The metal piece gluing mechanism 3 comprises a rubber cylinder 31, a rubber cylinder lifting linear module 32 and a rubber cylinder horizontal linear module 33, wherein a cylinder body of the rubber cylinder horizontal linear module 33 is fixed on the horizontal conveying table 1, the rubber cylinder lifting linear module 32 is fixed on a sliding seat of the rubber cylinder horizontal linear module 33, and the rubber cylinder 31 is fixed on a piston rod of the rubber cylinder lifting linear module 32.
The linear module 32 for rubber tube lifting can drive the rubber tube 31 to move horizontally and linearly, and the linear module for rubber tube lifting can drive the rubber tube 31 to move up and down.
The part carrying mechanism 4 is composed of a suction nozzle 41, a suction nozzle lifting cylinder 42 and a suction nozzle horizontal linear module 43, wherein the suction nozzle lifting cylinder 42 is fixed on a sliding seat of the suction nozzle horizontal linear module 43, and the suction nozzle 41 is fixed on a piston rod of the suction nozzle lifting cylinder 42. The nozzle horizontal linear module 43 can drive the nozzle 41 to move horizontally and linearly, and the nozzle lifting cylinder 42 can drive the nozzle 41 to move up and down. The vacuum generator causes the suction nozzle 41 to generate negative pressure suction.
The horizontal conveying table 1 is a double-belt conveyor.

The vibration disc 5 sequentially drives the parts forwards, when the foremost part moves to the end of the flow channel, the sensor senses the part and then transmits a sensing signal to the control machine, and the control machine starts the part carrying mechanism 4. After the suction nozzle 41 of the component conveyance mechanism 4 sucks the component, the component is moved and mounted on the metal component.
