The axial length of the film roll is about 900-1000mm, and the lengths of the left gripping and grabbing plates 51 and the right gripping and grabbing plates 52 are about 360-500mm, so that although only one of the left sliding mechanism 31 and the right sliding mechanism 32 is theoretically required, in practical application and selection, two to three left sliding mechanisms 31 and right sliding mechanisms 32 are generally provided in combination with the lengths and the stabilities of the left gripping and grabbing plates 51 and the right gripping and grabbing plates 52, and the left sliding mechanisms 31 and the right sliding mechanisms 32 are alternately arranged along the front-rear length direction of the frame 1 for better balance. A clamping device is characterized by being used for clamping a film roll which is loaded in a box and horizontally placed; the device comprises a frame, at least one left track mechanism and at least one right track mechanism which are arranged at the bottom of the frame, a left sliding mechanism and a right sliding mechanism which can slide along the left track mechanism and the right track mechanism respectively, a left driving mechanism and a right driving mechanism which are used for driving the left sliding mechanism and the right sliding mechanism respectively, and a left clamping grabbing plate and a right clamping grabbing plate which are fixed on the left sliding mechanism and the right sliding mechanism respectively; the left clamping grabbing plate and the right clamping grabbing plate are of flat structures which can be basically attached to the film roll, and the flat structures can pass through gaps on two sides of the film roll and two sides of the box; the left sliding mechanism and the right sliding mechanism slide along the left track mechanism and the right track mechanism to enable the left clamping grabbing plate and the right clamping grabbing plate to move along the circumferential direction of the film roll, the frame comprises a horizontal bottom plate, the front side and the rear side of the top surface of the bottom plate are fixedly connected with partition plates, the left side and the right side are fixedly connected with fence plates, the two partition plates are fixedly connected with a top beam extending along the front-rear direction, the middle position of the top beam is fixedly provided with a fixed table, the left track mechanism and the right track mechanism are fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the horizontal bottom plate, the left driving mechanism and the right driving mechanism are respectively arranged in the frame, the left track mechanism and the right track mechanism are respectively provided with an arc track extending along the circumferential direction of the film roll, the left sliding mechanism and the right sliding mechanism comprise a bracket fixedly connected with the left clamping grabbing plate and the right clamping grabbing plate, and at least two sliding fit structures arranged on the bracket and slidingly matched with the arc track, the bracket is in a plate type structure, the extending direction of the bracket is along an arc-shaped track, the arc-shaped bottom surface of the bracket is attached and fixed on the surfaces of the left clamping and grabbing plates and the right clamping and grabbing plates, the left track mechanism and the right track mechanism comprise two track plates which are spaced front and back, the track plates are arch bridge type, the bottom of the bracket is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the bottom plate of the frame, each left track mechanism and each right track mechanism are provided with two arc-shaped tracks, the arch bridge shape of the track plates is matched with the arc-shaped tracks, the opposite side surfaces of the two track plates respectively correspond to the arc-shaped tracks, the bracket is positioned between the two track plates, the two ends of the sliding fit structure are respectively in sliding fit with the arc-shaped tracks of the track plates, the arc-shaped tracks are formed by inwards sinking the side surfaces of the track plates, the sliding fit structure comprises a supporting shaft extending along the front-back direction and crossing the bracket, rolling elements rotatably sleeved at two ends of the supporting shaft and arranged on corresponding arc-shaped tracks, waist-shaped holes extending along the left-right direction are formed in the bottom plate, and the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the track plate through fasteners arranged in the waist-shaped holes.
2. The gripping device according to claim 1, wherein the rail plate is provided with a plurality of through holes spaced apart and communicating with the arc-shaped rail along the extending direction of the arc-shaped rail for exposing the position of the rolling member at the arc-shaped rail.

The gripping device according to claim 1, wherein the left-hand driving mechanism and the right-hand driving mechanism comprise a power unit arranged on the frame, a driving member driven by the power unit to move in the left-hand direction, and a slide bar assembled on the driving member and capable of sliding up and down; the bottom end of the sliding rod is hinged with the left sliding mechanism and the right sliding mechanism.
4. A gripping apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the power unit is provided as a rodless cylinder extending in the left-right direction, and the driving member is provided as a rodless cylinder slider fitted on the rodless cylinder.

The clamping device according to claim 1, wherein the side edge of the left clamping grabbing plate, which is close to the right clamping grabbing plate, is provided with a notch or a plurality of notches which are spaced front and back, and a tooth-shaped structure is formed between every two adjacent notches; the tooth-shaped structures and the gaps, which are close to the side edges of the left clamping grabbing plate and the right clamping grabbing plate, are mutually clamped and matched.
6. The gripping device according to claim 5, wherein the left-hand slide mechanism and the right-hand slide mechanism are alternately arranged in the front-rear direction and fixedly connected to tooth-shaped structures of the left-hand gripping grabbing plate and the right-hand gripping grabbing plate.
7. The gripping device of claim 1, wherein the left gripping and right gripping and gripping plates are replaceable for rolls of film of different gauge diameters.
8. The gripping device according to claim 1 or 7, wherein the left and right rail mechanisms are adjustable in position in the left and right direction on the frame for adjusting the positions of the left and right gripping grippers.
9. The gripping device of claim 8, wherein the front and rear ends of the frame are each provided with a nip structure for pressing down on the film roll.
