Abstract

As a preferable scheme of the invention, astragalus membranaceus and sweetgum fruit tea for reducing blood lipid and blood glucose is formed by the following components in parts by weight: 95-98% of astragalus and 2-5% of auxiliary materials; wherein the auxiliary materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 2 to 5 percent of mulberry leaf, 3 to 4 percent of burdock, 4 to 6 percent of kudzuvine root, 2 to 5 percent of gypsum, 1 to 4 percent of coptis chinensis, 2 to 5 percent of rhizoma anemarrhenae, 1 to 2 percent of amur corktree bark, 2 to 6 percent of dried rehamnnia root, 2 to 8 percent of figwort root and 1 to 5 percent of cortex lycii radicis.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the astragalus root and sweetgum fruit tea for tonifying qi and nourishing heart is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 95-98% of astragalus and 2-5% of auxiliary materials; wherein the auxiliary materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 5% of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 6-7% of poria cocos, 2-4% of corn silk, 6% of radix trichosanthis, 2-3% of snakegourd fruit, 2-3% of balsam pear, 4% of red sage root and 2-6% of rhodiola rosea.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the astragalus membranaceus and sweetgum fruit tea for enhancing metabolism and resisting fatigue is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 95-98% of astragalus and 2-5% of auxiliary materials; wherein the auxiliary materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 2 to 3 percent of acanthopanax, 5 to 6 percent of Chinese yam, 3 to 4 percent of dwarf lilyturf tuber, 3 to 6 percent of fragrant solomonseal rhizome, 5 to 6 percent of medlar, 2 to 4 percent of twotooth achyranthes root, 2 to 4 percent of dogwood and 3 to 6 percent of ginseng.
The invention further provides a preparation method of the astragalus root and sweetgum fruit tea, which comprises the following steps:
removing head, peeling, shredding, softening and shaping radix astragali to obtain annular semi-finished product;

Based on the preparation method, the invention also provides a preparation device of the astragalus root sweetgum fruit tea, which comprises a main material forming device A and an auxiliary material liquefying device B which are mutually independent, wherein the main material forming device A shreds and softens astragalus root to form an integrated strip, the auxiliary material liquefying device B forms concentrated solution after crushing, extracting, purifying, mixing and concentrating different auxiliary materials, the concentrated solution formed in the auxiliary material liquefying device B is sprayed onto the strip through a spraying mechanism, and the strip sprayed with the concentrated solution is dried, shaped and sheared into a ring with a specified length at a low temperature;

Thus, a part of the high-pressure gas blown out of the air duct 3 is used for screening and dehumidifying the material, and the other part accelerates the material entering the coil 2, so that the material is centrifugally separated in the coil 2 to form different material flows. Namely, a wind dividing piece 13 is arranged at the joint of the coil pipe 2 and the air pipe 3, the wind dividing piece 13 divides the wind of the air pipe 3 into two parts, the proportion relation of the two parts is flexibly determined according to actual requirements, after wind dividing, materials round the coil pipe 2 under the action of wind force and are divided into a plurality of material flows in the coil pipe 2 under the action of centrifugal force, and the material flow double-control valves 4 respectively enter different inlets of the two branch pipes 5.

the auxiliary materials comprise one or more of mulberry leaves, burdock, kudzuvine root, gypsum, coptis chinensis, rhizoma anemarrhenae, amur corktree bark, dried rehmannia root, figwort root, cortex lycii radicis, largehead atractylodes rhizome, indian buead, corn silk, mongolian snakegourd root, snakegourd fruit, balsam pear, red sage root, rhodiola root, acanthopanax root, chinese yam, dwarf lilyturf tuber, fragrant solomonseal rhizome, medlar, twotooth achyranthes root, common macrocarpium fruit and ginseng;
the preparation method comprises the following steps: removing head, peeling, shredding, softening and shaping radix astragali to obtain annular semi-finished product;
performing compound compatibility and mixing on auxiliary materials of medicinal and edible medicinal materials selected according to the efficacy to form concentrated solution, spraying the concentrated solution on the surface of the astragalus annular semi-finished product, and then drying at low temperature;
wherein, the specific steps of carrying out compound compatibility and mixing on auxiliary materials of medicinal and edible medicinal materials selected according to the efficacy to form concentrated solution include:
s100, performing supercritical CO2 extraction on medicinal and edible medicinal materials selected according to the efficacy, crushing the medicinal materials to 10-200 meshes before performing supercritical CO2 extraction on the medicinal and edible medicinal materials to obtain a compound extract, and adding pure water into the compound extract to obtain a stock solution;
