If the express boxes to be delivered exceed the residual capacity of the current transfer box 2, selecting a part of the express boxes from the express boxes to be delivered; and the selected express box does not exceed the residual capacity of the transfer box 2 at present.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, after it is determined that the express boxes to be delivered exceed the current remaining capacity of the relay box 2, the network device 1 or the relay box 2 in the relay box system automatically selects as many express boxes as possible from the express boxes to be delivered, and makes the selected express boxes not exceed the current remaining capacity of the relay box 2; or the network device 1 or the transit box 2 in the transit box system automatically excludes the least number of express boxes from the to-be-dispatched express boxes, and the remaining express boxes, namely the indirectly selected express boxes, do not exceed the remaining capacity of the transit box 2. Finally, the network equipment 1 or the transit box 2 in the transit box system prompts the selected relevant information of the express box, such as the corresponding ID number, to the delivery personnel, so that the delivery personnel can arrange the express box to be delivered more conveniently; or the network device 1 or the transit box 2 in the transit box system automatically generates a corresponding delivery task for the selected express delivery box, and distributes the delivery task to the intelligent delivery device to deliver the selected express delivery box.
Example four:
a fourth embodiment of the present invention provides a method for notifying a recipient, which is applied to the transfer box 2 system provided in the first embodiment or the transfer box 2 provided in the second embodiment, and includes:
and judging whether the express box to be delivered exceeds the residual capacity of the current transfer box 2.
If the express box to be delivered exceeds the residual capacity of the current transfer box 2, the addressee is informed that the express box cannot be normally delivered at present, and is reminded to collect the delivered express box.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, after it is determined that the to-be-delivered express delivery boxes exceed the remaining capacity of the current relay box 2, the network device 1 or the relay box 2 in the system of the relay box 2 automatically sends a notification message to the handheld device or the personal PC of the recipient, so as to notify the recipient that all the to-be-delivered express delivery boxes cannot be normally delivered because all the to-be-delivered express delivery boxes exceed the remaining capacity of the current relay box 2, and remind the recipient to receive the delivered express delivery boxes as soon as possible, so that all the to-be-delivered express delivery boxes can be normally delivered.
Example five:
referring to fig. 4, the present embodiment provides a transfer box 3, where the transfer box 3 includes a weighing component 33 and a reading component 30 for reading information of a readable label of a courier box in the transfer box 3; the transfer box 3 further comprises a control component 31, and the weighing component 33 and the reading component 30 are both electrically connected with the control component 31; the transfer box 3 can be provided with a weighing component 33 on the basis of the transfer box 2 provided by the second embodiment, or can be other transfer boxes 3 for temporarily storing express boxes; when the transfer box 3 is added with the weighing component 33 on the basis of the transfer box 2 provided in the second embodiment, the control component 31 is the control and communication component 21, and the reading component 30 is the reading component 20. The transfer box 3 may further include a display component 32 electrically connected to the control component 31, wherein the display component 32 is the display component 22 when the transfer box 3 is added with a weighing component 33 on the basis of the transfer box 2 provided in the second embodiment. The sender places the delivered delivery box in the transfer box 3, after which the delivery box is taken out by a pick-up person or by an intelligent pick-up device such as a pick-up robot, and the transfer box 3 is also capable of measuring the weight of the item in the transfer box 3 by means of the weighing assembly 33. It should be noted that the transfer box 3 provided in this embodiment is used for temporarily storing the delivered express box and the delivered express box at the same time, or is only used for temporarily storing the delivered express box and is not used for temporarily storing the delivered express box. In addition, when the transfer box 3 is provided with the weighing component 33 on the basis of the transfer box 2 provided in the second embodiment, the specification information and the corresponding quantity information of the delivered express boxes in the transfer box 3 can be used together with the specification information and the corresponding quantity information of the delivered express boxes in the transfer box 3 to judge whether the to-be-delivered express boxes exceed the remaining capacity of the current transfer box 3, but if it is determined that the delivered express boxes can be picked up before being placed in the transfer box 3, for example, a delivery person or an intelligent delivery device can pick up the delivered express boxes temporarily stored in the same transfer box 3 while delivering the express boxes to the transfer box 3, the specification information and the corresponding quantity information of the partially-delivered express boxes are not used to judge whether the to-be-delivered express boxes exceed the remaining capacity of the current transfer box 3.
In this embodiment, the weighing assembly 33 is used to measure the weight of the items within the transfer box 3. Optionally, a storage plate is arranged on the bottom surface in the transfer box 3, the express box is placed on the storage plate, and the related sensor of the weighing component 33 is arranged between the storage plate and the bottom surface and used for measuring the weight of the articles placed on the storage plate; also, when the transfer box 3 is internally provided with a plurality of storage plates, for example, the transfer box 3 is internally provided with a plurality of storage compartments, each storage compartment is respectively provided with one storage plate, and correspondingly, each storage plate is provided with a related sensor of the weighing component 33 below for respectively measuring the weight of the articles placed on each storage plate.
Example six:
referring to fig. 5, a sixth embodiment of the present invention provides a method for measuring a transportation weight of a posted courier box, which is applied to a transfer box 3 provided in the fifth embodiment, and includes:
step S100, measuring the weight of the articles in the transfer box 3 for multiple times during the period from the opening to the closing of the entrance of the transfer box 3, and comparing at least two measurement results before and after the measurement;
step S110, responding to the measurement result of the weight increase, and reading the information of the readable label of the express box in the transfer box 3 to obtain the number of newly added and posted express boxes;
and S120, if the number of the newly-added and posted express boxes is 1, recording the added value of the weight as the transportation weight corresponding to the newly-added and posted express boxes.
Specifically, in one embodiment of this embodiment, during the period when the entrance of the transfer box 3 is opened to be closed by the sender, the transfer box 3 measures the weight of the item therein by the weighing component 33 for a plurality of times and compares at least two measurement results before and after, the frequency of the measurement may be set to be once every 1 second, if the result of the current measurement is increased compared to the result of the previous measurement, the corresponding scenario is that the sender places the item in the transfer box 3 between the previous measurement and the current measurement by the weighing component 33; at this time, the transfer box 3 can obtain the number of the newly added and posted express boxes by reading the information of the readable labels of the express boxes arranged in the transfer box and comparing the information with the information read last time. If the number of the newly added and posted express boxes is 1, the corresponding scene is that a sender puts 1 posted express box in the transfer box 3 between the previous measurement and the current measurement of the weighing component 33, the weight increase value obtained by subtracting the previous measurement result from the current measurement result of the weighing component 33 is the total weight of the express box and the objects in the box, and the transfer box 3 records the weight increase value as the transportation weight corresponding to the newly added and posted express box to be used as the basis for calculating the freight charge; it is understood that the transfer box 3 obtains the ID number of the newly added and posted express box through the reading component 30, and corresponds the added value of the weight to the ID number of the newly added and posted express box. The sender can simultaneously measure the transportation weight of the express boxes only by putting the posted express boxes into the transfer box 3, and other redundant operations are not needed, so that the operation of posting the express boxes by the sender is more convenient; and step S120 is performed after the sender places the posted express delivery box in the transfer box 3, compared with the conventional self-service posting method in which the sender measures and records the weight of the posted item by a weighing tool outside the placement area before placing the posted item, it is effective to prevent the sender from performing an improper action of placing the posted item after the operation of measuring the weight without any authorization to replace or increase the posted item. In addition, after the added value of the weight is recorded as the transportation weight corresponding to the newly added and posted express box, if the sender takes out and puts in the express box again for the second time, the transfer box 3 can also automatically detect the operation of taking out and putting in the express box again, and measure and update the transportation weight corresponding to the express box again. It can be understood that the charging weight for the final fare pricing can be the total weight of the express box and the articles in the box, or the weight of the articles in the box, that is, the result of subtracting the empty weight of the express box from the added value of the weight.
Further, if the above-mentioned quantity that obtains newly-increased express delivery box of posting is not 1, then send different hints to the sender according to the difference of quantity, include:
prompting a sender to put the newly added and posted express boxes one by one according to the fact that the number of the newly added and posted express boxes is more than 1;
the number of the newly added express boxes for posting is 0, and the fact that the article placed into the transfer box 3 by the sender is not the express box for posting is prompted.
Specifically, if the number of newly added and posted express boxes obtained by the transfer box 3 is greater than 1, the corresponding scene is that a sender puts a plurality of posted express boxes simultaneously, and the added value of the weight is the weight of the plurality of posted express boxes and the articles in the boxes which are put into the transfer box 3 by the sender simultaneously, so that the transfer box 3 cannot accurately measure the weight of a single express box and the articles in the boxes; in this case, the relay box 3 sends a prompt or a message with the same meaning to the sender that the transportation weight of a single express box cannot be accurately measured and the sender should place the express boxes to be posted one by one, and the prompt can be directly displayed by the display component 32 of the relay box 3 or sent to the handheld device or the personal PC of the recipient by the relay box 3 through the network device. If the number of the newly added and posted express boxes in the transfer box 3 is 0, the corresponding scene is that the article put into the transfer box 3 by the sender is not the posted express box, and the transfer box 3 sends a prompt or information with the same meaning that the article put into the transfer box 3 is not the posted express box to the sender, and the sender puts into the designated express box. The transfer box 3 correspondingly sends out relevant prompts aiming at two conditions that a sender incorrectly posts, helps the sender place the posted express box in the transfer box 3 according to a correct mode, avoids that the posted object cannot be normally picked up, and helps to ensure that the objects temporarily stored in the transfer box 3 are all the specified express boxes and the objects built in the express boxes when the weighing component 33 is added to the transfer box 2 provided by the embodiment II, so that the result of judging whether the express box to be posted exceeds the residual capacity of the current transfer box 3 is more accurate.
Further, after step S120, the method further includes:
and S130, inquiring whether the posting information of the newly-added posting express box is complete, and prompting the sender to complete the posting information if the posting information of the newly-added posting express box is not complete.
Specifically, after the added value of the weight is recorded as the transportation weight of the newly added and posted express box, the transfer box 3 may be connected to a network device, and inquire whether posting information of the express box is complete, where the posting information includes information required for express delivery, such as a recipient and a sender corresponding to the express box, and may be input and uploaded to the network device by the sender through a handheld device or a personal PC before posting. If the forwarding box 3 inquires that the posting information of the newly added and posted express box is not complete, the forwarding box 3 sends the posting information of the express box to the sender, the posting information of the express box is incomplete, the sender is requested to complete the prompt of the posting information of the express box or the information with the same meaning, and the prompt can be directly displayed by a display component 32 of the forwarding box 3 or sent to a handheld device or a personal PC of the addressee by the forwarding box 3 through a network device.
Example seven:
the seventh embodiment of the present invention provides a method for automatically detecting that an express delivery box is taken out of a transfer box 3, which is applied to the transfer box 3 provided in the fifth embodiment, and includes:
reading the information of the readable label of the express box in the transfer box 3 at the first moment;
reading the information of the readable label of the express box in the transfer box 3 at the second moment;
comparing the information read at the first time and the information read at the second time to obtain the information of the dispatched express boxes taken out of the transfer box 3 between the first time and the second time;
and/or comparing the information read at the first time and the second time to obtain the information of the posted delivery box taken out of the transfer box 3 between the first time and the second time.
In one embodiment of the embodiment, the relay box 3 reads and records the information of the readable labels of all the express boxes arranged in the relay box at a first time, the information contains the ID numbers of the express boxes, and at a second time after a certain time interval, the relay box 3 reads and records the information of the readable labels of all the express boxes arranged in the relay box again and compares the information with the recorded information of the readable labels of all the express boxes read at the first time to obtain the information of the express boxes which can be read at the first time but cannot be read at the second time, and identifies the ID numbers of the express boxes which cannot be read at the part as the ID numbers of the express boxes taken out between the first time and the second time. The relay box 3 can further identify whether the taken-out express box is a posted express box or a delivered express box by connecting network equipment according to the ID number, so that information of the delivered express box taken out from the relay box 3 between the first time and the second time and/or information of the posted express box taken out from the relay box 3 between the first time and the second time can be obtained.
The method provided by the embodiment can be used for automatically detecting the operation that the express box in the transfer box 3 is taken out by the addressee or the express picking-up person, and automatically identifying the relevant information of the taken-out express box, so that the addressee or the express picking-up person only needs to take out the express box from the transfer box 3, the relevant information of the taken-out express box can be automatically identified without redundant operation so as to update the logistics state of the express box, and the operation that the addressee takes in the express box or the express picking-up person picks up the express is more convenient and efficient.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modification, equivalent replacement or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A transfer case system, comprising:
the network equipment is used for obtaining the specification information and the corresponding quantity information of the express boxes to be dispatched;
the transfer box is used for temporarily storing the delivered express boxes and presetting corresponding capacity; wherein the transfer box comprises a reading component for reading information of a readable label of a courier box in the transfer box; the transfer box also comprises a control and communication component, and the control and communication component is used for processing the information of the readable label read by the reading component and carrying out data communication with the network equipment;
the network equipment or the transfer box obtains specification information and corresponding quantity information of the express boxes in the transfer box according to the information of the readable label read by the reading component, and the network equipment or the transfer box automatically judges whether the express boxes to be delivered exceed the residual capacity of the transfer box according to the specification information and the corresponding quantity information of the two types of express boxes to be delivered and the two types of express boxes in the transfer box.
2. A transfer case, comprising: a reading component and a control and communication component;
the transfer box is used for temporarily storing the delivered express boxes and presetting corresponding capacity;
the reading assembly is used for reading the information of the readable label of the express box in the transfer box;
the control and communication component is used for processing the information of the readable label read by the reading component and carrying out data communication with a network device;
the transfer box receives specification information and corresponding quantity information of the express boxes to be delivered sent by the network equipment, obtains the specification information and the corresponding quantity information of the express boxes in the transfer box according to the information of the readable labels read by the reading component, and automatically judges whether the express boxes to be delivered exceed the residual capacity of the transfer box according to the specification information and the corresponding quantity information of the two types of express boxes in the transfer box to be delivered and the current type of express boxes; or the transfer box sends the information of the readable label read by the reading component to the network equipment, so that the network equipment can obtain the specification information and the corresponding quantity information of the express boxes in the transfer box according to the information of the readable label read by the reading component, and can automatically judge whether the express boxes to be delivered exceed the residual capacity of the transfer box according to the specification information and the corresponding quantity information of the two types of express boxes to be delivered and in the transfer box; or the transfer box obtains the specification information and the corresponding quantity information of the express boxes in the transfer box according to the information of the readable label read by the reading component, and sends the obtained specification information and the corresponding quantity information of the express boxes in the transfer box to the network equipment, so that the network equipment can automatically judge whether the express boxes to be delivered exceed the residual capacity of the transfer box according to the specification information and the corresponding quantity information of the two types of express boxes to be delivered and the two types of express boxes in the transfer box; or the transfer box sends the information of the readable label read by the reading component to the network equipment, so that the network equipment can obtain the specification information and the corresponding quantity information of the express boxes in the transfer box at present according to the information of the readable label read by the reading component, the transfer box receives the specification information and the corresponding quantity information of the two types of express boxes to be dispatched and in the transfer box at present, which are sent by the network equipment, and automatically judges whether the express boxes to be dispatched exceed the residual capacity of the transfer box at present according to the specification information and the corresponding quantity information of the two types of express boxes to be dispatched and in the transfer box at present.
3. The transfer box of claim 2, further comprising a display component for displaying a prompt message; the display component is further used for displaying visual characteristic information of the express boxes received by the addressees who open the inlet of the transfer box, so that the addressees can be helped to find the corresponding express boxes quickly.
4. A transfer box according to claim 2 or claim 3, wherein the transfer box is further adapted to temporarily store a posted courier box; the transfer box further comprises a weighing assembly for measuring the weight of the articles in the transfer box.
5. A method of selecting a delivery cassette for use in a transfer case system as claimed in claim 1 or in a transfer case as claimed in claim 2 or 3, the method comprising:
judging whether the express box to be delivered exceeds the residual capacity of the transfer box at present;
if the express boxes to be dispatched exceed the residual capacity of the transfer box, selecting a part of express boxes from the express boxes to be dispatched; and the selected express box does not exceed the residual capacity of the transfer box at present.
6. A method of notifying a recipient, for use in a transfer box system as claimed in claim 1 or in a transfer box as claimed in claim 2 or 3, the method comprising:
judging whether the express box to be delivered exceeds the residual capacity of the transfer box at present;
and if the express box to be delivered exceeds the current residual capacity of the transfer box, informing a receiver that the express box cannot be normally delivered at present and reminding the receiver to collect the delivered express box.
7. A method of measuring the shipping weight of a mailed package as recited in claim 4, applied to a transfer box, said method comprising:
measuring the weight of the articles in the transfer box for multiple times during the period from the opening to the closing of the inlet of the transfer box, and comparing at least two measurement results before and after the measurement;
responding to the weight increase measurement result, and reading information of the readable label of the express box in the transfer box to obtain the number of newly added and posted express boxes;
and if the number is 1, recording the added value of the weight as the transportation weight of the newly added and posted express box.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein if the number is not 1, sending different prompts to the sender according to the number, specifically comprising:
prompting the sender to place the senders into the delivery boxes one by one according to the number of the senders is more than 1;
and prompting that the articles put into the express boxes are not the posted express boxes according to the number of 0.
9. The method of measuring the shipping weight of a posted courier package of claim 7, further comprising, after recording the increase in total weight as the shipping weight of the newly added posted courier package:
inquiring whether the posting information of the newly added posting express box is perfect; if not, the sender is prompted to complete the posting information.
10. A method of detecting removal of a courier cassette from a transfer box, for use in the transfer box of claim 4, the method comprising:
reading information of a readable label of an express box in the transfer box at a first moment;
reading the information of the readable label of the express box in the transfer box at the second moment;
comparing the information read at the first time and the information read at the second time to obtain the information of the dispatched express boxes taken out of the transfer box between the first time and the second time;
and/or comparing the information read at the first time and the second time to obtain the information of the posted express box taken out of the transfer box between the first time and the second time.
