疏肝解郁中药的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
步骤一，龙骨、牡蛎提取：按处方配比称取龙骨、牡蛎加水煎煮三次，每次1小时，滤过并浓缩；
步骤二，挥发油提取：按处方配比称取柴胡、香附、郁金和木香，加水提取挥发油3小时，收集挥发油，得药渣a和水煎液b；
步骤三，十味药材提取：将白芍、北沙参、枸杞子、酸枣仁、枳壳、佛手与药渣a加水浸泡1小时后，煎煮两次，每次1.5小时，滤过；
步骤四，浓缩：将水煎液b和步骤三中所得的十味药材提取液进行减压浓缩操作，在料液浓缩至适量时，向浓缩液加乙醇至含醇量达60%，混匀，静置24小时后，抽取上清液，回收乙醇浓缩至无醇味并抽入步骤一中所得的龙骨、牡蛎浓缩液浓缩至适量流浸膏；
步骤五，包合：将倍他环糊精加纯化水，在沸水浴中溶解，待温度降至45℃时加步骤二中所收集的挥发油并密闭搅拌2小时，冷藏24小时后滤过，用水洗涤容器，用石油醚洗涤滤渣，60℃减压干燥6小时；
步骤六，喷雾干燥：将适量糊精加入步骤五浓缩所得的流浸膏中喷雾干燥制成粉末；
步骤七，制粒：向步骤六中制成的粉末中加入适量糊精、甜菊素及β-CD包合物，混匀，制粒，低温干燥，即得该药物。

本发明实施例中，一种疏肝解郁中药，包括以下重量份的原料：柴胡230份；白芍455份；北沙参455份；香附345份；郁金344份；枸杞子455份；酸枣仁460份；龙骨460份；牡蛎460份；枳壳350份；佛手175份；木香173份；甜菊素21份。
所述香附为醋制香附，所述枳壳采用炒制而成。
柴胡为方中君药，主要含有挥发油类：2-甲基环戊酮、柠檬烯、月桂烯、（+）-香芹酮等；亲水性的皂苷类：柴胡皂苷a、b、c、d及柴胡苷元E、F、份，龙吉苷元等有效成分。药理研究表明：柴胡具有解热作用，柴胡煎剂或柴胡皂苷对动物实验性发热均有解热作用；柴胡或柴胡皂苷具有镇痛、镇静、抗炎、抗病原体等作用。
香附、郁金、木香含有大量挥发性成分，具有保肝、镇痛、消炎等作用。
白芍为方中主要药味之一，含单萜类化合物芍药苷、芍药花苷、芍药内酯苷、氧化芍药苷等成分，此类成分在水中有较好的溶解度。药理研究表明：白芍具有抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒作用，以及镇痛、解痉、保肝等作用。
枸杞子含有胡萝卜素、硫胺素、甜菜碱、核黄素等成分，枸杞子水提取液或甜菜碱具有降血脂、保肝、抗脂肪肝等作用。
酸枣仁含三萜类成分白桦脂酸、白桦脂醇、酸枣仁皂苷A、B、B1及黄酮类等成分，均为亲水性成分。药理研究表明：酸枣仁具有镇静、抗惊、镇痛等作用；对于半数致惊厥量的戊四唑，酸枣仁水溶性提取物可明显降低惊厥率和死亡率。
北沙参含有珊瑚草素、佛手内酯、生物碱及微量挥发油，北沙参水提取液具有抗突变作用、镇痛作用。
枳壳、佛手主要含有橙皮苷等黄酮类化合物、及少量挥发油，枳壳经炒炙后挥发油含量减少。橙皮苷具有维持血管正常渗透压，降低血管脆性，缩短出血时间等作用。
龙骨、牡蛎主要含有碳酸钙、磷酸钙及多种微量元素，具有平肝潜阳，镇静安神收敛固涩之功。
实施例10
一种疏肝解郁中药的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
步骤一，龙骨、牡蛎提取：按处方配比称取龙骨、牡蛎加水煎煮三次，每次1小时，滤过并浓缩；
步骤二，挥发油提取：按处方配比称取柴胡、香附、郁金和木香，加水提取挥发油3小时，收集挥发油，得药渣a和水煎液b；
步骤三，十味药材提取：将白芍、北沙参、枸杞子、酸枣仁、枳壳、佛手与药渣a加水浸泡1小时后，煎煮两次，每次1.5小时，滤过；
步骤四，浓缩：将水煎液b和步骤三中所得的十味药材提取液进行减压浓缩操作，在料液浓缩至适量时，向浓缩液加乙醇至含醇量达60%，混匀，静置24小时后，抽取上清液，回收乙醇浓缩至无醇味并抽入步骤一中所得的龙骨、牡蛎浓缩液浓缩至适量流浸膏；
步骤五，包合：将倍他环糊精加纯化水，在沸水浴中溶解，待温度降至45℃时加步骤二中所收集的挥发油并密闭搅拌2小时，冷藏24小时后滤过，用水洗涤容器，用石油醚洗涤滤渣，60℃减压干燥6小时；
步骤六，喷雾干燥：将适量糊精加入步骤五浓缩所得的流浸膏中喷雾干燥制成粉末；
步骤七，制粒：向步骤六中制成的粉末中加入适量糊精、甜菊素及β-CD包合物，混匀，制粒，低温干燥，即得该药物。
制备工艺是根据处方中各味药所含化学成分的理化性质、药理作用、药效、临床、生产等多方面因素，经反复实验研究，分析比较而确定。
通过对处方药物化学成分理化性质及药理作用的检索，结合本品的临床功效，确定柴胡、香附、郁金、木香四味先提取挥发油，并将挥发油用β-CD包合。药渣再与白芍等六味合并水煎提取，水煎液浓缩后用乙醇沉淀除杂。龙骨、牡蛎为了避免和群药共煎醇沉时有效成分损失，因此将二味单独煎煮浓缩后加入上述醇沉后的浓缩液中。
对于本领域技术人员而言，显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节，而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下，能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此，无论从哪一点来看，均应将实施例看作是示范性的，而且是非限制性的，本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定，因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。

1.一种疏肝解郁中药，其特征在于，所述疏肝解郁中药包括以下重量份的原料：柴胡210-230份；白芍420-455份；北沙参420-455份；香附314-345份；郁金312-344份；枸杞子420-455份；酸枣仁422-460份；龙骨422-460份；牡蛎422-460份；枳壳321-350份；佛手151-175份；木香150-173份；甜菊素13-21份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种疏肝解郁中药，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的原料：柴胡214-227份；白芍426-449份；北沙参426-449份；香附320-342份；郁金318-341份；枸杞子426-449份；酸枣仁430-455份；龙骨430-455份；牡蛎430-455份；枳壳326-344份；佛手154-171份；木香153-170份；甜菊素14-20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种疏肝解郁中药，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的原料：柴胡218-225份；白芍432-445份；北沙参432-445份；香附325-339份；郁金324-338份；枸杞子432-445份；酸枣仁435-450份；龙骨435-450份；牡蛎435-450份；枳壳330-342份；佛手160-168份；木香159-167份；甜菊素15-19份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种疏肝解郁中药，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的原料：柴胡220-224份；白芍435-443份；北沙参435-443份；香附328-336份；郁金327-335份；枸杞子435-443份；酸枣仁438-447份；龙骨438-447份；牡蛎438-447份；枳壳333-339份；佛手163-166份；木香162-165份；甜菊素16-18份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种疏肝解郁中药，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的原料：柴胡222份；白芍438份；北沙参438份；香附331份；郁金330份；枸杞子438份；酸枣仁441份；龙骨441份；牡蛎441份；枳壳336份；佛手165份；木香164份；甜菊素17份。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种疏肝解郁中药，其特征在于，所述香附为醋制香附，所述枳壳采用炒制而成。
7.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的疏肝解郁中药的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
步骤一，龙骨、牡蛎提取：按处方配比称取龙骨、牡蛎加水煎煮三次，每次1小时，滤过并浓缩；
步骤二，挥发油提取：按处方配比称取柴胡、香附、郁金和木香，加水提取挥发油3小时，收集挥发油，得药渣a和水煎液b；
步骤三，十味药材提取：将白芍、北沙参、枸杞子、酸枣仁、枳壳、佛手与药渣a加水浸泡1小时后，煎煮两次，每次1.5小时，滤过；
步骤四，浓缩：将水煎液b和步骤三中所得的十味药材提取液进行减压浓缩操作，在料液浓缩至适量时，向浓缩液加乙醇至含醇量达60%，混匀，静置24小时后，抽取上清液，回收乙醇浓缩至无醇味并抽入步骤一中所得的龙骨、牡蛎浓缩液浓缩至适量流浸膏；
步骤五，包合：将倍他环糊精加纯化水，在沸水浴中溶解，待温度降至45℃时加步骤二中所收集的挥发油并密闭搅拌2小时，冷藏24小时后滤过，用水洗涤容器，用石油醚洗涤滤渣，60℃减压干燥6小时；
