Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving the above problems and providing a controlled release tobacco product, in which the release of a substance is controlled by air intake and the amount of the released substance is controlled by the amount of air intake.
The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme:
a controlled release tobacco product comprises an outer protection module, wherein the outer protection module plays a role in supporting and protecting an inner module, and a smell absorption module, a flavor storage module, a heating module and an air inlet module are sequentially arranged in the outer protection module;
the sniffing module is used for inhaling volatile substances through the nasal cavity or the oral cavity;
a sealing partition plate is arranged between the fragrance storage module and the sniffing module, and an air outlet valve is arranged on the sealing partition plate;
a sealing partition plate is arranged between the heating module and the fragrance storage module, a hole with the size matched with that of the heated module is formed in the sealing partition plate, the heated module is completely or partially embedded in the heating module, and an air outlet valve is arranged at the top of the heated module;
the air inlet module is arranged close to the heating module, and the bottom of the heating module is provided with a plurality of micropores with the diameter not more than 1 mm; the air inlet module is of a cavity structure, a pore channel is formed in the side face of the air inlet module, and an air inlet valve which is opened towards the inside is arranged on the inner side of the pore channel.
The further proposal is that the length ratio of the sniffing module, the fragrance storage module, the heating module, the air inlet module and the external protection module is 2:1:2:3:1: 9.

The heating module is composed of an outer wall unit and filling materials in the outer wall unit, wherein the outer wall unit has the functions of bearing the filling materials and preserving heat and comprises aerogel materials, polystyrene foam plastics, polyurethane foam plastics or ceramic materials; the filling material comprises iron powder, activated carbon, inorganic salt and water.
Further, the concrete proportion of the filling material is as follows: 15 parts of high-purity 80-mesh iron powder, 5 parts of high-quality charcoal powder, 3 parts of sodium chloride and 5 parts of water.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the controlled release tobacco product, the oxidation reaction of iron is completed through oxygen in the air to generate heat, so that substances in the heated module are heated, and nicotine substances and flavor substances in nicotine salts are volatilized. It does not use electronics to power and control the release; in addition, 1 or more channels can be opened according to the requirement to finish the corresponding sniffing experience.

In any embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the controlled release tobacco product of the present invention comprises an outer protection module 9, wherein the outer protection module 9 plays a role of supporting and protecting an inner module, and the outer protection module 9 is internally provided with a sniffing module 1, a flavor storage module 2, a heating module 3 and an air intake module 4 in sequence; the length ratio of the sniffing module, the fragrance storage module, the heating module, the air inlet module and the external protection module is 2:1:2:3:1: 9.
The sniffing module 1 is used for inhaling volatile substances through a nasal cavity or an oral cavity;
a sealing partition plate 7 is arranged between the fragrance storage module 2 and the sniffing module 1, and an air outlet valve 6 is arranged on the sealing partition plate 7; the incense storage module 2 is of a cavity structure; or filled with a porous substance including gel particles, sponge, aerogel material.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the controlled release tobacco product of the present invention has an overall cylindrical shape with a main diameter of 2cm, and the upper sniffing module has a diameter decreasing from the main body to the sniffing port with a minimum diameter of 0.5cm, wherein the inner channel has a circular tube shape with a diameter of 1.5 mm. The material of the outer protection module (shell) of the product is heat-insulating plastic.
The outer wall unit of this goods heating module plays and bears filling material and heat retaining effect, and the outer wall material is pottery, and inside stopping and ratio are: 15 parts of high-purity 80-mesh iron powder, 5 parts of high-quality charcoal powder, 3 parts of sodium chloride and 5 parts of water.

After testing, when only 1 channel is opened, the product is sucked by mouth (the pressure reaches 3kpa), and the one-way valve of the channel is slightly opened; sucking the product with mouth (pressure up to 12kpa), maintaining the opening angle of the one-way valve in the pore channel at 90 degrees, and when sucking one mouth, the highest temperature of the heating module is 120 ℃, and the sucking person has oral experience of saline, alkaline and flavor components, and when continuously sucking multiple mouths, the highest temperature reaches 200 ℃, and the highest temperature of the heated module is 180 ℃; the product is sucked by mouth (pressure reaches 36kpa, human body limit), the opening angle of the one-way valve of the pore channel is maintained at 90 degrees, the maximum temperature of the heating module is 150 ℃ when the product is sucked in one mouth, and the sucking person has oral experience of saline-alkali and fragrant components, the maximum temperature reaches 210 ℃ when the product is continuously sucked in multiple mouths, and the maximum temperature of the heating module is 190 ℃.
When 2 channels were opened, the product was sucked with the mouth (pressure reached 6kpa), and the one-way valve just opened; the product is sucked by mouth (pressure up to 20kpa), the opening angle of each one-way valve of 2 channels is maintained at 30-40 degrees, the maximum temperature of the heating module is 140 ℃ when the product is sucked in one mouth, and the sucking person has oral experience of saline-alkali and flavor components, the maximum temperature is 190 ℃ when the product is continuously sucked in multiple mouths, and the maximum temperature of the heating module is 170 ℃. The product is sucked by mouth (pressure reaches 36kpa), the opening angle of each one-way valve of 2 channels is maintained at 90 degrees, the maximum temperature of the heating module is 160 ℃ when the product is sucked in one mouth, and the sucking person has oral experience of saline-alkali and flavor components, the maximum temperature reaches 220 ℃ when the product is continuously sucked in multiple mouths, and the maximum temperature of the heating module is 200 ℃.
When 3 channels are opened, the product is sucked vigorously by mouth (the pressure reaches 36kpa), the opening angle of each one-way valve of the 3 channels is maintained at 90 degrees, the maximum temperature of the heating module is 170 ℃ when the product is sucked in one mouth, the sucking person has the oral experience of saline-alkali and flavor components, the maximum temperature reaches 230 ℃ when the product is continuously sucked in multiple mouths, and the maximum temperature of the heated module is 210 ℃.
