Abstract
The invention discloses an elevator shaft ventilation control system, which comprises: a hoistway vent hole formed at an upper end of an elevator hoistway; the first electric control opening and closing device is arranged on the hoistway vent hole and used for opening and closing the hoistway vent hole; and the elevator main control system is connected with the first electric control opening and closing device and is suitable for opening and closing the well ventilation holes by controlling the first electric control opening and closing device. When the elevator car is in a stop deceleration state and has decelerated to a preset speed or close to the preset speed, the elevator main control system closes the well vent hole by controlling the first electric control opening and closing device so as to eliminate the chimney effect of the elevator well; when the elevator car is in a starting acceleration state and has accelerated to a preset speed or close to the preset speed, the elevator main control system opens the shaft vent hole by controlling the first electric control opening and closing device so as to eliminate the piston effect of the elevator shaft. Therefore, the invention can reduce the adverse effects of the piston effect and the chimney effect of the elevator hoistway, and improve the safety and the comfort of the elevator.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an elevator shaft ventilation control system.
Background
Along with the continuous development and progress of society, high-rise buildings are higher and higher, elevators are used as convenient vehicles of the high-rise buildings, the influence of the buildings is higher and higher, for example, the common chimney effect is a pressure difference effect of the upper end and the lower end of a shaft caused by the height of the buildings, especially, the reserved ventilation holes are opened by considering the piston effect of the upper end and the lower end of the shaft along the shaft opening, the chimney effect is increased inevitably, the negative effect of the chimney effect is common in the high-rise buildings, for example, wind and sand enter a room through a low-rise hole gap, indoor air is polluted, wind is sucked into a top layer from a low-rise door inlet to cause the normal closing of a ladder door, and fire spreading is increased when fire occurs.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to solve at least one of the above problems and disadvantages in the prior art.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided an elevator hoistway ventilation control system including: a hoistway vent hole formed at an upper end of an elevator hoistway for communicating the elevator hoistway with an outside atmosphere; the first electric control opening and closing device is arranged on the hoistway vent hole and used for opening and closing the hoistway vent hole; and the elevator main control system is connected with the first electric control opening and closing device and is suitable for opening and closing the well vent hole by controlling the first electric control opening and closing device. When the elevator car is in a stop-deceleration state and has decelerated to a preset speed or close to the preset speed, the elevator main control system closes the shaft vent hole by controlling the first electric control opening and closing device so as to eliminate the chimney effect of the elevator shaft; when the elevator car is in a starting acceleration state and has accelerated to the preset speed or close to the preset speed, the elevator main control system opens the shaft vent hole by controlling the first electric control opening and closing device so as to eliminate the piston effect of the elevator shaft.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the first electrically controlled opening and closing device is an electrically controlled blind, an electrically controlled side door or an electrically controlled rolling door.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the predetermined speed is within a range of 2.0m/s to 3.0 m/s.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the predetermined speed is 2.0m/s, 2.5m/s or 3.0 m/s.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the invention, when the elevator car is in the stop-to-stop decelerating state, the decelerating to close to the predetermined speed means that the speed of the elevator car is decelerated to 1% to 5% greater than the predetermined speed.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, when the elevator car is in the start-up acceleration state, the acceleration to near the predetermined speed means that the speed of the elevator car is accelerated to 1% to 5% less than the predetermined speed.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the invention, the elevator main control system is connected with the first electric control opening and closing device in a wired or wireless mode to send a control signal for opening or closing the hoistway vent hole to the first electric control opening and closing device.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the elevator shaft ventilation control system further comprises an operating state judging device for judging whether the elevator car is in the stop-to-stop decelerating state or the start-up accelerating state; the running state judging device is in communication connection with the elevator main control system and is suitable for sending the judged running state signal to the elevator main control system.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the elevator shaft ventilation control system further comprises a running speed detecting device for detecting a running speed of the elevator car; the running speed detection device is in communication connection with the elevator main control system and is suitable for sending detected running speed signals to the elevator main control system.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the invention, the elevator hoistway ventilation control system further comprises: a machine room vent formed in an elevator machine room for communicating the elevator machine room with an outside atmosphere; and the second electric control opening and closing device is arranged on the machine room ventilation hole and used for opening and closing the machine room ventilation hole. The elevator main control system is connected with the second electric control opening and closing device and is suitable for opening and closing the machine room vent by controlling the second electric control opening and closing device; the elevator main control system controls the second electric control opening and closing device to enable the machine room vent holes and the hoistway vent holes to be opened or closed synchronously.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the invention, the second electrically controlled opening and closing device is an electrically controlled shutter, an electrically controlled side door or an electrically controlled rolling door.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the first electrically controlled opening and closing device and the second electrically controlled opening and closing device are identical.
In the foregoing exemplary embodiments according to the present invention, not only the adverse effect of the piston effect of the elevator shaft of the high-rise building but also the adverse effect of the chimney effect of the elevator shaft of the high-rise building can be reduced, improving the safety and comfort of the elevator.

The technical scheme of the invention is further specifically described by the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings. In the specification, the same or similar reference numerals denote the same or similar components. The following description of the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings is intended to explain the general inventive concept of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
Furthermore, in the following detailed description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the disclosure. It may be evident, however, that one or more embodiments may be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices are shown in schematic form in order to simplify the drawing.
According to one general technical concept of the present invention, there is provided an elevator shaft ventilation control system including: a hoistway vent hole formed at an upper end of an elevator hoistway for communicating the elevator hoistway with an outside atmosphere; the first electric control opening and closing device is arranged on the hoistway vent hole and used for opening and closing the hoistway vent hole; and the elevator main control system is connected with the first electric control opening and closing device and is suitable for opening and closing the well vent hole by controlling the first electric control opening and closing device. When the elevator car is in a stop-deceleration state and has decelerated to a preset speed or close to the preset speed, the elevator main control system closes the shaft vent hole by controlling the first electric control opening and closing device so as to eliminate the chimney effect of the elevator shaft; when the elevator car is in a starting acceleration state and has accelerated to the preset speed or close to the preset speed, the elevator main control system opens the shaft vent hole by controlling the first electric control opening and closing device so as to eliminate the piston effect of the elevator shaft.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of an elevator hoistway ventilation control system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, wherein a first electrically controlled opening and closing device mounted on a hoistway vent and a second electrically controlled opening and closing device mounted on a machine room vent are not shown. Fig. 2 shows a schematic diagram of an elevator hoistway ventilation control system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, in which a first electrically controlled opening and closing device mounted on a hoistway vent and a second electrically controlled opening and closing device mounted on a machine room vent are shown.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, the elevator shaft ventilation control system mainly includes: a hoistway vent 110, a first electrically controlled opening and closing device 120, and an elevator main control system (not shown).
As shown in fig. 1, in the illustrated embodiment, hoistway vents 110 are formed at an upper end of the elevator hoistway 100 for communicating the elevator hoistway 100 with the outside atmosphere.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, a first electrically controlled opening and closing device 120 is mounted on the hoistway vent 110 to open and close the hoistway vent 110.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, the elevator main control system is connected to the first electrically controlled opening and closing device 120, and is adapted to open and close the hoistway vents 110 by controlling the first electrically controlled opening and closing device 120.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, when the elevator car 10 is in a stop-and-decelerate state and has decelerated to a predetermined speed or near a predetermined speed, the elevator main control system closes the hoistway vents 110 by controlling the first electrically controlled opening and closing device 120 to eliminate the chimney effect of the elevator hoistway.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, when the elevator car 10 is in an initial acceleration state and has accelerated to a predetermined speed or close to the predetermined speed, the elevator main control system opens the hoistway vents 110 by controlling the first electrically controlled opening and closing device 120 to eliminate the piston effect of the elevator hoistway.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, the aforementioned predetermined speed may be within a range of 2.0m/s to 3.0 m/s.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, the predetermined speed may be 2.0m/s, 2.5m/s, or 3.0 m/s.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one exemplary embodiment of the invention, when the elevator car 10 is in a stop-to-decelerate state, decelerating to near the predetermined speed means that the speed of the elevator car 10 is decelerated to 1% to 5% greater than the predetermined speed, e.g., 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, or 5%.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one exemplary embodiment of the invention, when the elevator car 10 is in the start-up acceleration state, accelerating to near the predetermined speed means that the speed of the elevator car 10 is accelerated to 1% to 5% less than the predetermined speed, e.g., 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, or 5%.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the elevator main control system is connected with the first electrically controlled opening and closing device 120 in a wired or wireless manner to send a control signal for opening or closing the hoistway vents 110 to the first electrically controlled opening and closing device 120.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the hoistway ventilation control system further includes an operation state determining device for determining whether the elevator car 10 is in a state of deceleration to stop or in a state of acceleration to start. The running state judging device is in communication connection with the elevator main control system and is suitable for sending the judged running state signal to the elevator main control system.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the elevator shaft ventilation control system further includes a running speed detecting device for detecting a running speed of the elevator car 10. The running speed detection device is in communication connection with the elevator main control system and is suitable for sending detected running speed signals to the elevator main control system.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the elevator shaft ventilation control system further includes: a machine room vent 210 and a second electrically controlled opening and closing device 220. Machine room vents 210 are formed in the elevator machine room 200 for communicating the elevator machine room 200 with the outside atmosphere. A second electrically controlled opening and closing device 220 is mounted on the machine room vents 210 for opening and closing the machine room vents 210.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the elevator main control system is connected with a second electrically controlled opening and closing device 220, and is adapted to open and close the machine room vents 210 by controlling the second electrically controlled opening and closing device 220. The elevator main control system controls the second electrically controlled opening and closing device 220 to open or close the machine room vents 210 and the hoistway vents 110 synchronously.
Note that for elevators without machine room, there are no machine room vents.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic view of an electrically controlled blind 300 used as the first electrically controlled opening and closing device 120 or the second electrically controlled opening and closing device 220 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, in the illustrated embodiment, the first electrically controlled opening and closing device 120 and the second electrically controlled opening and closing device 220 can be electrically controlled blinds 300. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the first electrically controlled opening and closing device 120 and the second electrically controlled opening and closing device 220 may also be other suitable electrically controlled opening and closing devices such as an electrically controlled side door or an electrically controlled rolling door.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the first electrically controlled opening and closing device 120 and the second electrically controlled opening and closing device 220 are identical. Thus, the cost can be reduced.

1. An elevator hoistway ventilation control system, comprising:
a hoistway vent hole (110) formed at an upper end of an elevator hoistway (100) for communicating the elevator hoistway (100) with an external atmosphere;
a first electrically controlled opening and closing device (120) mounted on the hoistway vent (110) for opening and closing the hoistway vent (110); and
an elevator main control system connected with the first electric control opening and closing device (120) and suitable for opening and closing the hoistway vent hole (110) by controlling the first electric control opening and closing device (120),
when the elevator car (10) is in a stop-deceleration state and has decelerated to a preset speed or close to the preset speed, the elevator main control system closes the hoistway vent hole (110) by controlling the first electric control opening and closing device (120) to eliminate the chimney effect of an elevator hoistway,
when the elevator car (10) is in a starting acceleration state and has accelerated to the preset speed or close to the preset speed, the elevator main control system opens the hoistway vent hole (110) by controlling the first electric control opening and closing device (120) to eliminate the piston effect of an elevator hoistway.
2. The elevator hoistway ventilation control system of claim 1, wherein:
the first electric control opening and closing device (120) is an electric control shutter (300), an electric control side opening door or an electric control rolling door.
3. The elevator hoistway ventilation control system of claim 1, wherein: the predetermined speed is within a range of 2.0m/s to 3.0 m/s.
4. The elevator hoistway ventilation control system of claim 1, wherein: the predetermined speed is 2.0m/s, 2.5m/s or 3.0 m/s.
5. The elevator hoistway ventilation control system of claim 1, wherein:
when the elevator car (10) is in the stop-to-stop deceleration state, the decelerating to near the predetermined speed means that the speed of the elevator car (10) is decelerated to 1% to 5% greater than the predetermined speed.
6. The elevator hoistway ventilation control system of claim 1, wherein:
