Background
The nine items of malodor control in the odor pollutant emission standard are: benzene, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, trimethylamine, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, carbon disulfide, styrene, and dimethyl disulfide. In addition, harmful substances such as formaldehyde and TVOC are also present in the air that we breathe.
Nowadays, the awareness of environmental protection is getting stronger, various peculiar smells and odors produced in various industrial production processes also need to be treated urgently. Along with the improvement of living standard, the health consciousness of people is gradually increased. At present, people often put deodorant in refrigerators, toilets, guest rooms, offices and automobiles. The existing odor removing principle of the odor removing agent mainly comprises physical and chemical reactions such as covering, physical adsorption, decomposition, replacement, substitution, polymerization and the like. For example, activated carbon deodorizers, can adsorb odoriferous substances from the air to achieve an odor elimination effect. Although these deodorants can temporarily remove the offensive odor, once they are not used, the offensive odor continues to be generated and cannot be removed from the source. The main components of the odor and peculiar smell gas are aromatic hydrocarbons, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, formaldehyde and the like, wherein most of harmful gases are intermediate products generated by incompletely decomposing certain harmful substances by microorganisms, and if the microorganisms can be effectively killed, the odor and peculiar smell can be removed from the source to a certain extent.
Therefore, a plant deodorant which is non-toxic, pollution-free, strong in odor removal and sterilization capacity, free of secondary pollution and irritation to a human body and suitable for long-term use and used for removing dimensionless odor in a paint spray booth is urgently needed.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the following specific examples:
the invention aims to solve the problem of providing a plant deodorant which is non-toxic, nuisanceless, pollution-free, strong in peculiar smell removing and sterilizing capabilities, free of secondary pollution and stimulation to human bodies, and is suitable for long-term use and used for removing dimensionless odor in a paint spray booth.
In order to overcome the problems of strong smell, toxicity, harm and the like of the deodorant in the prior art, the invention relates to a deodorant composition containing woody plant essential oil, which comprises the following components: 0.1-0.5 part of woody essential oil, 0.05-0.15 part of preservative, 0.1-2 parts of non-ionic surfactant, 0.1-0.3 part of cationic surfactant, 1-3 parts of deodorant and 80-110 parts of water.
The deodorizing concentrated solution composition containing the woody essential oil has the advantages of no toxicity, no public nuisance, no pollution, strong deodorizing and sterilizing capability, no secondary pollution, no stimulation to human bodies and suitability for long-term use. Not only can remove odor and peculiar smell fast, but also has very strong sterilization capability, and removes odor from the source. The woody essential oil, the tea tree essence and the orchid cypress essence are extracted from natural plants, do not contain chemical substances such as aldehydes, chlorine, peroxides, phenols and the like which are harmful to human bodies, contain natural components such as woody alcohol, rosendin acid, fendorin, plant flavone, amino acid and the like which are beneficial to human bodies, have the killing effect on bacteria and mould in the air, and can prevent pests from invading human bodies and inhibit human pathogenic bacteria. Especially, the woody essential oil also has the effects of eliminating insomnia, headache and anxiety, helping respiratory organs and lung functions, improving blood circulation and heart activity, relieving hypertension and preventing angiosclerosis, promoting the metabolism and activating collaterals of cells of the whole body, beautifying and prolonging life.
Further, 0.2-0.4 part of woody essential oil, 0.08-0.12 part of preservative, 0.5-1.5 parts of nonionic surfactant, 0.15-0.25 part of cationic surfactant, 1.5-2 parts of deodorant and 90-100 parts of water.
Further, 0.3 part of woody essential oil, 0.1 part of preservative, 1.1 parts of nonionic surfactant, 0.2 part of cationic surfactant, 1.7 parts of deodorant and 96.6 parts of water.
Further, the preservative is at least one selected from benzoic acid, 1, 3-dimethylhydroxymethyl dimethylhydantoin, 3-iodo-2-propynyl butyl carbamate, sorbic acid, formic acid, methyl paraben, ethyl paraben, propyl paraben, benzyl alcohol, benzoic acid, sodium benzoate, imidazolidinyl urea, dehydroacetic acid, sodium dehydroacetate and isothiazolinone compounds.
Further, the isothiazolinone compound is at least one selected from 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 2-methyl-5-chloro-4-isothiazolin-3-one, N-dodecyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one and N-dodecyl-5-chloro-4-isothiazolin-3-one.
In actual operation, the preservative is selected to enhance the stability of the deodorizing concentrated solution composition and effectively remove the odor in the air. Particularly, when the preservative is 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 2-methyl-5-chlorine-4-isothiazolin-3-one and N-dodecyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, the weight ratio of the preservative to the preservative is 3: 1: 1, the quality guarantee period of the deodorizing concentrated solution composition containing the woody essential oil is effectively prolonged, the composition is not layered after being placed for a long time, and the composition has excellent sterilization effect while removing peculiar smell, so that the peculiar smell is removed from the source. In addition, after long-term research, the inventor also finds that the deodorizing and deodorizing concentrated solution composition containing the woody essential oil of the present application can synergistically exert the best deodorizing and sterilizing effect when a mixture of 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 2-methyl-5-chloro-4-isothiazolin-3-one, and N-dodecyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one in a specific ratio is mixed with tween 20. The inventors speculate that the possible reasons are: the interface state of a system is changed under the action of a certain proportion of Tween 20 due to uneven charge distribution in molecules of a specific isothiazolinone compound, under the interface state, the specific isothiazolinone compound can be combined with microorganisms to the maximum extent, and an active part on a heterocycle forms a hydrogen bond with a base of DNA in protein in a bacterium body and is adsorbed on a cell of the bacterium, so that the structure of the DNA in the cell is damaged, the replication capacity of the DNA is lost, and the cell is killed.
In practical operation, the preparation method of the N-dodecyl-4-isothiazolin-3-ketone comprises the following steps:
a1 preparation of N, N' -dodecyl-dithio-dipropionamide: immersing a three-neck flask provided with a mechanical stirrer, a thermometer and a dropping funnel into a salt bath, adding dimethyl dithiodipropionate into the three-neck flask, and slowly dropwise adding a laurylamine aqueous solution when the three-neck flask is cooled to 0 ℃ in an ice bath, wherein the reaction temperature is 0-5 ℃. Stirring for 3-5 hours after the dropwise adding is finished, and continuing stirring for 5-8 hours after a white solid appears. And (3) after cooling, carrying out suction filtration, washing with 15-20 ml of water for 3-4 times, and drying in an oven to constant weight to obtain the N, N' -dodecyl-dithio-dipropionamide.
A2 preparation of N-dodecyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one: a four-neck flask provided with a mechanical stirrer, a thermometer, a dropping funnel and a condenser tube is immersed in an ice salt bath, and a drying tube and a tail gas absorption device are connected at the outlet of the condenser tube. Adding 100ml of 1, 2-dichloroethane as a solvent into a four-mouth flask, adding dry N, N' -dodecyl-dithiodipropionamide, stirring and cooling to 0 ℃, slowly dropwise adding sulfuryl chloride under the protection of nitrogen, adjusting the dropwise adding speed, controlling the temperature to be 0-5 ℃, continuing stirring and reacting for 30min under the protection of nitrogen after dropwise adding is finished at 0-5 ℃, then slowly heating to 30 ℃, preserving heat for 24 hours, and carrying out suction filtration. The solid after suction filtration was transferred to a flask, dissolved in 40ml of water and neutralized to pH 6 with sodium bicarbonate powder. Weighing 100ml of ethyl acetate, pouring the ethyl acetate into a flask for four times, extracting, combining extract liquor, adding 15g of anhydrous magnesium sulfate, stirring for 2-3 hours, filtering, and evaporating the filtrate at 50-60 ℃ under reduced pressure to remove the solvent to obtain the N-dodecyl-4-isothiazoline-3-ketone.
The molar ratio of dimethyl dithiodipropionate to laurylamine added in A1 was 1: 2; the molar ratio of the N, N' -dodecyl-dithiodipropionamide to the sulfuryl chloride added in A2 is 1: 4.
further, the nonionic surfactant is selected from at least one of fatty glyceride, sorbitan fatty acid, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, tween 20, tween 40, tween 60 and tween 80.
In practice, the Tween isPolyethylene oxideDewateringSorbitolSheetLauric acidA mixture of an ester and a portion of polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate, wherein Tween 20 isLauric acidEsters, Tween 40 as palmitate and Tween 60 as palmitateHard fat Acid(s)Ester, tween 80 was oleate.
The application relates to a deodorant composition containing essential oil of woody plants, wherein Tween, especially Tween 20 can uniformly disperse the essential oil of cedar into a solvent to fully exert the function of the essential oil of cedar and can effectively prevent the effective components in the essential oil of cedar from being separated out. The inventors speculate that the possible reason is that the effective components in the cedar essential oil can be occluded in the polyoxyethylene chain of tween, and the effective components are prevented from being separated out due to the interaction between the polyoxyethylene chain and the solvent. In addition, the inventors have surprisingly found that, in the present application, when tween 20 and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether are mixed, particularly when the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is isooctanol polyoxyethylene ether, and the weight ratio of isooctanol polyoxyethylene ether to tween is 1: at 10, the stability of the system can be significantly enhanced. The possible reason is that tween 20 and isooctanol polyoxyethylene ether are interacted, and the particles are closely arranged, so that the aggregation resistance of a dispersed phase is increased.
Further, the nonionic surfactant is a mixture of isooctanol polyoxyethylene ether and tween 20, and the corresponding weight ratio is 1: (5-15).
Further, the cationic surfactant is soybean ethyl sulfate morpholine.
In actual practice, the soybean ethyl sulfate morpholine (product name is FORESTALL) is a very unique cationic surfactant and is also a natural deodorant, and can be used for removing various peculiar smells. The odor removing device can well capture odor molecules, can well contact and permeate an odor source, can neutralize the odor, and can really remove various odors instead of simply covering to remove the odor. In addition, the soyabean ethyl morpholine sulfate can not react with the main functional group carbonyl of the plant essence in the application, can be compounded with the plant essence for use, and has a synergistic effect on removing the peculiar smell, so that the peculiar smell removing capability is effectively enhanced. Meanwhile, the deodorizing concentrated solution composition containing the woody essential oil has excellent sterilization and disinfection effects and provides unique fragrance of the plant essential oil.
Further, the smell removing agent is at least one of essence and plant essential oil.
Further, a method for preparing the deodorant composition containing the woody plant essential oil comprises the steps of:
s1, adding water into a batching tank at room temperature, starting a stirrer, adding a cationic surfactant, and stirring until the cationic surfactant is dissolved;
s2, uniformly mixing the woody essential oil, the deodorant and the nonionic surfactant, slowly adding the mixture into a batching tank, and simultaneously quickly stirring at the stirring speed of 1500R/min for 15 minutes;
s3, adding the preservative into the mixing tank, slowly stirring until the preservative is dissolved, wherein the stirring speed is 300R/min, and thus the deodorizing concentrated solution composition containing the woody essential oil can be prepared.
