Abstract
本发明公开了一种仿真天然大理石装饰栏杆及制作方法，属装饰材料技术领域，适用于城乡绿化工程装饰及室内外装修，其制作方法是：(1)选择模型；(2)将树脂胶，云母粉，彩色结晶石颗粒或天然彩石颗粒，色糊，固化剂，促进剂调匀后刷于模型表面；(3)将树脂胶，石粉，固化剂，促进剂调匀后用毛刷刷铺玻璃纤维布；(4)将氧化镁，氯化镁溶液，滑石粉，石子等拌匀浇铸进模型腹腔内；(5)开模修整；具有成本低，投资少，表面外观色彩丰富，强度高等优点。
Description
本发明涉及一种仿真天然大理石装饰栏杆及制作方法，属装饰材料技术领域。适用于城乡绿化工程装饰及室内外装修。
本发明之前有选用天然石材进行手工雕刻，但这样成本高，或选用氧化镁、氯化镁、石子、沙子浇铸成型后喷漆的仿天然石材或利用不饱和树脂、固化剂、促进剂、石子、石粉加各种颜色浇铸成型的仿天然石材，但这类产品仿真程度差，没有天然石材的外观质感和光滑度，且表面色漆易脱落。本发明完全解决了仿天然石材所存在的不足，就目前来说尚未发现有与本技术方案有相同或相似之处。
本发明的目的在于提供一种产品仿真效果好，外观质感完全达到各种彩色天然石材的效果，表面外观色彩比天然大理石更加丰富，能美化室内外环境且成型时间快，强度高，比重与天然石材相同，表面光滑度高，耐磨，耐酸碱，抗老化，成本低的仿真天然大理石装饰栏杆。
针对现有技术的不足，本发明采取以下制作方法步骤：
一、清理模型：
选择所需模型，将模型清理干净。
二、表面仿真涂层配料及操作：
将树脂胶10Kg，云母粉0.3-1Kg，10-80目彩色结晶石颗粒或用天然彩石颗粒1Kg，色糊0.1-0.3Kg，固化剂0.2Kg，促进剂0.3Kg调合均匀后用毛刷刷在模型表面。待第一层原料稍微凝固后，再刷2-3次即可。
三、加固层配料及操作：
以上操作完成后将树脂胶10Kg，石粉3Kg，固化剂0.3Kg，促进剂0.4Kg调合均匀后，用毛刷边刷料边铺0.1-0.4目的玻璃纤维布，共刷铺2-3层，然后将模型合起来，用螺丝拧紧。
四、添料混合体的配料及操作：
将氧化镁46Kg，氯化镁溶液(23°-27°)50Kg ，滑石粉3Kg，盐酸2Kg，树脂6Kg，固化剂0.2-0.4Kg，促进剂0.3-0.5Kg，石子40Kg用搅拌机搅拌成浆浇铸进模型腹腔内，经振动使之均匀密实凝固成型。
五、开模后处理：
打开模型将凝固成型的产品取出，用砂轮机将多余的边角打磨掉即可。当以上操作运转时即可实现设计之目的。
本发明与已有技术相比具有：构思独特，设计规范合理，成型时间快，比手工雕刻提高工效200倍，产品一次成型，不需喷刷任何色漆，强度高，比重与天然石材相同，表面光滑度高，耐酸碱，耐老化，表面外观色彩比天然大理石更丰富，成本只有天然彩色大理石装饰栏杆的20％，实施本发明投资少，一般厂家均可生产。
本发明经过反复的试验后，成功地加工出了不同规格、不同形状、不同色彩、不同图案的仿真天然大理石装饰栏杆。
Claims (2)
1、一种仿真天然大理石装饰栏杆，其特征在于该由仿真涂层、加固层与混合体构成，上述原料配比构成分别为：(1)仿真涂层：树脂胶10kg、云母粉0.3-1kg、彩色结晶石颗粒或天然彩石颗粒1kg、色糊0.1-0.3kg、固化剂0.2kg、促进剂0.3kg；(2)加固层：树脂胶10kg、石粉3kg、固化剂0.3kg、促进剂0.4kg及玻璃纤维布；(3)混合体：氧化镁46kg、氯化镁溶液50kg、滑石粉3kg、盐酸2kg、树脂6kg、固化剂0.2-0.4kg、促进剂0.3-0.5kg、石子40kg。
2、一种仿真天然大理石装饰栏杆的制作方法，其特征在于构成栏杆的成分为：(1)仿真涂层：树脂胶10kg、云母粉0.3-1kg、彩色结晶石颗粒或天然彩石颗粒1kg、色糊0.1-0.3kg、固化剂0.2kg、促进剂0.3kg；(2)加固层：树脂胶10kg、石粉3kg、固化剂0.3kg、促进剂0.4kg及玻璃纤维布；(3)混合体：氧化镁46kg、氯化镁溶液50kg、滑石粉3kg、盐酸2kg、树脂6kg、固化剂0.2-0.4kg、促进剂0.3-0.5kg、石子40kg；
其制作方法包括以下次序的工艺步骤：
(1)、选择所需模型清理干净；
(2)、将树脂胶10kg、云母粉0.3-1kg、10-80目彩色结晶石颗粒或天然彩石颗粒1kg、色糊0.1-0.3kg、固化剂0.2kg、促进剂0.3kg调合均匀后用毛刷刷在模型表面，待稍微凝固后再刷2-3次；
(3)、实施步骤(2)完成后，将树脂10kg、石粉3kg、固化剂0.3kg、促进剂0.4kg调合均匀后用毛刷边刷料边铺0.1-0.4目的玻璃纤维布，共刷铺2-3层，然后将模型合起来用螺丝拧紧；
(4)、实施步骤(3)完成后，将氧化镁46kg、氯化镁溶液(23-27)50kg、滑石粉3kg、盐酸2kg、树脂6kg、固化剂0.2-0.4kg、促进剂0.3-0.5kg、石子40kg用搅拌机搅拌成浆浇注进模型腹腔内，经振动使之均匀密实凝固成型；
(5)、打开模型将凝固成型的产品取出，将多余的边角打磨掉。
