The motion sensor 3 selects a graphene flexible sensor which is in a strip shape, and is sewn on the inner surface of the trouser leg corresponding to the front side of the leg in the interval of 15 cm below the thigh and 15 cm above the knee joint and the shank. When the lower limbs move, the graphene sensor is deformed, voltage changes are caused, and therefore a motion signal is obtained.
The knee joint information collected by the electrode 1, the MEMS microphone 2 and the motion sensor 3 is transmitted to the controller 15 through the interface 14, weak signals are amplified to be in proper size through the front-end conditioning module 6, interference signals are filtered through the analog filtering module 7, the interference signals are converted into digital signals through the ADC module 8, and the digital signals are further processed by a program programmed by the microprocessor 9 to obtain target parameters. The target parameters include presence and severity of effusion, blood flow velocity and volume in the knee joint, normal and abnormal joint sounds in the knee joint, and the period of motion of the lower extremities. And synchronizing the impedance signal and the joint sound signal with the motion period by taking the motion period as a reference. And automatically obtaining scores and total scores of 3 dimensions of the knee joint through an algorithm, and judging whether the joint is abnormal or not and the type and the grade of the abnormality according to a preset classification standard. When the result shows damage, the microprocessor 9 sends a report to the upper computer 13 through the communication module 11 to prompt the damage and provide joint condition data.
Phototherapy module 4 has 3 light emitting component in this embodiment, chooses for use the wavelength range to be 808~850nm low energy red light, and the biological regulation effect who mainly utilizes low energy laser alleviates pain, eliminates inflammation, prevents sports injury etc.. The power regulation range is 50-300 mW, the single irradiation dose is preferably 4-12J/point recommended by the world laser treatment society, and the common single irradiation time is 15-20 minutes per leg. The light-emitting element uses a flexible LED and is packaged by silica gel with good biocompatibility. Wherein 2 light-emitting components are fixed on the inner surface of the trouser leg opposite to the inner side surface of the knee joint, and the other 1 light-emitting component is fixed on the inner surface of the trouser leg opposite to the outer side surface of the knee joint, so that the light-emitting components can be attached to the skin.
The drug therapy module 5 carries the medicine through the detachable microneedle patch 21, and when a patient carries out drug therapy, the microneedle patch 21 carrying the medicine can be installed in the placing groove 20, and only a drug therapy command needs to be executed through the controller 15 during therapy, the device automatically disconnects the spring lock 17, releases the spring 18, and extrudes the pressing plate 19, so that the microneedle patch 21 is pushed out of the shell 22, and the medicine is released. The medical treatment module 5 is provided with a plurality of placing grooves, the user can adjust the types and the dosage of the medicines according to the conditions, and the micro-needles are made of biodegradable composite materials.
The therapy module is controlled by a microprocessor 9. The microprocessor 9 automatically judges whether treatment is needed according to the knee joint data, matches treatment parameters, sends a request instruction to the upper computer 13, and the user judges whether treatment is executed or cancelled.
The controller 15 selects an AduCM350 integrated on-chip meter of ADI company, and can simultaneously collect and process bio-impedance, sound and motion signals of the knee joint by development and debugging. The AduCM350 main chip, the matched biological configuration daughter board, the required extra amplifier and the mobile power supply are connected to form a controller 15 main body.
The communication module 11 in this embodiment uses bluetooth low energy TI CC2650 to realize communication and control between the controller 15 and the biological information collection module and the treatment module, and is also responsible for communication between the controller 15 and the upper computer 13, so that data can be stored and displayed in devices such as a computer and a mobile phone.

The medication module is set according to the suggestion of a doctor; the treatment mode can be selected during treatment of a user, the knee joint health management module is monitored every 4 hours after the user wears the knee joint health management module and starts, the monitoring time length of each time is 15 minutes, a daily report is generated for the user every day, a total report is generated every week, the phototherapy scheme is adjusted according to the recovery condition of the user in the total report, and prompt and encouragement are given to the user. And setting the medication module according to the medical advice, and giving treatment according to the medical advice scheme. And in the treatment mode, starting treatment reminding, and reminding the user of treatment at regular time according to the set treatment plan.

the therapy module comprises a phototherapy module (4) and a medication module (5);
the phototherapy module (4) is arranged on the inner surfaces of the trouser legs in an internal mode and comprises a plurality of light-emitting elements, the knee joint is subjected to illumination treatment, pain is relieved by utilizing the biological regulation effect of low-energy laser, inflammation is eliminated, and sports injury is prevented, the light-emitting elements are 660nm, 830nm or low-energy light comprising 660nm and 830nm simultaneously, 4-6J/point recommended by the world laser treatment society is used in single irradiation dose, the light-emitting elements are flexible LEDs, the size is small, the light-emitting elements are packaged by silica gel with good biocompatibility and are fixed on the inner surfaces of the trouser legs, opposite to the inner side surfaces and the outer side surfaces of the knee joint, and the light-emitting elements can be attached to the skin;

the analog filtering module (7) is used for measuring the phase and amplitude of knee joint impedance and filtering and conditioning the electric signals collected by the miniature microphone (2);
the ADC module (8) converts the obtained analog signal into a digital signal for further analysis;
the microprocessor (9) is used for controlling the whole system, improving the system precision and analyzing and calculating biological information to obtain target human body parameters;
the signal generating module (10) sends out an alternating current signal with a certain frequency through programming, and is connected with the electrode to enable the electric signal to pass through a specified measuring part;
the communication module (11) is used for transmitting data, realizing the communication and control between the controller (15) and the biological information collection module and the treatment module, and is responsible for the communication between the controller (15) and the upper computer (13), so that the data can be stored and displayed in the upper computer (13);
