Abstract

Description
本发明涉及复合制品和层合聚合材料,例如用于辅币的基于纸和基于塑料的材料,并且可以用于制造安全制品,例如硬币、代币、奖章、标签。
目前,本技术领域的开发人员正在努力创造或使用能够制造一方面难以伪造并且另一方面可以容易验证其真实性的复合制品的方法和材料。
已知有用于投币机的代币的聚苯乙烯组合物,其包含活性无定形碳和二氧化钛作为添加剂(RU 2111987,1998年5月27日)。该组合物包含高抗冲UPS-825E聚苯乙烯作为聚苯乙烯,并且提供了在IR光谱区中具有可调节光学特性的聚合物组合物。
从1961年9月18日的US 3153469已知来自用于大量生产投币装置用代币的各种塑料(聚丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚乙酸乙烯酯等)的类似代币制品。
1970年11月24日的US 3542180中公开了基于聚苯乙烯和金属的含聚合物的复合制品。该制品以细分散的金属填料的形式包含金属作为添加剂。
1985年5月30日的SU 1147344公开了呈具有孔和覆盖孔的弹性聚合物/橡胶垫圈的两层板的形式的复合制品,即硬币模拟物。弹性垫圈由至少一个膜层形成。
从本领域已知有用于地铁、付费电话、自动售货机和游戏机中的费用支付的代币,所述代币基于聚合物材料而配置并且包括编码元件,例如扩散物、发光物质、吸收物、和施加在其平坦表面上的附加标记。所述代币可以通过注塑成型以平坦圆盘、矩形、三角形或另外的形状的形状而制成(RU 2121285,1998年11月10日)。然而,所述代币由单一材料制成,这使得更容易伪造。

已知有这样的现金硬币:其包括外环、一个在另一个的顶部上堆叠并且定位在外环内部的两个嵌件、用于将两个嵌件彼此粘合的定位在两个嵌件之间的至少一个中间层。外环和两个嵌件中的每一者由不同材料制成。外环和两个硬币嵌件由多层经涂覆的材料制成,各嵌件拥有具有两个相对侧面和外周表面的表面,外环和嵌件中的每一者通过形成在嵌件中的每一者的外周表面上的复数个凹部而紧固在一起,各凹部在外周表面上以孔的形式形成,其中孔相对于插入方向倾斜并且孔相对于与所述相对侧面共面的平面倾斜(RU2608290,2017年1月17日)。该硬币的缺点是安全水平和其真实性验证不足。
就技术本质和实现的效果而言,最接近的现有技术是2012年11月22日的WO2012156006中所描述的技术方案,其教导了由多个组件组成的代币状制品,该代币状制品包括压制在一起的外金属环和圆盘状塑料芯。该制品的芯包含包括微芯片的安全特征。
已知的技术方案既没有提及在制品中使用基于纸层的塑料材料的能力,也没有提及在制品的金属组件上以雕刻的识别图像、触觉元素及类似元素的形式施加压纹的能力;该事实在一方面损害了制品的安全水平,并且在另一方面使得难以验证制品的真实性。
本发明的目的是提供在制造方面和在认证方面均简单的具有增强的安全水平的识别制品。
本发明的目的通过含聚合物的复合制品实现,所述含聚合物的复合制品包括外金属环和由包括堆叠纸片的层合塑料制成的内圆盘嵌件,所述堆叠纸片在整个体积上浸渍有聚合物粘结剂使得各片的表面覆盖有聚合物层,以及所述含聚合物的复合制品包含视觉的和/或隐藏的安全特征,其中制品组件中的至少一者具有压纹,以及环和圆盘嵌件通过压制而永久地接合在一起,以及其中制品的尺寸符合以下关系:

在一个特定实施方案中,层合塑料包含增强纤维,并且金属环由金属或金属合金制成,包括通过粉末冶金生产的金属环。
在一个特定实施方案中,压纹以包括几何图形、字母数字符号、恒定和/或不同宽度的线条、纽索饰元素或所述图形元素的组合的图形标记的形式形成。
在一个特定实施方案中,圆盘嵌件包含印刷箔和/或安全线。
在一个特定实施方案中,嵌件圆盘包含由铁磁材料、IR吸收物质、UV和IR发光物质形成的真实性特征。
在一个特定实施方案中,制品组件中的至少一者由具有特定导电特性或磁性特性的材料制成。
在一个特定实施方案中,圆盘嵌件包含用于非接触式和/或接触式数据读取和写入的微芯片,例如RFID标签。
制品可以包含个人地识别所有者的信息。

所述关系是基于实际制品所必需的材料的技术特性而通过实验确定的,由于对于其他尺寸,制造这种组合制品的方法本身是不可能的,如以下将说明的。
D1-D2≥8是足以获得生成边缘表面(硬币或代币制品上的位于与边缘端面的界面处的表面)并足以在金属上以雕刻形式布置最少数量的铭文的最小关系。
D2>16mm是从技术效率出发而选择的,因为随着该值减小,具有图案的表面区域在视觉上变得不易感知。
在边缘表面上可以应用安全缩微文字特征,其在观察到以下参数Δ≤1时不会经受严重磨损。
Δ≤1为制品的金属组件的最大突出元素与最小突出元素之间的差。
在0.8≤δ2/δ1<1时,圆盘嵌件在磨损区域之外,这增加了使用寿命并且增强了存在于表面上的安全特征免受机械损害的保护。本发明制品中的最大磨损区域在金属环与非金属圆盘嵌件之间的接触区域中。
当满足条件0.3≤S1/S2<0.9时,可以提供安全特征,例如在金属环的表面上的硬币的视觉的和隐藏的安全特征特性、在非金属圆盘嵌件的表面上的纸币的视觉的和隐藏的安全元素特性,这根据非金属嵌件和金属环的独特的特性而结合了非金属嵌件和金属环的总重量特性。
非金属圆盘嵌件具有以下特性:所述圆盘嵌件由包含堆叠纸片的多层经挤压且经层合的材料制成,所述堆叠纸片在整个体积上浸渍有聚合物粘结剂使得各片的表面覆盖有聚合物层,以及所述圆盘嵌件包含视觉的和/或隐藏的安全特征。
此外,安全特征可以以对于纸和塑料印刷安全制品例如纸币或识别文件典型的元素的形式形成。
安全特征也可以在纸的制造期间被引入纸中和/或通过印刷在成品纸层的表面上来形成,具有以下形式:安全条、安全纤维、水印、通过印刷而产生的光学可变图像,包括具有磁性特性的那些,尤其是由包含基于量子点的纳米晶材料的漆和清漆形成的在UV激发下变得可见的潜在彩色图像;非金属圆盘嵌件也可以包含仪器可检测和/或机器可读的安全元素、芯片。
在独立权利要求中包含的一组必要特征的范围内实施的本发明的制品在传统制品特别是最相关的现有技术的制品的安全方面提供了明显的优势。
根据本发明的制品具有以下优势:
-高水平的防伪安全性,超过代币、金属硬币和塑料卡的水平;
-所采用的创新方法对于简单伪造的努力来说是无法达到的;
-所述制品的高耐磨性是纸币制品的耐磨性的数十倍并且在流通方面接近硬币;
-此外,所述制品具有高的公众消费品质,例如重量轻,装饰特性高,能够使用各种形状和尺寸;
-所述制品易于制造,具有低的成本,并且能够使用对公众隐藏的先进的仪器认证安全特征并且能够在计数和分拣装置中提供可靠的验证。
用于由层合塑料和金属的组合制造制品的方法概括地包括以下步骤:
-制造具有特殊特性的纸基材;
-用用于印刷纸币的特殊墨(包括可变颜色的墨、UV墨、IR墨和其他墨)进行前层和后层的安全印刷;
-用特殊的聚合物组合物对外层和内层进行浸渍;
-在高温和高压下对各层进行压制以形成具有在表面上形成特殊压纹的能力的整体件,所述压纹提供制品的特定视觉特性(在斜射光和/或透射光中出现)和触觉特性;
-将经层合的塑料工件压制到由金属合金制成的框架中;
-对制品进行整理、计数并包装。
由以上对用于制造复合识别制品的方法的描述可知,所述制品的各种类型不仅可以在其印刷方面是独特的,而且还可以在内纸层的组成、环的金属合金的组成方面是独特的。各层的组成和安全特性可以由客户指定并且可以在制造纸幅和金属工件二者的阶段形成。
在压制半成制品时,由于使用设置在模具表面上的特殊浮雕,因此在制品的前侧和后侧上形成特殊的压纹图案,从而提供制品的特定视觉特性和触觉特性。
使用可以包括机械加工和激光切割的常规加工方法,可以在最终生产步骤中获得各种形状。
如有必要,可以在制品中嵌入RFID(芯片)用于非接触式和/或接触式读取应用在制品上的序列号或其他信息。

实施例1.
由层合塑料的圆盘嵌件1(图3、图4)和铜镍合金的外环2(图3、图4)制成代币硬币制品。
层合塑料由浸渍有热塑性树脂并且在200℃下压制在一起的7个纸层制备。在制造步骤中,向纸层的组合物中引入10%的在300nm至370nm波长范围内的UV辐射下表现出蓝绿色光的基于Sr4Al14O25:Eu,Dy的无色无机发光化合物。
在印刷步骤中,在由层合塑料制成的圆盘嵌件基材的两侧上胶版印刷栅格和纽索饰元素3(图3),并用颜色可变漆施加硬币面额符号4;此外,在前侧上,漆包含在700nm至900nm的波长范围内具有选择性IR吸收的基于蓝色酞菁染料的IR吸收剂。
具有特定导电性的铜镍合金的外环工件由片材通过冷冲压而制成。
在最后的制造步骤中,将圆盘嵌件1(图2)和外金属环2(图2)通过压制而接合在一起以提供永久接合件。在制品的金属组件的表面上施加呈压印文字形式的雕刻6(图3)。该制品具有以下几何尺寸(图1、图2):

实施例2.
由呈圆盘嵌件1(图3)形式的层合塑料和通过粉末冶金由纯金属或金属合金2(图3)形成的外环制成代币硬币制品。
层合塑料由浸渍有热固性树脂并且在200℃下压制在一起的5个纸层构成。在制造步骤中,向纸层的组合物中引入2%的在300nm至370nm波长范围内的UV辐射下表现出红色光的基于铕的螯合物化合物的无色发光化合物。
在造纸步骤中,在层合塑料基材的表面的外层上施加全息箔。
在印刷步骤中,在由层合塑料制成的圆盘嵌件基材的两侧上胶版印刷栅格和纽索饰元素3(图3),并在前侧和后侧上形成用于在透射光下认证的瞄准元素。
具有特定导电性和/或磁性特性的环工件通过粉末冶金由纯金属或金属合金制成。
在最后的制造步骤中,将塑料圆盘嵌件1(图4)和外金属环2(图4)通过压制而接合在一起以提供永久接合件。在制品的金属组件的表面上施加呈压印文字形式的雕刻5(图3)。该制品具有以下几何尺寸(图1、图2):

实施例3.

层合塑料由浸渍有热塑性树脂并且在200℃下压制在一起的6个纸层制备。在制造步骤中,向纸层的组合物中引入5%的在300nm至370nm波长范围内的UV辐射下表现出蓝绿色光的基于Sr4Al14O25:Eu,Dy的无色无机发光化合物。
在印刷步骤中,在由层合塑料制成的圆盘嵌件基材的两侧上胶版印刷栅格和纽索饰元素3(图3)。
此外,在印刷步骤中,通过喷墨印刷来在塑料基材上施加硬币的个体序列号6(图3)。
具有特定导电性的外环工件由片材通过冷冲压而制成。

层合塑料由浸渍有热固性树脂并且在200℃下压制在一起的9个纸层制备。在制造步骤中,向纸层的组合物中引入20%的在300nm至370nm波长范围内的UV辐射下表现出蓝绿色光的基于Sr4Al14O25:Eu,Dy的无色无机发光化合物。
在印刷步骤中,在由层合塑料制成的圆盘嵌件基材的两侧上胶版印刷栅格和纽索饰元素3(图3)。
此外,在印刷步骤中,向圆盘嵌件的塑料基材上通过喷墨印刷施加奖章的使用者的个人序列号和/或个人数据5(图3)。
具有特定导电性的锡青铜的外环工件由片材通过冷冲压而制成。
在最后的制造步骤中,将圆盘嵌件1(图4)和外金属环2(图4)通过压制而接合在一起以提供永久接合件。在制品的金属组件的表面上施加呈压印文字形式的雕刻6(图3)。该制品具有以下几何尺寸(图1、图2):
