As shown in FIGS. 1 to 13:
in an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided an ISOFIX installation guide device capable of guiding an installation process of an ISOFIX hook 1 and an ISOFIX connecting rod 2, comprising:
a guide housing 3, which is provided with a first opening 31 and a second opening 32 at least partially penetrating each other, wherein the first opening 31 and the second opening 32 are respectively used for guiding the ISOFIX hook 1 and the ISOFIX connecting rod 2 to be inserted into the guide housing 3; and
and a locking hook 4 movably installed inside the guide housing 3, and capable of allowing the ISOFIX connecting rod 2 to be inserted into the guide housing 3 through the second opening 32 only when the ISOFIX hook 1 is inserted into a set position in the guide housing 3 from the first opening 31.
The first opening 31 and the second opening 32 formed in the guide housing 3 partially penetrate each other, so that the ISOFIX hook 1 and the ISOFIX connecting rod 2 can be connected to each other at a region where the first opening 31 and the second opening 32 penetrate each other.
Also, since the cross-sectional area of the ISOFIX hook 1 is much smaller than the cross-sectional area of the ISOFIX connecting rod 2, and the opening areas of the first opening 31 and the second opening 32 are respectively fitted to the ISOFIX hook 1 and the ISOFIX connecting rod 2, the first opening 31 and the second opening 32 preferably only need to partially penetrate each other.
In addition, the appearance of the horn mouth that less first opening 31 and great second opening 32 formed can also be convenient it is right to guide the guide housing 3 looks both sides to arrange the seat cushion and cushion ISOFIX couple 1's encirclement to stretch into smoothly to ISOFIX couple 1's position.
While the locking hook 4 is used to ensure that the ISOFIX connecting rod 2 is correctly mounted on the ISOFIX hook 1. Specifically, when the guide housing 3 is not properly connected to the ISOFIX hook 1, the locking hook 4 blocks the second opening 32, and prevents the ISOFIX connecting rod 2 from being inserted into the guide housing 3. When the guide housing 3 is correctly connected to the ISOFIX hook 1, the locking hook 4 will allow the ISOFIX connecting rod 2 to be inserted into the guide housing 3, so that the child safety seat can be correctly mounted on the seat.
Based on the above function of the locking hook 4, when the operator finds that the ISOFIX connecting rod 2 cannot be inserted into the guide housing 3, the connection relationship between the guide housing 3 and the ISOFIX hook 1 is naturally readjusted until the locking hook 4 allows the ISOFIX connecting rod 2 to enter the second opening 32. And when the first opening 31 of the ISOFIX installation guiding device is connected with the ISOFIX hook 1, the second opening 32 can be exposed outside the gap area between the back cushion and the seat cushion of the seat, an operator can conveniently judge whether the ISOFIX hook 1 is correctly assembled with the guiding shell 3 based on the visual inspection of the position of the locking hook 4, and the ISOFIX connecting rod 2 is inserted into the guiding shell 3 when the ISOFIX installation guiding device is correctly assembled, so that the fixed installation of the child safety seat is realized.
It can be seen that, because the ISOFIX installation guide device is previously secured before the child safety seat is installed, the ISOFIX connecting rod 2 can always be connected with the ISOFIX hook 1 under the guide effect of the inner cavity of the guide housing 3, the operation step of repeatedly carrying the child safety seat to adjust the position of the ISOFIX connecting rod 2 is avoided, and the operation is greatly facilitated for an operator.
