Background
In the building decoration engineering, it is necessary to lay the floor tiles, and in the course of laying the floor tiles, it is necessary to use a floor tile leveling device to make the surfaces of two adjacent floor tiles be on the same plane. In addition, a gap should be left between two adjacent floor tiles, and the gap needs to be filled with marble glue after the floor tiles are laid and attached.
To ensure that floor tile construction is quick and smooth, a floor tile screed is typically used. The base below the leveling device in the prior art and the pulling piece are in a T shape, even if the thicknesses of two adjacent floor tiles are the same, if mortar below the base has larger particles, and when the larger particles are included between the base and the floor tile, the surface height of the floor tile is higher than that of another floor tile, and the surface heights of the two floor tiles are difficult to level.
In the indoor decoration engineering, for the personalized demand, often need to carry out the parquet construction to the floor brick of more than two different brands, if the difference of thickness of different brand floor bricks is great, the floor brick of prior art ware of making level just can't use.
When the floor tiles with large thickness difference are constructed, the fine leveling of the surfaces of the floor tiles is difficult, and a leveling device is necessary to be provided for the construction of the floor tiles with large thickness difference.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a device for adjusting the flatness of floor tiles with different thicknesses.
A device for adjusting the flatness of floor tiles with different thicknesses comprises a lifting head, a wedge, a push block, a pull piece and a wrench; the zipper is characterized in that a zipper head through hole is formed in the upper end of the zipper head, zipper pieces are arranged below the zipper head, and a cutting edge is formed between the two zipper pieces below the zipper head; an opening is formed in the side face below the pulling piece, and a first hook head and a second hook head are connected to the lower face of the pulling piece; the outer ends of the first hook head and the second hook head are inclined upwards, and the angle formed between the top surfaces of the first hook head and the second hook head and the vertical surface of the pull piece is about 60 degrees; one side of the gasket is provided with a clamping groove, the thickness of the pulling piece is matched with the opening of the clamping groove, and the gasket can be clamped on the side surface of the pulling piece for use so as to change the width of a gap between the floor tiles; the upper surface of the wedge is an inclined surface, a small limiting groove is arranged on the inclined surface, a wedge head 22 is arranged at the front end of the wedge, and a protection sheet is arranged below the rear end of the wedge; a large limiting groove is formed in the push block; the front end of the pulling piece is provided with a pulling piece head, a sleeve hole is formed in the pulling piece head, and the length and width of the sleeve hole are larger than the length and thickness of the pulling head; the middle part of the pulling piece is provided with a strip-shaped hole, and the rear end of the pulling piece is provided with a circular hole; the middle of the wrench is provided with a wrench through hole, an insertion rod is arranged below the wrench, and the lower end of the insertion rod is provided with a flat plug; the inserted bar can insert in the bar hole, and the size of the width in bar hole is 2 times of the thickness dimension of inserted bar.
The height of the front end of the push block is the same as the difference obtained by subtracting the thickness of the protection sheet from the height of the rear end of the wedge.
The length of the pull piece is at least 10mm larger than the thickness of the thick floor tile; the pull tab has a thickness dimension of about 0.5 mm.
The cutting edge below the lifting head can be placed in the small limiting groove; the width dimension of the wedge is smaller than the dimension between the two pull tabs.
The lifting head, the pulling piece, the first hook head and the second hook head are integrated and are made of PP materials with high toughness; the pull piece and the wrench are made of PP materials with high toughness; the wedge and the push block are made of high-toughness PVC materials.
By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) according to the invention, the hook head with the inclination is utilized, when the hook head is lifted upwards by the lifting head, the hook head can deform different resistances, and the leveling treatment can be carried out on the surfaces of floor tiles with different thicknesses;
2) because the hook head has inclination, when the floor tiles with the same thickness are leveled, the bottom of the floor tile does not need to be cleaned, and the construction efficiency can be obviously improved;
3) because the front oblique edge in the trepanning is matched with the oblique surface of the cutting edge below the lifting head, the pulling piece can be hung below the lifting head, and a wrench is convenient to push the wedge into the position below the lifting head to force the lifting head to lift;
4) after the floor tile is shaped, the puller head is knocked along the brick joint, the puller head and the first hook head and the second hook head can be disconnected from the opening, and the gap of the floor tile can be conveniently beautified;
5) the protective plate arranged below the rear part of the wedge can prevent the wedge from touching the floor tiles when the wedge is knocked, and has good protective effect on the floor tiles;
6) the tile leveling device is adopted to push the wedge by the pushing pliers, the gripping power of a user can be amplified by about 2 times, the user is difficult to push the wedge due to insufficient gripping power, and the pulling piece is broken due to the fact that the wedge is pushed excessively due to excessive force; the wedge is shifted by the wrench with the adjustable fulcrum, the force of a user can be adjusted according to the position of the fulcrum, the lifting height of the lifting head can be finely adjusted, the pulling piece is not easy to break, and the mounting leveling precision of the surface of the floor tile is improved;
7) the gasket is clamped on the pulling piece, and can be used as a gasket for reserving gaps with different widths among the floor tiles while adjusting the flatness of the surface of the floor tile with different thicknesses, so that the pulling head realizes multiple functions.

The length dimension of the pull tab 12 is at least 10mm greater than the thickness dimension of the thick floor tile 70; the pull tab 12 has a thickness dimension of about 0.5 mm.
The cutting edge 16 below the lifting head 10 can be placed in the small limiting groove 21; the width dimension of the wedge 20 is less than the dimension between the two tabs 12.
The lifting head 10, the pulling piece 12, the first hook head 14 and the second hook head 15 are integrated and made of PP materials with high toughness; the pull piece 40, the wrench 50 and the gasket 17 are made of PP materials with high toughness; the wedge 20 and the push block 30 are made of high-toughness PVC materials.
The invention utilizes the hook-shaped lifting head to make different deformations to different resistances, thereby achieving the aim of leveling floor tiles with different thicknesses.
