dipping the ceramic blank in the glaze slurry to obtain a matt furnace transmutation pink wiredrawing glaze blank;
and (3) heating the matt furnace transmutation pink drawing glaze blank body to 1240 ℃ in the air atmosphere, and then cooling the matt furnace transmutation pink drawing glaze blank body to room temperature along with a furnace to obtain the matt furnace transmutation pink drawing glaze.
The appearance of the matt pinkish glaze obtained in this example is shown in FIG. 1. As can be seen from FIG. 1, the matt furnace pink drawn glaze obtained in this example exhibited a pink regular striped matt texture, which was aesthetically pleasing and pleasing to the eye.

the alkali components in the glaze formula of the matt fambe pink wiredrawing glaze comprise potassium oxide, sodium oxide, zinc oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, barium carbonate and phosphorus hexaoxide, wherein the molar ratio of the potassium oxide, the sodium oxide, the zinc oxide, the calcium oxide, the magnesium oxide, the barium carbonate and the phosphorus hexaoxide is 0.114: 0.03-0.05: 0.15-0.16: 0.22-0.23: 0.22-0.24: 0.16-0.17: 0.07-0.077; the ratio of the total amount of alkaline components in the glaze formula of the matt famille pink wiredrawing glaze to the amount of alumina, silica and titanium dioxide is 1: 0.16-0.18: 0.64-0.65: 0.09-0.10;
the preparation method of the matt fambe pink wiredrawing glaze comprises the following steps:
mixing glaze of the matt furnace transmutation pink wiredrawing glaze except the bright red pigment with water, and performing ball milling to obtain premixed slurry;
mixing the premixed slurry with a scarlet pigment to obtain glaze slurry;
glazing the whole surface of the ceramic blank by adopting the glaze slurry to obtain a matt fambe pink wiredrawing glaze blank;
oxidizing and sintering the matt fambe pink drawing glaze blank body to obtain matt fambe pink drawing glaze;
the temperature of the oxidation sintering is 1230-1250 ℃;
and after the premixed slurry and the scarlet pigment are mixed, sieving is further carried out, and the mesh number of a sieve used for sieving is 150-170 meshes.
2. The matt transmutation pink drawing glaze according to claim 1, wherein the glaze of the matt transmutation pink drawing glaze comprises the following components in parts by mass: 35 parts of potash feldspar, 10 parts of barium carbonate, 13 parts of kaolin, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 15 parts of dolomite, 10 parts of bone ash, 12 parts of talc and 5 parts of scarlet pigment.

mixing glaze of the matt furnace transmutation pink wiredrawing glaze except the bright red pigment with water, and performing ball milling to obtain premixed slurry;
mixing the premixed slurry with a scarlet pigment to obtain glaze slurry;
glazing the whole surface of the ceramic blank by adopting the glaze slurry to obtain a matt fambe pink wiredrawing glaze blank;
and oxidizing and sintering the matt furnace transmutation pink wiredrawing glaze blank to obtain the matt furnace transmutation pink wiredrawing glaze.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the oxidizing firing is performed in an air atmosphere.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein the glaze slurry has a concentration of 38 to 42 Baume degrees.
7. The preparation method of claim 4, wherein the ball milling time is 16-20 h.
8. The preparation method according to claim 4, characterized in that the mass ratio of the glaze material to water of the matt kiln pink wire-drawing glaze except for the scarlet pigment is 100: 75-85.
