adding an emulsifier, a solubilizer and a cosolvent into deionized water in a vacuum emulsifying machine, heating to 55 ℃, adding lauryl methacrylate and a plant extracting solution while stirring, forming transparent microemulsion after half an hour, adding a preservative, stirring for dissolving, cooling, and filtering to obtain the finished product air purifying agent.
Example 6
An air purifying agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
15 parts of lauryl methacrylate, 5 parts of eucalyptus leaf extract, 1 part of glycerol monooleate, 2 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 6 parts of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 10 parts of dipropylene glycol, 0.2 part of preservative and 61.8 parts of water;
the preparation method of the air purifying agent is the same as the example 1 except that the temperature is heated to 75 ℃.
Comparative example 1
A microbial deodorization air purifying agent comprises the following components:
the microbial composite fertilizer comprises bacillus megatherium, a lactic acid bacteria group, a yeast group, photosynthetic bacteria, nitrobacteria, actinomycetes, azotobacter, geotrichum candidum, aspergillus niger, organic acid and small molecular peptide secreted by the bacteria and other beneficial microorganisms, wherein the number of effective viable bacteria is more than or equal to 10 hundred million/g.
Examples of the experiments
The air purifying agent prepared by the invention is tested for the removal rate of ammonia, formaldehyde, hydrogen sulfide and TVOC (volatile organic compound), and the test result is shown in Table 1 according to QB/T2761-.
Table 1 air purifying agent effect test
As can be seen from Table 1, the air purifying agent obtained by compounding lauryl methacrylate and plant extract and under the action of the emulsifier, the solubilizer, the cosolvent and the preservative can well remove molecules such as ammonia, formaldehyde, hydrogen sulfide and the like in air. The air-purifying agent of the present invention has more excellent removing effect than comparative example 1 (microbial air-purifying agent in the prior art).
The air purifying agents prepared in the embodiments 1-6 of the invention are respectively applied to air purification of toilets, farms, paint furniture factories and sewage treatment plants, and the results show that the air purifying agents have good effect of removing peculiar smell molecules.
The air purifying agents prepared in the embodiments 1-6 of the invention all achieve the room deodorization and the environmental air deodorization effects, the air purifying agents of the embodiments 1-6 are subjected to hot storage tests, and the results show that the air purifying agents are stored at 54 ℃ for 30 days: the air purifying agent of the invention does not change color, does not break milk and delaminate after being subjected to a hot storage test, does not change a deodorizing function, and shows excellent stability during aging.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
