The smart card with wiping fragrance is prepared by the preparation method, and referring to fig. 1, the smart card comprises a core layer 1, a front surface coating film 2 and a back surface coating film 3. The front surface covering film 2 and the back surface covering film 3 are respectively attached to the core layer 1 corresponding to the front surface and the back surface of the core layer 1, and the fragrance friction area 4 can be arranged on the side wall of the front surface covering film 2 departing from the core layer 1. The fragrance friction area 4 is printed with fragrance ink, the fragrance ink comprises fragrance capsules, the fragrance capsules comprise core materials and wall shells, the core materials comprise essence, and the wall shells are gelatin polymer films; the scented ink has a print thickness of 18 to 20 microns.
The fragrance friction area can be in different shapes, such as flowers, trees, cartoon characters and other patterns, and the attractiveness of the smart card is improved.
The invention will be better understood by reference to the following examples.
Example 1
A smart card releasing fragrance by friction was made according to the following steps:
the preparation method of the flavor capsule comprises the following steps:
a1, mixing 0.5g of Arabic gum with 100ml of sterile distilled water, and uniformly stirring at normal temperature to obtain an Arabic gum aqueous solution; mixing and stirring a gum arabic aqueous solution and 10ml of essence to obtain a first mixed solution;
a2, mixing 0.5g of gelatin with 100ml of sterile distilled water and stirring uniformly at normal temperature to obtain a gelatin water solution; mixing and stirring the gelatin aqueous solution and the first mixed solution uniformly to obtain a second mixed solution;
a3, 1.5mg sodium dodecyl sulfate and 100ml sterile distilled water are mixed and stirred evenly at normal temperature to obtain sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate aqueous solution; adding sodium dodecyl sulfate water solution into the second mixed solution, placing in a water bath kettle at 50 ℃, stirring for 40min, and adjusting pH to 4 with 10% acetic acid;
a4, stopping heating, and keeping stirring while naturally cooling the mixed solution obtained in the step a3, wherein the natural cooling time is 30min, and the stirring speed is 30 r/min; then, cooling to 5 ℃ by using ice cubes;
5, adding 8ml of glutaraldehyde solution with the mass fraction of 40%, crosslinking and curing for 6 hours, and keeping stirring at the speed of 30 r/min;
a6, pouring the product into a beaker for repeated water washing, filtering by using a filter flask, and drying the filtered product to obtain a flavor capsule;
the preparation method of the ink comprises the following steps:
b1, weighing 25 parts of acrylic resin, 18 parts of mineral oil, 30 parts of vegetable oil, 20 parts of pigment, 6 parts of auxiliary agent and 1 part of flavor capsule according to parts by weight, mixing and stirring to obtain the ink, wherein the viscosity of the ink is adjusted to 2 Pa.s.
Coating:
c1, coating the printing ink in the fragrance friction area in a silk-screen printing mode, wherein the specific silk-screen printing process is as follows: 1. presetting the position and the shape of a fragrance friction area on the laminated card, and avoiding processing such as gold stamping, code printing and the like in the position of the corresponding fragrance friction area on the intelligent card; 2. generating an electronic file of the silk screen plate according to the shape of the fragrance friction area; 3. according to the electronic file of the silk screen plate, the silk screen plate is sun-cured, the mesh number of the silk screen is 100T, and the coating thickness is 20 micrometers; 4. carrying out silk-screen coating on the laminated card by using a silk-screen device, wherein the pressure of a scraper is controlled to be 0.6MM in the coating process, the hardness of the scraper is 75 Shore D, and the drying temperature of a drying tunnel is 40 ℃; 5. and carrying out subsequent relative production of the laminated card to produce the smart card with wiping fragrance.
Example 2
A smart card releasing fragrance by friction was made according to the following steps:
the preparation method of the flavor capsule comprises the following steps:
a1, mixing 0.6g of Arabic gum with 120ml of sterile distilled water, and uniformly stirring at normal temperature to obtain an Arabic gum aqueous solution; mixing and stirring a gum arabic aqueous solution and 10ml of essence to obtain a first mixed solution;
a2, mixing 0.6g of gelatin with 120ml of sterile distilled water and stirring the mixture evenly at normal temperature to obtain a gelatin water solution; mixing and stirring the gelatin aqueous solution and the first mixed solution uniformly to obtain a second mixed solution;
a3, 1.5mg sodium dodecyl sulfate and 100ml sterile distilled water are mixed and stirred evenly at normal temperature to obtain sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate aqueous solution; adding sodium dodecyl sulfate water solution into the second mixed solution, placing in a water bath kettle at 50 ℃, stirring for 30min, and adjusting pH to 4 with 10% acetic acid;
a4, stopping heating, and keeping stirring while naturally cooling the mixed solution obtained in the step a3, wherein the natural cooling time is 30min, and the stirring speed is 30 r/min; then, cooling to 5 ℃ by using ice cubes;
5, adding 10ml of glutaraldehyde solution with the mass fraction of 40%, crosslinking and curing for 6h, and keeping stirring at the stirring speed of 30 r/min;
a6, pouring the product into a beaker for repeated water washing, filtering by using a filter flask, and drying the filtered product to obtain a flavor capsule;
the preparation method of the ink comprises the following steps:
b1, weighing 20 parts of epoxy resin, 25 parts of mineral oil, 20 parts of vegetable oil, 25 parts of pigment, 9 parts of auxiliary agent and 1 part of flavor capsule according to parts by weight, mixing and stirring to obtain the ink, wherein the viscosity of the ink is adjusted to 2 Pa.s.
Coating:
c1, coating the printing ink in the fragrance friction area in a silk-screen printing mode, wherein the specific silk-screen printing process is as follows: 1. presetting the position and the shape of a fragrance friction area on the laminated card, and avoiding processing such as gold stamping, code printing and the like in the position of the corresponding fragrance friction area on the intelligent card; 2. generating an electronic file of the silk screen plate according to the shape of the fragrance friction area; 3. according to the electronic file of the silk screen plate, the silk screen plate is sun-cured, the mesh number of the silk screen is 77T, and the coating thickness is 18 microns; 4. carrying out silk-screen coating on the laminated card by using a silk-screen device, wherein the pressure of a scraper is controlled to be 1.0MM in the coating process, the hardness of the scraper is 70 Shore D, and the drying temperature of a drying tunnel is 35 ℃; 5. and carrying out subsequent relative production of the laminated card to produce the smart card with wiping fragrance.
Example 3
A smart card releasing fragrance by friction was made according to the following steps:
the preparation method of the flavor capsule comprises the following steps:
a1, mixing 0.55g of gum arabic with 110ml of sterile distilled water, and uniformly stirring at normal temperature to obtain a gum arabic aqueous solution; mixing and stirring a gum arabic aqueous solution and 10ml of essence to obtain a first mixed solution;
a2, mixing 0.55g of gelatin with 110ml of sterile distilled water and stirring the mixture evenly at normal temperature to obtain a gelatin water solution; mixing and stirring the gelatin aqueous solution and the first mixed solution uniformly to obtain a second mixed solution;
a3, 1.8mg sodium dodecyl sulfate and 120ml sterile distilled water are mixed and stirred evenly at normal temperature to obtain sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate aqueous solution; adding sodium dodecyl sulfate water solution into the second mixed solution, placing in a water bath kettle at 45 ℃, stirring for 30min, and adjusting pH to 3.5 with 10% acetic acid;
a4, stopping heating, and keeping stirring while naturally cooling the mixed solution obtained in the step a3, wherein the natural cooling time is 30min, and the stirring speed is 30 r/min; then, cooling to 5 ℃ by using ice cubes;
5, adding 8ml of glutaraldehyde solution with the mass fraction of 40%, wherein the crosslinking curing time is 8h, and the stirring is kept at the stirring speed of 30 r/min;
a6, pouring the product into a beaker for repeated water washing, filtering by using a filter flask, and drying the filtered product to obtain a flavor capsule;
the preparation method of the ink comprises the following steps:
b1, weighing 28 parts of acrylic resin, 15 parts of mineral oil, 30 parts of vegetable oil, 24 parts of pigment, 2 parts of auxiliary agent and 1 part of flavor capsule according to parts by weight, mixing and stirring to obtain the ink, wherein the viscosity of the ink is adjusted to 2 Pa.s.
Coating:

Fragrance testing
The produced fragrance card is put on a wear-resistant instrument for reciprocating abrasion for 4000 times, and then is rubbed by hands to determine whether the fragrance is emitted.
Setting a wear-resistant instrument: 1. test strip: length 54 cm, width: 5 centimeters; 2. with a2 pound friction weight; 3. the friction frequency is 45 times/minute; 4. 70 grams of double offset paper was used as standard friction paper.
After subjecting examples 1 to 3 to the fragrance test, respectively, fine fragrance was smelled, and thus it can be seen that the smart card of the present invention, which releases fragrance by friction, realizes the fragrance persistence.
Finally, it should be emphasized that the above-described preferred embodiments of the present invention are merely examples of implementations, rather than limitations, and that many variations and modifications of the invention are possible to those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (9)
1. Smart card for releasing a fragrance by friction, characterized in that: the smart card surface of releasing fragrance through rubbing is provided with fragrance friction district, it has fragrant ink to coat in the fragrance friction district, fragrant ink includes fragrant capsule, fragrant capsule includes core and wall shell, the core includes essence, the wall shell is gelatin polymer film.
2. Smart card for the release of a fragrance by friction according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the scented ink is coated to a thickness of 18 to 20 microns.

a3, adding 100 to 125 weight parts of 0.015 percent sodium dodecyl sulfate aqueous solution into the second mixed solution, placing the mixture in a water bath kettle at the temperature of between 45 and 55 ℃, stirring the mixture for 30 to 40 minutes, and adjusting the pH value to between 3 and 4.5;
a4, after stopping heating, continuously stirring until the temperature is reduced to 5 ℃;
a5, adding 7 to 8 weight parts of cross-linking agent, wherein the cross-linking curing time is 6 to 8 hours;
a6, repeatedly washing, filtering and drying the solidified product in the a5 to obtain the flavor capsule;

b1, weighing 20-30 parts of resin, 15-25 parts of mineral oil, 20-30 parts of vegetable oil, 10-25 parts of pigment, 1-10 parts of auxiliary agent and 1 part of the flavor capsule according to parts by weight, and mixing and stirring to obtain ink;
