The clamping device is characterized by being used for clamping a boxed film roll; the clamping device comprises a rack, at least one left track mechanism and at least one right track mechanism which are arranged at the bottom of the rack, a left sliding mechanism and a right sliding mechanism which can slide along the left track mechanism and the right track mechanism respectively, a left driving mechanism and a right driving mechanism which are used for driving the left sliding mechanism and the right sliding mechanism respectively, and a left clamping and grabbing plate and a right clamping and grabbing plate which are fixed on the left sliding mechanism and the right sliding mechanism respectively; the left-hand clamping and grabbing plate/the right-hand clamping and grabbing plate is of a flat structure which can be basically attached to a film roll; the left/right sliding mechanism slides along the left/right track mechanism to move the left/right clamping and grabbing plates along the circumferential direction of the film roll.

The grasper of claim 1 wherein the left/right track mechanisms each have an arcuate track extending substantially along the circumference of the roll of film; the left sliding mechanism/the right sliding mechanism comprises a support fixedly connected with the left clamping and grabbing plate/the right clamping and grabbing plate and at least two sliding fit structures arranged on the support and in sliding fit with the arc-shaped rails.

The gripping device of claim 2, wherein the left/right track mechanism comprises two spaced track plates fixed to the bottom of the frame, the two track plates having the arcuate tracks on opposite sides thereof; the support is located between two track boards, and the two ends of the sliding fit structure are respectively in sliding fit with the corresponding arc-shaped tracks.

The gripping device of claim 3, wherein the arcuate track is formed by inward recessing of the sides of the track plate; the sliding fit structure comprises a supporting shaft extending along the front-back direction and crossing the bracket, and rolling pieces rotatably sleeved at two ends of the supporting shaft and arranged on corresponding arc-shaped rails.

The gripping device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the track plate is provided with a plurality of through holes spaced apart from each other along the extension direction of the arcuate track and communicating with the arcuate track for exposing the rolling members at the position of the arcuate track.

The gripping device of claim 2, wherein the left/right driving mechanism comprises a power unit disposed on the frame, a driving member driven by the power unit to move in the left/right direction, and a slide rod mounted on the driving member and capable of sliding up and down; the bottom end of the sliding rod is hinged with the left-direction sliding mechanism/the right-direction sliding mechanism.
7. The gripping apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the power unit is provided as a rodless cylinder extending in the left-right direction, and the driving member is provided as a rodless cylinder slider fitted on the rodless cylinder.

The grasping device according to claim 1, wherein the side of the left and right grasping plates adjacent to each other has one notch or a plurality of notches spaced back and forth, and a tooth-shaped structure is formed between adjacent notches; the left clamping and grabbing plate and the right clamping and grabbing plate are mutually matched with each other in a clamping manner by a tooth-shaped structure and a notch which are close to the side edge.
9. The grasping apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the left/right slide mechanisms are alternately arranged in the front-rear direction and fixedly attached to the tooth structure of the left/right grasping plate.
10. The grasping apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the left/right grasping boards each have at least one cutout formed therein.
11. The gripper apparatus of claim 1, wherein the left/right gripper plates are interchangeable for different gauge diameters of film rolls.
12. The gripping apparatus according to claim 1 or 11, wherein the left/right rail mechanism is adjustable in position in the left/right direction on the frame for adjusting the position of the left/right gripping board.
13. The gripper apparatus of claim 12, wherein the frame is provided at both the front and rear ends with a roll pressing structure for pressing down on a film roll.
