The invention relates to the technical field of health-care drinks, in particular to a composition for clearing damp, tonifying kidney and nourishing yin and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
When the body is affected by damp-heat and the damp invades the middle-upper energizer, the spleen is wet, and the symptoms of inappetence, dyspepsia, difficult cough with phlegm or early excessive phlegm can appear. Dampness in human body is often accompanied with imbalance of yin and yang, wherein people with dampness in body and insufficiency of kidney yang can take damp-clearing yang-tonifying prescriptions, and at present, a plurality of damp-clearing yang-tonifying prescriptions on the market are provided, such as pinellia ternate heart-fire purging decoction, yang-invigorating and dampness-removing decoction and the like; but the traditional Chinese medicine formula for health care and treatment of the patients with dampness and kidney yin deficiency in the body is much less.

Preferably, the grain diameters of the tuckahoe, the astragalus, the bighead atractylodes rhizome, the cistanche salsa, the polygonum multiflorum and the red medlar are independent and are less than or equal to 0.5 mm.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the composition, which comprises the following steps:
mixing Poria, radix astragali, Atractylodis rhizoma, Cistanchis herba, radix rehmanniae Preparata, Polygoni Multiflori radix, fructus Lycii Frutus, Corni fructus, dried Mori fructus, dried fructus Jujubae, dried flos Hibisci Sabdariffae and crystal sugar to obtain the composition with effects of invigorating kidney and nourishing yin.
Preferably, the mixing is:
mixing lycium ruthenicum, dogwood, dried mulberry and dried jujube slices to obtain a first mixture;
mixing the first mixture with prepared rehmannia root to obtain a second mixture;
mixing the poria cocos, the astragalus membranaceus, the bighead atractylodes rhizome, the cistanche deserticola, the polygonum multiflorum and the second mixture to obtain a third mixture;
and mixing the third mixture, the dried roselle and the rock candy to obtain the composition for eliminating dampness, tonifying kidney and nourishing yin.
The invention also provides application of the composition in the scheme or the composition prepared by the preparation method in preparing a medicament for treating in-vivo dampness and kidney-yin deficiency.
The invention also provides application of the composition in the scheme or the composition prepared by the preparation method in preparation of health-care products.
Preferably, the health product comprises health tea.

The composition for clearing damp, tonifying kidney and nourishing yin comprises 6 parts by weight of poria cocos. In the invention, the poria cocos is preferably white poria cocos, and more preferably is prepared by crushing white poria cocos decoction pieces; the grain diameter of the tuckahoe is preferably less than or equal to 0.5 mm. In the present invention, the poria cocos wolf is conventionally commercially available. In the invention, the poria cocos is used as a monarch drug and mainly used for eliminating dampness, so that the problem that the spleen of a patient is damp is solved.
The composition for clearing damp, tonifying kidney and nourishing yin comprises 2 parts of astragalus membranaceus by weight. In the invention, the astragalus is preferably prepared by crushing astragalus decoction pieces which are from conventional markets; the grain size of the astragalus is preferably less than or equal to 0.5 mm. In the invention, the astragalus and the astragalus serve as ministerial drugs for assisting the tuckahoe to tonify qi, and the astragalus are compatible with each other to eliminate dampness, tonify qi and invigorate spleen.

In the invention, the lycium ruthenicum mill, the dogwood, the dried mulberry and the dried jujube slices have high sugar content and are easy to absorb moisture and sticky, and the preparation process is kept dry.
The invention has no special limitation on the parameters and the mode of mixing, and the uniform mixing is taken as the standard. 60g of poria cocos, 20g of astragalus membranaceus, 30g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 30g of cistanche deserticola, 30g of prepared rehmannia rhizome, 30g of polygonum multiflorum, 20g of red wolfberry, 20g of black wolfberry, 30g of dogwood, 30g of dried mulberry, 20g of dried jujube slices, 20g of dried roselle and 60g of rock candy.
1. The raw material requirements are as follows:
1) preparing materials according to a formula, and cleaning; drying and sterilizing; selecting the dried raw materials according to the proportion; grinding the raw materials, and mixing the raw materials.

Applications of

The formula comprises the following components in parts by mass: poria cocos wolf 6, astragalus root 2, bighead atractylodes rhizome 3, prepared rehmannia root 3, polygonum multiflorum 3, lycium ruthenicum 2, dogwood 3, dried jujube 4, dried roselle 2 and rock candy 6.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.

The test results show that group 3 (table 1) (the dampness-clearing kidney-tonifying yin-nourishing tea prepared in example 1 of the present application) has the best effect on improving inappetence, gastrointestinal dyspepsia, dizziness, mental fatigue, heavy body, limbs, lassitude, feverish sensation in hands and feet, constipation and the like, compared with other groups. In addition, group 3 also had good effects of regulating and improving the increase of leucorrhea, thickening and yellowing of female and the occurrence of acne on face.

mixing Poria, radix astragali, Atractylodis rhizoma, Cistanchis herba, radix rehmanniae Preparata, Polygoni Multiflori radix, fructus Lycii Frutus, Corni fructus, dried Mori fructus, dried fructus Jujubae, dried flos Hibisci Sabdariffae and crystal sugar to obtain the composition with effects of invigorating kidney and nourishing yin.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the mixing is:
mixing lycium ruthenicum, dogwood, dried mulberry and dried jujube slices to obtain a first mixture;
mixing the first mixture with prepared rehmannia root to obtain a second mixture;
mixing the poria cocos, the astragalus membranaceus, the bighead atractylodes rhizome, the cistanche deserticola, the polygonum multiflorum and the second mixture to obtain a third mixture;
and mixing the third mixture, the dried roselle and the rock candy to obtain the composition for eliminating dampness, tonifying kidney and nourishing yin.
6. Use of the composition of any one of claims 1 to 3 or the composition prepared by the preparation method of claim 4 or 5 in the preparation of a medicament for treating in vivo dampness and kidney yin deficiency.
7. Use of the composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 or the composition prepared by the preparation method according to any one of claims 4 to 5 for preparing a health product.
8. The use of claim 7, wherein the health product comprises health tea.
