It will be appreciated that in some embodiments of the present invention, the support frame 10 is a rectangular frame surrounded by two primary roof purlins 11 and two secondary roof purlins 12, but of course, in some other embodiments of the present invention, the shape of the support frame 10 may be adjusted accordingly according to the overall design of the roof, and the number of the primary roof purlins 11 and the secondary roof purlins 12 may also be adjusted accordingly according to the strength requirement by those skilled in the art.
Referring to fig. 1, two ends of a main roof purline 11 are provided with long holes 111 for fine adjustment of connection of main purline buttresses 13.
It can be understood that the long holes 111 enable the main purlin buttress 13 to have a certain fine adjustment space when being connected with the adjacent roof units 1, can contain mechanical errors generated when the roof units 1 are manufactured, avoids the situation that the installation is not convenient due to size errors, and reduces the rework rate.
Referring to fig. 3, the roofing structure 20 includes: suspended ceiling bottom plate 21, functional layer 22, bordure plate 23, roof boarding 24 and roof boarding coupling assembling 25. The ceiling bottom plate 21 is disposed on the support frame 10. The functional layer 22 is arranged on the suspended ceiling bottom plate 21 and used for improving the sound absorption, heat preservation and waterproof effects of the roof structure 20. The edge covering plate 23 is arranged on the support frame 10. The edge covering plate 23 serves as a lateral stop for the functional layer 22. A roof panel 24 is provided over the functional layer 22. Roof panel connecting assemblies 25 are used to connect adjacent roof panels 24.
Further, referring to fig. 3, the functional layer 22 includes: sound absorbing layer 221, insulation layer 222, leveling layer 223, waterproof roll layer 224, and noise reduction layer 225.
It should be noted that the functional layer 22 includes, but is not limited to, a sound absorption layer 221, a heat insulation layer 222, a leveling layer 223, a waterproof roll layer 224, and a noise reduction layer 225, and in some other embodiments of the present invention, a flame retardant layer, a reinforcing layer, and the like are further added in the functional layer 22.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the roof panel connecting assembly 25 includes: a roof panel fixing support 251 and a roof panel decorative cover plate 252. The roof panel fixing mount 251 is provided on the hemming plate 23. The edge of the roof panel 24 is bent and then attached to two sides of the roof panel fixing support 251. The roof panel decorative cover plate 252 is arranged on the roof panel fixing support 251 in a covering mode. The edge of the roof panel 24 and the upper end of the roof panel fixing support 251 are wrapped in the roof panel decorative cover plate 252.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments of the present invention, the roof panel fixing support 251 is fixed to the binder panel 23, and in some other embodiments of the present invention, the roof panel fixing support 251 may be fixed to any one layer of the functional layer 22 as long as the fixing effect can be achieved.
Referring to fig. 3, the roofing structure 20 further includes an adaptor keel 26, the adaptor keel 26 being disposed on the support bracket 10 and connected to the ceiling tile 21.
It will be appreciated that the adaptor keel 26 may effectively increase the structural strength of the roofing unit 1.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, the connection assembly 30 includes: the roof panel is connected with the support 31 and the roof panel decorative cover plate 252. Roof panel attachment supports 31 are provided on the roofing structure 20. The edge of the roof panel 24 is adhered to the side surface of the roof panel connecting support 31 after being bent. The roof panel decorative cover plate 252 is covered on the roof panel connecting support 31. The edge of the roof panel 24 and the upper end of the roof panel connecting support 31 are together coated in the roof panel decorative cover plate 252.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, when two adjacent roof units 1 are connected in the transverse direction, the waterproof roll layers 224 are overlapped with each other and then sealed and waterproof by the sealing members 226. The waterproof coil layers 224 of two adjacent roof units 1 are fixed by fasteners after being mutually lapped.
It should be noted that, when the connecting assembly 30 connects the roof structures on the adjacent roof units 1, the roof panels 24 of the two roof units 1 are respectively bent and attached to two sides of the roof panel connecting support 31, and then the upper end of the roof panel connecting support 31 and the side ends of the roof panels 24 of the two roof units 1 are all covered in the bent roof panel decorating cover plate 252 by using the roof panel decorating cover plate 252, so as to complete the waterproof and connecting work.
It will be appreciated that the roof panel joining assemblies 25 are similar in construction to the joining assembly 30 in that the connection is changed from roof panels 24 of two adjacent roof units 1 to adjacent roof panels 24 on one roof unit 1.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, the seal 226 is butyl seal tape.
It should be noted that in some other embodiments of the present invention, the sealing member 226 may also be glass glue or other glue-like substance for waterproof function.

Claims (10)
1. A new cellular roofing system, characterized in that it comprises a plurality of roofing units (1), said roofing units (1) comprising:
