of the skin, lighten facial wrinkles and delay the formation of wrinkles. CN105796442A discloses a multifunctional cream, which comprises a first component, a second component and a third component, wherein the first component comprises a first skin conditioner and an emulsifier, and the first skin conditioner comprises petrolatum, meadowfoam seed oil, polydimethylsiloxane and tocopheryl acetate; the second component comprises a second skin conditioner and a second additive, wherein the second skin conditioner comprises bisabolol, stearic acid, brassinosteroids and a ginger root extract; the third component comprises water, glycerol, a third skin conditioner and a third additive, wherein the third skin conditioner comprises dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, hydroxyisoleucine, calendula seed oil, sodium hyaluronate and hydrolyzed rice protein; has mild and non-irritant effects and is suitable for infants.
In conclusion, the technology and the product have no sun-screening effect or have complicated sun-screening components, poor sun-screening effect and heavy skin feeling after being smeared, and cannot meet the requirements of consumers on sun-screening products.
With the increasing importance of consumers on the requirements of safety, effectiveness and use feeling of sunscreen products, the current products cannot effectively meet the continuously improved requirements of consumers on sunscreen products. How to realize the purpose of reducing the dosage of the sun-screening agent with irritation and poor smearing sense while ensuring the sun-screening effect with high index has important research significance and great market value.

Test for Sun protection Effect
1. Sun Protection Factor (SPF): also known as the solar protection factor, indicates how high the sunscreen product can exert the sunscreen effect. The larger the SPF value, the better the sunscreen effect. It is determined based on the Minimum Erythemal Dose (MED) of the skin. After use of the sunscreen, the minimum erythema dose of the skin increases, and the sun protection factor SPF of the sunscreen is then:
the SPF index is useful for evaluating the protection against UVB.
2. Long-wave ultraviolet protection index (PFA value) of sunscreen cosmetic: also known as the UVA protection index. UVA in sunlight strikes the skin, primarily producing the physiological effects of skin darkening, measured as the minimum sustained amount of darkening (MPPD). MPPD is the minimum ultraviolet irradiation dose or the minimum irradiation time required for 2-4h after irradiation to produce slight blackening on the skin at the whole irradiation site.
Examples 4-11 were selected and the control samples were comparative examples 5-20. The sunscreen effect of the product was tested according to the sunscreen cosmetic sun protection index test method (human method) in the technical safety standards for cosmetics (2015 edition), and the test results are shown in table 3:
TABLE 3
As can be seen from table 3, the sun protection index of the sunscreen emulsion prepared in example 4 with the added sunscreen synergistic composition is significantly improved compared with that of the sunscreen emulsion without the added sunscreen synergistic composition (comparative example 5). The sun protection indices of the sunscreen emulsions with a single sunscreen synergistic composition component (comparative examples 4-7) and sunscreen emulsions lacking either component (comparative examples 17-20) were also somewhat improved over the sunscreen emulsions without a sunscreen synergistic composition (comparative example 1), but the improvement was far less effective than the compositions. The results of the tests show that the sunscreen synergistic composition needs specific scientific combination and proportion to achieve obvious sunscreen effect, and the ideal sunscreen promoting effect and synergistic effect cannot be achieved by a single component or lack of any component.
Skin irritation test
