Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种制备包含聚合物、脱模剂和着色剂的着色聚合物组合物的方法。本发明进一步涉及一种制造半成制品或最终制品批次的方法、颗粒状形式的脱模剂组合物的用途和一种脱模剂组合物。
包含着色聚合物组合物或由着色聚合物组合物组成的制品一般使用包括片材挤出、型材挤出、注塑、吹塑、旋转模塑和压塑的各种技术来制备。一般而言这些技术包括使用含有聚合物、着色剂、脱模剂和预期应用所需的任何其他添加剂的预制着色聚合物组合物。因此,一般而言这些技术主要涉及着色聚合物组合物的成形而非制备组合物本身。聚合物行业中常见的是制造可直接(即没有任何另外的改性)用来形成制品的着色聚合物组合物。
制备着色聚合物组合物的着色制品的另一种方式是制备浓色料或母料,并且将基础聚合物组合物原位(即在制造制品期间)与这种浓色料进行组合。这一般允许在改变制品的颜色方面更多的灵活性,但缺点是需要在制品制造的位置处使用多种组分,从而使制品制造在后勤方面更复杂并且要求制品制造设备允许对多于一种组分进行处理。
不管前述如何,着色制品的一个重要方面是这些制品具有一定的颜色一致性。因此,期望制品之间以及每单个制品内的颜色变化降至最少。
着色聚合物组合物包括诸如染料和/或颜料的一种或多种着色剂。鉴于上述颜色一致性,重要的是颜料或染料均匀地分散或溶解于聚合物组合物内。换言之,对制品的颜色一致性要求可转化为将颜料和/或染料分散或溶解于聚合物组合物中。
US 5,116,547公开了一种对用于光学构件的聚碳酸酯挤出或模塑产品着色的方法,其通过液体着色法着色以通过挤出或注塑获得用于光学构件的着色聚碳酸酯挤出或模塑产品。该方法涉及混合用于光学构件的聚碳酸酯树脂和通过将着色剂分散于分散剂中获得的液体着色剂分散体。分散剂包括特定的饱和脂肪酸酯或硅油。在混合聚碳酸酯树脂和液体着色剂分散体后,将所得混合物熔融并且稍后挤出或模塑以形成用于光学构件的产品。例示性分散剂包括硬脂酸丁酯,亚麻籽油,二甲基聚硅氧烷,甲基苯基聚硅氧烷,PE蜡,石蜡和氧化烯烃的酯。本发明人发现,US 5,116,547的液体着色法相对复杂并且要求对挤出机的特定液体进料设备。不希望受限,本发明人进一步认为将液体分散体进料至挤出机的进料段可能在挤出机内形成稳定熔体中造成不稳定性,此举被本发明人定义为“振荡(surging)”。除此以外,US 5,116,547中所公开的液体进料技术可能要求进料装置内精确的压力控制。
US 2002/0013397公开了一种包含分散剂、颜料和热塑性树脂的着色树脂组合物;其中分散剂由式CH2n+1(OCH2CH2)mOH表示并且热塑性树脂为茂金属聚烯烃,其中n为1至100的整数并且m为1至100的整数。
US 4,444,714公开了一种可用于并入热塑性和热固性树脂的着色剂的稳定液体凝胶。液体凝胶包含液体载剂,液体载剂是用于树脂的增塑剂并且通过与烷基铵离子离子交换的亲有机性膨胀晶格粘土而胶凝。
WO2016/142447公开了一种用于对热塑性聚合物组合物着色的母料,所述母料包含相对于母料的总重量计10-50%(重量/重量)总量的着色剂、相对于母料的总重量计0.5-20%(重量/重量)总量的分散剂和相对于母料的总重量计30-80%(重量/重量)总量的载体树脂,其中分散剂是多元醇聚(羟基脂肪酸)酯(pphe分散剂)。
US 2014/0295160公开了一种生产具有深色光泽外观的多层物体的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:制备具有脱模剂的含炭黑母料;制备包含聚碳酸酯和含炭黑母料的配混物,其中炭黑的量为0.05至0.15重量%且脱模剂的浓度为0.1至0.5重量%;生产模塑件;在一阶涂布法中用抗划伤层涂布模塑件。在实例中母料是包含58%炭黑的炭黑/四硬脂酸季戊四醇酯母料。
EP 0365400公开了一种生产颜料分散性和抗冲击性优良的含填料的着色热塑性树脂组合物的方法,该方法包括首先用填料(C)熔融捏合由热塑性树脂(A)和/或热塑性树脂组合物(B)组成的树脂的组分的至少一部分,添加树脂的其余部分(如果存在的话)和颜料(E),并随后进一步进行连续熔融捏合。
US 2015/0344669公开了一种注塑具有1至3mm间的厚度且具有如以2mm厚度测量的介于-1与+0.1之间的CIE色系中的b值和小于2%的雾度值的制品的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:a)提供包含i)通过在铝或锗化合物的存在下使选自至少一种亚烷基二醇和至少一种二羧酸组分的至少三种单体共聚产生的聚酯、ii)1至5ppm的至少一种染料和iii)0.1至0.5m%的脂肪酸酯脱模剂的组合物,并且b)在低于60℃的温度将组合物注入模具直至模具被填满,并且c)排出制品。该参考文献进一步公开了一种包含A)通过在锗化合物的存在下使1,2-乙二醇和两种二羧酸组分共聚产生的聚酯的组合物,该二羧酸组分包含对苯二甲酸组分和4-20摩尔%的间苯二甲酸组分,摩尔%是相对于二羧酸组分的总量计,特征在于该组合物还包含B)0.2至1.5ppm的至少一种染料、C)0.1至0.5m%的硬脂酸硬脂醇酯或三硬脂酸甘油酯,以及一种包含该组合物的具有介于1与3mm之间的壁厚的制品。
EP 0370424公开了一种用于母料的树脂组合物,其包含5至90重量%的改性聚烯烃树脂和5至70重量%的炭黑,炭黑具有15至120微米的平均粒度和多于50ml/100g的吸油值,其中挥发性组分少于3.5重量%。
本发明的目的在于提供一种制备着色聚合物组合物的方法,该方法允许制造具有改进的颜色一致性的制品。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种制备着色聚合物组合物的方法,该方法有成本效益并且不需要对现有设备、诸如特别是挤出机进行较大修改。
具体而言,本发明的目的在于提供一种制备着色聚碳酸酯组合物的有成本效益且稳健的方法,该方法允许制造具有改进的颜色一致性的聚碳酸酯制品。
根据本发明至少部分地实现了这些目的的一者或多者,本发明涉及一种制备包含至少一种聚合物、脱模剂和着色剂的着色聚合物组合物的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:将固体形式的包含所述脱模剂和所述着色剂的脱模剂组合物进料至熔融混合装置的进料段;将所述聚合物进料至所述熔融混合装置;并且在高于所述聚合物的熔融温度的温度在所述熔融混合装置中混合所述脱模剂组合物和所述聚合物,其中:
-所述着色剂是可溶于所述脱模剂中的颜料或染料,
-所述聚合物包含聚碳酸酯或由聚碳酸酯组成,
-脱模剂选自由四硬脂酸季戊四醇酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、三硬酯酸甘油酯和它们的混合物组成的组。
本发明人意外地发现,这种方法将产生显示改进的颜色一致性的聚合物组合物、特别是聚碳酸酯组合物。
本发明涉及基于聚碳酸酯的组合物。因此,组合物中的聚合物包含聚碳酸酯或由聚碳酸酯组成。如果聚合物包含聚碳酸酯,则聚碳酸酯的量优选为基于聚合物的重量计至少60重量%,优选至少80重量%,更优选至少90重量%。即,聚合物包含主要部分的聚碳酸酯和次要部分的其他聚合物(如果存在的话)。例如,聚合物可为聚碳酸酯与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚酯共聚物、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯丙烯腈共聚物中的一者或多者的混合物。为了避免疑惑,聚碳酸酯共聚物或聚酯-共聚-碳酸酯聚合物被认为是聚碳酸酯。
在优选实施方案中,聚合物包含芳族聚碳酸酯或至少两种芳族聚碳酸酯的混合物或由芳族聚碳酸酯或至少两种芳族聚碳酸酯的混合物组成。类似地,在上述共混物中,聚碳酸酯优选为芳族聚碳酸酯。优选芳族聚碳酸酯为双酚A衍生的聚碳酸酯。双酚A衍生的聚碳酸酯是技术人员熟知的,并且可通过涉及双酚A和碳酸二苯酯的酯交换的熔融酯交换法、或通过涉及光气与双酚A反应的界面法来制备。这类聚碳酸酯一般被称为聚碳酸酯均聚物。
在一个实施方案中,聚碳酸酯是聚碳酸酯共聚物或聚碳酸酯共聚物和聚碳酸酯均聚物的混合物。聚碳酸酯共聚物是本身已知的,并且实例包括聚有机硅氧烷、诸如聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚碳酸酯的嵌段共聚物。如果聚碳酸酯是聚碳酸酯共聚物和聚碳酸酯均聚物的混合物,则聚碳酸酯均聚物的量可为基于聚碳酸酯聚合物的总重量计至少80重量%、优选至少90重量%、更优选至少95重量%的聚碳酸酯均聚物。
尽管有上述优选聚合物,但可被应用于本发明的其他聚合物为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、乙烯丙烯共聚物、丙烯乙烯共聚物、乙烯(甲基)丙烯酸酯共聚物、聚氯乙烯、聚酰胺、聚醚酰亚胺、聚醚醚酮和聚乙烯砜。如果存在的话,这类聚合物将按定义形成组合物中聚合物的次要部分。
聚合物组合物包含聚合物、脱模剂和着色剂。基于所述聚合物组合物中聚合物、脱模剂和着色剂之和的重量计,优选脱模剂的量为0.01-1.0重量%并且着色剂的量为按重量计0.1-1000ppm。
基于所述聚合物组合物中聚合物、脱模剂和着色剂之和的重量计,优选脱模剂的量为0.1至1.0重量%,更优选0.3至0.8重量%。如果脱模剂的量过高,则可能导致脱模剂在模具、冷却辊、砑光辊或挤出模上不期望的沉积,从而需要更频繁的清洁并因此减少产出。另外还可能影响其他性质如冲击性能和阻燃性。如果脱模剂的量过低,则聚合物组合物的脱离性能不足。
着色剂的量一般被选择以获得所需颜色强度。在聚合物组合物中着色剂的量可为按重量计0.1-1000ppm。
聚合物组合物可包含另外的添加剂和/或填料、诸如无机填料。
着色剂可为适合于向聚合物提供所需色调的颜料或染料。技术人员了解如何基于聚合物的类型选择适当的着色剂。在本发明的上下文中,着色剂应可溶于脱模剂中。不可溶的着色剂可能随时间渗出脱模剂,从而在脱模剂组合物的存储或运输上造成不期望的问题,污染熔融混合装置的或接近熔融混合装置的进料段(或任何其他运输段、诸如管道),和/或使基于着色脱模剂组合物生产的制品的色调不一致。
换言之,着色剂是可溶于所施加脱模剂中的颜料或染料。优选着色剂是可溶于脱模剂中的染料,理由是这允许制备稳定的脱模剂组合物、即其中着色剂的量随时间稳定的脱模剂组合物。
可用的颜料可包括例如:无机颜料,诸如金属氧化物和混合金属氧化物,诸如氧化锌、二氧化钛、铁氧化物或类似物;硫化物,诸如锌硫化物或类似物;铝酸盐;磺基硅酸钠硫酸盐、铬酸盐或类似物;铁酸锌;群青;有机颜料,诸如偶氮、重氮、喹吖啶酮、苝、萘四甲酸、黄蒽酮、异吲哚啉酮、四氯异吲哚酮、蒽醌、enthrones、二噁嗪、酞菁和偶氮色淀;颜料红101,颜料红122,颜料红149,颜料红177,颜料红179,颜料红202,颜料紫29,颜料蓝15,颜料蓝60,颜料绿7,颜料黄119,颜料黄147,颜料黄150和颜料棕24;或包含前述颜料中至少一者的组合。优选有机颜料优先于无机颜料使用,并且优选着色剂不包含无机颜料。
但更优选着色剂是可溶于脱模剂中的染料。这类染料可属于甲烷型、蒽醌型、苝型、硫靛蓝型、酞菁型、香豆素型、双苯并噁唑基邻苯二甲酸酯型或噁唑芪型。可采用的有机染料的实例是三苯基甲烷,噁嗪,噻嗪,硝基甲川,偶氮染料和蒽醌染料。在偶氮染料中可提及例如重氮染料和尤其是单偶氮染料,例如苯偶氮苯、苯偶氮吡唑啉酮、苯偶氮乙酰乙酸芳基化物或苯偶氮萘系列的染料。单偶氮染料可含有属于偶氮染料中常用种类且不与聚碳酸酯反应的其他取代基。适合用于本发明的其他染料是蒽醌染料。优选染料选自由以下组成的组:溶剂绿3,溶剂绿28,溶剂绿38,溶剂红52,溶剂红101,溶剂红111,溶剂红135,溶剂红169,溶剂红179,溶剂红207,分散红22,还原红41,溶剂橙60,溶剂橙63,分散橙47,溶剂紫13,溶剂紫14,溶剂紫36,溶剂紫50,分散紫26/31,分散蓝73,溶剂蓝97,溶剂蓝101,溶剂蓝104,溶剂蓝122,溶剂蓝138,分散黄201,溶剂黄33,溶剂黄114,溶剂黄93,溶剂黄98,溶剂黄163,溶剂黄160:1,溶剂黄188,以及前述着色剂中至少两者的混合物。这些着色剂与含聚碳酸酯的聚合物组合物相容,并且良好地可溶和/或分散于诸如四硬脂酸季戊四醇酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、三硬脂酸甘油酯和它们的混合物的脱模剂中。

组合物不包含碳基颜料,诸如炭黑、槽法炭黑或颜料黑6。
着色剂可为单一染料,染料的混合物,单一颜料,颜料的混合物,或者一种或多种染料和一种或多种颜料的混合物。
在聚合物组合物的领域中,脱模剂被认为是使由含所述脱模剂的聚合物组合物制备的制品相比于不含脱模剂的其他方面相同的聚合物组合物而言更容易从表面上脱离的物质。例如,在制备注塑制品的聚合物组合物中通常采用脱模剂。脱模剂允许注塑制品更容易、即以更少的力从模具中移除。对于通过挤出制备的制品,脱模剂允许从表面、诸如像砑光辊或冷却辊的表面上的脱离改进或与表面的摩擦减小。
技术人员将理解所采用脱模剂的类型取决于聚合物的类型。
在本发明的上下文中,脱模剂具有足够高于室温的熔点,从而允许其在生产环境中用作固体物质。优选脱模剂的熔点为至少50℃,优选50-100℃,更优选50-85℃。在此上下文中,要注意四硬脂酸季戊四醇酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、三硬酯酸甘油酯的熔程分别为60-66℃、57-65℃和72-75℃。
例如从WO2014/203173和WO2015/132740中已知将这些脱模剂与包含作为聚合物的聚碳酸酯或由作为聚合物的聚碳酸酯组成的组合物组合使用。
根据本发明,脱模剂是四硬脂酸季戊四醇酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、三硬酯酸甘油酯或这些脱模剂中至少两者的混合物。即,在本发明的上下文中,脱模剂选自由四硬脂酸季戊四醇酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、三硬酯酸甘油酯和它们的混合物组成的组。因此,脱模剂可为四硬脂酸季戊四醇酯,单硬脂酸甘油酯,三硬酯酸甘油酯,或四硬脂酸季戊四醇酯和单硬脂酸甘油酯的混合物,四硬脂酸季戊四醇酯和三硬酯酸甘油酯的混合物,或单硬脂酸甘油酯和三硬酯酸甘油酯的混合物,或四硬脂酸季戊四醇酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯和三硬酯酸甘油酯的混合物。
为了避免疑惑,要注意物质“四硬脂酸季戊四醇酯”应被理解为以CAS号115-83-3注册的物质。
在本发明的上下文中,脱模剂组合物是颗粒状形式(在室温下)的组合物,并且含有着色剂和基于脱模剂组合物的重量计至少40重量%、诸如40-99重量%或50-95重量%的脱模剂。组合物优选呈粒料、粉末、珠或薄片的形式。这类形式是技术人员已知的。
脱模剂充当所述着色剂的载体材料。而着色剂溶解于脱模剂中。脱模剂组合物还可含有其他功能添加剂,诸如UV稳定剂、抗氧化剂、水解稳定剂、阻燃剂、催化剂猝灭剂、抗静电剂和类似物。催化剂猝灭剂是使聚合后聚合物中残留的催化剂失活的物质。在聚合物是使用熔融酯交换法制备的聚碳酸酯的实施方案中,优选催化剂猝灭剂是甲苯磺酸丁酯。
优选脱模剂组合物包含基于脱模剂组合物的重量计至少40重量%、更优选至少50重量%的脱模剂。着色剂的量取决于最终制品所需的色调,但可为基于脱模剂组合物的重量计0.0001-0.1重量%。
为了避免疑惑,脱模剂组合物不包含载体树脂或载体聚合物。
在根据本发明的制备着色聚合物组合物的方法中,脱模剂的固体形式由粒料、粉末、薄片或珠中的一者或多者组成。
脱模剂组合物可通过在高于脱模剂的熔融温度的温度混合脱模剂、着色剂和任选其他的功能添加剂来制备。混合允许制备均匀的混合物,该混合物被连续冷却至低于脱模剂的熔融温度的温度,并且使用通常已知的技术成形为诸如粒料、粉末、珠或薄片的颗粒状形式。在制备脱模剂组合物的替代方法中,在高于脱模剂的熔融温度的温度时被分成液滴,之后脱模剂组合物被冷却至低于脱模剂的熔融温度的温度。取决于液滴大小,该实施方案直接产生粉末、珠或粒料。通过允许液滴在表面上冷却,可获得具有一个平坦表面和一个圆形表面的粒料或珠。所得薄片以已知方式制成,诸如通过在冷却辊上使熔融脱模剂组合物冷却,在这之后该组合物凝固并被刮下以形成薄片。
在优选实施方案中,脱模剂组合物包含或由以下者组成:
-至少60.0重量%的脱模剂,其选自四硬脂酸季戊四醇酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、三硬脂酸甘油酯或前述脱模剂中至少两者的混合物,
-0-40重量%的UV稳定剂,
-0.0001-0.1重量%的可溶于所述脱模剂中的至少一种染料,
其中量是基于脱模剂组合物的总重量计,并且脱模剂组合物总计100重量%。
使用熔融混合装置、优选挤出机来制备着色聚合物组合物。挤出机提供有进料段以将固体形式的脱模剂组合物进料至挤出机。可将聚合物以固体或熔融形式进料至挤出机。例如,可将聚合物以粉末、珠或粒料的形式进料至挤出机的进料段。所述聚合物进料段的位置可与脱模剂组合物的进料段相同或不同。还可预混固体形式的脱模剂组合物和固体形式的聚合物,接着将如此获得的固体混合物进料至挤出机的进料段。可经由单独的进料系统将聚合物的熔融流进料至挤出机。熔融流可借助另外的挤出机获得,在该挤出机中聚合物被熔融并挤入熔融混合装置,在该装置中添加固体形式的脱模剂。替代地,聚合物的熔融流来源于聚合物设备、诸如像熔融聚碳酸酯设备中的最终反应器。挤出机中形成的着色聚合物组合物可经过挤出模挤出、冷却并被切成粒料。
通过包括但不限于注塑、吹塑、片材挤出、型材挤出、旋转模塑和压塑的已知转化技术,着色聚合物组合物可用于制造半成制品或最终制品。
在一个实施方案中,将挤出机连接至注塑模,并且熔融的着色聚合物组合物直接用于制造最终注塑制品或半成注塑制品(批次)。在另一个实施方案中,将挤出机连接至挤出模,并且熔融的着色聚合物组合物直接用于制造最终挤出制品或半成挤出制品,诸如片材、面板、型材、多壁面板和类似物。
本发明进一步涉及一种通过本发明的方法获得或能够获得的着色聚合物组合物。具体而言,本发明涉及一种通过包括以下步骤的方法获得或能够获得的包含聚合物、脱模剂和着色剂的着色聚合物组合物:将固体形式的包含所述脱模剂和所述着色剂的脱模剂组合物进料至熔融混合装置的进料段;将所述聚合物进料至所述熔融混合装置;并且在高于所述聚合物的熔融温度的温度在所述熔融混合装置中混合所述脱模剂组合物和所述聚合物;其中聚合物是聚碳酸酯并且脱模剂选自由四硬脂酸季戊四醇酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、三硬酯酸甘油酯和它们的混合物组成的组,优选四硬脂酸季戊四醇酯。
根据ASTM E308-15(Standard Practice for Computing the Colors ofObjects by Using the CIE System),使用D65照明和10°观测器的光谱透射数据,计算色值(dE*、L*、a*、b*)。可在X rite i7分光光度计上收集透射谱。根据CIE 1976色差方程计算色差:

对具有4mm厚度的注塑板进行颜色测量。
着色聚合物组合物优选具有至多0.050的平均dE*值,其中使用上式计算dE*值,并且其中对介于2000与5000kg之间的量的着色聚合物组合物测定所述平均dE*值,并且其中在制造所述量期间以规律的间隔测量至少10个且至多20个样品的色值(L*、a*、b*)。每个样品测定dE*的参比由基于着色聚合物组合物的量内的所有测量结果计算的平均L*、a*和b*组成。
实施例
现将基于以下非限制性实施例进一步详述本发明。
称为A和B的以下脱模剂组合物通过以下来制备:在约70℃的温度混合各个成分,接着通过使熔融脱模剂组合物的液滴在平坦表面上冷却而由所述熔融组合物形成差不多圆形的粒料。粒料具有约3mm的直径和介于约1与2mm之间的最大厚度。
量为重量份。组合物A和B不含有任何其他物质。对于组合物A和B的每一者,表1中组分的重量之和合计100重量份。

基于原料以及脱模剂组合物A和B,制备了以下着色聚合物组合物。所有实施例聚合物组合物均使用同向旋转双螺杆挤出机以同样的设定制备。挤出机长度为2880mm(8个机筒),螺杆直径为92mm,以600rpm的螺杆速度运行,产生约2500kg/hr的产出。润湿长度上的机筒温度和模头的温度被设定至300℃。挤出机配备有散装进料器以用于进料粉末形式的聚合物,共混进料器以用于进料比较实施例1和2中单个组分的共混物,以及粒料进料器以用于进料组合物A和B的粒料。散装进料器、共混进料器和粒料进料器均将各个物质进料至位于第一机筒的挤出机中的同一进料段。着色聚合物组合物被挤出为股线,股线被冷却并切成粒料。
在制备组合物期间以规律的间隔取出所得粒料的样品。这些样品被干燥并注塑成数组约6cm乘6cm且厚度为4mm的5个板。
使用颜色分光光度计,应用CieLAB体系测量板的颜色,产生每个板的L*、a*、b*值。出于本申请中实施例的目的,每个样品的L*、a*和b*值为每个样品5个板的平均值。
对于dE*的计算,参比由L*、a*和b*的平均值组成,均基于实施例组合物内测量的所有板。
下表3中报告的平均dE*为实施例组合物内所有单个dE*测量结果的平均值。
报告的最大dE*代表具有最高测定色差的样品的dE*值。
因此,在比较实施例1(CE1)中,在制备着色聚合物组合物期间以规律的间隔取出了16个样品。由这16个样品的每一者经由注塑制备了4mm厚的五个板。使用CIElab体系,每个板经受颜色测量,产生了16乘5个单独的颜色测量结果的数据集。L*、a*和b*的平均色值形成了用于按照上式计算dE*的参比值。

经由散装进料器和经由共混进料器进料的聚碳酸酯是相同的,并且由具有约30500 g/mol(PC标准品)的Mw和约6.0 cm3/10min(ISO 1133,300℃,1.2 kg)的熔体体积流动速率的线性双酚A聚碳酸酯组成。使用双酚A与光气反应的界面法制备聚碳酸酯,并且将所得聚合物粉末进料至挤出机的散装和共混进料器。
表3示出作为对由实施例制备的板的测量结果的颜色变化。

表3中的结果显示出,在使用含有着色剂的脱模剂组合物后,模塑板、即制品的颜色变化可显著减小。本发明人认为,这种观测到的改进的颜色一致性意味着由聚合物组合物制备的制品中着色剂的浓度显示更小的变化。
Claims (20)
1.制备包含聚合物、脱模剂和着色剂的着色聚合物组合物的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:将固体形式的包含所述脱模剂和所述着色剂的脱模剂组合物进料至熔融混合装置的进料段;将所述聚合物进料至所述熔融混合装置;并且在高于所述聚合物的熔融温度的温度在所述熔融混合装置中混合所述脱模剂组合物和所述聚合物,其中:
-所述着色剂是可溶于所述脱模剂中的颜料或染料,
-所述聚合物包含聚碳酸酯或由聚碳酸酯组成,
-所述脱模剂选自由四硬脂酸季戊四醇酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、三硬酯酸甘油酯和它们的混合物组成的组,
其中所述着色剂的量为基于所述聚合物、所述脱模剂和所述着色剂之和的重量按重量计0.1-1000ppm,和
其中所述组合物不包含碳基颜料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述着色剂是染料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述脱模剂的所述固体形式由粒料、粉末、薄片或珠中的一者或多者组成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述脱模剂组合物还包含选自抗氧化剂、UV稳定剂、水解稳定剂、阻燃剂、催化剂猝灭剂、抗静电剂的一种或多种功能添加剂。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述脱模剂组合物包含基于所述脱模剂组合物的重量计至少40.00重量%的脱模剂。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述聚合物包含基于所述聚合物的重量计至少60重量%的聚碳酸酯。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述聚合物包含基于所述聚合物的重量计至少80重量%的聚碳酸酯。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述聚合物包含基于所述聚合物的重量计至少90重量%的聚碳酸酯。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述聚合物由芳族聚碳酸酯或至少两种芳族聚碳酸酯的混合物组成。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述熔融混合装置是挤出机。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其进一步包括通过在高于所述脱模剂的熔融温度的温度混合所述脱模剂和所述着色剂以及任选的一种或多种选自抗氧化剂、UV稳定剂、水解稳定剂、阻燃剂、催化剂猝灭剂和抗静电剂的功能添加剂来制备所述脱模剂组合物的步骤。
12.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述着色剂选自由以下组成的组:溶剂绿3,溶剂绿28,溶剂绿38,颜料绿50,颜料绿36,溶剂红52,溶剂红101,溶剂红111,溶剂红135,溶剂红169,溶剂红179,溶剂红207,颜料红101,分散红22,还原红41,溶剂橙60,溶剂橙63,分散橙47,溶剂紫13,溶剂紫14,溶剂紫36,溶剂紫50,分散紫26/31,颜料蓝29,颜料蓝60,酞菁铜颜料蓝15.4,酞菁蓝BN,颜料蓝PB 15,分散蓝73,溶剂蓝97,溶剂蓝101,溶剂蓝104,溶剂蓝122,溶剂蓝138,颜料黄53,颜料黄138,颜料黄139,分散黄201,溶剂黄33,溶剂黄114,溶剂黄93,溶剂黄98,溶剂黄163,溶剂黄160:1,溶剂黄188,颜料棕24,氨基酮黑,铬氧化物,以及前述着色剂中至少两者的混合物
13.制造半成制品或最终制品批次的方法,所述方法包括借助注塑、吹塑、旋转模塑、压塑、片材挤出或型材挤出将通过根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的方法获得或能够获得的着色聚合物组合物转化成所述制品。
14.颗粒状形式的包含脱模剂和着色剂的脱模剂组合物用于通过在高于聚合物的熔融温度的温度熔融混合所述聚合物和所述脱模剂组合物来制备着色聚合物组合物的用途,其中:
-所述着色剂是可溶于所述脱模剂中的颜料或染料,
-所述聚合物包含聚碳酸酯或由聚碳酸酯组成,
-所述脱模剂选自由四硬脂酸季戊四醇酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、三硬酯酸甘油酯和它们的混合物组成的组,
其中所述着色剂的量为基于所述聚合物、所述脱模剂和所述着色剂之和的重量按重量计0.1-1000ppm,和
其中所述组合物不包含碳基颜料。

16.颗粒状形式的包含脱模剂和着色剂的脱模剂组合物用于通过在高于聚合物的熔融温度的温度熔融混合所述聚合物和所述脱模剂组合物来制备着色聚合物组合物的用途,用于改进由所述着色聚合物组合物制备的制品的颜色一致性,其中
-所述着色剂是可溶于所述脱模剂中的颜料或染料,
-所述聚合物包含聚碳酸酯或由聚碳酸酯组成,
-所述脱模剂选自由四硬脂酸季戊四醇酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、三硬酯酸甘油酯和它们的混合物组成的组,
其中所述着色剂的量为基于所述聚合物、所述脱模剂和所述着色剂之和的重量按重量计0.1-1000ppm,和
其中所述组合物不包含碳基颜料。

18.包含至少40重量%的脱模剂和0.0001-0.1重量%的着色剂的脱模剂组合物,其中所述脱模剂呈颗粒状形式,其中所述着色剂是可溶于所述脱模剂中的颜料或染料,并且所述脱模剂选自由四硬脂酸季戊四醇酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、三硬酯酸甘油酯和它们的混合物组成的组,所述组合物不包含碳基颜料。
19.根据权利要求18所述的脱模剂组合物,其中所述脱模剂呈粒料、粉末、珠或薄片的形式。
