本发明涉及一种气雾剂,特别是涉及一种用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高,抽水马桶的使用越来越普及,目前人们使用的抽水马桶一般都存在有臭味、易飞溅、易粘污垢、滋生细菌等问题。对此,人们通常使用厕所清洁剂以试图解决这些问题。现有的厕所清洁剂一般包括固体和液体两大类,固体清洁剂主要包括脂肪酸、脂肪酸盐和碱类物质,或再添加乳化剂、消毒剂、洗涤剂等制成固形物,投放到厕所储水箱内缓慢溶解,释放出有效成分以起到清洁作用,但不能有效防止飞溅,而且使用更换频繁;液体清洁剂主要包括无机酸或有机酸、表面活性剂、消毒剂等,用时倒入马桶内,具有清洁、冲除臭味作用,但去除臭气、杀菌效果不佳,也不能有效防止飞溅。市面上还出现了泡沫型的清洁剂,这种清洁剂是在马桶的水封处形成泡沫,以图防止落入的粪便溅起水花,但是实际使用时由于泡沫稳定性不佳,导致防飞溅的效果大打折扣。
中国专利申请CN201410492710.0公开了“一种厕所除臭杀菌泡沫液及其制备方法”,包括如下重量份的组分:阴离子表面活性剂烷基磺酸钠30-40份、消泡剂异丙醇6-8份、缓冲剂柠檬酸3-6份、乙醇100-200份、杀菌防腐剂200-300份、氯化镁100-200份、香料1-2份和水1-2份。该专利虽然具有一定的杀菌效果,但去除臭气效果一般,且泡沫稳定性不佳,防飞溅效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂,其泡沫稳定性较好,能有效防止飞溅,且具有较好的杀菌除臭效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂,所述气雾剂由以下重量百分比的组分制成:起泡剂10-15%,泡沫助剂0.5-1%,推进剂12-16%,表面活性剂5-9%,防腐剂1-2%,红斑革孔菌提取物0.3-0.8%,其余为去离子水,各组分的重量百分比之和为100%。
进一步地,本发明所述起泡剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱。
进一步地,本发明所述泡沫助剂由以下步骤制成:
通氮气保护下,边搅拌边将聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯加入反应瓶中,加热至90℃后加入丙基三甲氧基硅烷和氯铂酸,加热至115℃后搅拌反应2小时得到反应液,将反应液减压蒸馏去除未反应的丙基三甲氧基硅烷得到泡沫助剂。
进一步地,本发明所述泡沫助剂的制备步骤中,聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯、丙基三甲氧基硅烷、氯铂酸的质量比为80:72:0.5,减压蒸馏时的温度为120℃,减压蒸馏时的压力为-0.095MPa。
进一步地,本发明所述推进剂为丙丁烷。
进一步地,本发明所述表面活性剂为烷基糖苷。
进一步地,本发明所述防腐剂为山梨酸钾。
进一步地,本发明所述红斑革孔菌提取物由以下步骤制成:
将红斑革孔菌子实体50℃下烘干,粉碎后过60目筛,收集筛下物得到红斑革孔菌粉末,将红斑革孔菌粉末加入乙醇水溶液中,40℃下超声提取45分钟得到提取液,降至室温后静置2小时,然后离心分离15分钟得到上清液,将上清液冷冻干燥后得到红斑革孔菌提取物。
进一步地,本发明所述红斑革孔菌提取物的制备步骤中,乙醇水溶液的体积分数为80%,红斑革孔菌粉末与乙醇水溶液的重量体积比为1:8g/mL,超声提取时的超声功率为240W,离心分离时的离心速度为4000转/分。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题是提供上述用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,技术方案是:
一种用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方称取各组分,将起泡剂、泡沫助剂、表面活性剂、防腐剂、红斑革孔菌提取物加入去离子水中,40-50℃下混合均匀得到混合液;
(2)将推进剂和步骤(1)得到的混合液0.5-1Mpa压力下一起灌入铝罐中,安装阀门、喷头后即得用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1)本发明使用的发泡剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,其具有较好的发泡性能和抗菌性能,能在短时间内形成大量泡沫,此外,本发明将聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯与丙基三甲氧基硅烷在氯铂酸催化作用下通过硅氢加成反应(前者的碳碳双键与后者的硅氢键反应)制成泡沫助剂,其能有效提高泡沫稳定性,延长泡沫的持续时间,扩大泡沫在马桶表面的覆盖面积,从而达到较好的防飞溅效果。
2)本发明将红斑革孔菌子实体以乙醇水溶液为溶剂通过超声提取得到红斑革孔菌提取物,其含有多糖、萜类等多种活性成分,具有良好的抗菌活性和去除臭味性能,因此能进一步提高气雾剂的杀菌除臭效果。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明,在此本发明的示意性实施例及其说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂,由以下重量百分比的组分制成:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱14%,泡沫助剂0.8%,丙丁烷15%,烷基糖苷7%,山梨酸钾1.6%,红斑革孔菌提取物0.5%,其余为去离子水,各组分的重量百分比之和为100%。
泡沫助剂由以下步骤制成:
通氮气保护下,边搅拌边将聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯加入反应瓶中,加热至90℃后加入丙基三甲氧基硅烷和氯铂酸,聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯、丙基三甲氧基硅烷、氯铂酸的质量比为80:72:0.5,加热至115℃后搅拌反应2小时得到反应液,将反应液120℃、-0.095Mpa条件下减压蒸馏去除未反应的丙基三甲氧基硅烷得到泡沫助剂。
红斑革孔菌提取物由以下步骤制成:
将红斑革孔菌子实体50℃下烘干,粉碎后过60目筛,收集筛下物得到红斑革孔菌粉末,以1:8g/mL的重量体积比将红斑革孔菌粉末加入体积分数为80%的乙醇水溶液中,40℃、240W超声功率条件下超声提取45分钟得到提取液,降至室温后静置2小时,然后4000转/分离心速度下离心分离15分钟得到上清液,将上清液冷冻干燥后得到红斑革孔菌提取物。
实施例1的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方称取各组分,将椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、泡沫助剂、烷基糖苷、山梨酸钾、红斑革孔菌提取物加入去离子水中,45℃下混合均匀得到混合液;
(2)将丙丁烷和步骤(1)得到的混合液0.8Mpa压力下一起灌入铝罐中,安装阀门、喷头后即得用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂。
实施例2
用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂,由以下重量百分比的组分制成:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱12%,泡沫助剂0.6%,丙丁烷14%,烷基糖苷9%,山梨酸钾1%,红斑革孔菌提取物0.3%,其余为去离子水,各组分的重量百分比之和为100%。泡沫助剂和红斑革孔菌提取物的制备步骤均与实施例1相同。
实施例2的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方称取各组分,将椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、泡沫助剂、烷基糖苷、山梨酸钾、红斑革孔菌提取物加入去离子水中,40℃下混合均匀得到混合液;
(2)将丙丁烷和步骤(1)得到的混合液0.5Mpa压力下一起灌入铝罐中,安装阀门、喷头后即得用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂。
实施例3
用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂,由以下重量百分比的组分制成:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10%,泡沫助剂1%,丙丁烷16%,烷基糖苷8%,山梨酸钾2%,红斑革孔菌提取物0.6%,其余为去离子水,各组分的重量百分比之和为100%。泡沫助剂和红斑革孔菌提取物的制备步骤均与实施例1相同。
实施例3的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方称取各组分,将椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、泡沫助剂、烷基糖苷、山梨酸钾、红斑革孔菌提取物加入去离子水中,50℃下混合均匀得到混合液;
(2)将丙丁烷和步骤(1)得到的混合液1Mpa压力下一起灌入铝罐中,安装阀门、喷头后即得用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂。
实施例4
用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂,由以下重量百分比的组分制成:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱15%,泡沫助剂0.5%,丙丁烷12%,烷基糖苷5%,山梨酸钾1.5%,红斑革孔菌提取物0.8%,其余为去离子水,各组分的重量百分比之和为100%。泡沫助剂和红斑革孔菌提取物的制备步骤均与实施例1相同。
实施例4的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方称取各组分,将椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、泡沫助剂、烷基糖苷、山梨酸钾、红斑革孔菌提取物加入去离子水中,48℃下混合均匀得到混合液;
(2)将丙丁烷和步骤(1)得到的混合液0.9Mpa压力下一起灌入铝罐中,安装阀门、喷头后即得用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂。
参比实施例1
与实施例1不同的地方在于:组分中不包括泡沫助剂,省去泡沫助剂的制备步骤。
参比实施例2
与实施例1不同的地方在于:组分中的泡沫助剂替换为丙基三甲氧基硅烷,省去泡沫助剂的制备步骤。
参比实施例3
与实施例1不同的地方在于:组分中不包括红斑革孔菌提取物,省去红斑革孔菌的制备步骤。
对比例:申请号为CN201410492710.0的中国专利的实施例1。
实验例一:泡沫稳定性测试
测试方法:分别将100mL体积的实施例1-4、参比实施例1-3制得的气雾剂以及对比例制得的泡沫液置于同样的铝罐中,使用同样的喷头持续按压2秒将泡沫喷入量筒中,记录泡沫高度记为L1,静置2小时后再次记录泡沫高度记为L2,按照下式计算出泡沫高度保持率:
泡沫高度保持率=L2/L1×100%
泡沫高度保持率越高表明泡沫稳定性越好,测试结果如表1所示:

由表1可以看出,本发明实施例1-4的泡沫高度保持率均明显高于对比例,表明本发明制得的气雾剂具有较好的泡沫稳定性。参比实施例1-3的部分组分与实施例1不同,与实施例1相比,参比实施例1的泡沫高度保持率降低很多,说明本发明使用的泡沫助剂能有效提高气雾剂的泡沫稳定性;参比实施例2的泡沫高度保持率也有所降低,不过降低的幅度比参比实施例1小,说明相对于未与聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯反应的丙基三甲氧基硅烷而言,本发明将丙基三甲氧基硅烷与聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯反应制得的泡沫助剂对泡沫稳定性的提高效果更好;参比实施例3的泡沫高度保持率出现了小幅度的降低,说明本发明使用的红斑革孔菌提取物对泡沫稳定性也能起到一定的提高作用。
实验例二:杀菌性能测试
测试方法:实验菌片为大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌菌片,菌片的制作过程为:将大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌菌片分别用含有1%蛋白胨的PBS缓冲液配制成菌悬液,然后分别滴染于1cm×1cm的脱脂布片上,室温干燥1小时后制得菌片,记录菌片上的活菌数记为N1。
分别将实施例1、参比实施例3制得的气雾剂以及对比例制得的泡沫液用蒸馏水稀释50倍制得样品溶液,每片菌片使用5mL样品溶液,将样品溶液置于20℃的水浴中,然后加入菌片,静置30分钟后取出菌片,投入放置有5mL中和剂的试管中,振荡试管80次后得到洗脱液,取0.5mL洗脱液记录活菌数记为N2,按照下式计算出杀菌率:
杀菌率=(N1-N2)/N1×100%。
杀菌率越高表明杀菌性能越好。测试结果如表2所示:

由表2可以看出,本发明实施例1对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的杀菌率均明显高于对比例,表明本发明制得的气雾剂具有较好的杀菌性能。参比实施例3的组分与实施例1不同,与实施例1相比,参比实施例3对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的杀菌率均降低不少,说明本发明使用的红斑革孔菌提取物能有效提高气雾剂的杀菌性能。
实验例三:去除臭味性能测试
测试方法:实验马桶为臭味平均评分达到4分以上的6个公厕马桶,由5名经过培训合格的嗅味员进行评分后计算出臭味平均评分,臭味评分标准为:
1分,没有臭味;
2分,感到有极弱的臭味,似有似无;
3分,能明显嗅到臭味;
4分,有强烈的臭味;
5分,有使人感到恶心、不能忍受的臭味。
分别将200mL体积的实施例1-4、参比实施例3制得的气雾剂以及对比例制得的泡沫液均匀喷涂于前述6个公厕马桶的表面,10分钟后让5名嗅味员再次进行评分,然后计算出测试后臭味平均评分。
测试后臭味平均评分越低表明去除臭味性能越好,测试结果如表3所示:

由表3可以看出,本发明实施例1-4的测试后臭味平均评分均明显低于对比例,表明本发明制得的气雾剂具有较好的去除臭味性能。参比实施例3的组分与实施例1不同,与实施例1相比,参比实施例3臭味平均评分上升不少,说明本发明使用的红斑革孔菌提取物能有效提高气雾剂的去除臭味性能。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂,其特征在于:所述气雾剂由以下重量百分比的组分制成:起泡剂10-15%,泡沫助剂0.5-1%,推进剂12-16%,表面活性剂5-9%,防腐剂1-2%,红斑革孔菌提取物0.3-0.8%,其余为去离子水,各组分的重量百分比之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂,其特征在于:所述起泡剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂,其特征在于:所述泡沫助剂由以下步骤制成:
通氮气保护下,边搅拌边将聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯加入反应瓶中,加热至90℃后加入丙基三甲氧基硅烷和氯铂酸,加热至115℃后搅拌反应2小时得到反应液,将反应液减压蒸馏去除未反应的丙基三甲氧基硅烷得到泡沫助剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂,其特征在于:所述泡沫助剂的制备步骤中,聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯、丙基三甲氧基硅烷、氯铂酸的质量比为80:72:0.5,减压蒸馏时的温度为120℃,减压蒸馏时的压力为-0.095MPa。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂,其特征在于:所述推进剂为丙丁烷。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为烷基糖苷。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为山梨酸钾。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂,其特征在于:所述红斑革孔菌提取物由以下步骤制成:
将红斑革孔菌子实体50℃下烘干,粉碎后过60目筛,收集筛下物得到红斑革孔菌粉末,将红斑革孔菌粉末加入乙醇水溶液中,40℃下超声提取45分钟得到提取液,降至室温后静置2小时,然后离心分离15分钟得到上清液,将上清液冷冻干燥后得到红斑革孔菌提取物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂,其特征在于:所述红斑革孔菌提取物的制备步骤中,乙醇水溶液的体积分数为80%,红斑革孔菌粉末与乙醇水溶液的重量体积比为1:8g/mL,超声提取时的超声功率为240W,离心分离时的离心速度为4000转/分。
10.根据权利要求1~9任意一项所述的一种用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方称取各组分,将起泡剂、泡沫助剂、表面活性剂、防腐剂、红斑革孔菌提取物加入去离子水中,40-50℃下混合均匀得到混合液;
(2)将推进剂和步骤(1)得到的混合液0.5-1Mpa压力下一起灌入铝罐中,安装阀门、喷头后即得用于马桶消毒泡沫的气雾剂。
