(6) the motor 7 controls the piston 6 to move away from the variable passage section 9-1, the section of the variable passage section 9-1 is enlarged, when the section is larger than that of the rest of the main air flow passage 9, a positive pressure is formed according to the venturi effect, so that the first one-way control valve 5 is closed, the heating chamber is sealed again, and the second one-way control valve 10 is closed because the air pressure in the main air flow passage 9 is no longer larger than the atmospheric pressure.
