Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical industry, in particular to a plant extract mixture with moisturizing and anti-inflammatory effects.
Background
Dry skin, hypoelasticity not only affects the appearance of the skin, but also can lead to subjective consumer discomfort and possibly exacerbation of certain skin conditions. The hydration state and the loss degree in the skin are directly related to the softness and the elasticity of the skin, and the moisture degree of the skin can be maintained to enhance the skin elasticity, enable the skin to be metabolized normally and reduce the generation of wrinkles and color spots. The moisture content of the stratum corneum of normal healthy skin is maintained at 10% to 20%. The moisturizing effect is the most basic function of the skin care cosmetics, and how to improve the moisturizing effect of the cosmetics has important significance on research and development of the cosmetics and clinical application of the medicine.
Peach gum is a polysaccharide natural substance, has moisturizing effect and thickening effect, is not easy to dissolve completely, and mainly comprises a hydrolysis method, an enzyme extraction method and the like in the preparation of the peach gum at present, however, the hydrolysis method has higher cost and is not beneficial to industrial production; enzyme extraction techniques have the disadvantage that the optimal temperature and optimal pH of the enzyme tend to be in a small range. In order to raise the activity of the enzyme to the highest value, the reaction temperature and pH of the enzyme must be very strictly controlled, and even small fluctuations in the reaction conditions are likely to greatly reduce the activity of the enzyme, and thus the demand for experimental facilities is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide peach gum capable of brightening skin, application and an extraction preparation method thereof.
The aim of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention provides peach resin polysaccharide gum capable of brightening skin, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
preferably, the peach gum further comprises water, glycerol, 1, 2-hexanediol, and phenoxyethanol.
Preferably, the peach resin is produced by using water from Guizhou province.
The dendrobium candidum adopts dendrobium candidum with a hilly production area.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing the peach gum, the method comprising the steps of:
A. respectively crushing and sieving peach resin and dendrobium candidum, adding ethanol, and reflux-extracting for 4-8 hours at 50-100 ℃ with the weight-volume ratio of feed liquid being 1:5-50;
B. filtering the extractive solution, and vacuum concentrating until no alcohol smell;
C. adding water to the concentrated solution prepared in the step B, then loading the concentrated solution on a macroporous resin column or a polyamide resin column, eluting with 3-5 times of water, eluting with 4-6 times of ethanol water solution with the volume fraction of 30% -45% of the column volume, eluting with 3-5 times of ethanol water solution with the volume fraction of 50% -75% of the column volume, and eluting with 4-6 times of ethanol water solution with the volume fraction of 85% -95% of the column volume;
D. mixing the eluates, concentrating to 1/3-1/6 of the original weight to obtain the extracts of the components;
E. mixing the extracts according to the weight percentage to obtain the peach gum.
Preferably, in the step a, the ethanol is absolute ethanol.
Preferably, in the step B, the vacuum degree is less than 0.1MPa.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides an application of the peach gum, wherein the peach gum is used for preparing skin care cosmetics.
Preferably, the skin care cosmetic is selected from: moisturizing skin care cosmetics or antioxidant aging cosmetics.
Preferably, the skin care cosmetic is in the form of an aqueous solution, cream, emulsion, mask, gel, essence, facial cleanser, or bath lotion.
Preferably, the peach gum is 1% -10% of the total weight of the skin care cosmetic.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the added natural components are safe, mild and effective, and have anti-inflammatory and conditioning effects on skin molting, itching, eczema, acne, pustule and other phenomena which are easy to occur.
2. Through the compound use, the effects of anti-inflammatory, moisturizing and nutrition are comprehensively exerted, and the skin-care and anti-inflammatory health care tea has the auxiliary effects of nourishing skin, diminishing inflammation, resisting oxidation and the like while moisturizing the skin, so that the effect of comprehensively improving the dry skin is achieved.
3. Not only has the function of relieving the existing symptoms, but also has the function of preventing or delaying the occurrence of bad conditions of the dry skin.

Example 4 Patch test
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the skin patch test was performed after preparing a cream containing 20% peach gum extract, and the skin patch parts were observed at 24h and 48h after the patch, respectively, and the specific results are shown in fig. 1.
FIG. 1 shows a peach gum prepared by the preparation method of example 1, wherein the peach gum is prepared as a cream with a mass percentage of 20% (the peach gum is prepared by the preparation method of example 1, but it is conceivable that other preparation methods of other embodiments can be used to obtain peach gum, and have the same efficacy), and a skin patch test is performed, wherein (a) is a 24-hour skin patch site case; (b) is a 48h skin patch test.
According to the skin response grading criteria of the skin closed patch test of table 1 below, it can be seen that the cream is safe and non-irritating when the cream contains 20% by mass.
Table 1.

Example 6, moisturizing test:
1. in vitro moisturizing test:
the experimental method comprises the following steps:
marking the beaker, drying in a drying oven at 105 ℃ to constant weight, and weighing after the beaker is cooled to room temperature, wherein the weight is counted as m 1 ;
Weighing appropriate amount of peach gum polysaccharide gum prepared to various concentrations to make the liquid surface just drop out of the bottle bottom, and recording as m 2 (weighing flask + sample);
the beaker with the sample was placed in a humidistat (supersaturated solution of calcium chloride) with a humidity of about 30%, weighed after 1h, 3h, 5h, 7h, 24h, respectively, and the weight of the sample at that time was m 3 。
Moisture retention= (m) 3 -m 1 )/(m 2- m 1 ) X 100% and higher values of the moisture retention indicate better moisture retention of the corresponding product.
The test result image is shown in fig. 8, in which curve I represents the moisture retention rate of the peach gum solution at 0% by mass, curve II represents the moisture retention rate of the peach gum solution at 1% by mass, curve III represents the moisture retention rate of the peach gum solution at 5% by mass, curve IV represents the moisture retention rate of the peach gum solution at 25% by mass, curve V represents the moisture retention rate of the peach gum solution at 10% by mass, and curve VI represents the moisture retention rate of the peach gum solution at 50% by mass.
2. Percutaneous moisturizing test
The experimental method comprises the following steps: firstly measuring the skin moisture content in an arm without applying the cream, then respectively taking 1g of the cream added with the peach gum with each concentration, applying the cream to the arm for measurement, respectively measuring the skin moisture content after 1h, 2h and 4h, and finally calculating the skin moisture content change rate.
The final test results are shown in fig. 9, wherein the column I adopts a blank matrix, the column II adopts a cream with an additive mass percentage of 2%, and the column III adopts a cream with an additive mass percentage of 5%. As can be seen from fig. 9, the peach gum can significantly improve the moisture retention and the skin moisture content.
