In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a multifunctional nursing bed, which drives a mattress to rotate through a rotation control assembly, and the mattress can realize the functions of ventilation and massage and the fumigation and disinfection of the mattress by matching functional equipment at the corresponding position.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a multi-functional care bed, comprising:
the bed frame is internally provided with an air supply device, a fumigation device and a disinfection device;
the mattress comprises two mattress bodies which are arranged along the length direction of the bedstead and are rotatably arranged on the bedstead side by side in a left-right mode; the mattress body comprises an elastic layer and a supporting layer which are arranged up and down; a plurality of air outlet holes are uniformly formed in the elastic layer; a plurality of flow channels communicated with the air outlet holes are arranged in the supporting layer;
the switching device controls the mattress body to rotate to be correspondingly matched with the air supply device, the fumigation device and the disinfection device respectively through a transmission assembly; and
the dust collecting device comprises a plurality of groups of filtering components which are correspondingly installed at the air outlet and collecting components which can be aligned with the flow passage openings, and during disinfection, the filtering components synchronously rotate and are matched with the collecting components to collect dust generated in the using process of the mattress.
As an improvement, the bottom of the bed frame is arranged in a closed mode.
As an improvement, the plurality of flow channels are arranged in a criss-cross mode, and only the plurality of flow channels which are transversely arranged penetrate through one side of the supporting layer in the width direction.
As an improvement, the fumigation device and the runner can be arranged in a butt joint mode.
As an improvement, the transmission assembly comprises gear transmission assemblies, a control assembly, a chain wheel transmission assembly and a motor, wherein the gear transmission assemblies are respectively installed at the head of the bed and the tail of the bed and are in power connection with the two mattress bodies, the control assembly is arranged at the head of the bed, the chain wheel transmission assembly is in transmission connection with the gear transmission assemblies and the control assembly, and the gear transmission assembly rotates to drive the tail of the bed.
As an improvement, the control assembly comprises a rotary disc, a gear rod, a lying part, an air supply part, a massage part, a fumigation part and a disinfection part, wherein the rotary disc is in power connection with the chain wheel transmission assembly through a conical tooth assembly, the gear rod is rotatably installed on the rotary disc, and the lying part, the air supply part, the massage part, the fumigation part and the disinfection part can be respectively clamped into the gear rod.
As an improvement, two ends of the massage part are provided with proximity switches for controlling the rotation of the motor.
As an improvement, a coupler a is arranged on the gear lever, and couplers b which are in plug-in fit with the coupler a are arranged on the air supply part, the fumigation part and the disinfection part.
As an improvement, the control assembly further comprises a plurality of switches which are respectively in control connection with the air supply device, the fumigation device, the disinfection device and the motor.

As an improvement, the collecting assembly comprises mounting frames arranged at two sides of the bed frame, a dust collecting bin which is connected with the mounting frames through connecting parts and can be aligned with a plurality of groups of flow passage openings, and two groups of rotating plates which are symmetrically and rotatably arranged at the openings of the dust collecting bin up and down; the rotating plate is arranged in a one-way elastic rotating mode.
As an improvement, the connecting part comprises a plurality of groups of mounting holes formed in the mounting frame and mounting rods arranged on the dust collecting bin and capable of being in plug-in fit with the mounting holes, and the mounting holes are in interference fit with the mounting rods.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the nursing bed drives the mattress to rotate through the rotation control assembly, the mattress can realize the functions of ventilation and massage and the fumigation and disinfection of the mattress by matching with functional equipment at the corresponding position, and the nursing bed has complete functions and can realize multiple purposes;
(2) according to the nursing bed, the control assembly is arranged at the bed head, a nursing person can operate the nursing bed according to the requirements of a patient, and a bedridden patient can select air supply function or massage function by operating the gear lever and combining the requirement of the bedridden patient, so that the nursing bed is more humanized;
(3) according to the nursing bed, the function of selecting the gear lever is required to be operated firstly, the coupler a and the coupler b are required to be matched, and then the function is realized through the switch, so that the nursing bed is simple in use method, the probability of misoperation is reduced, and the safety of the nursing bed is improved;
(4) when the air supply device works, the two mattress bodies incline to the middle position, a patient lies in the position between the two mattress bodies, and the back of the patient forms an air flow channel, so that the air permeability of the back most prone to bedsore growth is improved, and the bedsore can be effectively prevented from growing;
(5) when the air supply device works, because the two mattress bodies incline to the middle position, air is blown out through the flow channel and the air outlet hole, so that air above a patient flows to form wind similar to natural wind, the comfort is improved, meanwhile, the contact area between the patient and the seal is improved, and the patient can feel cool more easily; similarly, when the air supply device blows hot air, the patient feels warmer;
(6) according to the invention, a patient lies in the middle position of the two inclined mattress bodies, when the two mattress bodies rotate back and forth, muscles on two sides of the patient are massaged by the mattress bodies, the patient is relaxed, and muscle fatigue is relieved;
(7) according to the invention, the fumigation device fumigates the flow channel, and corresponding Chinese herbal medicines or essential oil can be added into the fumigation device according to the requirements of a patient, wind contacts with a human body through the flow channel, and the Chinese herbal medicines are beneficial to recovery of the patient; the essential oil is beneficial to relieving the pressure of the patient, and meanwhile, the fumigation can also inhibit the breeding of bacteria in the flow passage, so that the health of the patient is further protected;
(8) when the mattress is disinfected, the two mattress bodies rotate 180 degrees, the elastic layer is positioned in the bedstead and can sterilize and disinfect the elastic layer and the flow channel, and the inside of the whole bedstead is in a closed state, so that disinfectant can be prevented from being emitted to influence the living room environment;
(9) in the invention, the filter assembly in the air outlet hole prevents impurities such as dust and the like generated in the using process of the mattress and breeding bacteria from entering the flow channel, and cross infection can be effectively prevented;
(10) when the two mattresses rotate 180 degrees during disinfection, the filtering component rotates relative to the mattresses, so that one side of the originally collected dust faces inwards, and the dust enters the dust collection bin through the flow channel by matching with the air supply device for disinfection, and the air generated by the air supply device back-blows the filter screen unit, thereby improving the dust collection efficiency and avoiding dust raising.
In conclusion, the multifunctional nursing bed has the advantages of ingenious design, simple structure, various functions of the nursing bed and the like, and is particularly suitable for long-term bedridden patients.

a bed frame 1, wherein an air supply device 11, a fumigation device 12 and a disinfection device 13 are arranged inside the bed frame 1;
the mattress 2 comprises two mattress bodies 21 which are arranged along the length direction of the bedstead 1 and are arranged on the bedstead 1 in a manner of rotating side by side left and right; the mattress body 21 comprises an elastic layer 211 and a supporting layer 212 which are arranged up and down; a plurality of air outlet holes 2111 are uniformly formed in the elastic layer 211; a plurality of flow channels 2121 communicated with the air outlet holes 2111 are arranged in the supporting layer 212;
the switching device 3 controls the mattress body 21 to rotate through a transmission assembly 30 until the mattress body is correspondingly matched with the air supply device 11, the fumigation device 12 and the disinfection device 13 respectively; and
the dust collecting device 4 comprises a plurality of groups of filter assemblies 41 correspondingly arranged at the air outlet 2111 and a collecting assembly 42 alignable with the opening of the flow passage 2121, and during sterilization, the plurality of groups of filter assemblies 41 synchronously rotate and cooperate with the collecting assembly 42 to collect dust generated during the use process of the mattress 2.
It should be noted that the air supply device 11, the fumigation device 12 and the disinfection device 13 are all in the prior art, and the working processes and working principles of the three are not described herein in detail.
It should be noted that the nursing bed provided by the invention is suitable for patients lying in bed for a long time, and the patients do not pollute the mattress greatly, so that the mattress body 21 can be reused after being sterilized.
It is important to note that the elastic layer 211 improves the comfort of use, and in order to further improve the efficiency of use, a rattan mat with a large mesh can be laid on the elastic layer 211.
Further, the bottom of the bed frame 1 is closed.
The bed frame 1 is closed at the bottom, so that the influence of dust and the like on the nursing bed can be effectively realized.
As shown in fig. 3, the flow channels 2121 are arranged in a crisscross manner, and only the flow channels 2121 arranged in a transverse direction penetrate through one side of the supporting layer 212 in the width direction.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 4, the mattress body 21 is inclined, the flow channel 2121 can smoothly supply air, and the air passes through the flow channel 2121 and the air outlet 2111 to form a vortex above the patient, so as to increase the air passing area.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the fumigating device 12 can be butt-jointed with the runner 2121.
It should be noted that the fumigation device 12 fumigates the flow passage 2121, and Chinese herbal medicines or essential oils can be added into the fumigation device 12 according to the needs of the patient, so as to further improve the care effect, and the fumigation process can inhibit bacteria in the flow passage 2121.
As shown in fig. 2, the transmission assembly 30 includes a gear transmission assembly 31 respectively installed at the head and the foot of the bed and dynamically connected to the two mattress bodies 21, a control assembly 32 installed at the head of the bed, a sprocket transmission assembly 33 drivingly connected to the gear transmission assembly 31 and the control assembly 32, and a motor 34 for driving the gear transmission assembly 31 at the foot of the bed to rotate.
It should be noted that, by adjusting the transmission ratio of the gear transmission assembly 31 and the sprocket transmission assembly 33, the mattress body 21 can be driven to rotate in a labor-saving manner.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the control assembly 32 includes a rotating plate 321 which is in power connection with the sprocket assembly 33 through a tapered tooth assembly, a gear lever 322 which is rotatably installed on the rotating plate 321, and a lying portion 320, an air supply portion 323, a massage portion 324, a fumigation portion 325 and a disinfection portion 326 which can be respectively clamped into the gear lever 322.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 4 to fig. 7, when the gear lever 322 is snapped into the lying part 320, two mattress bodies 21 form a whole mattress; when the gear rod 322 is clamped in the air supply part 323, the two mattress bodies 21 rotate for 5 degrees; when the gear rod 322 is clamped in the massage part 324, the two mattress bodies 21 rotate back and forth in an interval of 2-5 degrees; when the gear rod 322 is clamped in the fumigating part 325, the two mattress bodies 21 are at an angle of 90 °; when the gear rods 322 are snapped into the sterilizing part 326, the two mattress bodies 21 are turned over by 180 °.
It is further noted that, during fumigation and disinfection, the patient leaves the mattress body 21.
It is worth integrating that, when performing disinfection, the disinfection device can generate and blow the spray from the air outlet 2111 to the flow passage 2121.
Further, proximity switches 3241 for controlling the rotation of the motor 34 are disposed at both ends of the massage unit 324.
It should be noted that the massage portion 324 is provided with a limiting groove to ensure that the gear lever 322 does not move away from the massage portion 324 in the massage portion 324.
More specifically, the proximity switch 3241 controls the motor 34 to rotate forward and backward, so as to drive the mattress body 21 to rotate back and forth.
Further, a coupler a3221 is disposed on the shift lever 322, and a coupler b3222, which is in insertion fit with the coupler a3221, is disposed on each of the air supply part 323, the fumigation part 325 and the disinfection part 326.
Furthermore, the control assembly 32 further includes a plurality of switches 327 respectively connected to the blower 11, the fumigator 12, the sterilizer 13 and the motor 34.
It should be noted that the switch 327 of the corresponding device is activated by a switch after the coupler a3221 is matched with the coupler b 3222.
It should be noted that the air blowing device 11 can blow out hot air or cold air according to requirements.
Further, the plurality of sets of filtering assemblies 41 each include a mounting seat 411, a filtering unit 412 rotatably mounted in the mounting seat 411, and a flow guiding portion 413 transitionally connecting the air outlet 2111 and the flow passage 2121.
It should be noted that the edge of the filter screen unit 412 elastically abuts against the mounting seat 411, and when the mattress body 21 is massaged, dust collected on the filter screen unit 412 cannot enter the flow passage 2121 and the air outlet 2111.
It should be noted that, during the sterilization, the guiding portion 413 enables the gas entering from the gas outlet 2111 to be rapidly blown out from the opening of the flow passage 2121, so as to transport the dust on the filter assembly 41 out of the gas outlet 2111 and the flow passage 2121.
Further, the dust collecting device 4 further includes a connecting rod b44 transversely disposed and connected to the sets of the sieve units 412 in the air outlet 2111; the planet wheel assembly 46 is in transmission connection with the synchronous wheel assembly 45 of the connecting rod b44 and is in power connection with the synchronous wheel assembly 45 and the rotating shaft of the mattress body 21.
It is worth mentioning that a housing is provided outside the planet wheel assembly 46.
Further, the collecting assembly 42 includes a mounting frame 421 disposed at both sides of the bed frame 1, a dust collecting bin 422 connected to the mounting frame 421 through a connecting part 420 and aligned with the openings of the plurality of sets of flow passages 2121, and two sets of rotating plates 423 rotatably mounted at the openings of the dust collecting bin 422 in an up-down symmetrical manner; the rotating plate 423 is provided to be elastically rotated in one direction.
Further, the connecting portion 420 includes a plurality of sets of mounting holes 4201 formed on the mounting frame 421 and mounting rods 4202 mounted on the dust collecting bin 422 and capable of being inserted into and engaged with the mounting holes 4201, and the mounting holes 4201 are disposed in an interference fit with the mounting rods 4202.
As shown in fig. 11, the planetary gear assembly 46 includes a gear a461 rotatably disposed at the axis of the mattress body 21 and dynamically connected to the synchronizing wheel assembly 45, two sets of gears b462 rotatably mounted on the mattress body 21 and meshed with the gear a461, and a ring gear 463 fixedly mounted on the bed frame 1 and meshed with the two sets of gears b462, and further, the filter screen unit 412 rotates correspondingly when the mattress body 21 rotates.
It should be further noted that, as shown in fig. 12 to 14, by setting a suitable transmission ratio, after the mattress body 21 rotates 180 °, the material receiving side a4120 of the filter screen unit 412 at the air outlet 2111 faces the inside of the mattress body 21, and during the process of sterilizing and blowing air, the air back-blows the filter screen unit 412 at the air outlet 2111, and the dust enters the dust collecting bin 422 through the flow passage 2121.
It is important to note that, as shown in fig. 15 to 17, the mounting rod 4202 is inserted into the mounting hole 4201 during sterilization, so that the dust collecting bin 422 can be disposed to face the opening of the flow passage 2121, and the dust collecting bin 422 does not fall down during the sterilization air supply process
It is worth mentioning that, under the action of the rotating plate 423, when the dust is blown into the dust collecting bin 422, the dust is not blown out from the dust collecting bin 422 any more, so that the dust collecting efficiency is improved.
The working process is as follows:
a lying function, in which the two mattress bodies 21 are in a horizontal state by rotating the gear lever 322 to the lying part 320; the air supply function is that the gear lever 322 is rotated to the air supply part 323, the two mattress bodies 21 are driven to rotate 30 degrees through the transmission assembly 30, the coupler a3221 and the coupler b3222 are coupled, then the air supply device 11 is turned on through the switch 327, and air is blown out from the air outlet 2111 through the flow channel 2121; a massage function, in which the gear lever 322 is rotated to the massage part 324, the motor 34 is started to drive the two mattress bodies 21 to rotate, the gear lever 322 moves in the massage part 324, and the motor 34 is controlled to rotate by the proximity switch 3241; a fumigating function, in which the position lever 322 is rotated to the fumigating portion 325, the two mattress bodies 21 are rotated to make the fumigating device 12 butt-joint with the runner 2121, the coupler a3221 and the coupler b3222 are coupled, and then the switch 327 is used to start the fumigating device 12 for fumigating; and a disinfecting function, wherein the gear lever 322 is rotated to the disinfecting part 326, the two mattress bodies 21 are rotated by 180 degrees, the coupler a3221 and the coupler b3222 are coupled, and then the switch 327 is used for starting the disinfecting device 13 to disinfect.
