Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种控制虫类的装置，尤其是一种填有信息激素的热塑性树脂而且该树脂能将该信息激素缓慢地扩散到空气中。对庄稼抗虫类的保护包括使用具有广谱作用的有机合成产品，该产品能以非特异性的方式杀死虫类。所需的量是很大的。
这些产品对环境是有害的。而且有些已经被禁止使用(DDT)。
可通过调节虫-虫关系或植物-虫关系的化学介体来控制虫类。
这些化学介体是外激素，种间激素和异源外激素。
与消灭虫类的传统产品相比，这些介体的使用量非常少，例如每公顷10-20g处理2或3次，或每公顷每小时连续扩散几克达1个月或几个月。本发明涉及用于这种缓慢扩散的装置。
美国专利US 4734281描述了扩散昆虫性外激素到空气中的方法。这些外激素通过防止某些虫类繁殖而改变其行为。这些液体形式的外激素被装入聚乙烯袋中。该外激素通过袋扩散并分散到空气中。实施例1示出了内径为0.8mm，外径为1.4mm和长为200mm装有80mg两种外激素混合物的聚乙烯管。管的末端是密封的。观测到在30℃下0.5米/秒的空气流中每种外激素每天扩散0.4和0.5mg。
US 5142817描述了由粘结到疏水基体的片层上的水不溶性聚合物的片层形成的片层或条带。该基体可由纤维素纤维、聚酯、聚乙酸酯、聚乙烯醇或聚氧乙烯乙二醇制成。该基体包含增塑剂如聚氧乙烯乙二醇或山梨醇溶液并且也包含生物活性产品。这些条带用来包裹树木。生物活性产品通过潮湿环境被释放，并起保护树木的作用。
EP 367140描述了乙烯和包含5～30％的对-烷-3，8-二醇的乙烯基乙酸酯的共聚物，即一种驱虫剂。可将它们制成颗粒，置于树的根部或家养动物的颈圈上。
日本专利申请87 JP-069396(公开号昭JP 63238001)描述了缠绕树枝的条带，该条带由用杀虫剂和多醚尿烷或聚酯尿烷预聚物的混合物覆盖的可光降解的片层构成。
日本专利申请81 JP-024042(公开号昭JP 57 139005)描述了外激素和包含4～20％外激素的粘合剂的组合物。该粘合剂是硅酮或苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(SBR)。还使用了溶剂如二氯甲烷、苯、醇等，和填料如纤维素、二氧化硅、活性炭或碳酸盐。该产品是膏状的。
专利FR 2579983描述了装有香料的聚合物，该聚合物使这些香料扩散到环境空气中。
现有技术表明了液体外激素通过聚乙烯容器的扩散。这些聚乙烯管的制备，用外激素装填，密封以及后来的运输和放入庄稼中是复杂的。
从填有4～20％外激素的膏中扩散外激素需要运输和放入大量的填料。另外，由膏的扩散不如液体通过壁的扩散均匀。
人们已经发现了一些材料能均匀地长期扩散外激素，并可包含大量储存的外激素。这些材料可以是颗粒、小珠、棒等形状。另外，非常容易用外激素浸渍它们。
于是，本发明提供了一种混合物，该混合物包含(i)具有多醚单元的热塑性高弹体，(ii)至少一种对虫类和螨的行为起作用的、选自外激素、种间激素和异源外激素的化学介体，和(iii)十一碳烯酸或其衍生物。
热塑性高弹体可包含多醚单元和聚酯单元。它们是如多醚块和聚酯块。
这些产品是已知的，被称为弹性聚酯而且是热塑性的。
多醚是例如聚乙烯乙二醇，聚丙烯乙二醇或聚亚丁基乙二醇。
这些多醚的分子量
Mn可为250～6000。
这些多醚与至少一种二羧酸缩合形成弹性聚酯的挠性链段。
聚酯块例如是由至少一种二醇与至少一种二羧酸缩合得到的。该二醇可以是乙二醇，丙二醇或丁二醇。该二酸可以是对苯二酸。这些块形成弹性聚酯的硬链段。
该硬链段可包含由二醇对二酸的作用得到的一些单元。
该挠性链段可包含由多醚对二酸的作用得到一些单元。该硬链段和挠性链段是通过酯键连接在一起的。这类弹性聚酯描述于专利EP 402883和405227中。
包括多醚单元的热塑性高弹体也可以是共聚多醚酰亚胺酯。挠性链段是通过多醚二胺与三羧酸化合物或包含羧基的羧酸酐如1，2，4-苯三酸酐反应形成的。所用的多醚二胺的平均分子量为600～12000。这些多醚二胺可以自身由聚乙烯乙二醇、聚丙烯乙二醇或聚亚丁基乙二醇中衍生。
在共聚多醚酰亚胺酯中形成链段的聚酯块例如由至少一种二醇与至少一种二羧酸缩合得到。该二醇可以是乙二醇，丙二醇或丁二醇。该二酸可以是对苯二酸。这类共聚多醚酰亚胺酯描述于EP402883和EP 405227中。
至于包含多醚单元和酰胺单元的热塑性高弹体，它们按无规或有序方式分布。在从二胺与二酸反应或从α，Ω-氨基羧酸的缩合中产生的低聚物中，酰胺单元可以是孤立的或成组的。
最常使用的高弹体是那些包含聚酰胺块和多醚块的物质。聚酰胺块可以从内酰胺或α，Ω-氨基酸的缩合或从二酸与二胺的反应中产生。
这些聚酰胺块的制备可在二酸的存在下进行。获得包含羧酸端的聚酰胺块。该聚酰胺块的分子量
Mn可为600～5000。
多醚是例如分子量
Mn为250～6000的聚乙烯乙二醇、聚丙烯乙二醇或聚亚丁基乙二醇，而且一些多醚例如在多醚二醇的情况下通过二酸可以被连接在一起。
使用包含聚酰胺块和多醚块的其它高弹体将不脱离本发明的范围。这些产品可通过内酰胺或二酸的α，Ω-氨基酸和多醚二醇或多醚二胺的反应制备。也可使包含氨基端的聚酰胺块与多醚二酸缩合，以及使包含酸末端的聚酰胺块与多醚二胺缩合制备。

化学介体是已知的产品。术语十一碳烯酸衍生物是指水溶性衍生物和脂溶性衍生物。
这类衍生物是例如C1-C6，最好是C1-C3烷基酯如甲基、乙基或异丙基酯。本发明的混合物每100份高弹体可包含至多90份的化学介体。
本发明的组合物每100份高弹体也可包含至多90份的十一碳烯酸或其衍生物。
本发明的混合物可以是颗粒，小珠或棒状的，一般的原则是能够易于运输且在庄稼或种植中易于扩散或处理的任何形式。
热塑性高弹体和化学介体的混合可通过将高弹体浸渍在该介体中或在含有该介体的溶液中进行。这种溶液以醇为基础。
可将十一碳烯酸或其衍生物掺入到该高弹体中，然后如上所述进行加工。
最好是制备化学介体在十一碳烯酸或其衍生物中的溶液(下文称溶液)，然后将这种溶液加入到该高弹体中，例如按照专利FR2697848中描述的方法进行。
优选使用十一碳烯酸甲酯。
可将该溶液与高弹体颗粒混合；于是可制备主要的混合物，该主要的混合物是按照用于塑料的标准技术后来被加入到该高弹体中的。
也可以将该溶液稀释在醇中，然后与高弹体混合。观察高弹体的膨胀，蒸发掉醇并剩下本发明的产品，即高弹体，化学介体和十一碳烯酸或其衍生物。优选使用饱和的C1-C6醇。
实施例1
制备下列混合物：
外激素： 3g
十一碳烯酸甲酯 27g
高弹体 100g
该外激素是玉米杆蛀虫的外激素，其确定的组分为禾草暝属(CHILO)SUPPRESSALIS所共有的那些。
高弹体是通过酯作用由连接到包含OH端的多醚块上的含有羧酸端的聚酰胺块形成的。该聚酰胺块是从内酰胺12得到的，多醚块是由聚亚丁基乙二醇得到的。
该混合物为直径为20mm、长为150mm的棒的形状。
将该棒置于通空气的孔道中，测定扩散的外激素的量。测定120天扩散的外激素的量；该值是恒定的。
实施例2
用另一种外激素重新进行实施例1中的操作，该外激素来自一种毁坏稻谷的生物CHILO SUPPRESSALIS。获得相同的结果。
Claims (5)
1、一种混合物，该混合物包含：
(i)具有多醚单元的热塑性高弹体，(ii)至少一种对虫类和螨的行为起作用的、选自外激素、种间激素和异源外激素的化学介体和(iii)十一碳烯酸或其衍生物。
2、根据权利要求1的混合物，其特征在于该高弹体包含聚酰胺块和多醚块。
3、根据权利要求1或2的混合物，其特征在于十一碳烯酸衍生物是十一碳烯酸甲酯。
4、根据权利要求1～3之一的混合物，其特征在于它是颗粒或棒状的。
5、一种用于预防或治疗保护抗以农作物为食的虫类和螨的位置的方法，其特征在于该方法包括将按照权利要求1～4的任一种混合物应用于该位置上。
