Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of deodorization, and particularly relates to a natural deodorant.
Background
At present, the odor of the deodorant on the market is mainly covered by essence or a mint component containing odor, and the fragrance emission is accelerated by alcohol, but the deodorant cannot eliminate the odor, and the odor can continue to appear after the essence is dispersed; in addition, the existing essence deodorant can not cover the peculiar smell of sulfur-containing, acid-containing or aldehyde-containing structures.
Although there is a method of adsorbing odor by using a macroporous polymer material such as activated carbon or zeolite, this method is suitable for treating odor having a small concentration range, and has disadvantages that the adsorption efficiency is low and the adsorption amount is small and odor is released due to saturation of adsorption for odor having a large concentration range.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the background problems, the invention aims to provide a natural deodorant, which takes tromethamine, glycolipid and tea fermentation extract as core components, wherein the tromethamine can react with molecules in odor to change the molecules into odorless and tasteless safety factors, the glycolipid has strong antibacterial activity, and the tea fermentation extract can prevent rancidity caused by oxidation of grease and bacterial breeding; therefore, the natural deodorant of the invention can fundamentally eliminate the odor and has good deodorization effect. The invention also aims to provide a preparation method and application of the natural deodorant.
In order to achieve the above object, on one hand, the embodiment of the present invention provides a technical solution:
the natural deodorant comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass:
25-35% of tromethamine, 8-12% of glycolipid, 8-12% of tea fermentation extract and the balance of water.
Preferably, the tromethamine is a biologically derived tromethamine.
In one embodiment, the glycolipid is selected from one or both of sophorolipid, mannosylerythritol lipids.
Preferably, the glycolipid is a mixture of sophorolipid and mannosylerythritol lipids, and the mass ratio of sophorolipid to mannosylerythritol lipids in the mixture is 1: 1-2.
In one embodiment, the tea fermentation extract is extracted from one or more of green tea, yellow tea, oolong tea, black tea, and white tea.
The deodorant comprises tromethamine, the structural formula of which is shown as formula (I), is multifunctional amino alcohol, has excellent safety, and can capture aldehyde and fatty acid; common chemicals that produce off-flavors are isovaleric acid (3-methylbutanic acid), 2-nonenal (2-nonenal), propionic acid, and the like.
The reaction of tromethamine with aldehydes can form imines or oxazolidines, the reaction formula is shown in formula (II):
tromethamine can also react with acid to generate ammonium salt, so that the chemical substances generating peculiar smell become odorless and tasteless; and the tromethamine can also effectively react with formaldehyde and hydrogen sulfide to achieve the effects of indoor odor purification and removal of some harmful substances.
The content of tromethamine in the natural deodorant is 25-35%, and if the content is higher than 35%, the skin is easy to dry when the natural deodorant is sprayed on the skin, so that the experience feeling is poor; at 25%, it is difficult to remove some odors, such as foot odor, odor protein odor, etc.
The glycolipid in the deodorant is selected from one or two of sophorolipid and mannosylerythritol lipid, the sophorolipid has certain antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral activities, when the mass concentration of the sophorolipid reaches 1mg/mL, the inhibition rate of the sophorolipid on escherichia coli can reach 87%, the inhibition rate on bacillus subtilis can reach 91%, and the change of temperature does not influence the emulsification characteristic of the sophorolipid; the sophorolipid has irreversible damage to fungi in logarithmic growth phase and has good inhibition effect on plant-derived decay-causing fungi; in addition, the sophorolipid can quickly and effectively inhibit HIV virus, and has good inhibition effect on herpes virus, cytomegalovirus, influenza virus A, influenza virus B and influenza virus C and respiratory virus.
The content of glycolipid in natural deodorant is 8-12%, and when the content is higher than 12%, the transparency of the product is affected, especially under low temperature condition, and in addition, the content of glycolipid is higher than 12%, the cost of the product is increased by 30%; when the content is less than 8%, the bacteriostatic ability of the product is reduced, so that the scalp odor and the oral odor cannot be effectively removed.
The tea fermentation extract can effectively resist oxidation, and prevent rancidity and bacterial breeding caused by oxidation of oil; meanwhile, the skin moisturizing cream can stimulate and resist pollution and free radical damage to skin, and is beneficial to moisturizing and skin repair.
The content of the tea fermentation extract in the natural deodorant is 8-12%, if the content is higher than 12%, the transparency and stability of the product can be affected, the cost can be increased by 50%, and if the content is lower than 8%, on one hand, the efficiency of removing peculiar smell of the product can be reduced, and on the other hand, the moisturizing effect of the product can also be reduced.
The deodorant disclosed by the invention takes the three components as cores, can exert a deodorizing effect under different systems, is mild and safe, and has a skin repairing function and a moisturizing effect.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the invention also provides a preparation method of the natural deodorant, which is characterized in that tromethamine, glycolipid and tea fermentation extract are dissolved in water according to a proportion.
Preferably, the tromethamine and the glycolipid are added into water and stirred and dissolved at 37-50 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution; adding the tea fermentation extract into the mixed solution, and stirring uniformly at 22-28 deg.C.
In one embodiment, the preparation method of the tea fermentation extract comprises the following steps:
s1, inoculating 0.5-5g of bifidobacterium activated by a shaking table into a culture medium for fermentation;
s2, after fermentation is finished, inactivating the bacterial liquid, centrifuging and collecting supernatant;
s3, adding the tea leaves into the supernatant obtained in the step S2 for extraction, stirring and filtering after the extraction is finished to obtain filtrate, and adding a natural preservative for preservation;
s4, adding tromethamine into the filtrate obtained in the step S3, carrying out ultrasonic extraction, heating extraction and reflux stirring extraction, and then filtering, concentrating, separating and purifying to obtain a stock solution;
and S5, taking the stock solution in the step S4, concentrating, taking supernatant, and adding deionized water for dilution to obtain a tea fermentation extracting solution.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides the application of the natural deodorant in the deodorant product, wherein the addition amount of the natural deodorant in the deodorant product is 1-10%, and the deodorant product is a personal care product, a pet product or an in-vehicle product.
Preferably, the deodorant product has a pH of 5-8.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following effects:
the natural deodorant disclosed by the invention takes tromethamine, glycolipid and tea fermentation extract as core components, the tromethamine can react with molecules in odor to change the molecules into odorless and tasteless safety factors, the glycolipid has strong antibacterial activity, and the tea fermentation extract can prevent rancidity caused by oxidation of grease and bacterial breeding; therefore, the natural deodorant of the invention can fundamentally eliminate odor, has good deodorization effect and has the effects of repairing skin and moisturizing.
