the telescopic mechanism (6) is arranged between the tops of the first sliding grooves (4), and the telescopic mechanism (6) is connected with the cutter (5);
the collecting mechanism (7) is arranged on the base (1), and the collecting mechanism (7) is connected with the mounting table (2);
the telescopic mechanism (6) comprises:
the first installation blocks (60) are arranged on the first sliding grooves (4), and the first installation blocks (60) are arranged on the first sliding grooves;

the collection mechanism (7) comprises:

the second connecting blocks (72) are arranged on the first sliding blocks (71);

the top of the mounting table (2) is symmetrically provided with a fourth mounting block (94);
the second rollers (95) are rotatably arranged on the fourth mounting blocks (94);
the third sliding block (96) is arranged at the top of the mounting table (2) in a sliding manner, and the third sliding block (96) is arranged at the top of the mounting table;
the pull ropes (97) are symmetrically arranged between the third sliding block (96) and the second sliding block (91), and the pull ropes (97) bypass the second roller (95) and the first roller (93);
the top of the mounting table (2) is symmetrically provided with a fifth mounting block (98), and the fifth mounting block (98) is far away from the fourth mounting block (94);
