Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of skin care products, and particularly relates to body milk.
Background
Body milk is a cosmetic emulsion for use on the body. The body lotion has the common effects of moisturizing, whitening and moistening the whole body, and is divided into multiple functions of smoothing the whole body, preventing sunburn, reducing weight, repairing and maintaining, and making the body attractive, thereby improving the personal charm and attracting the attention of the opposite sense. Body milk can be subdivided into products required for many parts such as face, neck, upper limbs, hands, body, buttocks, abdomen, lower limbs, feet, etc. according to body parts; according to the subdivision of the product efficacy, a plurality of body care products for moisturizing, whitening, slimming, body-building, body-perfuming, cutin removal and the like can be provided; the components can be further subdivided according to the flavor and raw materials, such as essence and spice blended products, purely natural plant flavor products, essential oil additive products and the like.
The female has larger hormonal change in gestation period, and the abdomen bulge causes the elastic fiber and the collagen fiber of the skin to be damaged or broken, so that the abdomen skin becomes thinner and thinner, and then, pink or purple wavy patterns with different widths and different lengths can appear. After delivery of the woman, these figures fade away leaving behind white or silvery shiny scar lines, which are what we commonly call striae of pregnancy. And once striae gravidarum is formed, the striae gravidarum basically cannot repair and disappear by oneself. Therefore, many women are deeply afflicted with children after the children are born, and can all want to eliminate the trouble.
However, the body milk on the market is not friendly to pregnant and lying-in women, and is easy to stimulate the skin with delicate abdomen, so that there is a need to develop a body milk suitable for pregnant and lying-in women, which can lighten striae gravidarum.
Chinese patent application CN108451876a discloses a method for preparing body milk for striae gravidarum removal, which comprises the following steps: 20-30 parts of chitin, 30-40 parts of borage oil, 2-8 parts of ethylene glycol, 2-9 parts of almond oil, 10-20 parts of poria cocos extract, 2-8 parts of centella asiatica extract, 5-15 parts of alfalfa extract, 4-6 parts of stabilizer, 3-6 parts of emulsifier, 10-20 parts of emollient, 3-7 parts of lawn pennywort extract, 5-10 parts of hydrogenated soybean lecithin, 3-8 parts of saccharic acid, 12-18 parts of cacumen biotae extract, 11-14 parts of angelica extract, 3-8 parts of allantoin, 5-10 parts of amniotic fluid and 5-10 parts of oat polypeptide. The product has the advantages of pure nature, no hormone, convenient operation, quick absorption, skin tendering and lubrication, skin contraction and tightening, and the components of the traditional Chinese medicines complement each other, so that striae gravidarum is reduced, the treatment effect is obvious, and no toxic or side effect is caused. However, the numerous components in this technology add complexity and cost to the preparation and interactions between the components can make the system unstable.
The invention aims to research the body milk which has no side effect and simple preparation process.

Wherein the groups of examples 3-5 and comparative examples 1-4 were in accordance with 0.05g/cm 2 The dosage of (2) is 1 time in the morning and at night on the lower abdomen; during use, the diet is balanced. The skin elasticity of the lower abdomen before and after taking the anti-wrinkle product was measured by using a skin elasticity tester MPA580 of the company CK, germany, for 6 weeks, and the R2 value (R2 value means the ratio of the rebound quantity of the skin without negative pressure to the maximum stretching quantity with negative pressure, the ratio is approximately 1, which indicates that the better the skin elasticity). The results are shown in Table 1.

Therefore, the body milk provided by the invention has better effect of tightening skin and increasing elasticity, and meanwhile, the types of the body milk components and the preparation method thereof have a certain influence on the effect.
2. Evaluation of whitening Effect
The body milks prepared in examples 3 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were tested for their whitening effect with reference to "T/SHRH 015-2018 cosmetic-tyrosinase activity inhibition test method".
1.5g/L of L-dopa was prepared using 0.01mol/L of disodium hydrogen phosphate-citric acid buffer at pH6.8 as a substrate, 40. Mu.L of the substrate was added to the well plate, and 80. Mu.L of disodium hydrogen phosphate-citric acid buffer and 40. Mu.L of the test substance (body milk samples prepared in examples 3 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4) were added. Then, 40. Mu.L of 100U/ml tyrosinase was added, and after mixing, the mixture was reacted in a water bath at 30℃for 30 minutes, and absorbance was measured at 490nm using a DR6000 ultraviolet-visible light spectrophotometer. And calculating the inhibition rate of tyrosinase activity.
Inhibition ratio = [1- (T-T) 0 )/(C-C 0 )]×100%;
Wherein C is absorbance (absorbance value of enzyme reacting with substrate) when no sample is added with enzyme, C 0 For the absorbance without enzyme addition without sample (solvent background absorbance value), T is the absorbance with enzyme addition with sample (sample tube absorbance value), T 0 Absorbance without enzyme addition to the sample (sample background absorbance).
