Abstract
本发明涉及一种应用于宽带接入RJ45插座模块中的线簧弹性支撑结构,由八只空间排列的线簧、环氧树脂覆铜箔印制电路板和弹性支撑件组成,八只线簧后端固定在模块内部。弹性支撑件置于线簧前端下方,弹性支撑件非悬臂部分固定在模块内部,电路板固定于弹性支撑件的悬臂上。所述线簧后端固定,前端采用悬臂方式,当水晶头推入时,线簧下压,前端与电路板接触。当弹性支撑件悬臂下行到达预定止位时,悬臂停止动作,线簧进一步受压,继续变形,保证每一根线簧触点和电路板金手指之间长时间稳定的连接。优点:采用普通硬质环氧树脂覆铜箔印制电路板,利用弹性支撑件的下行,提供线簧变形空间,减少线簧前端变形量。止位的设置,使金手指接触稳定可靠。

技术领域
本发明是一种应用于宽带接入RJ45插座模块中的线簧弹性支撑结构,属于综合布线技术领域。
背景技术
RJ45插座模块的电气性能通常需要依靠模块内部的线簧排列和印制电路板上的线条的走线共同来调节。线簧与印制板的布放位置通常有两种技术方案。一种是线簧后端连接印制板,连接方式通常采用压接或焊接,连接稳定可靠;另一种方式,当模块性能等级要求比较高时,一般要求线簧前后两端都连接印制板。线簧前端与电路板的连接方式一般采用金手指方式,金手指连接是一种接触式连接,对线簧前端的形状和位置有很高的要求。一旦金手指接触不到位,通常会严重影响模块的性能,甚至整条布线的链路测试不合格。目前布线厂家采用的线簧与前端电路板的布置方式通常有两种,一种是线簧前端固定放置一块普通的环氧树脂覆铜箔印制电路板,这种情况下,为了减少线簧变形,要求线簧前端悬臂足够长,才能保证长期使用不变形,但这种方式会导致模块长度较长;另一种方式,线簧下放置柔性电路板,柔性电路板与每根线簧对应接触部分被分开,相对独立。每根线簧和柔性电路板下有单独的弹性支撑,线簧前端下压时,每根线簧与柔性电路板对应触点接触。这种柔性连接方式的制造难度、装配难度和加工制作的成本都相对较高。
发明内容
本发明提出的是一种应用于宽带接入RJ45插座模块中的线簧弹性支撑结构,其目的在于针对上述存在问题,提出一种线簧前端连接的做法,采用普通环氧树脂覆铜箔板和弹性支撑件,既可以减短线簧长度,使模块体积减小,又具备一定的弹性支撑强度,保证接触可靠性。同时支撑结构的制造难度、装配难度以及成本控制,明显低于柔性电路板接触结构。收取得到良好的技术和经济效果。
本发明的技术解决方案:一种应用于宽带接入RJ45插座模块中的线簧弹性支撑结构,采用线簧前端连接法,包括八只空间排列的线簧、环氧树脂覆铜箔印制电路板和弹性支撑件,所述八只线簧前端为悬臂结构,与RJ45水晶头接触,后端固定在模块内部,弹性支撑件置于线簧悬臂下方,包括悬臂和非悬臂部分,弹性支撑件通过其非悬臂部分固定在模块内部,环氧树脂覆铜箔印制电路板固定于弹性支撑件的悬臂上。

所述弹性支撑件包括弹性支撑件悬臂、弹性支撑件非悬臂部分和弹性支撑件止位,所述弹性支撑件非悬臂部分安装于模块内部,端部设有弹性支撑件止位。
所述弹性支撑件悬臂与线簧悬臂同方向倾斜,伸展方向向下与水平面成夹角,减小线簧使用中的变形。
其工作方法,其特征是包括如下步骤:
1)水晶头簧片与线簧前端悬臂接触,当水晶头推入时,线簧下压,印制电路板受到线簧下压力时,下压弹性支撑件悬臂,支撑件悬臂下行;
2)线簧前端悬臂下行,到达指定位置后停止动作;
3)线簧进一步受压,继续变形,线簧变形产生的弹力保证每一根线簧触点和印制电路板金手指之间有压力以保证电路接触可靠性;
4)线簧连通电路板后,电路板上线条调节模块性能。
本发明的有益效果:
1)使用中,线簧下压安装有电路板的弹性支撑件悬臂,弹性支撑件悬臂下行同时提供一定的支撑力和空间,既可保证线簧与环氧树脂覆铜箔印制电路板之间长时间稳定的结合力,又可提供簧片变形空间,减少线簧变形,使用过程中结构稳定,变形量小,在多次插拔和长期使用中仍保持良好的接触可靠性。1)线簧前端与电路板金手指的触点、后端模块内部固定点和水晶头接触点稳定接触,3点受力,连接稳定可靠。
2)印制电路板水平或倾斜一定的角度放置,当电路板延线簧伸展方向倾斜放置时,可提供部分空间,减小线簧使用中的变形。
3)结构简单,设计新颖合理、科学,生产制造、装配难度以及成本控制得到了很好的控制。应用在RJ45插座模块上,电气性能参数匹配稳定、优越,利于达到国际标准对超6类及以上要求的连接硬件的性能指标,经济实用。

下面结合附图对本发明技术方案进一步说明
如附图1-3所示,一种线簧前端连接的做法,采用普通环氧树脂覆铜箔板和弹性支撑件,既可以减短线簧长度,使模块体积减小,又具备一定的弹性支撑强度,保证接触可靠性。同时支撑结构的制造难度、装配难度以及成本控制,明显低于柔性电路板接触结构。收取得到良好的技术和经济效果。
本发明的解决方案:其特征是由八只空间排列的线簧、环氧树脂覆铜箔印制电路板和弹性支撑件组成,所述八只线簧前端为悬臂结构,后端通过焊接或压接固定在模块内部。弹性支撑件置于线簧悬臂下方,支撑件固定在模块内部,电路板固定于弹性支撑件的悬臂上。所述线簧前端悬臂与水晶头簧片接触,当水晶头推入时,线簧下压,电路板受到线簧下压力时,下压弹性支撑件悬臂,支撑件悬臂下行。当悬臂下行一段距离,到达指定位置时,即停止动作。线簧进一步受压,继续变形,此时线簧变形产生的弹力保证了每一根线簧触点和电路板金手指之间有一定的压力以保证电路接触可靠性。线簧连通电路板后,电路板上线条可调节模块性能。弹性支撑件的下行,可提供线簧变形空间,减少线簧前端变形量,保证长期使用的可靠性。止位的设置,保证了线簧触点和电路板金手指之间长时间稳定的支撑力。
电路板放置于支撑件悬臂上,支撑件悬臂沿线簧伸展方向向下与水平面成一定夹角,当线簧被下压时,线簧同时向前方和下方伸展,电路板倾斜放置所预留的空间,可提供部分线簧变形空间,减小线簧使用中的变形。
通过上述线簧弹性支撑结构的设计,线簧结构稳定性明显优于非弹性支撑结构设计的线簧,此时再通过印制电路板上线条的布置,继续优化模块的电气性能。确保RJ45模块稳定、优越的性能。
Claims (2)
1.一种应用于宽带接入RJ45插座模块中的线簧弹性支撑结构,其特征是采用线簧前端连接法,包括八只空间排列的线簧、环氧树脂覆铜箔印制电路板和弹性支撑件,所述八只线簧前端为悬臂结构,与RJ45水晶头接触,后端固定在模块内部,弹性支撑件置于线簧悬臂下方,包括悬臂和非悬臂部分,弹性支撑件通过其非悬臂部分固定在模块内部,环氧树脂覆铜箔印制电路板固定于弹性支撑件的悬臂上;
八只空间排列的线簧后端通过焊接或压接固定在模块内部;
所述弹性支撑件包括弹性支撑件悬臂、弹性支撑件非悬臂部分和弹性支撑件止位,所述弹性支撑件非悬臂部分安装于模块内部,端部设有弹性支撑件止位;

2)线簧前端悬臂下行,到达指定位置后停止动作;

4)线簧连通电路板后,电路板上线条调节模块性能。
